지리적 위치를 차지한 싱가포르는 외교 정책을 바꾸어 대국 간 의 균형 을 유지 해 왔 고 무역 친중 정치 친미의 '대독 전략'을 채택해왔다. 2016년은 싱가포르 대중 국 정책을 조정 한해였고 중미 무역 충돌과 전염병 상황의 영향을 받아 싱가포르 대중국 정책도 새로운 도전에 직면 했다. 현재의 국제 환경에 빨리 적응하기 위해 싱가포르는 대중국 정책을 점차적으로 조정하고 대중국의 우호를 계속 증진 시킨다. 본고는 싱가포르가 향후 유행기에 중국 외교정책에 대한 변화 추세를 분석하는데 중심을 두고 있다.

A new era for luxury brands is emerging, in which the prevailing motivations need to be reexamined. Considering that advertisements are frequently based on the motivations that the luxury brand aims to satisfy, this research sets out to fill this gap in the literature. Through a quasi-experiment, this study examines how a series of personal characteristics affect the relationship between advertised values and Aad, Ab and PI. Preliminary findings are reported and suggestions for further research are presented as well. Indicative implications and limitations are also noted.

본 연구의 목적은 CoP 활동 속에서 관계의 신뢰 정도, 평등함, 의사소통의 원활성에 대한 참여자들의 인식이 CoP 참여의 내재동기 및 참여도에 어떠한 영향을 끼치는지 밝히는데 있다. 이를 위해 실증적 방법 으로 국내 기업 내 CoP에서의 동료 간 신뢰, 권력, 의사소통이 내재동기와 참여도에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보았다. 이러한 연구결과, 첫째, 성별, 직급, 직무에 따라 구성원들이 느끼는 기업 내 CoP에서 동료에 대 한 신뢰 형성의 어려움, 권력의 불평등, 의사소통의 장애는 유의미한 차이가 존재하지 않았다. 둘째, CoP 활동은 동료 간 수평적 관계를 인식하기 보다는 동료에 대한 신뢰가 내재적 동기를 발생하는데 더 직접적 인 관련이 있었다. 셋째, CoP 활동에서 동료 간 의사소통의 활성화는 CoP 참여에 직접적인 관련이 있었 다. 본 연구결과는 CoP 구성원들이 인식하는 CoP 내부의 신뢰, 권력, 의사소통 중에 동료들 간의 높은 신 뢰와 원활한 의사소통이 CoP 참여에 유의미한 영향을 준다는 것을 확인하였다. 그러므로 CoP를 보다 효 과적으로 실행하기 위해서 참여자 구성이 중요하며, 형성 초기 상호간 신뢰를 증진할 수 있는 적절한 개 입이 필요하다. 또한 CoP 동료간 의사소통을 활성화 할 수 있는 장치를 마련하는 것이 중요한 전략으로 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 한국근로자를 대상으로 하여 성장욕구가 직무열의와 직무탈진에 영향을 미치는지 조사하였 다. 이와 더불어 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기가 이들 변수 간의 관계에 영향을 미치는지에 대해서도 검증하였다. 본 연구를 위해 한국의 제조기업에 근무하는 244명의 근로자에게 자기보고식 설문조사를 실시 하였다. 연구결과, 직무열의와 직무탈진에 대한 성장욕구의 직접 효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이들 변수들 간의 관계는 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기의 매개역할에 의해 강화되는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 성장욕구와 직무열의의 관계에 대해 부정적 정서조절과 내적 동기는 매개효과를 가졌으며, 성장욕구와 직무탈진의 관계에 부정적 정서조절이 매개효과를 가졌다. 이 결과를 통해 본 연구는 성장욕구와 직무 열의, 직무탈진의 관계에 대한 부정적 정서조절 및 내적 동기와 같은 심리적 특성의 중요성을 확인하였다.

Jeju has become an important hub for tourism and English education in Northeast Asia and the importance of English in Jeju cannot be overemphasized. This paper compares the psychological and cognitive approaches of SLA motivation and sociological approaches of investment. Language learning involves the complex identities of language learners. Poststructuralists are interested in how language learners’ positions might influence their investments and how their investments affect their identity formation. However, researchers in Jeju have not given enough attention to the identity changes and investment transformation during students’ English learning processes. Therefore, it is important to investigate English learners’ investment and identity formations in the various sociocultural contexts in Jeju.

본 연구는 노인 스포츠 참여동기와 재미요인, 여가만족 및 운동지속의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 자료분석을 위하여 서울 소재의 노인종합복지관에서 스포츠 프로그램에 참여하는 노인을 모집단으로 총 200부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 불성실한 응답 17부를 제외한 총 183부(91.5%)의 자료를 유효표 본으로 사용하였다. 자료처리를 위하여 IBM AMOS 21을 이용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 집중타당 도, 판별타당도, 개념신뢰도, Cronbach’s α, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 노인 스포츠 참여동기는 재미요인에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 노인 스포츠 참여동기는 여가만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 노인스포츠 참여동기는 운동지속에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 노인 스포츠 재미요인은 여가만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 다섯째, 노인스포츠 재미요인은 운동지속에 영향을 미쳤다. 여섯째, 노인스포츠 운동만족은 운동지속에 영향을 미쳤다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships among English learners’ motivation, strategies, and achievement. The participants were 61 Korean college students specializing in Aviaition Service and they took a mock TOEIC and completed a questionnaire on learning motivations and strategies. T-test and multiple regression analysis were used to determine the relationships among all variables. The findings revealed that, first, variables in integrative motivation were found to be a statistically significant predictor of achievement while variables in instrumental motivation’ was higher order motivation type. Second, participants used ‘compensation strategies’ most frequently and higher-achieving students used more strategies than their peers did. ‘Metacognitive strategies’ and ‘affective strategies’ had statistically significant impacts on their achievement. In conclusion, the relationships among learning motivation, strategies and achievement was found to be definite. Implications for more effective study habits are suggested.

비고츠스키(Vygosky)의 사회문화 이론은 특히 제2외국어 학습에 있어서 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 학생들은 협동적인 학습 활동을 하면서 영어를 더 잘 배우고 성장하며 발전한다. 게다가 쓰기단계는 사회적 상호작용을 통해 복잡한 인식과정을 거쳐 향상되고 발전한다. 본 논문은 쓰기 수업을 하는 학생들로부터 피드백을 도출하기 위해 구글 독스(Google Docs)를 이용하여 사회문화이론이 쓰기수업에 어떻게 적용되었는지를 설명하고자 한다. 본 연구는 한국 모 대학의 영어수업에서 진행되었고, 참가자는 영어교육과 학생 11명이다. 연구자는 반성적 실천(Reflective Practice), 비계설정(Scaffolding), 동료 피드백 촉진(Peer Feedback Facilitation) 등의 과정을 통해 강사가 학생들이 한 문장에서 시작하여 단락까지 씀으로써 결국은 영어로 에세이를 쓸 수 있게 효과적으로 준비할 수 있었다. 이 연구에서 다섯 단락 정도의 에세이를 쓸 수 있을 만큼 학생들의 작문실 력은 향상되었고, 격려를 통해 서로 성장하고 발전할 수 있었다. 또한 이 과정에서 학생들의 사회적 기술과 공감능력이 향상되었고 수업 분위기도 개선되었다. 이러한 기술적인 동료 피드백은 동기부여를 위한 효율적인 방식이며, 학생들에게는 영어쓰기학습에서 자신감을 주는 것으로 나타난다. 사회문화이론의 적용을 통해 학생들은 제2외국어에 대한 지식을 습득 하고 더 발전시킬 수 있으며, 낮은 단계의 이해에서 더 높은 수준의 지식 으로 나아가게 하는 상호작용의 시너지를 만들어 낸다.

This study examined the effects of an intervention using audiobooks for the development of reading fluency, in terms of reading speed, reading comprehension, and motivation to read among Kazakhstani English as a foreign language (EFL) ninth-grade learners in the K–11 system. Silent reading with audiobooks (experimental group) and silent reading only (control group) were compared with a mixed-method study design, a reading motivation questionnaire, and a semi-structured interview. Quantitative data analysis was conducted using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA). The experimental group was found to significantly outperform the control group in reading speed while preserving substantial comprehension of the texts. The results further revealed that, while both groups’ motivation level increased, no statistically significant difference was found between the experimental and control groups, suggesting that the use of audiobooks was not superior to silent reading for motivation enhancement. Nevertheless, a qualitative analysis of data obtained from the interviews revealed that the use of audiobooks had an overall positive effect on students’ attitudes toward the use of audiobooks and reading comprehension. The study concludes with a discussion of limitations and suggestions for future research.

오늘날 조직은 빠르게 변화하는 외부 환경에 적극적으로 대응하고자 조직과 업무에 적극적인 태도를 가지고 직무열의가 높은 조직구성원을 필요로 한다. 조직구성원의 직무열의를 효과적으로 이끌어내기 위 해서는 조직구성원에게 구체적인 목표와 지속적 관심을 제공하는 상사의 변혁적 리더십 구현이 필요하 며, 외부적인 리더십이 조직구성원의 직무열의로 이어지기 위한 조직구성원의 내적 동기부여 과정이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 공공기관 구성원을 대상으로 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 구성원의 내적동기를 매개로 직무열의에 미치는 영향을 연구하고자 하였으며, 이를 위해 A공공기관 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문자료를 배포하여 이중 회수된 287부를 통계 분석한 결과 다음과 같다. 첫째, 변혁적 리더십은 내적 동기, 직무열의에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내적 동기는 직무열의에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 내적 동기는 변혁적 리더십과 직무열의를 부분 매개하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 통하여 내적 동기는 변혁적 리더십과 직무열의의 관계에서 중요한 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 따라서 조직구성원의 직무열의 향상을 위하여 조직에서는 상급자에게 변혁적 리더십의 구현을 위한 교육 활동을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 조직구성원의 내적 동기를 고양할 수 있는 직무환경을 제공할 필요성이 있다.

교사의 학습지도 방식에 따라 학생들의 학업동기가 향상되거나 떨어질 수 있다. 또한, 학업적 자기효능감은 학업동기에 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 교사의 코칭리더십이 학업동기에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 자기효 능감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 전라북도 소재 중학교 학생 277명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 22.0 등을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 교사의 코칭리더십의 방향제시와 관계는 학생들의 학업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 둘째, 교사의 코칭리더십의 방향제시와 관계는 학생들의 학업적 자기효능감과 자기조절효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감의 자기조절효능감과 과제난이도 선호가 학 업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학업적 자기효능감의 자신감은 코칭리더십과 학업동기에 완전 또는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고, 자기조절효능감은 코칭리더십의 방향제시, 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 결과는 교사의 코칭리더십이 중학생의 학업동기에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 학업적 자기효능감이 학업동기에 매개역할을 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 학생들의 학업동기를 향상시키기 위해서 학업적 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 학교현장에서 적용할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

감정노동(emotional labor)의 강도가 높은 직업 중 하나인 항공사 승무원들은 관리직 및 사무직 등의 종업원들에 비해 상대적으로 감정부조화에 노출될 가능성이 더 크다. 실제 경험하게 되는 내면 감정과 표현 감정이 다른 경우, 직무수행과 조직생활에 어려움을 겪게 될 가능성 높아지게 된다. 고용노동부는 감정을 관리해야 하는 업무활동이 전체 업무의 50%를 넘는 경우, 감정노동에 해당한다고 판단하여, 2018 년 10월 18일 ‘감정노동자 보호법’이 발효되었다. 이 법은 고객 응대 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 여러 상황에서 감정노동자를 제도적으로 보호하기 위해 제정되었다. 본 연구는 고객대면 업무환경에서 여러 갈등관계에 노출될 수 있는 국내항공사 여성승무원 355명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 서술하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 항공사 여성승무원들이 경험하는 감정부조화가 그들의 내재적 동기와 직무스 트레스에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증검증해보고자 하였다. 둘째, 개인의 심리적 자본인 회복탄력성이 감정부조화와 내재적 동기 및 직무스트레스에 어떠한 조절효과가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 마지막으로 감정부조화와 내재적 동기 및 직무스트레스 간의 관계에서 LMX의 상호작용효과를 검증해보았다. 실증 분석 후, 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 감정부조화는 내재적 동기에 부적인 영향을 나타내었다. 둘째, 감정부조화는 직무스트레스에는 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 검증되었다. 셋째, 조절변수인 LMX를 높게 지각할수록, 감정부조화가 직무스트레스에 미치는 정적인 영향을 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 본 연구의 결과는 항공사 여성승무원 뿐만 아니라, 다양한 산업 환경에서 감정노동을 관리해야 하는 인사관리자 및 실무자들에게 작은 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

This study aims to explore relationships between non-English majors’ instrumental motivation, interest, and their learning behaviors in a Korean EFL context. Two questionnaires of instrumental motivation and interest were administered to 113 freshmen who were enrolled in a language certificate program for non-English majors. Three of the respondents were invited to a semi-structured interview for in-depth understanding of their perceptions about the program and learning. Results of factor analysis showed the validity of the Promotional and Preventional Instrumentality and the Course and Task Interest as important factors. Pearson correlation and regression analysis were carried out on the data. Results showed that the instrumental motivations were positively correlated with the interest factors and learning behaviors. While instrumental motivations were predictors for learners’ intended effort, learners’ interest in course predicted their achievement test score. The findings suggest that characteristics of context and strong obligations of non-English majors might affect their motivation, interest, and learning behaviors. Limitations and implications of the study were also discussed.

This study examined motivation to use omni-channel services on mobile devices in fashion stores and the effects of such usage motivation on brand purchase intention through continuous and affective commitment. Data were collected on consumers in their 20s and 30s who experienced omni-channel services during shopping for or purchasing fashion products. An online survey asked 413 consumers to rate their brand purchase intention. Sub-levels of each variable were examined using SPSS 25.0, followed by confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 19.0. In addition, path analysis using structural equation modeling was applied to analyze associations between variables. The statistical results were mixed. First, only two dimensions of usage motivation for omni-channel services, hedonic and relational motivation, had positive effects on continuous and affective commitment. Second, continuous commitment had a greater effect on purchase intention of brands that provided omni-channel services than it did on affective commitment. Third, of the dimensions of usage motivation, utilitarian motivation had a direct influence on purchase intention in the modified model, while social motivation did not affect service commitment and purchase intention. Finally, our findings suggest that brand loyalty can be built by encouraging service commitments through hedonic and relational motivation, based on the usability of omnichannel services.

최근 선진국을 중심으로 소프트웨어(SW) 교육의 중요성에 대한 연구는 계속 쏟아져 나오고 있다. 단순히 프로그래밍 언어를 습득한다는 개념을 넘어서서 논리적 사고력, 문제 해결력 등의 향상을 목적으로 한 SW 교육은 SW 교육 플랫폼을 중심으로 다양하게 개발, 연구되어 지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터를 활용한 SW 학습 플랫폼을 SW 교육을 처음 접하는 학습자들에게 적용하여 SW 교육 플랫폼의 중요성과 효과적인 SW 교육 플랫폼의 요소에 대해 고찰하고 학생들의 동기부여와 참여도를 높이기 위해 게임화 된 학습의 필요성에 대해 논하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate patterns of English learning motivation that changed in high school students from their elementary to junior high and senior high schools from a retrospective perspective. It further examined factors affecting motivation, demotivation, and remotivation. Participants charted progressions and regressions of their English learning motivation. They then took part in semi-structured interviews. Results of the study revealed that the students had the highest motivation in their elementary school years. They showed gradual declines as learning time progressed, showing the lowest motivation in their high school years. Motivation factors included teaching methods, curiosity and interest in English classes, and incentives and praise for learning achievements, while textbooks, curriculum, learning failure experiences, and pressure on grades were demotivating factors. Improvements in test scores and English study skills, experiences of success in English learning, and awareness of the importance of learning English remotivated these students. Identified motivation, demotivation, and remotivation factors differed depending on students’ English proficiency.
