Since the farside of the moon is a place to avoid arti cial radio frequency interference (RFI) created byhuman civilization, it is a most suitable place for searching technosignature, which are signs of technolog-ical civilization in the universe, in the radio band. The RFI is a factor that makes the study of searchingtechnosignature quite complicated because it is di cult to distinguish between technological signals pro-duced by human and extraterrestrial civilizations. In this paper, we review why the farside of the moon isthe best place to detect technosignature and also introduce radio observatories on the farside of the moonthat have been proposed in radio astronomy. The SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) projecton the farside of the moon is expected to be one of the main candidates for international collaborationresearch topics on lunar surface observatory.

이 연구의 목적은 서양고지도에 표시된 ‘달의 산맥’의 지리적 위치와 시대별 위치 변화를 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위해 중세부터 ‘달의 산맥’이 지도에서 사라진 19세기말까지 간행된 지도를 조사하여, 시대별 특성을 정리했다. 조사 결과 1320년 이전에 는 나일강 수원은 오로시우스의 영향을 받아 지도상에 표시되었고, ‘달의 산맥’은 나일강 수원으로 표시되지 않았다. 1321년 이후에 야 이슬람 지도의 영향으로 ‘달의 산맥’이 표현되기 시작했으며, 15세기에는 프톨레마이오스가 언급한 경위도 좌표에 ‘달의 산맥’을 표기된 지도가 다수를 차지함을 확인했다. 이후 이슬람 여행자들에 의해 수집한 일차자료를 반영하여, 달의 산맥’의 위치를 변경시 킨 지도가 등장했으며, ‘달의 산맥’ 정상에 지상낙원을 배치하기도 했다. 계몽시대의 지리학자들은 ‘달의 산맥’을 지도에서 삭제했으 나, 19세기에는 콩 산맥과 이어지는 거대한 아프리카 횡단 산맥으로 지도에 표현되었음을 확인했다.

The words for the moon phase in the inscriptions on bronze wares in the Zhou dynasty are open to different interpretations, and the calculation of the moon phase dates clarifies the ambiguities of the bronze moon phase words. Calculation of the time interval between the calendar solunar dates in two bronze ware inscriptions can be made, because the calendar solunar dates (gan-zhi 干支) were in a constant cycle of 60 days. Calculation of the date interval between the two moon phases on the same two bronze ware inscriptions also can be made , because the moon phase is also in cycles. The narrative tradition in the inscriptions of the Shang and Zhou dynasties includes a date series: the day in the solunar cycle, the month and the year of a king’s reign, and the day in the moon phase cycle. By comparing whether the two intervals meet or not, one can verify whether the bronze moon-phase idioms are meaningful, and it can also be confirmed whether the chronology of the kings of Zhou compiled by the previous scholars is resonable and create a new chronology through iterative calculation. The time intervals calculated in this paper chronicle every imperial event from the Zhou dynasty to the Shang dynasty, which rebuild a new chronology for the Xia, Shang, and Zhou dynasties. All modern attempts are hindered by a basic assumption, that the bone calendar of the Shang Dynasty is the same as the bronze calendar of the Zhou Dynasty, but it is completely different from the bronze calendar of Zhou, when reading the Bronze Annals (this paper) alongside the Bone Annals (last paper) and as seen in Table 24. In addition, although the inscriptions related to the lunar phases are extremely difficult to understand, through computation, the records of three lunar eclipses on bronze vessels in the Zhou and Shang dynasties are newly recognized, which helps to reconstruct a new chronological list of the kings of Zhou.

Modern attempts to decipher the Shang bone scripts have been hampered by the fundamental assumption that the scripts are recordings of the sound of the language and not ideas. Some phonetic “translations” could be proposed without the possibility of verification, and some graphic “translations” without meanings are seen as the names of sacrificial rituals by previous scholars. Actually, a character is derived from a thought, and the thought is derived from a figuration, while the figuration itself is derived from the graphed object or event. Therefore, the same character can be used in different dialects or languages to depict the same concepts. Based on the bone scripts being ideograms, several bone scripts used frequently for the names of the day were assumed to be the moon phases; thus, the time interval between two corresponding days with its moon phase was calculated for verification. Extensionally, according to the time interval between the two days, and the moon phase recorded on the bone tablets (or bronze wares) and the chronological table of the kings of Shang compiled by the pre vious scholars, the assumptions of the moon phase characters are attested by the calculations of the numbering days of the solunar date. Solunar dates (Chinese: Gan-Zhi 干支) were used to record dates with a cycle of 60 days. Conversely, on consideration of the dates and moon phases for the bone inscription events, the prevous chronology is improved with iterative methed, and we propose new chronology for Shang kings. In addition, through computation, three records of a lunar eclipse on the Shang bronze inscriptions and on the Zhou bronze vessels are newly recognized, which helps to reconstruct the years of the kings of Shang and of the kings of Zhou; the Shang bone calendar’s New Year started from the summer solstice of the year, from the full moon of the lunar phase and from the dawn of the day.

본 논문은 영화 『헤드윅』의 주인공‘헤드윅’의 드랙퀸 분장과 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장에 대하 여 연구하였다. 이희문의 드랙퀸 복장이 국내 다양한 TV 프로그램과 공연에서 한국적 드랙퀸의 모습을 보인다는 점에서 연구가 시작되었으며 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장에 대한 차별점 분석을 목적으 로 하였다. 연구 방법으로는 영화『헤드윅』에서 헤드윅이 공연하는 장면에서 입은 모든 드랙퀸 의상의 종류와 특징에 대해 정리하였고 국내 TV와 YouTube(유튜브) 채널 그리고 라이브 공연에서 활발히 활동하고 있는 이희문의 드랙퀸 복장도 분석하였다. 본 연구의 선행 연구 논문으로는 드랙 퀸의 젠더 정체성 분석과 헤드윅의 공연 의상분석이 주를 이루고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헤드윅의 젠더 수행성보다는 드랙퀸 분장을 엔터테인먼트적인 요소로 활용하였다는 점에 집중하였다. 이희 문의 드랙퀸 분장은 그가 소속되었던 <씽씽 밴드>를 중심으로 분석하였고 <씽씽 밴드> 해체 이후 그의 새로운 여러 공연을 참고하였다. 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장은 그의 인터뷰 내용과 라디오 출연 또는 방송 출연에서 직접 이야기한 내용을 중심으로 비교 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과 이희문의 드랙퀸 분장은 엔터테인먼트적인 요소를 활용하여 다양한 예술 장르와 방송, 미디어에 등장하였 으며 이것은 앞으로 다양한 예술 장르가 엔터테인먼트적인 요소로 활용되어 미디어와 공연에서 시도될 수 있을 것으로 예측하였다.

본 논문은 문재인 대통령의 6·25전쟁 종전선언 제안과 관련국 입장에 대한 분석평가와 추진방향을 분석하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 6·25전쟁 종전선언 제안과 종전선언 관련국 북한·미국·중국의 입장을 분석·평가하 고 한국의 추진방향·전략을 살펴본 것이다. 문재인 대통령은 제76차 유 엔총회 기조연설(2021.9.21)을 통해 비핵화와 한반도 항구적 평화정착의 입구론을 내세워 종전선언을 재차 제안하였다. 종전선언 제안에 북측도 일단 호응하면서도 적대시정책과 이중기준의 철회조건을 내세우고 있다. 미국도 종전선언 가능성은 ‘열려 있다’고 원론적으로 화답했지만 유엔사 해체와 주한미군철수를 우려하고 있고 또한 그 시기, 순서, 조건과 관련 해서 한국과 다른 입장을 보이고 있다. 중국은 종전선언과 관련해서 중 국역할 강조하며 지지를 표명했지만 북한의 비핵화보다는 유엔군사령부 해체와 주한미군축출을 주된 목표로 삼고 있다. ‘급할수록 돌아서 가라.’ 는 말이 있다. 한국의 군사안보는 자조적이면서도 튼튼한 한미공조에 기 초해야 한다. 향후 우리는 신중·치밀한 단·중·장기적 추진방향·전략에 바 탕을 두어 종전선언, 평화협정, 평화체제를 점진적·순리적으로 도출하여 착실히 실천·이행해 나가야 할 것이다.

예이츠는 확실히 완벽한 시의 시인이다. 아니면 적어도 그가 살아있는 동안 어느 때건 끊임없이 자신의 시를 다듬었다는 사실을 아는 것에서 비추어 자신의 시를 완벽하게 만들려고 했다는 것만은 이해할 수 있다. 그렇다면 바로 이 질문에 답 해야한다: 그가 죽을 때까지 간행하지 않았던 시들을 간행해야 하는가? 나는 이 시들을 읽고 나서 예이츠의 판단에 동의하고자 한다. 즉, 발행하지 않아야 한다는 것이다. 그러나, 초기시 연구학자들에게는 『윌리엄 버틀러 예이츠: 달빛 아래서: 초 기미간행시』 (조지 본스틴; 뉴욕: 스크리브너, 1995)는 큰 도움이 될 것이다. 난해한 원고를 읽고 해독하고 각 시에 주를 다는 본스틴의 노력은 가치 있는 일이었다.

비록 예이츠는 『3월의 보름달』을 『거대한 시계탑의 왕』 보다 더 좋은 극으로 여겼지만 성격묘사와 연극적인 관점에서는 맞지 않을 수도 있다. 살로메 모티 브를 똑같이 가지고 있는 이들 연극들은 여러 가지 면에서 완전히 다르다. 본 연구는 『거대한 시계탑의 왕』 이 ‘공연’의 측면에서는 더 나은 작품이라는 것을 보여주기 위하여 두 버전의 희곡들을 비교한다.

예이츠는 평생 동안 점성술에 관심을 가졌으며, 그 점성술의 구조와 핵심 으로 그의 사상체계를 정립한다. 『고양이와 달』은 이 작품의 주인공들, 맹인 거지와 절름발이 거지의 행동에서 점성술적 요소를 드러낸다. 맹인 거지는 초승달의 어두운 부분을, 절름발이 거지는 초승달의 밝은 부분을 의미한다. 맹인 거지가 절름발이 거지를 등에 업은 것은 한 개의 초승달을 상징한다. 또한 고양이 미나로우쉬의 두 눈동자에서 변화되고 있는 달은 달의 힘이 고양이의 삶에 미치고 있는 점성술적 요소를 재현한다. 이처럼 예이츠는 이 극작품에서 달의 상들이 인간의 운명과 성격뿐만 아니라 자아와 반자아, 육체와 영혼 사이의 갈등과 조화에 영향을 미치고 있는 점성술을 노래하고 있다.

예이츠의 가이어는 예이츠의 또 다른 중요한 상징 원 또는 대차륜과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 예이츠의 대차륜은 달의 28개 월상(月像)으로 구성되어 있으며 각각의 상은 인간의 서로 다른 성품을 구현하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 『환상록』에 나오는 기하학적인 상징체계인 달에 대하여 살펴보므로 예이츠의 작품을 이해하는 데 도움을 주는 데 있다. 이를 위해 달의 28 국면을 예이츠의 상징체계에 영향을 준 것과 관련시켜 다루고자 한다.

This paper examines how Moon-Young Lee’s conception of nonviolence differs from Gene Sharp’s theory of nonviolent action. Sharp’s nonviolent action excludes only physical violence, while Lee’s nonviolence does not allow verbal, emotional, or psychological violence either. The former is not verbal but behavioral, whereas the latter involves expressing oneself only in words. The weak must say the strong the right things, which even an evil ruler dares not rebuff, minimally and without provoking him/her. Lee’s nonviolence is grounded in general standards and procedures, including common sense and agreement, but Sharp’s nonviolent action is not necessarily. Sharp’s nonviolent action is designed to change the sources of power and subjects’ consents and, thus, control the ruler’s power abuse. Lee’s transcendence framework of nonviolence, personal ethic, social ethic, and self-sacrifice aims to avoid an all-out confrontation between rulers’ tyranny and subjects’ rampage and, thus, pursue rationality and eventually peace. An illegitimate regime devoid of self-correction will collapse in on itself in the end as a result of self-enlargement and power hypertrophy. The weak ought not to ask too much but, instead, to keep telling the truth to the ruler, while enduring violence and waiting patiently to the end. Lee’s nonviolence together with minimalism makes his transcendence framework distinct from other theories of nonviolent action.

본 논문은 먼저 한대 일월도상의 종류를 살피고, 그 가운데 가장 신격화된 도상이라고 할 수 있는 복희․여와형 일월상을 집중적으로 분석한다. 한대 일월상의 유형은 성좌형, 우인형, 복희․여와형이 있으며 이 가운데 성좌형과 복희․여와형 일월상은 하남, 산동․강소성, 섬서성, 사천성 등지에 고루 분포되어 있다. 우인 형은 사천지역에서만 등장하여 지역적 특색을 보여주는 중요한 사례로 꼽을 수 있다. 일월신으로서의 복희 여와 도상은 하남성 낙양일대의 서한~동한 전기로 추정되는 채색벽 화무덤에 그 기원을 두고 있다. 또한 선계의 신인 복희․여와가 일월신으로 출현하게 된 배경에는 서한시대에 유행하였던 황로사상과 음양사상이 자리하고 있다. 동한시대에 본격적으로 등장하기 시작하는 복희․여와형 일월상은 지역별로 상이한 특징을 보여준다. 하남성은 해를 가슴에 품고 있는 복희․여와형 일월 도상이 등장하는데 이는 양조형 일월상과의 연관성을 짐작케 한다. 이러한 형태는 산동성에서도 등장하고 있어 지리적으로 가까운 두 지역 사이의 밀접했던 문화 교류를 추정해 볼 수 있다. 또한 가장 사례가 적은 섬서성 지역의 복희․여와형 일월상은 기본적으로 하남성과 산동성을 중심으로 하는 중원지역의 영향을 받은 특징을 보여준다. 지방색이 강하며 다양한 형태를 보여주는 복희․여와형 일월상은 사천지역에서 활발하게 제작되었다. 이 지역은 일월신인 복희․여와가 다양한 지물을 들고 등장하는데 이는 하남지 역에서 유행하였던 선인형 복희․여와 도상이 사천성의 복희․여와도상에 직접적인 영향을 끼쳤음을 알 수 있는 사례이다. 또한 복잡하고 다양한 교미형태는 산동성과의 영향관계를 보여준다. 마지막으로 이들 도상에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 복희․여와의 다양한 역할과 의미를 살펴 보았다. 복희․여와는 창조신, 시조신, 일월신, 신선 등 다양한 모습으로 등장한다. 황로사상과 음양설이 발전하는 서한시대에는 음양을 대표하는 신으로 해와 달을 상징하고 천상계를 구성하는 중요한 선인이었으나, 동한 중기 이후 서왕모 중심의 선계가 개편되면서 서왕모보다 신분이 낮은 선계의 보조신으로 그 지위가 하락했다. 이에 따라 복희, 여와 도상에도 변화가 발생하였으며 이는 결과적으로 한대 고분미술의 다양성을 이루는 핵심적 요소로 작용했다.

이 논문은 평화와 번영의 ‘4.27판문점선언’과 ‘9월 평양선언’을 남북교류의 측면에서 분석하고, 이를 ‘한반도신경제구상’과 관련하여 규명하려는 것을 목적으로 한다. 문재인 대통령의 평화리더십은 ‘평화롭고 번영하는 한반도’라는 행복의 가치를 추구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 선행되고 반드시 필요한 것은 남북한의 교류와 협력이다. 남북정상회담에서 제시한 경제부흥을 위한 한반도신경제구상은 한반도의 완전한 비핵화를 전제로 하고 있다. 한반도신경제구상은 한국은 침체된 경제의 성장 동력을 불어 넣기 위한 돌파구를 마련하기 위한 전략이라면, 북한으로서도 새로운 경제발전을 위하여 반드시 필요한 디딤돌이라고 분석 할 수 있다. 결국 이것은 남북한의 공통의 목표가 번영을 의미하는 것으로, 신한반도체제로 나가자는 것이다. 신한반도체제는 대립과 갈등을 끝낸 새로운 평화협력공동체이자, 이념과 진영의 시대를 끝낸 경제협력 공동체이다. 남북한은 ‘평화의 완충지대’로서 평화와 번영의 신동북아시대를 견인해야 한다.

연구자는 아름다움(칼로카가티아)이 어둠 속에서 드러날 수 있음을 카이 닐센의 『해의 동쪽과 달의 서쪽』을 통해 심미적으로 해석하고자 한다. 고대 그리 스어인 칼로카가티아는 인간 행위의 이상향인, 아름답고 선한 것을 의미한다. 연구자는 심미적 해석을 위해 세 가지 중요한 요소로 분석하였다: 표층미학, 심 층미학, 승화미학(재구성). 칼로카가티아는 카이 닐센의 작품에서 인간의 감정을 다양한 방식으로 상호작용하게 이끈다. 그래서 그림에서 묘사된 요소들(색, 장소와 시간, 영적)을 분석하고자 한 것이고 이 점을 심미적 관점으로 재해석한다. 결론적으로, 이 연구는 칼로카가티아가 어떻게 심미적 해석을 하는데 사용 되는지, 또한 어둠의 개념을 인식하여 통합적으로 어떤 제안을 제공하는지를 보여준다.
