이 논문은 박완서의 여성주의 소설 『살아있는 날의 시작』, 『서있는 여자』, 『그대 아직도 꿈꾸고 있는가』를 여성주의 종교/문학 연구 방법론으로 읽음으로 써, 여성주의 비평의 관점에서만 보았을 때는 간과하는 지점을 드러내어 박완서 문학에 대한 이해를 넓히고자 한다. 최근에 여성주의 문학 연구에서 박완서의 이 세 소설에 대한 재평가가 활발하게 일고 있지만, 박완서의 종교적 배경을 간 과함으로써 그의 작품에 대한 포괄적인 이해에 도달하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 여성주의 종교의 연구 방법도 같이 사용하여 박완서의 이 세 소설 을 읽음으로써, 여성주의 문학의 관점에서만 보았을 때의 엇갈린 평가와 달리 사실 박완서는 자신의 ‘궁극적 관심,’ 즉 종교에 따라 일관성을 보였음을 주장 한다. 이 관점에서 볼 때 이 세 소설이 가부장적 결혼의 현실을 드러내면서 궁 극적으로 보여주고자 하는 것은 상호성, 사랑, 정직이라는 결혼의 세 원칙이다.

There has been growing attention on the well-being of people with disabilities. The purpose of this study was twofold: (1) to investigate the associations between individuals’ socio-demographic and psychological characteristics and clothing expenditure, and (2) to examine the moderated mediation effect of self-efficacy and acceptance of disability on the association between dependency on others and happiness among people with visual impairment. This study was based on secondary analysis of data from the second wave of the 6th Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled collected by the Employment Development Institute. The results of this study showed that average monthly expenditure on clothing was positively associated with self-efficacy, happiness, and acceptance of disability, while being negatively associated with dependency on others. The results also confirmed that self-efficacy mediated the association between dependency on others and happiness. A conditional direct effect of dependency on others on happiness was found, in which negative associations were significant among people with visual impairment who had low and mean levels of acceptance of disability (but not high levels). In addition, there was a significant conditional indirect effect, in which the indirect and negative effect of dependency on others on happiness via self-efficacy was significant for those with low and average levels of acceptance of disability. These findings support the importance of enhancing the independence and acceptance of disability among people with visual impairment, which ultimately contributes to their happiness.

한문 문언문 교육은 서구에서 독립된 교과로 개설되어 있는가? 아니면 고급 중국어로서 언어 교육의 일환으로 시행되고 있는가? “고립어”의 특징을 가진 한문 문언문을 전혀 다른 언어전통을 가진 독자들은 어떤 시각으로 이해하고 있을까? 본 논문은 구미의 고등교육에서 한문교육이 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 탐구하였다. 다양한 학습경험을 가진 10인의 신진연구자를 인터뷰하여 실증적인 방법으로 북미와 호주, 그리고 유럽의 한문 교육 동향을 파악하였다. 나아가 각각의 뚜렷한 특성 을 가진 교재 3종을 선정하여 편집자의 철학과 한문 분석 방법론, 수록 작품 등을 분석하였다. 한자 문화권 밖 타자의 시선을 통해 더욱 선명히 드러나는 한문의 언어적 역사적 다층성과 텍스트 전통을 주목하면서, “낯설게하기” 방법론을 차용하여 향후 한국의 교육교재 개발에 응용할 수 있는 가능성도 제시해 보았다.

일반적으로 사람들은 자기고양 동기로 인해 나와 관련된 것을 더 좋게 평가하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 대표적인 예시로 소유효과가 있다. 하지만 우리는 경험을 통해 동일한 물건이어도 내 것보다 타인의 것이 더 좋아 보일 때가 있다는 것을 알고 있다. 최근 연구들은 이러한 현상을 소유효과의 역전 현상이라 설명한다. 본 연구는 나-타인 소유 물에 대한 가치 추정이 개인의 조절초점 성향을 통해 달라지는지 확인함으로써 소유효과와 소유효과의 역전 현상을 조절하는 심리학적 변인을 탐색해 보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 지각된 이득과 손실에 대한 관점이 다르다고 알려진 개인의 조절초점 성향이 나-타인 소유주에 따른 소유효과를 조절할 것으로 예상하였으며, 외국인 참가자를 대상으로 익숙하지 않은 타 국가의 화폐를 보여주고 돈의 가치를 모국의 화폐 가치로 추정하도록 하였다. 그 결과, 예방초점 성향이 높은 사람들보다 향상초점 성향이 높은 사람들이 더 돈의 가치를 높게 추정하는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 내가 아닌 다른 사람의 돈이라고 생각했을 때는 조절초점 성향의 조절효과가 유의하지 않았다. 이는 조절초점이라는 개인차 수준에 따라 소유효과가 더 강하게 나타날 수도 있고, 사라질 수도 있다는 것을 시사한다. 연구 결과를 바탕 으로 연구의 의의, 한계점 및 후속 연구에 대해 논의하였다.

본 연구는 한국의 종교들이 전 지구적인 전염병의 위험에 대비하여 새로운 유형의 대안 의례를 생산하고 실천하는 현상에 대해서 미셸드 세르토의 전략 과 전술 개념을 차용하여 해석하고 고찰하는 기회를 마련하였다. 세르토의 ‘전략’은 특정한 장소를 중심으로 지배자의 행위가 피지배자들을 통치하는 계산이라면, ‘전술’은 약자가 강자의 지배 영역 안에서 도피하지 않으면서도 주체적인 행위의 공간을 생산하면서 승리하려는 작전의 실천이다. 본래적인 의미의 종교의 의례는 공간의 무한함과 무질서에서 중심을 설정하고 거룩하고 성스러운 내 부의 장소를 구축하는 장소화 전략이다. 본래적인 종교의 의례에 함축되어 있는 권력 관계와 피지배자들에 대한 가시적인 통제를 전략이라고 본다면, 가상공간 속에서 이루어지는 사이버(온라인) 의례는 종교 내부의 위계질서와 인체에 침범 하는 바이러스의 공격을 무력화하는 장소의 공간화를 실천하면서 전술적 성공을 이룬다.

Since the liberalization of gaming industry in 2002, Macau has become the leading destination for gaming, leisure and entertainment in Asia. Recently, few large-scaled integrated resorts (IRs) have been established and opened to public, bringing more diversified destinations for visitors in Macau. These include casino, hotel, food and beverage, retail, entertainment, etc. With this, there is no doubt that IR operators have to understand how consumers behave and respond to value added products in the IRs. Differentiating one IR from another raises the significance of innovating resort products to retain existing consumers and attract new ones. This research has investigated the impact of potential non-gaming value added products at Venetian Macao Resort on consumers’ patronage and has identified what key subitems can be added to stimulate consumers’ feedback and make them revisit the resort, recommend it to others or be interested in visiting it someday. Questionnaire was designed according to the structural equation modeling (SEM). Results proved the importance of potential value added products at Venetian Macao Resort in influencing consumers’ intention. Based on the findings, suggestions were offered to the management group of Venetian Macao Resort for its future implementation of value added products. Moreover, the results will encourage other IRs in Macau to improve further towards the goal of shaping Macau in becoming a world class tourist destination. First time visitors are more likely to consume in the areas of hotel, retail and casino, while multi-time visitors would prefer to spend on hotel, retail and F&B. To some extent, implies that casino does not seem to be the key activity to make the previous guests return. In addition, spending in hotel, retail and F&B are ranked high on visitors’ preferences, indicating that visitors at Venetian Macao Resort are willing to have diversified consumptions in the non-gaming areas. Moreover, the ways of value adding in terms of promotional pricing, new technology application, upgrading of products, customization and rewarding system can be used frequently as references for the future product improvement at the resort.

본고는 한국전쟁 당시 ‘죽음의 행진’에 참여한 외국인 선교사들의 수기에 관해 연구한다. 이를 위해 당시 남한 사회에 거주하고 있던 멜 으제니 수녀, 셀레스뗑 코요스 신부, 가르멜회의 마리 마들렌 수녀, 필립 크로스비 신부가 작성한 한국전쟁 수기를 살펴본다. 한국전쟁 당시 외국인 선교사들은 냉전 이데올로기와는 무관하게 주어진 소명에 충실한 삶을 살고 있었다. 하지만 천주교는 북한군들에게 냉전 체제 속 이데올로기에 따른 타자 만들기의 빌미가 된다. 동시에 전쟁 포로들에게는 재난 상황 속에서 피해자들의 삶을 회복하고, 살아갈 수 있게 하는 희망에 대한 인식적 가능성을 제공한다. 이 과정에서 전쟁이라는 재난을 공유하는 공동체 속에서 타인의 고난과 죽음에 대한 기억과 애도, 더 나아가 연대를 가능하게 해준다. 본고에서는 한국전쟁 외국인 선교사들의 수기를 통해 종교가 이데올로기적 기구로 작용하는 과정에서는 재난을 일으키지만, 역설적으로 그러한 재난 상황 속 피해자들을 치유하고 공동체적 연대를 가능하게 하는 것 역시 종교라는 점을 확인할 수 있다.

본 연구는 자유주의적 관용 개념의 신학적 수용에 관한 반성적 고찰이다. 연구자는 관용의 신학적 주제화가 20세기의 종교 다원주의 신학 담론을 중심으로 전개되어 왔다고 주장하면서, 그 경향을 대표하 는 두 명의 학자인 존 힉(John Hick)과 존 캅(John B. Cobb, Jr.)의 다원주의 신학을 ‘관용 통치’의 관점에서 새롭게 점검한다. 이를 위해 이 논문은 자유주의의 이념으로서의 관용의 개념과 역사를 일별하고, 힉과 캅의 다원주의 신학의 요체를 설명한 후 각각의 한계를 타자 윤리적 관점에서 비판한다. 선교는 종교간 경계를 철회하는 관용의 급진적 수용(Hick)도, ‘존재신학’의 지속을 위한 장치이자 알리바이로 서의 관용의 도구적 이용(Cobb)도 아니다. 선교는 관용을 넘어, 타자와 의 대화를 선포를 위한 주체의 ‘의미’로 전락시키지 않으려는 노력을 통해 타자와 더불어 타자로부터 상호변화에 이르는 성육신의 과정이다. 그러므로 관용 이후의 선교는 “지극히 보잘 것 없는 사람 하나”(마 25:40)의 타자성과 대면하여 그 당혹스러운 사건으로부터 ‘존재신학’ 의 한계를 돌파해 나가는 신학(神學) 이후 신학(呻學)의 가능성이다.

공자유학의 방법론은 수기이안인(修己以安人)체계에 집약되어 있 다. 그것은 修己以敬· 修己以安人· 修己以安百姓으로 보편성을 강 화시켜 가면서 不踰矩[上達]에 이르는 길이다. 하지만 수기이안인의 체계는 성리학에 이르러 ‘修己治人’으로 전회된다. 유학의 현재화라는 입장에서 볼 때, 수기치인론은 공자의 수기이안 인의 본의를 왜곡시킨 것이며, 수기를 수단으로, 치인을 목적으로 이 해될 수도 있으며, 수기라는 과정을 통하여 치인이라는 결과에 도달 한다는 뜻으로도 읽힐 수 있다. 그러므로 수기치인론은 공자의 본의 대로 수기이안인 론으로 그 개념과 가치를 회복시키는 것이 바람직 해 보인다.

목적:작업치료사의 자아존중감과 타인에 대한 공감능력 간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다.연구방법:부산·경남의 135명의 작업치료사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문 기간은 2012년 12월부터 2013년 2월까지이었다. 작업치료사의 자아존중감과 타인에 대한 공감능력을 측정하기 위하여 자아존중감 척도와 한국어판 공감지수 척도를 사용하였다. 결과:자아존중감과 인지공감능력은 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 성별에 따라 자아존중감과 공감능력의 하위항목인 사회기술에서 유의한 차이를 보였고, 급여에 따라 공감능력에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 작업치료사의 교육 수준에 따라 자아존중감과 공감능력 모두에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 결론:자아존중감이 높은 작업치료사들이 타인에 대한 이해와 공감능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 공감능력은 클라이언트와 치료사의 치료적 관계를 맺는데 필수적인 요소이다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 임상 작업치료사와 작업치료학생에게 타인에 대한 이해를 높이고, 클라이언트의 동기를 유발할 수 있는 적절한 교육 프로그램을 시행할 필요가 있다.

The aim of this article is to analyze how the characters of Tolstoy's novel War and Peace experience the death of the others. After the death of his wife, Andrey feels very guilty, for he abandoned her, preferring his social ambition to the happiness of his family. Andrey's life in seclusion is the means by which he punishes himself and is itself his social and spiritual death. He is called again to life only after he meets Natasha, the symbol and embodiment of life in this novel. Maria goes through the process of grief after her father's death. Retrospection tums out to be a vital element in the process of grief. After she successfully detaches herself from her deceased father, she meets Nicholas, her future husband and she returns to a normal life. Another heroine of the novel, Natasha also undergoes the process of grief after the death of Andrey, her former fiancé. But life brings her back to itself by arousing love towards her family in her. Pierre learns from Karataev the lesson that everything happens according to God's will or fate and one must receive everything as it happens. He receives Karataev's death as natural, not even grieving over him. Karataev remains in his memory as an embodiment of goodness, truth and simplicity.

이 논문은 예이츠와 조이스는 서로의 차이점으로 인해 자신들의 작품과 원리를 만들어낸다고 주장한다. 그들의 차이점들은 두 작가들에 의해 전략적으로 재조 정되고 재연됨으로써 문학적 자아를 창출하고 무의미하거나 정치적으로 제한적이지 않는 전통을 창안해 낸다. 그러나 자신들의 미학적, 작가적 안목의 차이를 강조하려는 노력에도 불구하고, 그들은 서로를 참조하고, 또 서로가 버릴 것을 여겨지는 견해를 취하고 있다.

The technique of using the perspective of the "The Others" has been used continuously after modernity, in order to draw a more in depth image of one self. The other cannot be positioned without positioning the self and our own subjectivity because the self is more well defined through the other. Like the unquestionable 'Cogito' of Decartes, without a foundation of the self, 'other' cannot be established. The unquestionable 'Cogito' of Decartes, and problems of the subjectivity or problems of 'other' in East Asian society have close relations westernization and sharing western ideas of modernity. Image of ourselves after modernity cannot escape from 'orientalism' which divide the world into the occident and the orient. Modernity of the west was a process of developing a paradigm of life different from the medieval period, and also discovering properties of themselves through "otherising" the East. Therefore for the West, modernity becomes a continuous arena for overcoming paradoxes of their own. However for many North East Asian countries, modernity is a rupture. The text examines how different methods of two different backgrounds tackle the issues regarding "The Others"- works of Eastern and Western contemporary artists, Yang Fudong and Isaac Julien.

다양한 무체재산이 혁신과 창작을 유도하는 데 효율적인 법적 도구가 될 수 있다면, 기업이나 개인의 명성과 신용은 거래비용을 낮춰 줌으로써 일상적인 경제활동의 효율성을 높여주는 기능을 수행하게 된다. 명성과 신용의 경제적인 효과를 보면, 진실에 기초한 명성 또는 신용은 정확한 정보의 무상공유를 가능하게 함으로써 상품이나 서비스의 공급자와 소비자 사이의 효율적인 선택을 가능하게 하는 기능을 수행하기 때문에 명예훼손이나 퍼블리시티 기타 불법행위에 관한 법리는 관련시장에서 거래비용을 낮춰 주는 훌륭한 법적 도구가 될 수 있다. 종래 기업의 신용을 훼손하는 행위에 대한 불법 행위책임의 문제는 구체적인 사실을 적시하거나 의견을 표명함으로써 기업에 대한 사회적 평가를 저해하는 행위들을 중심으로 논의가 이루어졌으나, 최근 선고된 대법원 2008. 10. 9. 선고 2006다 53146 판결에서는 고급 이미지의 의류로서 명성과 신용을 얻고 있는 타인의 의류와 유사한 디자인의 의류를 제조하여 저가로 유통한 행위가 타인인 법인의 신용을 훼손하는 행위에 해당하고 그에 대해 불법행위책임이 인정된다는 취지로 판시하였다. 이 글에서는 위 대상 판결의 사실관계와 판시내용을 중심으로 하여 산업디자인에 대한 저작권법적 보호가능성, 부정경쟁방지법상 상품주체혼동행위 및 상품형태모방행위의 각 성립요건, 영업비밀 침해행위의 성립요건, 저작권법이나 부정경쟁방지법 등의 성문법을 위반하지 아니한 행위에 대한 일반 불법행위책임의 적용가능성과 위법성의 판단기준 및 손해배상의 범위 등에 관한 쟁점을 검토하고 있다. 이 사건의 예에서 보듯이 기술의 발전과 시장의 변화로 인하여 다양한 형태의 경쟁질서 위반행위가 나타나고 있고, 이에 관한 판례도 점점 늘어나고 있는 추세에 있는바, 이 분야에 관한 심도 있는 논의가 계속 진행될 필요가 있다고 본다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of the police, prosecution and the others's social support on stress responses and correction of the juvenile delinquents. To accomplish these purposes, this study used sample of 546 juvenile delinquents who are in the process of the juvenile justice. Social support and correction were assessed with an instrument designed for this study. Juvenile delinquents were assessed using the following variables: ⑴ perceived social support scale, specially social support types (esteem support, emotional support, informational support), social support providers (parents, relatives, friends, teachers, community) and police and prosecution's social support. ⑵ correction scale, specially social stigma, social deprivation, self reflection, legal consciousness, self concept. The resulting scale of the instrument had good internal reliability and was scored to show that high scores indicated a willingness to access. To examine this purpose, Mean, standard deviation, Two way ANOVA were conducted. The results are as follows: First, The effects of the police and prosecution's social support on stress responses did make significant difference. The less police and prosecution's social support they had, the more stress responses such as anger, anxiety, guilty feeling and resentment appeared. Second, the effects of the police and prosecution's social support on correction did make significant difference on the social deprivation, legal consciousness and self reflection. Therefore, the system like Youth Counseling Center which provides counseling, consultation, and information to the youth and their parents in early stage of the police and prosecution should be activated. And, Government should develope a formal and informal social support network for the juvenile delinquents.
