인도 연극의 선구자인 비제이 텐둘카르는 인도 연극을 전통적 뿌리에서 현대적이고 혼종적인 형태로 탈바꿈시키는 데 중추적인 역할을 하였다. 본 논문은 텐 둘카르의 작품이 어떻게 토착 문화 요소와 서구 모더니즘의 영향을 결합하며 인도 연 극의 진화를 반영하는지를 탐구한다. 산스크리트 희곡과 마하바라타, 라마야나와 같은 서사에 뿌리를 둔 전통 인도 연극은 도덕적 이분법과 사회 규범에 중점을 두었다. 그 러나 탈식민 시대의 인도 영어 연극, 특히 텐둘카르의 작품은 도시 중산층이 직면한 현대 사회 정치적 문제들을 다루는 방향으로 전환되었다. 텐둘카르의 􋺷정숙! 재판이 진행 중이다􋺸는 가부장제, 성 역할, 사회적 위선과 같은 주제를 조명하며 그 전환을 대표하는 사례 연구로 제시된다. 이 희곡은 모의 재판이라는 개념을 통해 사회적 불의 와 여성 억압을 비판하며, 현대 인도 사회의 보다 넓은 투쟁을 상징한다. 텐둘카르의 인도주의적 접근은 기존의 규범에 도전하며 진정성, 성실성, 새로운 도덕 질서를 옹호 한다. 그의 심리적, 실존적, 여성주의적 문제에 대한 집중은 현대 삶의 분열성을 부각 시킨다. 본 논문은 텐둘카르만의 독특한 시각을 분석함으로써, 인도 연극이 사회 비판 과 문화적 혼종성의 장으로 진화한 과정을 보여준다.

현대 소설가로서 카프카와 조이스는 모두 소외를 예술가의 창작 조건으로 인식하는 동시 에, 이를 작품의 주요 주제로 다루었다. 카프카는 고독한 공간에서 순수한 글쓰기의 영역을 추구했으며, 조이스 역시 스티븐의 미학 이론을 통해 자발적 고립과 소외를 창작 조건으로 보았다. 두 작가는 또한 소외를 극화하는 과정에서 아이러니한 글쓰기 전략을 사용했는데, 카프카의 경우 이는 주체의 침묵과 타자의 서사적 우위라는 형태로 나타난다. 이에 따라 주 체는 타자의 관점에 의해 왜곡된 모습으로 드러나며, 침묵으로 저항하거나 타자의 관점을 회 피함으로써 더욱 깊은 고립과 소외의 세계로 도피한다. 반면, 조이스는 소외를 인물 설정과 주제로 확장하고, 특히 상반되는 관점과 목소리를 통해 타자의 세계를 해체한다. 이와 같은 두 작가의 글쓰기 특징은 현대 문학과 소외 문제에 대한 새로운 관점을 제시한다.

미학은 아름다운 것, 세련된 취향에 대한 인식이며 미적 판단의 기준이 되는 속성은 철학적 고찰의 기초이다. 사유와 이미지의 전경을 연구하는 예술적 감각적 인식을 통해 하나됨이 달성되는 더 높은 공감 경험을 경험하는 것이다. 여기서 미학은 불교의 명상적 침묵과 관련이 있다. 그러나 침묵은 중재적일 뿐만 아니라 종종 이 현대 세계의 핵심까지 고통스럽게 만든다. 고통은 심리적 혼란 및 무력감과 관련이 있다. 현대 영문학은 그러한 사례로 가득 차 있다. 본 연구 논문은 미적 행복을 연구하고 동서양 문화의 통일성을 평가하고자 한다. 상황적 침묵에 대한 비교 연구와 세상에 강요된 무력한 상황에서 벗어나기 위해 “은둔의 길”이 필요한 이유를 이해한다. 여기서는 텍스트 분석과 문맥적 의미를 연구하는 데 중점을 둔다. W.B 예이츠, T.S. 엘리엇, 필립 라킨 등이 해석의 원천으로 연구되고 있으며, 일본의 고전 미인 작품인 가모노초메이의 호조키와 기타 미학적 분류는 침묵 속에서 미학을 이해하는 일차적 수단이다.

Some well-known luxury fashion brands log off social media or deliberately keep their accounts empty. The article investigates how consumers of high-end fashion brands react to this social media strategy through a series of experiments. This study provides managerial implications for social media strategy of luxury fashion brands.

Purpose: This study was attempted to investigate the relationship among workplace bulling, organizational silence, organizational justice, ethical climate, and intent to leave in hospital nurses. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Data were collected from 267 full-time nurses working at one general hospital in South Korea from June 10 to 30, 2022 and analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: As a result of the study, workplace bullying averaged 1.81 (out of 4), organizational silence 2.60 (out of 5), organizational fairness 3.06 (out of 5), ethical climate 3.57 (out of 5), and intent to leave was 2.88 (out of 5). The higher workplace bullying and organizational silence, the lower organizational justice and ethical climate, the intent to leave of hospital nurses was high. Organizational justice, workplace bullying, and age could explain their intent to leave of 37.0%. Conclusion: It Is found that it is important to increase organizational justice and prevent workplace bullying in order to lower hospital nurses' intent to leave. So it is concluded that managers should disclose the process and results of organization operation, and prepare measures to prevent bullying in the workplace centered the vulnerable.

The majority of silence research has been limited in a negative perspective in which silence was stigmatized as passive non-behavior or counterproductive behavior in the organization. The present study proposed a broader and balanced approach of silence as a way of active communication in daily communication and investigated its social functions. The Eighty college students completed an open-ended questionnaire asking context cues, the reasons, and the consequence of intentional silence in daily life. The reasons and consequence were categorized to extract their structural factors. Eleven factors of silence reasons were abstracted: “partner caring”, “conflict avoidance”, “thinking arrangement”, “dissatisfaction”, “discomfort”, “embarrassed”, “annoyingness”, “misunderstanding”, “no-idea”, “uninterestedness”, and “ignorance”. The silence consequence data revealed 11 factors such as “turning topic”, “understanding and accepting silence”, “apologizing”, “partner's efforts of resuming communication”, “escaping discord”, “continuation of partner's unilateral speaking”, “misunderstanding”, “partner–embarrassed”, “awkwardness”, “stop communicating”, and “nothing happened”. Furthermore, the analyses on frequencies of silence reasons by partner's gender or relational attribute(vertical vs. horizontal) showed the patterns that have been consistently found in verbal communication literature. The findings suggest that silence is not meaningless inaction but active and goal-driven communication. Its functional implications in cultural contexts were discussed.

본 연구는 개인혁신과정에서 팀 내 구성원의 아이디어 창출이 아이디어 실행에 미치는 영향 및 이 관계에서 침묵풍토의 조절효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 국내 기업 68개 팀의 구성원 383명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 특히, 침묵풍토의 형성원인에 따라 방어적 침묵풍토와 체념적 침묵풍토로 구분하여 독립적인 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 팀원의 아이디어 창출과 실행 간의 관계에서 침묵풍토의 환경적 요인에 국한한 영향모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 다층 구조(예: 산업분야, 직급 등)를 고려한 다중소속 다층모형(MMMM)에 기반한 완전-정보 문항기반 요인분석과 베이지언 모형분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 구성원의 점진적 아이디어 창출과 아이디어 실행 사이에 정적인 관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 기존 연구에서 강조했던 혁신의 선행변수로서 개인 창의성의 중요성이 지지되었다. 또한 침묵풍토의 유형에 따라 아이디어 창출-아이디어 실행의 관계가 달라지는 양상이 나타났다. 특히 방어적 침묵풍토 인식이 높을 경우, 급진적 아이디어 창출-아이디어 실행 간의 정적관계가 약화되었으며, 체념적 침묵풍토 인식수준이 높을 때는 급진적 아이디어 창출과 아이디어 실행 간 관계가 오히려 강화되는 현상이 나타났다. 이 결과는 혁신의 긍정적인 부분과 부정적인 부분을 동시에 보여주는 것으로 조직 내 침묵풍토가 강하다고 인식할 경우, 개인들은 자신의 혁신 아이디어가 실제로 수용될 가능성이 낮다고 인식하므로 더 높은 수준의 급진적 아이디어 창출과 실행을 시도하게 되며 이는 혁신피로를 야기할 수 있어 궁극적으로 개인혁신에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

종업원침묵은 개인과 조직 모두에게 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 보고되고 있기 때문에 종업원침묵 을 줄이는 것은 중요하다. 그러므로 종업원침묵의 선행변수를 탐색하여 종업원침묵과의 관계를 규명하고, 이 관계에서 종업원침묵을 감소시킬 수 있는 조절변수를 확인하는 것은 개인과 조직 모두를 위하여 필요 하다. 본 연구의 목적은 방어적 침묵의 선행변수로서 조직 내 관계갈등을 확인하고, 관계갈등과 이직의도 의 관계에서 방어적 침묵의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이었다. 또한 관계갈등과 방어적 침묵의 관계에서 소 명의식의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위하여 육군에 재직 중인 초급간부 182명을 대상으로 설문응답을 실시하였으며, 관계갈등과 이직의도, 방어적 침묵 및 소명의식 등이 측정되었다. 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 관계갈등이 방어적 침묵에 미치는 효과가 정적으로 유의하게 나타나 방어적 침묵의 선행변수로 서 관계갈등이 확인되었고, 방어적 침묵이 관계갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 매개변수로 투입되었을 때 완전매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 관계갈등과 방어적 침묵의 관계에서 소명의식의 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 구체적으로 소명의식이 높을 때, 낮을 때보다 관계갈등이 방어적 침묵에 미치는 정 적인 영향이 더 낮게 나타났다. 추가적으로 매개모형과 조절모형이 결합된 조절된 매개모형 분석이 실시 되었으며, 조절변수인 소명의식이 관계갈등과 이직의도의 관계에서 방어적 침묵이 가지는 매개효과를 조 절하는 것으로 나타나 조절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 결론에서 본 연구의 결과에 대한 해석과 의의, 시사 점, 한계 및 미래 연구에 대한 방향 등이 논의되었다.

『순교자』는 전쟁이라는 역사의 폭력 앞에 내동댕이쳐진 인간의 실존적 고뇌를 다루면서, 신의 존재를 부인하는 신 목사를 통해 자기를 희생하면서까지 교인들에게 희망을 전하고자 하는 새로운 신앙의 진실을 그려낸 작품이다. 작가는 신 목사를 통해 침묵하는 신을 대신해서 불가사의한 현실을 이해하고 받아들일 수 있는, 사랑에 기초한 윤리적 휴머니즘이야말로 곧 희망의 복음이라는 메시지를 역설하고 있다. 󰡔순교자󰡕가 현실을 살아내야 하는 견인주의적 관점을 고수하는 실존신학의 입장을 드러냈다면 󰡔침묵󰡕의 경우는 비록 실존신학적인 주제이긴 하지만 신의 침묵 뒤에서 신의 응답을 듣게 되는 율법에서 자유로운 신앙을 구현해 냈다고 볼 수 있다. 신부는 성화판을 밟는 이율배반적인 사랑의 행위를 치르면서 그리스도의 종말론적 고난을 대리 경험하고 신의 현존을 새롭게 인식하게 된다. 베드로가 예수를 부인한 고통 속에서 참 그리스도를 만나게 되었듯이 로드리고 신부 역시 성육신한 구속주 예수를 성화판 사건을 통해 만나고 애벌레가 나비가 되는 탈바꿈에 이른 역동적 신앙을 얻을 수 있게 되었다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the negative effects of silence climate on the innovation behavior and LMX (Leader-Member Exchange). In order to test our model, we conducted a survey based on the questionnaire. Results showed that silence climate had a negative effect on the innovation behavior and LMX. Secondly, The LMX had a positive effect on innovation behavior. Moreover, the LMX partially mediated silence climate and the innovation behavior. Finally, we drew a conclusion by discussing limitations and implications of the research, and suggested directions for further researches.

This article is a response to the need for a more nuanced understanding of the silence and talk concems of participants with Asian and American backgrounds in relation to c1ass participation. Although the silence of students from Asian culture in English- dominant education has been widely di scussed in the L2 literature, a comparative approach to silence of Asian and Arnerican students in academic courses is scarce. By attempting to deconstruct dichotomizing trends of thinking about cl ass roαn silence embedded in cultural differences, this study aims to position dialogic negotiations of differences on the fault line in 뼈tween cultures. Using data from students' essays and classroαn observation over a semester, 1 compare and contrast perceptions of oral participatioll in an L2 acadernic class. 1 discuss what common expectations both groups have regarding oral participation and the differing attitudes they have toward silence and willingness to communicate. My discussion implies the need to remap dichotornizing ideas about East versus West and to foml a pedagogically appropriate response to silence in increasingly intercultural academic commumtles.

The human ELAV(embryonic lethal abnormal vision)-like protein HuR stabilizes a certain group of cellular mRNAs that contain AU- ri ch elements in theil‘ 3’• untranslated region, Dysregulation of mRNA s tability may be relevant in tumor biology and may lead to abnormal expression of several proteins in malignant tumors, The aim of this study is to identify the differentially expressed proteins according to the functi onal activi ty of HuR Methods : We used stabl e expression of small interfering RNA(siRNA) of HuR gene to inhibit the expression of HuR in human ora l car cinoma cell lines‘ KB cell line and YD10B cell line‘ and compared the proteomic changes between s iRNA-treated and cont rol cell line using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis , Flow cytometry caliber scan(FACS) was employed to investigate the effects of HuR on cell apoptosis and proliferation , Results: Seventeen differentially expressed proteins between the two cell lines were identified by electrospray ioruzati on quadrupole time-of- fl ight mass spectrometry(ESI-Q-TOF MS) and database searching, Among them there are eleven proteins which are significant ly up- regulated in siRNA- treated cell line, which include heat shock protein 10(influencing nucl eocytoplas rnic transpo 다， cell dedifferentiation , and inhibition of apoptosis) , keratin 19(basal cell differ ent iat ion) ‘ and nucleoside diphosphate kinase B(G protein activator), etc Enolase 1 and Ml of pyruvate kinase a re the representatives of signifi cantly down-regulated proteins in siRNA-treated cell 11l1e Conclusion : Our data suggest that HuR participate in mRNAs stability of proteins that have the counter effects in the carcinogenesis of oral ca ncer , And the functiona l proteomics a re needed to elucidate the detailed interactions between HuR and t hese molec ules

Purpose - Many studies show that dissatisfied customers are silent rather than expressing complaints directly to firms. Although silent voices are pervasive in service failure, they have received little attention from researchers. Silence implies a multidimensional nature, not just the opposite of voice. This study focuses on two types of silent students in higher education: acquiescent silence and defensive silence. This study also proposes cognitive trust and affective trust as variables affecting student silence. The objective of this study is to analyse the effects of trust types on student silence and exit intention. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the proposed model, this study conducted a survey with undergraduate students who selected silence in a dissatisfied relationship with a professor. Respondents were asked to respond to the questionnaire, recalling the dissatisfaction at that time. A total of 300 students was surveyed from whom 275 completed questionnaires was obtained. The structural equation model analysis was used for the hypothesis test. Results - First, cognitive trust was negatively related to acquiescent and defensive silence. Second, affective trust was negatively related to acquiescent and defensive silence. Third, cognitive trust was negatively exit intention, but affective trust didn’t significantly reduce exit intention. Forth, acquiescent silence was positively related to exit intention, but defensive silence didn’t have a significant positive impact on exit intention. Thus, a key result of this analysis was that acquiescent silence enhances exit intention. Conclusions - The findings of the study provide a better understanding of the types of silence, and the role of trust, thus furthering the implication of student reactions to dissatisfaction. In particular, this study is meaningful in that it confirms the value of student silence in the context of complaint management. Acquiescent silence should be more importantly managed because it has stronger negative motive than defensive silence. Acquiescent silence is reduced through various channels(mail, telephone, counseling) that can express complaints. Cognitive trust and affective trust are a essential factors in reducing silence. Also, in explaining exit intention, cognitive trust plays a more important role than affective trust.
