1. 이 연구는 목재합법성 제도의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 실사 체계의 요건을 ISO 위험 관리 표준과 국외 우수 사례분석을 통해 탐색·분석함. 2. 이 연구는 ISO 위험 관리 표준에 기반하여 불법목재 위험 관리 실사체계에서 주요하게 다루어야 하는 요건을 1) 위험 정의, 2) 위험 평가, 3) 위험 조치, 4) 모니터링 및 검토, 5) 기록 및 보고 등 다섯 가지로 설정하고, 이 분석틀을 기반으로 호주의 목재합법성 제도 내 실사체계를 분석함. 3. 호주의 목재합법성 제도 실사체계는 ISO 표준에 비추어 불법목재 위험성을 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 요건을 세부적으로 잘 갖추고 있었기에 우리나라의 실사체계 설계 시 벤치 마킹이 용이한 우수 사례임. 4. 이 연구는 국외 사례 조사를 통해 우리나라의 합법목재 교역촉진제도 내 실사 체계 수립 및 운영에 대한 의미 있는 정책 제언을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대함. 5. 특히 우리나라가 2019년도에 도입한 합법목재 교역촉진 제도의 실사체계 구축을 위한 논의가 현재 진행되고 있는 바, 본 연구가 제공하는 구체적인 실사 틀과 실사 요건에 대한 고 찰이 우리나라 임업정책에 시사하는 바가 큼.
PURPOSES : The purpose of this study is to derive implications by comparing overseas and domestic cases on the management of demand forecast risks in public-private partnerships (PPP) projects.
METHODS : Demand forecast risk management measures of PPP were classified into three categories: Expected project IRR, Minimum income guarantee, and LPVR mechanism. According to the classification method, the overseas demand risk sharing method was introduced. The risk methods of demand risk for PPP projects in Korea were classified and compared with that of overseas cases.
RESULTS : 1. The domestic PPP was developed from the perspective of investors rather than overseas. 2. The risk-sharing model was not considered during the bidding process. 3. The models for the demand forecasting errors were not diverse.
CONCLUSIONS : The domestic BTO project includes several risk factors, among which the burden on demand forecast risks is critical. Future studies will be required to quantitatively evaluate risk factors in PPP projects and properly share the risks between the government and the private sector.
The International Organization for Standardization published ISO 9001 Quality Management System – Requirements in 1987 and has revised four times since then. ISO 9001:2015 is the latest edition and organizations are supposed to obtain the certificate of the new version registration by late 2018. This latest edition has two most noticeable changes. The first major change of new edition focuses on performance with an emphasis on Risk-Based Thinking (RBT) to enhance the process approach. The new edition consists of ten clauses whose first three clauses are largely same as older edition but risks are clearly stated and stressed in last seven clauses, emphasizing on Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle at all levels in the organization. The second major change is that the new edition has the same overall structure as other ISO management system standards known as High Level Structure with Annex SL.In this article we pursue to explain the basic concept of Risk-Based Thinking and describe six steps of Risk-Based Thinking using a realistic example. We enumerate all possible risks that can be occurred in organizations and propose a specific risk management procedure that the quality managers of organizations can systematically implement.
Agrometeorological information used in agriculture field depends heavily on productivity in accordance with analysis and forecasting accuracy. In this study, we used necessary weather information for potato crops during the growing season and developed a decision support system to help farmers' management activities. The core of the solution is to utilize the real-time weather data observed in my field. By using application weather information in agricultural field rather than simple weather information transmission, we understood control effect through various pest information services. These ICT (Information & Communication Technologies) solutions in the field of weather-based agriculture provide appropriate intention information for growing crops, thus it is expected that effective control will reduce the risk of insect pests and reduce direct costs of farmers. In addition, it is expected that it will contribute not only to reduce soil pollution but also to safe food production by controlling indiscriminate use of pesticides properly.
Enterprise Risk Management(ERM) is aiming at the establishment of the risk management process to prevent and cope with risks in advance and is composed of Risk Identification, Risk Assessment, Risk Response and Monitoring. It is feedback through the Risk Re-identification. This study has analysed a sample of the risk management system of an airport operating corporation, for this purpose, relevant documents and examples of overseas airports have been reviewed. It has found that corporation establishing ERM have been performing identical procedures such as the process of Identification, Assessment, Effective Reporting, Communication and monitoring and so on. The A corporation has established the process for risk management and crisis management and organized for its organization and system. The risk management has the same process such as above. In this process, when the symptoms of critical crisis have been recognized, it has been transformed into crisis management system, through which, corporate-wide response has been conducted in the process of crisis status analysis, response and follow-up management. This study expects to contribute to systematic foundation for future business continuity on the basis of risks and response procedures acknowledged by this study.
The occupational health and safety accidents were continuously increased during handling, usage and manufacturing the chemical materials according to increase of small and medium sized enterprises in domestic industries. These accidents mainly resulted from insufficient occupational health and safety management and deteriorative facilities and focused on corresponding operation to minimize the damage of accidents after occurrence. But, it was required that we grasped the occurrence causes of occupational health and safety risk in handling, usage and manufacturing the chemical materials and develop the adequate corresponding operation and system according to the possible occurrence of occupational health and safety risk. This study deals with the development of risk assessment model to derive the risk and important risk of occupational health and safety and then help to construct the self-controlled occupational health and safety system for small and medium sized enterprises handling the chemical materials.
The important elements and conditions to improve corporate competitiveness are customer development, new product development, sales increase, net profit increase, and other factors. We selected the risk factors that exist in functional categories in the system connected complicatedly and variously by organizational value chain of corporate, and examined the conceptual model of Enterprise Risk Management System based on the precedent studies.
The purpose of this study is, by recognizing that recently, as crimes using information and various adverse-effect phenomena such as hacking and virus occur frequently with rapid development of information network such as Internet in every field of industry, the range of security is widening to the field of industrial areas for preventing the leaking of industrial technology and protecting that technology as well as information security only limited to IT area, and by establishing common concept about industrial security through education on the industrial security at the point of increasing importance of industrial security, to prepare the base of comprehensive risk management system for protecting company's assets (physical factor, technical factor and managerial factor) safely from the random threats or attacks inside and outside the company through assessment of important assets of the company, evaluation of threats and weak points, and risk assessment by building industrial security management system in order to protect company's information assets and resources which are connected to the existence of the company safely from the threats or attacks from inside or outside the company and to spread stable business activities.
Establishing a framework, to explain the path to safety accidents considering major safety management factors such as physical conditions including on-site activities and workplace, as well as human factors as to labor, supervisors, or managers, would be effective as the basis to control project's risks by preventing disasters. Therefore, this study aimed to clarify the mechanism in safety management and disaster occurrence. In order to accomplish the purpose, it identified and classified the factors related to accidents, reviewed the causal relationships among them, and suggested the influence diagram. The results of this research are expected to contribute to reinforcing the preventive management, and facilitating the development of integrated site control system based on safety risks.
다양한 리스크 문제가 발생하고 있는 환경 속에서 리스크에 대한 적절한 대응을 하고 안정화를 도모함과 동시에 리스크 문제가 표면화되어 초래하는 영향을 극소화 하기 위한 새로운 패러다임의 경영시스템 도입이 주요 전략과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 경영시스템(Risk Management System)인 IEC 61508의 리스크 규격을 중심으로 소프트웨어 분야가 가지고 있는 리스크 문제를 효과적으로 관리 할 수 있는 대안 모색을 가능하도록 하고 소프트웨어 분야에서의 리스크 제로와 안전 강화를 위하여 기초 자료를 제시하였다.
Critical incident can be happened at any time, any places without any pre-notification. For minimizing the loss of the life safety, financial and so on caused by the risk, most of company needs a system what can activate the critical incident management plan to prevent, plan for and respond to events that become critical incident. But a lot of company still don't have such a detailed system in our country and almost company has no effective training way for to boot. This paper shows the way to activate the risk management system to work efficiently the plan. The training way, proposed by this paper, is a incident command simulator based on virtual reality and scenario generation software.

In this paper, we do comparative analysis of standardization systems and standards concerned on risk, so thus present basic data for safety reinforcement and risk zero in the construction life cycle process.
Next Generation internet banking service for important role of banking business competitive power separates service function of individual banking and should equip various service that coincides in each special qualities these are customer management, portfolio management, global corporation support etc. The past few years have been characterized by rapid changes in technology and the introduction of corporate and retail banking services through the Internet. the integration of e-banking platforms with legacy systems and the increasing dependence of banks on third party information service providers, all dramatically amplify the magnitude of risks to which banks are exposed. Risk management disciplines have not evolved at the same speed and many institutions, especially the smaller ones, have not been able to incorporate Internet banking risk controls within their existing risk management structures. This article provides an overview of the various risks which are heightened with Internet banking, and a holistic approach to managing these risks. In addition, the presentation will explain the different risk areas and the controls to be adopted to mitigate these risks.
To minimize damage from disasters, various aspects of prevention, preparation, and response, etc. are being managed. A system that can share the identical disaster information based on prompt disaster management and prediction must be developed and constructed for integrated disaster management.
Among the various disasters caused by climate change, flooding has account for more than 70% for domestic disaster. This study develops an integrated system that be able to express and spread the disaster information, which can corresponds to the flooding. DRiMSS developed in this study consists of four modules, including RASS, LeVAS, FROK, and FRIENDs. DRiMSS is applied to Sungseo industrial complex in Daegu, and it is confirmed that DRiMSS can produce, express, and spread various disaster information according to the progress of the flooding.
