In this report, we provide the focus on suggesting a method of estimating and measurement of CBM(Customer Behavior Model). Through the use of internet, a new trend of business for e-CRM on B2C Web Site known as EC has emerged. The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between the customers of a shopping mall and CBM characteristics. It can be used to gain a better understanding of customers. from this we can determine trends, and so refine business toward customer's needs and target new products to particular customer groups. Result shows that there is a significant relationship between the customers pattern of shopping mall and CBM, CVM(Customer Visit Model).

Allergic rhinitis is characterized by rhinorrhea, sneezing and nasal obstruction. Allergic rhinitis increases because of developments of diagnostic techniqhe, environmental change, especially industrialization. Recently people have studied on allergic rhinitis. We studied 107 allergic rhinitis patients with SBJ from June. 2002 to December, 2002. There was a significant effect of SBJ on allergic rhinitis. So, we suggested the clinical effect of SBJ on allergic rhinitis.

Recently there have been growing disputes between neighboring local governments over jurisdictional rights or property rights of ocean resources in Korean coastal waters. The reasons for the disputes come mainly from the increasing interests by local governments that begin to see the oceans as the source of resources and wealth. The maritime dispute is more complicated and sticky than the inland ones, and requires not only socio-economical but political approach, therefore sometimes demanding a plenty of time and endeavor. Also coastal states that have suffered from maritime boundary problems have different issues under the different environment and historical background. For Korea, as the maritime boundary issue has very recently soared to the surface, though it was latent for the period as long as 20 years, we have just taken steps toward an institutional approach on it, seemingly more to go to reach an agreeable resolutions to the disputes. This paper highlighted the issues surrounding the maritime boundary on the sea surrounding Korean peninsular after addressing the current situation of the boundary disputes. It will help explore and assess the possible solutions to the boundary conflicts over the lateral boundary between local governments.

The quantitative evaluation method of the safety management cost was suggested to prevent a gas accident as a major industrial accident. In a gas governor station, process risk assessments such as the fault tree analysis(FTA) and the consequence analysis were performed. Based on process risk assessments, potential accident costs were estimated and the cost-benefit analysis(CBA) was performed. From the cost-benefit analysis for five classification items of safety management cost, the order of the cost/benefit ratio was estimated.

A study on the Byungtae Ron(病能論) of the So Moon(素問), one of the classic book of oriental medicine, was carried out analytically for the right comments. The principal ideas obtained summarized as follows; Neng(能) is similar to tae(態) in the pronunciation and the meaning of a chinese character. Byungtae(病能) means the state of the symptoms and the pulse condition of the diseases, etc. It deals with ethological factor, mechanism of disease, the condition of an illness, method of diagnosis, rule of treatment, technique of treatment of seven diseases and taking this seven diseases as a example, mainly discuss the technique and significance of clinical observation and the pathogenesis and condition of an illness, so It named Byungtaeron(病能論) In this chapter it shows we can grasp condition of illness well only if we classify the pathogenesis and condition of an illness in details. this viewpoint provides the foundation of development in oriental diagnostics. It places emphasis on pulse feeling in this chapter, so it describes pulse condition of various kinds of diseases in details. It also presents how to compare pulse feeling like comparison between Inyoungmaek(人迎脈, arterial carotid communes, the pulsation of which is easily felt beside Adam's apple) and Ch'onkumaek(寸口脈, the radial artery on the wrist where the pulse is routinely taken for diagnosis), between right and left Ch'onkumaek(寸口脈), between Yangmyungsangdong (陽明常動) and Taeyangbudong(太陽不動), Soyangbudong(少陽不動), etc. In this chapter it explains pulse feeling occupies a high position in the diagnosis of diseases in Huangdi's internal Classic(黃帝內經) period and the technique of pulse feeling is already plentiful and minute. In this chapter it presents Tongbyungyichi(同病異治, to apply different methods of treatment to the same kind of disease) theory, taking tangible syndromes as examples. this is prominent viewpoint of determination of treatment based on the differentiation of symptoms and signs and much influence development of later ages' medicine. On the ground of oriental medical theory, it may bring about different symptoms in the same disease according to stage of disease, the seasons, the regions, the constitution of patient, therefore surely adopt different technique of treatment. this differentiation of symptoms and signs is an important character in oriental medicine.

Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1st. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and CVA, hypertention.

This cyberspace is different from mass communication in that "it allows one the opportunity to speak as though to one person, yet reach millions."

인공수정 및 수정란기술의 활성화에 따라 소에 있어서 인공수정은 90%이상이 실시되고 있으나, 수정란이식은 수정란의 생산이 안정적이지 않아 활성화에 많은 지장을 초래하고 있다. 이의 원인은 수정란이식에 의한 수태율의 저하가 가장 크며, 수태율 향상을 위하여 수란우에 progesterone, hCG 등의 주사가 실시되고 있다. 그러나 이는 수정란의 착상에 있어서 자궁의 환경을 개선한다고 하나, 착상의 정확한 기전의 구명은 미미한 상태이다. 한편 비장유래 macrophage가 황체를 자극하고 TGF-의 생산을 유도하는 것으로 보고되고 있으며, IL-I 와 에 따라 TGF- 생산에 있어서 약간의 차이를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 비장유래 macrophage가 TGF-의 생산시 임신관련 Cytokine인 IL-I와의 관계를 조사하기 위하여 실시하였다. 임신 및 비임신 도축 암소의 비장을 채취하여 얼음에 채워 실험실로 운반한 후 비장의 표면을 70%의 알콜로 세척하고, 표피를 벗겨 비장조직을 세절하여 10% FBS+DMEM에 넣어 조직을 눌러 짜면서 조직속의 세포를 분리하였다. 세척한 배양액은 4-5를 100mm 유리 petri dish에 넣고 39, 5% , 95% 공기인 배양기에서 2시간이상 배양하였으며, 배양 후 냉장된 buffer A 용액으로 세척하여 유리 petri dish의 바닥에 부착된 macrophage만을 cell scraper로 분리하였다. 분리한 macrophage는 0.5-1 cells/가 되게 조정하여, IL-I 을 0.001, 0.01, 0.1 또한 1 ng/를 첨가하여 농도에 따른 효과를 조사하였고, 각각 24, 48, 72, 96 또한 120시간을 배양하여 시간에 의한 효과도 실시하였다. 각 배치구에서 얻어진 배양액은 TGF-를 조사하기 전까지 -2에 동결 보존하였다. TGF-의 측정은 TGF- kit(promega, USA)를 이용하여 실시하였으며, 통계학적 분석은 Anova test를 Statview program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 시험의 결과 대조구에 비해 IL-I 첨가구는 2-3배의 TGF-생산을 보였으며, 배양시간에 따른 생산은 시간이 지남에 따라 약간 상승하는 경향을 보였으나, 유의적인 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 또한 IL-I의 농도에 따른 생산의 변화는 IL-I의 농도에 따라 약간의 차이를 보였고 유의적인 차이는 인정되지 않았다. 임신 및 비임신의 경우 임신우의 비장 macrophage가 비임신보다는 약간 상승하는 거스로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 IL-I 는subunit 보다 TGF- 생산에 있어서 서로 다른 양상을 보일 것으로 추정되며, IL-I은 macrophage의 직접적인 영향을 주기보다는 황체세포를 매개로 한 자궁에 TGF-의 생산을 유도하는 것으로 사료되며, 임신관련 cytokine에 대한 다양한 연구가 요구되고 있다.

초음파기기를 이용한 난포란의 채란 기술은 유전적으로 우수한 수정란의 다량확보가 가능함으로써 가축개량에 널리 응용할 수 있다. 그러나 초음파유도 난포란의 채란은 무엇보다도 회수율과 회수한 난포란의 질적 등급의 개선이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 등지방층두께, 일당증체량, 근내지방도 및 배최장근 단면적에 연관된 DNA marker가 검정된 한우로부터 FSH(FOLLTROPIN-V, Vetrepharm, Canada)를 투여하여 FSH 투여전.후의 포의 발달율과 등급별 회수율을 조사하였다. 공시동물의 발정주기에 관계없이 매주 무처리와 채란 12시간 전에 FSH를 각각 l00mg 과 200mg을 근육 주사하여 난포란의 채취를 유토하였다. 난소내 난포란의 채란은 SONOACE-600형 (Medison CO., 한국) 초음파기기를 사용하여 모니터 상에 검게 나타나는 난포를 17-gauge needle (Cook, Australia) 로써 70mmHg로 유지된 regulated vacuum pump를 이용하여 모두 채란하였으며, 소난포는 손가락 촉지를 이용하여 채란하였다. 난포의 크기는(large : 6mm, medium : 2-6mm, small 2mm) 무처리구에서 small(56.6%), medium(33.0%), large follicles(10.4%) 순으로 나타났으며, 전체 난포수는 106(8.23.6개) 였다. FSH 200mg 투여구에서는 medium(47.5%), small(32.5%), large follicles(20.0%) 순으로 나타났으며, 전체난포수는 40(10.02.2개) 였다. FSH l00mg 투여구에서는 medium(45.6%), small(43.5%), large follicles (10.9%) 순으로 나타났으며, 전체 난포는 92(7.72.5개) 였다. FSH 투여전 초음파 image 상으로 관찰한 난포수와 FSH 투여 후 초음파기기와 손가락 촉지를 이용하여 난포의 발달 및 난포란의 채란율은 200mg 투여 구에서는 투여 전에 4.30.6개였으나 투여 후에는 9.32.1개로 증가하였으며, 채란율은 75.0% 였다. l00mg 투여구에서도 투여 전후에 각각 5.31.2개 및 8.22.3개였으며, 채란율은 81.6%였다. 난포란의 채란율은 무처리구에서 88.7%(7.23.9개)로 나타났으며, 회수한 난포란의 등급은 각각 0.0%(GI), 5.3%(GII), 28.T%(GIII), 66.0%(GIV)로 나타났다. FSH 200mg 투여구의 채란율은 87.5%(8.82.6개)로 나타났으며, 등급별회수율은 GI(2.8%), GII(8.6%), GIII(34.3%), GIV(54.3%)으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라 FSH 100mg 투여구에서도 회수율은 89.1%(6.85.2개)였으며, 등급별 회수율은 각각 GI(8.5%), GII(13.4%), GIII(43.9%), GIV(34.2%)로 나타났다.
