        목적: 라이프스타일 행동에 반영된 가치체계를 측정하기 위한 Yonsei Lifestyle Profile-Values (YLP-V)의 구성타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 연구방법: 온라인 리서치 기관에 등록된 만 55세 이상의 지역사회 거주 중고령자 및 노인 300명을 대상으로 YLP-V를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계, 차별기능문항, 요인분석을 실시하였다. 요인분석은 요인구조 추정을 위한 탐색적 요인분석과 4가지 경쟁모델(단일요인, 계층적 요인, 다차원 요인, 이중요인)에 대한 확인적 요인분석을 통해 비교하고 타당성을 확인하였다. 결과: 목표회전을 통한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, YLP-V의 활동(activity, 5문항), 관심(interest, 4문항), 의견 (opinion, 9문항)에서 목표행렬에서 0.4 이상의 부하량을 갖는 것을 확인하였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과, 이중요인 모델(χ2 = 164.58**, degree of freedom = 117, root mean square error of approximation = 0.05, standard root mean residual = 0.04, comparative fit index = 0.95, Turker Lewis index = 0.93)이 가장 우수하게 나타났다. 결론: 라이프스타일에서 미시적 접근이 가능한 YLP-V 개발 근거와 일관성 있는 요인구조를 확인하였다. 이는 YLP-V가 총 18문항의 활동, 관심, 의견에 대한 이중요인 구조로 타당성을 확인하였으며, 건강 라이프스타 일에서 행동에 반영된 가치체계 측정과 이해에서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

        Truck no-show behavior has posed significant disruptions to the planning and execution of port operations. By delving into the key factors that contribute to truck appointment no-shows and proactively predicting such behavior, it becomes possible to make preemptive adjustments to port operation plans, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency. Considering the data imbalance and the impact of accuracy for each decision tree on the performance of the random forest model, a model based on the Borderline Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique and Weighted Random Forest (BSMOTE-WRF) is proposed to predict truck appointment no-shows and explore the relationship between truck appointment no-shows and factors such as weather conditions, appointment time slot, the number of truck appointments, and traffic conditions. In order to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed model, the experiments were conducted with the available dataset from the Tianjin Port Second Container Terminal. It is demonstrated that the prediction accuracy of BSMOTE-WRF model is improved by 4%-5% compared with logistic regression, random forest, and support vector machines. Importance ranking of factors affecting truck no-show indicate that (1) The number of truck appointments during specific time slots have the highest impact on truck no-show behavior, and the congestion coefficient has the secondhighest impact on truck no-show behavior and its influence is also significant; (2) Compared to the number of truck appointments and congestion coefficient, the impact of severe weather on truck no-show behavior is relatively low, but it still has some influence; (3) Although the impact of appointment time slots is lower than other influencing factors, the influence of specific time slots on truck no-show behavior should not be overlooked. The BSMOTE-WRF model effectively analyzes the influencing factors and predicts truck no-show behavior in appointment-based systems.

        Many changes in the scale and structure of the Korean rice cropping system have been made over the past few decades. Still, insufficient research has been conducted on the sustainability of this system. This study analyzed changes in the Korean rice cropping system’s sustainability from a system ecology perspective using an emergy approach. For this purpose, an emergy table was created for the Korean rice cropping system in 2011, 2016, and 202, and an emergy-based indicator analysis was performed. The emergy analysis showed that the total emergy input to the rice cropping system decreased from 10,744E+18 sej year-1 to 8,342E+18 sej year-1 due to decreases in paddy field areas from 2011 to 2021, and the proportion of renewable resources decreased by 1.4%. The emergy input per area (ha) was found to have decreased from 13.13E+15 sej ha-1 year-1 in 2011 to 11.89E+15 sej ha-1 year-1 in 2021, and the leading cause was a decrease in nitrogen fertilizer usage and working hours. The amount of emergy used to grow 1 g of rice stayed the same between 2016 and 2021 (specific emergy: 13.3E+09 sej g-1), but the sustainability of the rice cropping system (emergy sustainability index, ESI) continued to decrease (2011: 0.107, 2016: 0.088, and 2021: 0.086). This study provides quantitative information on the emergy input structure and characteristics of Korean rice cropping systems. The results of this study can be used as a valuable reference in establishing measures to improve the ecological sustainability of the Korean rice cropping system.

        해사노동협약은 선원 인권 보호에 있어 전 세계적으로 성공적인 성과로서 국제노동기구에서 채택하였다. 특히, 이 협약의 선원근로계약 규정은 선원에게 양질의 근로와 생활 환경을 보장하기 위한 규정으로서 해사노동협약의 핵심으 로 인정되고 있다. 이러한 규정에도 불구하고 많은 회원국은 자국의 법률 시스 템에 핵심 규정을 완전히 반영하지 못하거나 실질적인 이행을 하지 못하고 있 는 상황이다. 특히 대표적인 선원 공급국이자 개발도상국인 베트남은 더욱 어 려운 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 해사노동협약의 선원근로계약에 관한 규 정을 중심으로 비교법적 연구 방법론을 통해 베트남 법제도의 차이를 분석하 고, 나아가 대표적인 해운 선진국인 대한민국의 선원법을 비교하여 베트남 법 제도의 문제점을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 베트남의 해사노동협약 이행을 증진하기 위한 개선방안에 대해 논의하고자 한다.

        This research introduced a command-filtered backstepping control of mirror system to maintain laser communication between satellite and ground station. This requires a 2 degree of freedom gimbal mirror system using DC motors for target acquisition, pointing, and tracking (APT) system. This APT system is used for laser communication between satellite and ground stations. To track these desired angles, we have to control DC motors using introduced command-filtered backstepping controller (CFBSC) with disturbance. Command filtered backstepping controller has second order filter instead differentiation for simple and fast calculation. Introduced command-filtered backstepping control gives a smooth control signal for intermediate states. Simulation results verify that CFBSC outperforms SMC in terms of tracking error and disturbance rejection.

        본 연구는 딥러닝을 위한 비선형 변환 접근법을 사용하여 Single-lap joint의 접착 영역을 조사하기 위한 진동 응답 기반 탐지 시스템 을 제시한다. 산업 혹은 공학 분야에서 분해가 쉽지 않은 구조 내에 보이지 않는 부분의 상태와 접착된 구조의 접착 부위 상태를 알기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 비선형 변환을 이용하여 기준 시편의 진동 응답으로 다양한 시편의 접착 면적을 조사하는 탐지 방법을 제안한다. 이 연구에서는 CNN 기반 딥러닝으로 진동 특성을 파악하기 위해 비선형 변환을 적용한 주파 수 응답 함수를 사용했고 분류를 위해 가상의 스펙트로그램을 사용했다. 또한, 제시된 방법을 검증하기 위해 알루미늄, 탄소섬유복합 재 그리고 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌 시편에 대한 진동 실험, 분석적 해, 유한요소해석을 수행했다.

        본 연구는 한국 푸드뱅크 사업의 발전에 대한 법제적 접근을 취하고 있다. 양적 성장에의 기여와 질적 성장에의 걸림돌이라는 상반된 평가를 받고 있는 <식품등 기부활성화에 관한 법률>에 관한 문제점을 분석 하고 이에 대한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 기부식품등 제공사업의 특징과 한계를 살펴보고 <식품등 기부활성화에 관한 법률>의 정의, 기부식품제공사업, 식품등 기부활성화 시책, 국가지원, 실태조사 등에 대해서 심층적으로 검토한다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구는 한국의 푸드뱅크 사업의 발전을 위하여 법률적 관점에서 다섯 가지를 제안한다. 첫째, <식품등 기부활성화에 관한 법률>은 기부식품등 제공사업에 관한 별도의 장을 마련하여 법 체계성을 확보할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기부식품등 제공사업과 기부자·사업자 에 대하여 명확하게 정의할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 임의신고제에서 비롯된 운영의 질 저하를 막기 위하여 신고 제를 개선할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 기초기부식품등지원센터의 지정제를 도입할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 국가 차 원의 정기적인 실태조사 조항을 신설할 필요가 있다. 이 같은 법률적 개선이 이루어진다면 기부식품등 제공 사업의 공공성과 책임성, 투명성, 전문성이 한층 제고될 수 있을 것이다.

        Waste that contains or is contaminated with radionuclides arises from a number of activities involving the use of radioactive material. Such activities include the operation and decommissioning of nuclear facilities; the use of radionuclides in medicine, industry, agriculture, research and education. Radioactive waste must be safely disposed in a radioactive waste repository for the protection of public health and the environment. In order to safely dispose of radioactive waste in a repository, it is important to derive an optimal predisposal management scenario because radioactive waste must be processed (i.e. processing (pretreatment, treatment and conditioning), storage and transport) for satisfying waste acceptance criteria (WAC). Optimal scenario of predisposal management of radioactive waste is derived for considering the balancing of exposures of workers and/or those of members of the public, the short term and long term risk implications of different waste management strategies, the technological options available and the costs. However, existing studies for deriving the optimal scenario of predisposal management of radioactive waste have evaluated only the radiation dose of workers and public within given scenarios using fixed value, or have derived optimal single process (i.e. decontamination) of predisposal management using Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methodology. In this study, optimal predisposal management scenario is derived by evaluating exposures of workers using system dynamics (SD) technique. Radiation dose assessment SD model was modeled using VENSIM® code developed by VENTANA systems Inc.. SD Model has the advantage of being able to respond flexibly when decision makers want to change input data and it has the advantage of being able to track dynamically changing phenomena and visually confirm interdependence. After that, based on the SD model derived from this study, evaluations of exposures of public, cost, and technicality will be added to be utilized when establishing an optimal scenario of predisposal management of radioactive waste considering multi attribute.

        밸브의 내부 누설 현상은 밸브의 내부 부품의 손상에 의해 발생하며 배관 시스템의 사고와 운전정지를 일으키는 주요 요인이 다. 본 연구는 버터플라이형 밸브의 내부 누설에 따라 배관계에서 발생하는 음향방출 신호를 이용하여 배관 가동 중 실시간 누설 진단의 가능성을 검토하였다. 이를 위해 밸브의 작동 모드별로 측정한 시간영역의 AE 원시신호를 취득하였으며 이로부터 구축한 데이터셋은 데 이터 기반의 인공지능 알고리즘에 적용하여 밸브의 내부 누설 유무를 진단하는 모델을 생성하였다. 누설 유무진단을 분류의 문제로 정의 하여 SVM 기반의 머신러닝과 CNN 기반의 딥러닝 분류 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 데이터의 특징 추출에 기반한 SVM 분류 모델의 경우, 이 진분류 모델에서 구축된 모델에 따라 83~90%의 정확도를 나타냈으며, 다중 클래스인 경우 분류 정확도가 66%로 감소하였다. 반면, CNN 기반의 다중 클래스 분류 모델의 경우 99.85%의 분류 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다. 결론적으로 밸브 내부 누설 진단을 위한 SVM 분류모델은 다중 클래스의 정확도 향상을 위해 적절한 특징 추출이 필요하며, CNN 기반의 분류모델은 프로세서의 성능 저하만 없다면 누설진단과 밸브 개도 분류에 효율적인 접근방법임을 확인하였다.

        This study attempted to interpret the meaning of the U.S.-China hegemony competition based on liberal theory, and predicted future U.S.-China relations by analyzing the hegemony confrontation between the U.S. and China. During the U.S.-China hegemony competition, countries around China, which are directly threatened by China, were divided into continental and maritime national groups, and the characteristics, concerns, and responses of those countries were considered. It proposed a new maritime-new continent global bridge economic block system, suggested strengthening economic cooperation, technical cooperation, cultural cooperation and liberal international order as its effectiveness, and suggested the need of a new international order during the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

        The purpose of this study is to construct an outlook model that is consistent with the “Fisheries Outlook” monthly published by the Fisheries Outlook Center of the Korea Maritime Institute(KMI). In particular, it was designed as a partial equilibrium model limited to abalone items, but a model was constructed with a dynamic ecological equation model(DEEM) system taking into account biological breeding and shipping time. The results of this study are significant in that they can be used as basic data for model development of various items in the future. In this study, due to the limitation of monthly data, the market equilibrium price was calculated by using the recursive model construction method to be calculated directly as an inverse demand. A model was built in the form of a structural equation model that can explain economic causality rather than a conventional time series analysis model. The research results and implications are as follows. As a result of the estimation of the amount of young seashells planting, it was estimated that the coefficient of the amount of young seashells planting from the previous year was estimated to be 0.82 so that there was no significant difference in the amount of young seashells planting this year and last year. It is also meant to be nurtured for a long time after aquaculture license and limited aquaculture area(edge style) and implantation. The economic factor, the coefficient of price from last year was estimated at 0.47. In the case of breeding quantity, it was estimated that the longer the breeding period, the larger the coefficient of breeding quantity in the previous period. It was analyzed that the impact of shipments on the breeding volume increased. In the case of shipments, the coefficient of production price was estimated unelastically. As the period of rearing increased, the estimation coefficient decreased. Such result indicates that the expected price, which is an economic factor variable and that had less influence on the intention to shipments. In addition, the elasticity of the breeding quantity was estimated more unelastically as the breeding period increased. This is also correlated with the relative coefficient size of the expected price. The abalone supply and demand forecast model developed in this study is significant in that it reduces the prediction error than the existing model using the ecological equation modeling system and the economic causal model. However, there are limitations in establishing a system of simultaneous equations that can be linked to production and consumption between industries and items. This is left as a future research project.

        구조물의 진동에 의해 유발되는 사용성, 안정성 저하를 방지하고, 성능을 개선하기 위하여 많은 진동제어시스템이 사용되어 왔다. 제어기 설계가 H2-norm, H∞-norm 으로 분리되어 독립적으로 이루어지다가 LMI 기법에 의하여 보다 효율적인 제어기 설계가 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 관심지점의 구조물 응답을 특정한 값 이하로 보장한 상태에서 제진장치 구동에 필요한 변수를 최소 화하는 제어알고리듬을 개발하여 능동형뿐만 아니라 수동형제진장치에도 적용하는 방안을 제시하였다. 관심지점의 구조물 응답의 제한은 요구 등가감쇠비와 H∞-norm을 연계하여 구속조건으로 설정하고 목적함수는 제진장치의 이송거리 또는 댐퍼 용량은 H2-norm으 로 표현하는 혼합제어를 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 혼합제어 기법을 능동질량감쇠기와 등가치환 점탄성 댐퍼가 설치된 구조물에 적용하여 수치적으로 검증하였다. 수치해석결과, 혼합제어문제를 LMI표준형으로 전환하면 능동형, 수동형 제진장치 설계를 보다 용이하게 적용 가능함을 알 수 있었다.

        The significant exodus of containers inland due to the container revolution has increased the salience of inland terminals for efficient freight distribution. Further, the migration of containers gradually inland has forced seaports to depend on these inland terminals to determine their competitiveness and offer a mechanism for competitive freight price to the consumer. The performance of dry ports need to be improved along with the dynamic nature of maritime business, to efficiently fulfil the demand all the key players in the container seaport system, provide economies of scale and scope to their respective clients and enhances the importance of inland networks to improve and consistently elongate the competitiveness of container seaports. Predicated to these importance, this paper aims to enhance dry port performance by adapting a process benchmarking strategy among the Malaysian dry ports. Prior to the adaptation of the process benchmarking approach, a grounded theory had been conducted as a method of analysis among the key players of the Malaysian container seaport system in order to provide essential inputs for the benchmarking. Through this paper, the outcome shows all four Malaysian dry ports need to improve their transportation infrastructure and operation facilities, container planning strategy, competition, location and externalities in order to assist all the key players in the container seaport system efficiently and effectively.

        Structural dynamic system involves random variables conditions such as material property, geometric parameters and applied loads. This uncertainties result from the structural parameter are carefully considered the dynamic structural response in displacement, stress, and natural frequencies. The random vibrational system must be designed to withstand a certain amount of the fluctuation with respect to the uncertainties. Harmonic response of a spring-mass system is mathematically modelled with the probabilistic finite element method using the Monte Carlo simulation. The aim of this paper is to find the optimal lowest frequency for the spring-mass system with random input variables and response parameters to the displacements. The probabilistic design is carried out using ANSYS probabilistic design module in a commercial application software and then the optimal design is sequentially solved. An efficient and practical optimal design evaluation method is proposed for the design of the harmonic system. The numerical results are obtained where the next highest frequency of the system and displacements treated as constraints.

        India is largest producer of banana in the world producing 29.72 million tonnes from an area of 0.803 million ha with a productivity of 35.7 MT ha-1 and accounted for 15.48 and 27.01 per cent of the world’s area and production respectively (www.nhb.gov.in). In India, Tamil Nadu leads other states both in terms of area and production followed by Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. In Rayalaseema region of Andhra Pradesh, Kurnool district had special reputation in the cultivation of banana in an area of 5765 hectares with an annual production of 2.01 lakh tonnes in the year 2012-13 and hence, it was purposively chosen for the study. On 23rd November 2003, the Government of Andhra Pradesh has commenced a comprehensive project called ‘Andhra Pradesh Micro Irrigation Project (APMIP)’, first of its kind in the world so as to promote water use efficiency. APMIP is offering 100 per cent of subsidy in case of SC, ST and 90 per cent in case of other categories of farmers up to 5.0 acres of land. In case of acreage between 5-10 acres, 70 per cent subsidy and acreage above 10, 50 per cent of subsidy is given to the farmer beneficiaries. The sampling frame consists of Kurnool district, two mandals, four villages and 180 sample farmers comprising of 60 farmers each from Marginal (<1ha), Small (1-2ha) and Other (>2ha) categories. A well structured pre-tested schedule was employed to collect the requisite information pertaining to the performance of drip irrigation among the sample farmers and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model was employed to analyze the performance of drip irrigation in banana farms. The performance of drip irrigation was assessed based on the parameters like: Land Development Works (LDW), Fertigation costs (FC), Volume of water supplied (VWS), Annual maintenance costs of drip irrigation (AMC), Economic Status of the farmer (ES), Crop Productivity (CP) etc. The first four parameters are considered as inputs and last two as outputs for DEA modelling purposes. The findings revealed that, the number of farms operating at CRS are more in number in other farms (46.66%) followed by marginal (45%) and small farms (28.33%). Similarly, regarding the number of farmers operating at VRS, the other farms are again more in number with 61.66 per cent followed by marginal (53.33%) and small farms (35%). With reference to scale efficiency, marginal farms dominate the scenario with 57 per cent followed by others (55%) and small farms (50%). At pooled level, 26.11 per cent of the farms are being operated at CRS with an average technical efficiency score of 0.6138 i.e., 47 out of 180 farms. Nearly 40 per cent of the farmers at pooled level are being operated at VRS with an average technical efficiency score of 0.7241. As regards to scale efficiency, nearly 52 per cent of the farmers (94 out of 180 farmers) at pooled level, either performed at the optimum scale or were close to the optimum scale (farms having scale efficiency values equal to or more than 0.90). Majority of the farms (39.44%) are operating at IRS and only 29 per cent of the farmers are operating at DRS. This signifies that, more resources should be provided to these farms operating at IRS and the same should be decreased towards the farms operating at DRS. Nearly 32 per cent of the farms are operating at CRS indicating efficient utilization of resources. Log linear regression model was used to analyze the major determinants of input use efficiency in banana farms. The input variables considered under DEA model were again considered as influential factors for the CRS obtained for the three categories of farmers. Volume of water supplied (X1) and fertigation cost (X2) are the major determinants of banana farms across all the farmer categories and even at pooled level. In view of their positive influence on the CRS, it is essential to strengthen modern irrigation infrastructure like drip irrigation and offer more fertilizer subsidies to the farmer to enhance the crop production on cost-effective basis in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh, India. This study further suggests that, the present era of Information Technology will help the irrigation management in the context of generating new techniques, extension, adoption and information. It will also guide the farmers in irrigation scheduling and quantifying the irrigation water requirements in accordance with the water availability in a particular season. So, it is high time for the Government of India to pay adequate attention towards the applications of ‘Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and its applications in irrigation water management’ for facilitating the deployment of Decision Supports Systems (DSSs) at various levels of planning and management of water resources in the country.

        국제인터넷주소관리기구(ICANN)는 23개에 불과했던 일반최상위도메인(gTLD) 문자열의 범 위를 원하는 언어로 된 상표나 일반명사로 확장하 는 새로운 DNS 정책을 도입하였다. 신규 gTLD 에 드는 고액의 평가요금과 장기간의 절차에도 불 구하고, 세계 유수의 기업들은 브랜드 마케팅 전 략이자 새로운 비즈니스 모델로서의 잠재력을 예 상하며 gTLD 선점 경쟁에 나섰다. 그런데 신규 gTLD 프로그램이 일부 국가와 기업에만 이익을 편중시키고 ‘콘텐츠 중립성’을 해친다는 비판도 있어 검토가 요구된다. 가장 주목해야 할 부분은, 동 프로그램이 gTLD에 폭넓은 표현의 기회를 부여하는 반면에 ‘평가’, ‘이의제기’ 등으로 그 위임을 제한한다는 점이다. 신규 gTLD가 콘텐츠로서 ‘표현의 자유’ 영역에 편입된 이상 기본권 보장 및 제한의 원리 가 면밀하게 적용되어야 하며, 각 문자열마다 유 권 해석이 요구된다. ICANN이 주도적으로 고안⋅운영하는 gTLD 신청 절차는 각국 언어의 특수 성, 사회⋅문화적 영향력, 국내 법현실 등을 적정 하게 반영하는 데에 한계가 있다. 인터넷의 생활 공간화, 신규 gTLD의 콘텐츠 주도력, 자국어 도 메인의 국내적 관련 등과 같은 요인을 고려해볼 때, 인터넷 거버넌스의 출발점인 DNS 관리체계도 국가 단위의 참여 구조를 흡수해야 할 때가 왔다. 신규 gTLD 신청 절차의 공정성 확보를 위해, 본고는 DNS 혁신이 내포하는 ‘다원적 중립성’을 충족시키는 방향으로 접근할 것을 제안한다.
