        The management and control of mineral nutrients is one of most important techniques to increase the productivity and the quality of Korean ginseng. The mineral nutrients are measured with different plant tissues and different growth stages of 2-year-old ginseng grown under hydroponic culture with two different temperatures. The content of N, P, Ca, and Mg were higher at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the content of K was high in leaves at low temperature compared to that of high temperature, while it was not significantly different in roots. The uptake amounts of N and K was higher throughout the experimental period at low temperature in both leaves and roots than those at high temperature. However, the uptake amount of P was not clearly different between two different temperatures and among six different growth stages. The uptake amount of N, P, K was generally decreased in leaves from June to August, while it was increased in roots. The relationship between dry weight and mineral nutrients in leaves was appeared positive with N, K, Ca, and Mg, but negative P. In roots, N, K, Ca, and Mg were negative, showing that was positive with only P. Comparing the correlation coefficients among mineral nutrients in leaves, N and K were significantly positive correlation each other. P was significantly positive correlation with Na and Zn. In case of roots, N was highly significant positive correlation with K, Mg, and Mn, but P was negatively correlated with Ca, Cu, Na, Fe, and Zn.

        흥정산에 대한 식물의 분포와 특징을 밝히기 위해 2009년 4월부터 2011년 5월까지 조사하였다. 그 결과 확인된 양치식물 이상의 관속식물은 78과 238속 343종 3아종 47변종 10품종으로 총 403분류군이었다. 조사된 종류 중에는 한국특산식물 8분류군, 희귀식물 16분류군이 포함되어 있었고, 식물구계학적 특정식물종은 V등급의 산작약, IV등급은 끈끈이장구채 등 6종류, III등급은 개고사리 등 15분류군, II등급은 낚시고사리 등 24종류, 그리고 I등급은 속새 등 25종류로 총 71분류군이었다. 귀화식물은 20분류군이었으며 귀화율은 5.0%로 산출되었다. 용도는 식용이 175 종류(43.4%)으로 가장 많았고, 약용이 126종류(31.3%), 목초용이 65종류(16.1%), 관상용이 52종류(12.9%), 목재용과 섬유용이 12종류(3.0%), 그리고 공업용이 3종류(0.7%)로 나타났다.

        The objective of this study was to investigate the storage effects of the packaging method of blanched namul(Gosari, Torandae, Chwinamul and Siraegi). The samples were packaged with three packaging types (Vinyl packaging, sealing packaging and vacuum packaging) and were stored for 10 days at 10℃. The quality characteristics were evaluated via a microbiological test, hardness, pH and flavor patterns analysis. The pH values of the samples were not affected by packaging method. The total aerobic and coliform plate counts were high, in the order of vacuum packaging < sealing packaging < vinyl packaging. Vacuum packaging resulted in the highest hardness value. The flavor patterns of blanched namul by packaging type were analysed with electronic nose system equipped with 12 metal-oxide sensors, and the storage shelf life of namul was evaluated by measuring the change in volatile production. As a result, it was shown that namul in vacuum packaging had few volatile production changes with higher storage time.

        This study was carried out to have the basic and applied informations relating to increase the productivity and quality of ginseng. 2 years-old ginseng was cultivated under hydroponic culture with the controlled environment conditions in a greenhouse. Major growth characters and yields were investigated with two different temperatures and several growth stages. The plant height and stem diameter were higher at low temperature than those at high temperature. They were not clearly different with six different growth stages. The root length was not clearly different between two temperatures; however it was continuously grown from June until August. The root diameter was higher at low temperature than that at high temperature. It was rapidly increased from June until August. The length, width, and area of leaf were higher at low temperature than those at high temperature. The fresh and dry weights of different plant tissues were also heavier at low temperature than those at high temperature. The moisture content of ginseng root was continuously decreased from June until August. The yield of ginseng was higher at low temperature compared to that at high temperature. The cultivating conditions in hydroponic culture of ginseng, especially temperature, would be an important factor to have better growth and production.

        본 연구는 다문화교육을 받은 예비교사 대학생들의 다문화교육의 효과를 살펴보는 관점에서 수행된 질적 연구이다. 연구를 위해 다문화교육을 수강한 대학생들 대상 심층면담과 참여관찰로 다문화 역량 변화를 조사하여 다문화교육의 효과를 탐색하였다. 연구결과 다문화교육 전 예비교사 대학생들은 다문화이해에 대한 내용이 충분히 인지되어 있지 않았으며 다문화 역량의 수준이 낮았다. 그러나 다문화교육 후에는 다문화와 관련된 다양한 내용들이 인식되면서 다문화 역량이 크게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 한국 다문화사회와 다문화가정 및 다문화가정 아동의 실태 위주의 다문화인식은 다문화에 대해 개방적이고 수용적인 태도를 이끌었다. 또한 다문화교육을 통해서 다문화가정 학생 대상 다문화교육의 인식 및 다문화교육의 효능감에 큰 변화를 가져왔음이 확인되었다.

        This thesis is to examine biblical poetics, which deals with the many biblical echoes and rhetoric of paradox in T. S. Eliot’s Four Quartets. Biblical poetics, the counterpart of biblical theology, tries to mystify history in the poetic text, as opposed to the theologizing of biblical history. Time and history are of great importance in the poetry of T. S. Eliot and in the modernistic milieu, because modernism hinges, in a sense, upon the dispensation of history. Eliot, the champion of the 20th century poetry, tries to mythify the present history by means of a mystical method, assuming that modern history itself is not fit for poetry. Malinowski rightly defines myth as not of the nature of fiction, but instead as a living truth, believed to have once happened in primitive times and continue influencing our everyday lives. In this paper the present writer tries to describe the process of transformation of history in four phases, that is, carpe diem, which can be roughly transliterated as “seize the day,” the rejected history, the deconstructed time, and finally the transfigured time. “Burnt Norton” prefaces the problem of the redemption of history, agreeing with the biblical time concept that all history is divine history. “East Coker”, as the rejected history, reveals the painful confession of the poet in terms of death, not only of ours but also of Jesus Christ. His death is the most rejected and paradoxical of all deaths, because he was rejected by his people and even his Father. In turn, through this death, history is rejected. “Dry Salvages” demonstrates time by decreating time and starting a movement backward to the time of creation. While portraying the sea, one of the motifs of “Dry Salvages,” he mentions both the original sea, which “is” from the beginning and the Logos, Jesus Christ, who “was” from the beginning. The incarnation is the crux of paradoxical events, where the impossible union is accomplished. His resurrection is the paradox of paradoxes, in which the rejected history is deconstructed with life-giving Eros springing forth from abyssal Thanatos. “Little Gidding” breaks the air with flames of fire, urging us to choose between the flames of fire and of the Holy Spirit to be saved. Beginning with the Pentecostal fire, time starts to be so completely transformed that here is “England and nowhere, never and always.” The event on the mountain of transfiguration is the most paradoxical and transformational of events, substantiating history into myth where time and eternity meet. The voyagers must continue going forward until they receive the transfigured vision of the place from which he started.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze psychological and physiological effects accordance with viewing and walking in the forest and urban area. In the result of measurement of physiological reactions in nervous system, viewing of the forest had a calming effect on the nervous system by reducing blood pressure and heart rate. The other hand, viewing and walking in the urban area compared to the forest area raised stress by increasing blood pressure and heart rate. In addition, viewing in forest area was effective in stress relief by noticeable reduction of the amylase concentration. In contrast, walking in the urban area was also confirmed an increase of stress by increasing the concentration of the amylase. A viewing and walking in forest area was effective in alleviating depressed on anxiety, anger, fatigue and confusion.

        In this paper, microscopic observation of the high strength concrete subjected to elevated temperature ranged from 300~900℃ was conducted by applying SEM and MIP. According to results, an increase of temperature above 300℃ resulted in an increase of microcrack, which makes the accumulative pore amount increased.
