This study was applied to the PCA (Primary Components Analysis) for the sixteen table setting at the 2017 Yeongju local food contest. In this contest, we have developed a seonbibansang and a temple one-dish meal. As a result of the correlation analysis, the applicability and composition were 0.7980, harmony and taste were 0.7747 and easiness and composition were 0.7435. In the Primary Component Y1, all the variables X1…X10 mean that the quality of the food had positive values greater than zero. The second Primary Component Y2 has a large positive value while X4, X5, X6, X7, X9 have negative values. Y2 is a value representing the sanitation variable, and can be considered a traditional and characteristic table setting natural to the native food in Yeongju. In addition, we developed an-hyangbansang and seonmyoaecheong food content by applying PCA factors (the elements of harmony, ease and sanitation). Table setting of an-hyangbansang provided energy 61.5%, protein 20.0% and fat 18.5% and seonmyoaecheong provided energy 62.7%, protein 15.4% and fat 22.2%. This satisfied the necessary amount of caloric nutrient intake that could be provided in a meal. Especially through story-telling, a modern interpretation - or rebranding - of local and traditional foods could make these traditional food products familiar to consumers currently. The developed table setting is felt to be conductive to the possible commercialization and introduction of traditional food into the mainstream commercial food service industry.
The ecosystem is composed of various elements and maintains the function of the system. The characteristics of each ecosystem type affect the culture of the area, so it is necessary to consider ecocultural characteristics when establishing the policy. This study was conducted to evaluate the value based on the distribution information of eco - cultural resources and to find out how to use it in establishing related policies. The target sites were Gyeongsangbuk - do province, and were evaluated using 7 items of natural ecological characteristics and socio - cultural characteristics. The information used in the evaluation was 13 spatial information such as forest map, ecological and natural map, natural park distribution map, and it was ranked according to the utilization of policies such as tourism resource management and administration, and evaluated by the minimum indicator method. As a result of the evaluation, 336 excellent areas were selected. In the selected area, 6 kinds of endangered species from 1,914 observation, and cultural resources were distributed from 194 sites. Since ecological resources and cultural resources are applied to the same evaluation method and expressed in a single scale, it is considered to be easy to use in administrative plans and policies. Further studies such as comparison of evaluation models and subdivision of grades are necessary.

Korea companies in China often encounter a series of problems such as Chinese employees frequent job quitting, antipathic to authoritarianism management in Korean companies, mistrust and labor disputes caused by increasing labor disputes and etc. through a deep analysis I found the root to these questions is the cultural differences between China and Korea. Traditional korean culture emphasizes community consciousness, the features of which are authoritarianism, collectivism, and exclusivecronyism. in addition, hierarchical army culture has great impact in Korean society and culture, therefore, Korean companies are featured as collective communities with clear hierarchical employment system. different from korea, as enforcing Communist Party and collapse of feudal Confucianism, hierarchy culture emphasizing differences between gender, age and social level is diminishing, instead, equal consciousness is growing,"everyone is equal" is greatly emphasized in human relations. Korean companies in China needs to get rid of Korean-centered thinking mode and rethink more about Korean way of management, which means to improve parental authoritarian management and use "democratic" management fitting Chinese present situation. creating equal working environment and enhancing democratic communication is important in decreasing cultural differences and increasing humane trust. therefore effective human resources management can be realized.
Natural resource of the island and coastal regions is one of the most important element of ecological network system in Korea. Currently, there is trend that natural and biological resources such as fishing and tidal wetland have been used to local economic activation in island and coastal regions. According to the 5-days work in a week, island and coastal regions become important amenity resource of citizen's recreation area. Korea is peninsula surrounded by maritime. Especially, South and West Sea surrounded by many islands and tidal flat wetlands are emerging marine ecosystem and seascape in the world. Natural resource is limited, so we have to sustain those resource to current tourism. In this study, I would like to suggest that importance of cultural resource as well as natural resource for 'eco-cultural tourism' in order to keep both biological diversity and cultural diversity as amenity resource for future island economic activation in Korea.
