        본 연구는 서울시 개선사업으로 인해 변경된 공공시설물 중 버스정류장 쉘터에 관하여 연구하였다. 현재 버스정류장 쉘터의 색채는 서울시에서 지정한 대표색 중 기와진회색과 고궁갈색이 주조색으로 사용되고 있는데 도시환경과의 조화에 있어서는 자연스럽게 어울리지만 유니버설 디자인의 이론에 입각하여 볼 때 사회적, 신체적 약자에 속하는 아동집단과 노인집단이 이용하고 인지하는 데는 다소 어려움이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아동집단과 노인집단의 특성 및 환경에 대해 분석하고, 서울시에 거주하는 아동집단과 노인집단을 대상으로 일반의식, 색상 선호도, 버스정류장 쉘터에 대하여 질문하였다. 본 연구는 공공시설물에 적절한 유니버설 디자인의 색채 영역에 적용시킬 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 공공공간의 영역을 하나의 시설물로만 보는 것이 아니라 시설물을 포함한 환경과의 조화 속에 시설물을 쉽게 인지하는 것에 의의가 있다. 그것이 앞으로 공공시설물이 나아가야 할 방향임을 인식하고 유니버설 디자인을 위한 색채 인지 방향에 관한 연구를 위해 참고자료로 활용되는 데 그 목적이 있다.

        본 연구는 공공시설물인 버스정류장의 특성을 조사하기 위해 이용자 행동유형(행동조사+선호도)과 관련된 연구를 진행하였다. 세부적인 분석에서는 버스정류장 속성분석과 특성을 조사하기 위해 각 지역자치단체에 설치된 50개의 샘플을 대상으로 수량화 3류(Quantification theory type 3) 분석을 실시하였다. 실험결과 버스정류장은 유동인구가 많음/적음, 기능적인, 단순함의 4개 축과 회사 밀집형 대도시, 지역성이 강한 지방도시, 유동인구가 많은 학교 앞, 한적한 시골마을, 박물관 같은 특정장소, 유동인구가 많은 농촌지역의 특성에 따라 버스정류장의 유형에 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 위와 같이 본 연구에서는 지역적 특성에 맞도록 시설물 자체의 조형성 이외에도 지역 환경, 이용자 특성 등이 고려된 디자인이 진행될 수 있도록 버스정류장 속성을 종합하여 세부항목을 제시하였다. 또한, 위의 내용을 바탕으로 지역 환경적 특성에 맞는 디자인과 모델이 적용된다면 앞으로 공공시설물로서 이용자에게 보다 긍정적인 평가를 받을 수 있는 공공디자인이 진행될 것이다.

        Ubiquitous application is in need of high-level technology to meet various requests for ubiquitous service. In order to adopt ubiquitous technology in not only pilot projects but also regional services, many projects like u-City are implemented in and outside the country. RFID has been known as one of the important technology to provide with core benefits of Ubiquitous services. Because each band of RFID technology has merits and demerits concurrently, single-band RFID system has limitations for various RFID services. Thus, we developed dual-band RFID system enable to provide with 13.56MHz and 2.45GHz RFID service at the same time to compensate the shortage of single-band RFID system. Also we have considered the way that the firmware would control signals without collision, studied battery life and range for tag, and made hardware for dual-band RFID service.

        The e-CALLISTO is a global network of frequency-agile solar radio spectrometers that was constructed in a collaboration between Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zurich) and local host institutes. It is intended to monitor solar radio bursts 24 hours a day in frequency range between 45 MHz and 870 MHz. One of e-CALLISTO spectrometer was installed at Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) in 2007 October. The spectrometer gets signals from a horizontally polarized log-periodic antenna mounted on an automatic Sun-tracking system. Tracking status and data are monitored in Space Weather Monitoring Laboratory (SWML) of KASI in real time, and flare time data are transferred to ETH Zurich data archive daily. Using this spectrometer we obtained a couple of type II solar radio bursts on 2007 December 31, and found that these bursts are associated with a CME which occurred on the east limb.

        본 논문에서는 800MHz대역의 TRS(Trunked Radio System)대역을 비롯한, GSM(Global System for Mobile telecommunication), CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access)대역을 통합할 수 있는 광대역 마이크로스트립 안테나를 설계하고자 한다. 선박 및 해상 안전에 상용 가능한 선박 기지국 중계기용 안테나를 설계하였다. 마이크로 스트립 안테나의 협대역을 개선하기 위해서 직사각형 패치에 L형 급전구조를 갖으며, 평행 L-슬롯을 추가하여 이중 공진 효과를 이용하였다. 또한 이득의 개선을 위해 수직으로 적층 하였다. 설계된 안테나의 주파수 대역폭(VSWR 2:1)은 748MHz~1.04GHz로 292MHz(36%)의 양호한 특성을 보였으며, 또한 E-평면과 H-평면 모두 이득은 6.4Bi 이상, 3dB 빔폭은 E-평면 44.7˚와 H-평면 61.8˚이상의 개선된 특성을 보였다.

        This Study is to suggest a method of effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land. Theoretically, to evaluate effects of forest fire, it is combined that Spread Rate of Forest Fire, Flame Model, and Thermal Radiation Effects Model; i.e. a travel time of forest fire is calculated by Spread Rate of Forest Fire, fire-line intensity is calculated by Flame Model, and effects of fire-line intensity is affected by Thermal Radiation Effects Model. With the aforementioned method, we could carry out the effect evaluation of forest fire on governor station in shrub land and could distinguish scenarios to need protection plan from all scenarios.

        Seamus Heaney’s “Station Island” has been viewed as a psychological drama in which Heaney explores alter-egos that he might have become. Such an approach becomes more complicated if we consider that the stage of the drama is Ricoeurian typology of mnemonic phenomena where the narrator “I” is splitted into the subject in the process of recollection and the self fixed in the pure memory. According to Paul Ricoeur, the epistemological process of recollection involves the evocation of past memories at the present moment, so that the subject-in-recollection imagines the self fixed in the pure memory to be “the other than self” and relives past memories as if real. In this sense, Ricoeur argues that memory exists in the typology of mnemonic phenomena as memory-images and that the subject-in-recollection tend to imagine the past in the way he can satisfy his desire. Likewise, in “Station Island” Heaney’s narrator “I” re-imagines his past memories as if they were memory-images and re-lives past feelings as “the other than self.” By becoming “the other than self” in the process of recollection, he reviews the burden of a national poet and finally accepts the limitation of his fellow Irish people as well as his own self. For Heaney, accepting the limitations and scars as they are becomes the foundation for love, friendship, and goodness toward his people because it lets him realize reasons for the necessity of co-dependency and reciprocity.

        The Industrial Revolution brought a variety of new forms of structure, and as a group they are usually called 'industrial architecture'. Steam engines contributed greatly to architecture with a unique structure called 'water tower' to provide water for steam engines, especially the adoption of it. This study is to examine the changes of the building materials and architectural features of the water towers of railway stations built in the early twentieth century in South Korea. This study also attempts to describe the modern features of the industrial architecture, which did not get a chance to be noticed. Through this examination on water tower, which is a part of industrial architecture with sheer integration of function and pure geometric form, we would like to find the meaning of modern architecture in Korea. As we can see in the Korean oldest railway station water tower constructed in masonry at Yeonsan Station in 1911, early water towers were divided into the masonry machine room and the steel water tank. However, the masonry structure was soon turned into concrete structure with its formal features maintained as it was. The steel water tank was also replaced with concrete structure. As a result, while its basic structure remained, concrete structure had substituted for the every components of water tower. Concrete-built water towers were the high-tech architecture of that time and the most perfect structures built in concrete. Nevertheless, the perfection of the water tower form and the technology it attained were not transferred to other modern and contemporary architecture in South Korea. Since the subject to railway station water towers was the Japanese government, and steam engines were replaced with diesels in the midst of a complicated domestic situation after the independence, the need for water towers in railway stations disappeared and therefore, it became ignored and was difficult to look over the architectural features and values of early railway station water towers.

        In den letzten Jahren mehren sich in Korea die Bericht, in denen Jugendkriminalitat und Jugendstrafgefangene als erhebliche soziale Probleme empfunden wird. Die Straf von Jugendlichen wird in Jugendstrafnstalten vollyogen. In Korea existieren aber nur fur die mannlichen Jugendlichen zwei Anstalten, fur weiblichen keine. Daraus erscheint die Vermehrung, Besserung bzw. Modernisierung von Jugendstrafanstalt erforderlich. Vor allem ist die Besserung und Qualifizierung der Unterricht, Modernisierung der Arbeit, Ausdehnung der Leibesubung und Beurlaubung usw. erforderlich. Jugendgesetz sieht Unterricht in der Jugendstrafanstalt vor. In den meisten Jugendstrafanstalten kann der Schulabschluß nachgeholt werden. Aber ist dieser Schulabschluß fur Jugendliche sehr schwer. Daher braucht es die Besserung und Modernisierung des Unterrichtssystems. Die Arebit, vor allem die berufliche Forderung der Verurteilten halt der Gesetzgeber fur wesentlich. Tatsachlich sind die wenigen jugendlichen Gefangenen vor ihrer Einlieferung kontinuierlicher Arbeit nachgegangen, eine Berufsausbildung hat kaum einer abgeschlossen. Daher soll die Jugendstrafanstalten Lehrwerkstatten einrichten und die vielfaltigen und unterschiedlichen Ausbildung ausfuhen. Außerdem ist die Beurlaubung wichtig fur die Resozialisierung der jungendliehen Geganenen und Beziehung mit der Familie. Deshalb ist die Voraussetzung der Beurlaubung zu erleichtern.

        In den letzten Jahren mehren sich in verschiedensten Landern die Berichte, in denen eine Zunahme abweichenden, storenden und gesetzwidrigen Verhaltens Jugendlicher registriert und als beunruhigend oder bedrohlich empfunden wird. Die Jugendkriminalitat wird in Korea entsprechend dem internationalen Phanomen als ein waschendes soziales Problem angesehen. Eine ins Auge fallende Erscheinung ist die steigende Zahle der Gewaltater, Massentater usw.. Damit erscheint die Entwicklung von Sanktionen geeignet und erforderlich, den Delinquenten von Jeundlichen abzuhalten. Als geeignete Sanktionsmaßnahme zur Individualpravention kommt zunachst Schutzmaßnahme, die in 「Jugendrecht」 geregelt wird, in Betracht. Außerdem kommt auch die Strafe, die in allgemeinem 「Strafgesetzbuch」 geregelt wird, besonders fur die Jugendstraftater in Betracht. Jedenfalls vor der Auferlegung von Schutzmaßnahme und Strafe muß man die Charakter, Umstande der Familie, Schule oder Freundschaft usw. von Jugendlichen untersuchen und klassifizieren. Um die Schutzmaßnahme zu auferlegen, muß man die Umgebung der Jugendlichen mindestes fur einem Monat in Untersuchungshaft zur Klassifikation untersuchen. Im gegenteil werden die Jugendlichen, die in allgemeinem Strafprozess behandelt werden, von Schutzaufsichtbehorde untersucht. Untersuchungshaft zur Klassifikation unterscheidet sich faktisch nicht wesentlich von Strafhaft. Die Situation in Haft ist fur fast alle Betroffenen gleichmaßen nachteilig. Gitter und Zellen sich in Untersuchungshaft zur Klassifikation und Jugendhaft identisch. Daher werde ich in diesem Artikl erforschen und vorstellen, was Problem solcher Haft ist und welcher Vorschlag fur die Verbesserung der Untersuchung von Jugenddelinquent in Betracht kommen kann.

        Cost-benefit analysis was investigated to propose the analysis method of the effect of investment and the optimum investment level of safety management cost for preventing gas accident in the B governor station. From five classifications of safety management costs consisting of cost items with similar characters and potential accident costs calculated by risk assessments(FMEA/HAZOP), we found that the order of the benefit(the reduction cost of the potential accident cost) was the instrument increase and repair cost > the safety checking and inspection cost > the labor and training cost > the safety equipment and corresponding cost > the research and development cost. As the benefit was increased with increasing the investment cost, the effect of investment was increased with decreasing the Investment cost. As a result, the optimum safety management cost was estimated and the investment level was analyzed by the model of optimum investment level.

        In this thesis, the Development of Station Buildigs Design during last a hundred years in Korea is analyzed. From the early time to today, several posts of Office of Korean National Railroads have controlled the Station Buildings Design by Standard Drawings. Sometimes, private architects joined in designing the Stations, that have the value as historic architecture. Under the Japanese imperialistic rule, Japanese Officer designed all of the stations ; that can be classified 1) wooden compromise style, 2) renaissance style, 3) northern European house style, 4) general station by standard drawing, 5) Korean house style. 6) modernism style. Especially, Korean house style was not planned to commemorate the old Korean Architecture, but to beguile the Japanese tourists' monotony of the journey in Korea. After the Independence, the Station Buildings are grouped into 1) international style, 2) modernism style with traditional details, 3) Station Complex Buildings. In the future, design of the Railroad Station Building needs to be diversified to satisfy tourists' emotion.
