Pythium ultimum에 의한 뿌리썩음병을 생물학적으로 방제하기 위하여 이에 대한 항진균 활성이 있는 세균 Bacillus lentimorbus WJ5를 방사선 (60Co)을 조사하여 보다 더 강한 항진균 활성을 가지는 돌연변이체 B. lentimorbus WJ5a17을 유도하였다. B. lentimorbus WJ5와 WJ5a17을 각각 활용한 미생물제제 FWJ5와 FWJ5a17을 조제하였으며 균체수는 1.0× 1011

최근 강교량이나 선박과 같은 강구조물에 있어서 여러 가지 환경요인에 의해 균열 및 부식 등의 문제가 다수 발생되어지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 보수용접을 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 보수용접은 절단이라는 과정을 필연적으로 수반하고 있다. 따라서 이러한 절단 줄 얻어지는 잔류응력의 예측은 구조물의 안전이라는 측면에서 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 2차원 및 3차원 유한요소 해석을 수행하여 가스절단에 의해 얻어진 절단잔류응력을 구하였으며, 2차원 및 3차원 해석기법의 정도를 명확히 하였다. 2차원 및 3차원 해석을 수행하여 얻은 절단잔류응력의 분포 및 그 절대치는 유사한 값을 나타내었다.

본 연구는 체외성숙된 돼지난포란을 액상정액으로 수정시 수정시간과 배양배지가 난포란의 발달에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 정자농후정액 (30∼60 ml)을 채취하여 실온에서 2시간 정도 서서히 냉각시킨 후, 정액을 15 ml 튜브에 담아 800×g로 10분간 원심분리하였다. 상층액은 버리고 하부의 정자는 5 ml LEN 희석액으로 1×10/sup 9/ 전자/ml가 되도록 재희석하였다. 희석된 정액은 4℃ 냉장고에 보존하였다. 미성숙 난모세포의 성숙에 사용된 배지는 26.19 mM sodium bicarbonate, 0.9 mM sodium pyruvate, 10 ㎍/ml insulin, 2 ㎍/ml vitamin B/sub 12/, 25 mM HEPES, 10 ㎍/ml bovine apotransferrin, 150 μM cysteamine, 10 IU/ml PMSG, 10 IU/ml PMSG, 10 IU/ml EGF, 0.4% BSA, 75 ㎍/ml sodium penicillin G, 50 ㎍/ml streptomycin sulfate그리고 10% pFF를 첨가한 TCM-199 배지였다. 22시간 성숙 배양한 후 난모세포는 cysteamine과 hormone들을 배제한 후 38.5℃, 5% CO₂ incubator에서 22시간 더 성숙시켰다. 성숙된 난모세포는 채취 후 2일간 4℃에 보존된 액상정액으로 수정되었다. 난모세포는 500 μl mTBM 수정 배지에서 1×10/sup 6/ 정자/ml의 농도로 1, 3, 6 그리고 9시간 동안 수정시켰다. 그 후 난모세포는 500 μl NCSU-23, Hopes buffered NCSU-23, PZM-3 그리고 PZM-4 배양배지에 옮겨서 6, 48 그리고 144시간을 더 배양하였다. 정자침투율, 웅성전핵형성율 그리고 난모세포의 난할율은 6 및 9시간 수정시간에서 1 및 3시간 수정시간 보다 높았다. 6시간 수정시 배반포형성율 (33.6%)은 1, 3 그리고 9시간 수정시 배반포형성율 (11.4, 23.0 그리고 29.6%) 보다 높았다. 배반포의 평균세포수는 6, 9, 3 그리고 1시간 수정시 각각 32.9, 27.6, 26.3 그리고 24.4개 였다. 분할된 난모세포의 배반포형성율 그리고 배반포의 평균세포수는 NCSU-23, PZM-3 그리고 PZM-4 배양배지보다 HEPES buffered NCSU-23 배양배지가 우수하였다. 결론적으로 4℃ 보존 돼지액상정액은 체외성숙된 돼지 난모세포의 체외수정에 사용될 수 있음이 입증되었다. 또한 체외성숙된 돼지 난모세포는 500 μl mTBM 수정배지에서 1×10/sup 6/ 정자/ml로 6시간 공배양시키는 것이 바람직하며, HEPES buffered NCSU-23 배양배지에서 배양하는 것이 좋다는 결과를 얻었다.

We used three-dimensional Matrigel culture system to examine the morphognesis of normal and malignant salivary glands cell in vitro including acinar cells(AC), myoepithelial cell(MC), salivary gland adenocarcinoma cells(SGT), mucoepidermoid carcinoma cells(MEC), and immortalized human salivary gland cells(HSG). For this purpose, normal and salivary gland tumor cells cultured in 3-D Matrigel, and characterized histologically and immunohistochemically, compared with same cells grown on monolayer culture and patient tissue from biopsy. 1. In three-dimensional Matrigel culture, HSG cells form acinar structure, SGT cells shows duct like structure, and other AC, MC and MEC cells dont' form any structure , and their morphology was different from that of monolayer cells. 2. Matrigel involved cell proliferation at a similar pattern to cells on plastic monolayer cell cultures, and monolayer cell revealed higher cell viability than that of Matrigel cultured cells. 3. All salivary glands cells on Matrigel or monolayer showed strong PCNA expression, and there is no expression difference in these cells. But some cells including myoepithelial cells in normal and salivary gland tumor tissue showing PCNA lavelling, so there is PCNA expression difference among normal and tumor tissue cells. 4. Actin expression was noted in AC cells on Matrigel, were rare expressed in the other cells except in MEC cells, and was present in myoepithelial cell and ductal cells of normal gland tissue. There is actin expression difference between tissue and cultured cells . 5. S-100 immunoreaction was moderateively positive in MC cells of monolayer culture, myoepithelial cells of normal tissue and pleomorphic adenoma, all cancer cells of mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissue, but significantly decreased in all salivary cells on Matrigel. 6. TGase 2 expression was prominent in MC cells of monolayer and Matrigel cultured, in myoepithelial cells of normal gland and pleomorphic adenoma, epidermoid cells of mucoepidermopid carcioma, and strong reaction in MEC and AC cells of monolayer and Matrigel cultured. 7. Expression of CK in monolayer culture showed strong reaction to CK6 in all sailvary gland cells, and mild reaction to CK10 and CK16 for all salivary cells, CK16 and CK19 expression in monolayer culture was similar to that of Matrigel culture. 8. CK6 and CK10 expression was strongest in AC and MC cells on Matrigel, and CK 4 was negative reaction in AC, SGT, MEC cells, strong reaction in MC cells but mild in SGT cells on Matrigel. Expression of CK was rare in HSG cells compared with other salivary gland cells, CK16 was prominent in SGT cells, CK10 and CK16 showed strongest expression in MEC cells of Matrigel. 9. Monolayer culture of HSG cell shwoing strong reaction to CK6, moderate to CK19 and mild to the others CK, but 3D cultured HSG cells reveal mild expression to CK16, and rare to others CK, intercallated duct in normal gland tissue showing strong to CK19, and mild to the others Ck, so there are CK expression difference in tissue, monolayer and 3-D cultured cells. 10. Monolayer culture of MEC cells represent strong reaction to CK6, mild to other CK, 3-D cells showing increased CK expression including CK6, epidermoid cells and intermediate cells in mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissue reveal positive to CK6 and CK16, mucous cell positive to CK10 and CK19, so Matrigel showed similar CK pattern compared to mucoepidermoid carcinoma tissue rather than monolThese data indicate that the interaction of salivary gland cells with basement membrane is an important factor in salivary gland development and cytodifferentiation, so this model system will be useful to study acinar or ductal differentiation in vitro.ayer cultred.

본 연구는 공정육묘시 triazole계 약제처리가 과채류의(토마토, 오이 및 고추) 묘 도장억제에 미치는 영향을 구명하고, 도장억제에 가장 효과적인 약제를 선발하며, 또한 선발된 약제의 과채류 적정 처리농도와 처리시기를 구명하고자 수행하였다. Triazole계 약제는 품목과 관계없이 농도가 증가할수록 줄기 신장을 억제시켰다. 약제 별 품목별로 diniconazole 처리가 높은 왜화율을 보였으며, tebuconazole과 hexaconazole도 좋은 왜화 효과를 보였다. Diniconazole 처리에 있어서 처리 농도가 증가함 따라 오이, 토마토 및 고추의 초장이 감소하였는데, 오이의 경우 5mg·L-1 에서 30% 왜화율을 보였으며 100mg·L-1 에서는 약 60% 의 왜화율이 나타났다. 또한 토마토와 고추에서는 처리시 기와 관계없이 25mg·L-1 처리구서 3096 왜화효과를 보았다. 공정육묘시 diniconazole 처리를 할 경우 오이 와 토마토는 5mg·L-1 농도를 2차 생육단계에서, 고추는 5mg·L-1 농도를 1차 생육단계에서 처리하면 건실한 묘를 얻을 수가 있었다.

Manual tracking is an experimental paradigm that can be used to study information processing in continuous movements involving accurate, ongoing control of motor performance. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of knee tracking training, using the paretic side, on gait in stroke patients. Nine patients with hemiplegia participated in the study. The timed 10 m gait speed test and tracking test were administrated. The tracking test was composed with ranges of to and to . The tracking training consisted of five times every week for 4 weeks. The data were analyzed by non-parametric paired sign test of Wilcoxon. The flexion/extension error of the tracking test was significantly reduced on the paretic side, while the nonparetic side was not statistically significant. The transfer of the skill to the functional activity was shown in the significant improvement at timed 10 m gait speed test. This study shows that individuals with chronic who have impaired knee movement can be trained to improve their knee control through intensive practice at a knee movement tracking task and that the skill learned from such training is transfered to a more functional gait speed.

본 연구는 미동산의 관속식물상을 체계적으로 파악함으로써 충북지역 식물생태계 보전의 기초자료 제공과 아울러 희귀 및 멸종위기종에 대한 정확한 보전대책 수립 및 자생지복원을 위해 수행되었다. 충북 미동산(558m)의 관속식물상을 조사한 결과, 81과 215속 262종 38변종 3품종 등 총 303종류(Taxa)가 확인되었다. 희귀 및 멸종위기식물은 매미꽃, 층층둥글레 등 총 2 종류로 조사되었고 한국 특산식물은 가는장구채, 매미꽃, 조팝나무, 터리풀, 자란초, 병꽃나무, 숫명다래나무, 고려엉겅퀴, 분취 등 9종류로 나타났다. 또한 본 조사지역 내 출현한 귀화식물은 소리쟁이, 다닥냉이, 아까시나무, 붉은토끼풀, 토끼풀, 수박풀, 달맞이꽃. 돼지풀, 개망초, 망초, 서양민들레 방가지똥 등 총 12종류이다.

본 연구에서는 공주대학교 천문대 16인치 반사망원경의 원격 제어 시스템을 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 닫힌 루프 시스템이다. 전자제어부는 한국천문연구원에서 개발한 TCS-196를 활용했고, 기계부는 직접 개발하였다. 이 원격제어망원경의 마운트 모델링 후 얻은 지향정밀도는 시간각 방향에서는 ±50", 적위 방향에서 ±40"이며, 추적 정밀도도 약 1"/min정도였다. 이러한 예비관측 결과는 본 시스템이 천문학 연구 및 교육에 적당함을 의미한다.
