        This study aims at first reviewing the international principles and domestic law and rules for juvenile inmates' contact with their family members. The convention on the rights of the child and the U.N. rules for the protection of juveniles deprived of their liberty stress the role of family contact and family strengthening strategies in achieving successful reentry and reintegration of inmates. And the Correction law and the Regulation for treatment of juvenile inmates define family strengthening program such as letter sending, visitation in person, family reunion events, telephone service but do not give more detailed directions for juvenile inmates. Based on the notion that the role of family contact and family solidarity is more significant meaning in psychological, mental development of youthful offenders, more active family involvement is inevitable for juvenile inmate's reentry. This article also shows current status of family contact of juvenile inmates with a small survey results. Most of them appear to maintain family contact via letter, telephone, and in-person visitation but, as expected, the frequency decreases as prior criminal records and the sentencing length increase. However, regardless of frequency of family contact, juvenile inmates expect that their family helps them in reintegrating into society. In that point, we need to think offender's family as necessary resources for successful reentry of inmates.

        목적 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중 환자가 퇴원 후 가정에서 필요한 작업치료가 무엇인지 가족을 대상으로 가정작업치료에 대한 요구도를 알아보았다. 앞으로 가정작업치료사 제도를 보건․의료정책 제안의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도하였다.연구방법 : 연구의 대상은 2004년 7월부터 8월까지 뇌졸중을 경험한 환자의 가족 168명에게 가정에서 필요한 작업치료가 무엇인지 직접 면접을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SAS를 이용하여 분석하였다. 측정도구는 본 연구자가 개발한 가정작업치료 요구도로서 37문항의 4점 척도였다.결과 : 대상자 168명 중 가정작업치료가 필요하다고 응답한 가족은 149명(88.6%)이었다. 대상자의 직업이 있는 경우, 가정경제가 보통인 경우 가정작업치료 요구도가 높았다. 뇌졸중 환자의 질병 특성에 따른 요구도를 보면 언어장애, 시각장애, 배뇨문제, 연하곤란이 있는 경우 가정작업치료 요구도가 유의하게 높았으며, 장애등급 1급이 2, 3급에 비하여 가정작업치료 요구도가 유의하게 높았다(p=0.0001). 범주별 가정작업치료 요구도 순위는 운동성 요구도가 가장 높았으며, 다음은 이동성 요구도, 수단적 ADL 요구도, 자조활동 요구도, 사회성훈련하기 요구도 등의 순위였다.결론 : 이상의 연구결과에서 뇌졸중 환자의 가족은 가정작업치료를 매우 필요로 하는 것을 보았을 때, 앞으로 가정작업치료는 우리에게 수행되어야 할 많은 연구의 전망을 가져다주고 있다.

        It seems that macro-history has no relationship with family history at first glance. A close look at macro-history reveals that people in the micro-history are helplessly governed by macro-history regardless of their willingness. John Montague, a contemporary Northern Irish poet, has sought to investigate his tragic, painful familial history resulting from the macro-history of Northern Ireland which also turns out to be in predicament in political, religious, and educational terms. He was born in Brooklyn, New York, where his father had to be in exile because of his involvement in political activities in Ulster, Norther Ireland. Yet when Montague was quite young, he was sent to Garvaghey, Northern Ireland, his father's hometown. He was brought up there under the tutelage of his aunt. His early experience of separation from his parents has become the central theme of his poetry along with the political turmoil in Belfast. Thus, a number of his poems address his familial distress as well as his own. This essay seeks to examine how the poet recreates in his poems his painful experience involved in his family members, the victims of Northern Ireland's history. Many poems in Rough Field and Dead Kingdom are evaluated to be successful in terms of maintaining his temper even if they deal with painful matters of his family. As Montague himself reveals in his proses and interviews, his poetry seems to place its focus not only on praise but on liberation from his burdensome family history. To Montague, writing poetry is an inevitable means to overcome harsh realities given to his own family, himself and Northern Irish history. Particularly in his later poems, Montague arrives at reconciliation with the two corresponding histories he had to face.

        This study has been developed to find policy implications and to suggest suitable correctional programs for adult inmates and their families based upon the importance of family ties between those two parties. Keeping good family ties can be a valuable resource for inmates, families and the government. The study has reviewed existing researches on the effects of family factors on prison lives and recidivism rate. It has been suggested that families play an important role in rehabilitating prisoners and re-entry into the community after their release. The empirical studies showed consistently that good family ties during incarceration can contribute inmates' positive prison lives and reduce new offence after prison. After looking at the empirical studies and Korean correctional policy situations, this study recommended the correctional policies and the programs that could maintain stability and improve relations between inmates and their families. The policy directions with two objectives were suggested by this study. The first thing was to establish and activate the tying programs between the inmates and their families. That included increasing contact programs between the two parties, and enhancing familyhood through education. The second thing was the improvement of the economic conditions of the inmates' families and personal supports for the children with imprisoned parents. It concluded that more assistance programs and activities should be provided for inmates and their families to enhance family ties.

        This Study was designed to provide the basic data of effective intervention for the promotion of coping and quality of life in family caregivers of stroke patients. The subjects of this study were a total of 113 caregivers of stroke patients under occupational therapy at university hospitals located in Seoul city and Kyeongki-do. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire during the period from March 4th to July 30th. 1997. The questionnaires consisted of questions regarding burden(21 item. 5 point scale). coping(29 item. 4 point scale) and quality of life(47 item. 5 point scale). Data were analyzed using SAS program for t-test. ANOVA. Scheffe test and Pearson correlation coefficients. The results were as follows: 1. In the relationships between burden and demographic characteristics of the family caregivers: there were no significant differences. 2. In the relationships between coping and demographic charactersistics of the family caregivers: monthly income and religious affilition had statistically significant differences. The level of coping was significantly higer in those who perceived their religion as helpful than in their counterparts. 3. In the relationships between quality of life and demographic characteristics of the family caregivers: supporters, education, occupation and monthly income had statistically significant differences. The level of the quality of life was significantly higher in those who received support for family chores than in those who didn't. 4. The relationship between burden and coping showed a significant negative correlation. The relationship between coping and quality of life, and current Barthel Index showed a significant positive correlation.

        엘리엇은 초기 시에서부터 후기의 시극까지 베르그송의 순수 기억을 사용하여 과거에 잃어버린 자아를 찾았다. 가족 재회에서 엘리엇의 분신인 주인공 해리는 결정론적 시간에 갇혔으나, 베르그송의 순수 기 억의 힘으로 자신과 조상의 원죄를 찾고 자신이 저지른 악을 깨닫고, 죄를 씻는 속죄의 고행을 택한다. 중세의 가톨릭 교리와 신앙을 대표하 는 단테의 신곡에는 죄를 정화하는 연옥과 죄에 대한 벌을 받는 지옥 이 나온다. 죄의 벌로서 지옥의 고통과 연옥의 죄를 씻는 정화의 길은 앵글로 가톨릭을 가진 엘리엇에게는 필수적이며, 해리의 속죄는 엘리엇 이 비비안과 해리가 저지른 악에 대한 벌이며 씻는 행위이다. 앵글로 가톨릭의 속죄는 “엘리엇이 느낀 헤일이 받은 고통은 징벌이며 이런 징 벌은 자신이 받아야 하나 그녀가 받고 있다고 괴로워하며 죄책감”이라 는 고백이다. “엘리엇 자신은 15년 전에 헤일을 사랑하지 못한 이유가 자신은 그 당시에 무엇이 문제인지 몰랐으며 내 눈으로 얼마나 내가 그 녀에게 해악을 끼쳤는지 이제 알게 되었고, 모든 사건에 대하여 나머지 삶은 속죄해야 한다는” 결정은 엘리엇이 가진 죄의식의 증거이다. 엘리 엇이 죄의식을 가진 배경은 악이며, 아우구스티누스와 토마스 아퀴나스 의 악의 개념은 엘리엇의 악의 개념은 일치한다. “죄는 선을 행하면서 자란다”는 베켓의 고백은 인간의 행위에 선과 악이 섞여 있다는 것이 다. 선한 행위에도 죄가 생기며 악한 행위에도 선이 있기에 인간의 의 지에 의한 행위는 악이다. 앵글로 가톨릭에서 행위는 절대적으로 중요 하며, 엘리엇의 시극에서 속죄의 행위는 그가 앵글로 가톨릭의 교리나 신앙을 가졌다는 증거이다.

        This paper analyzed the necessity of family management agreement in management succession and the intention of signing it. To this end, 139 management successors were surveyed and the factors affecting the family management agreement were analyzed. The main analysis results are as follows. Firstly, Priority in the management agreement system was the highest participation in decision-making with 34.5 percent, or 19 people, followed by the sharing of management roles and the distribution of revenues and expenses with 27.3 percent, respectively. Secondly, An analysis of the difference between cohabitation with parents and the need for a family management agreement showed that 70.2 percent of successors and 51.7 percent of non-residents shared the opinion that a family management agreement is needed. Finally, according to the analysis, the lower the age of the heirs, the higher the willingness to sign the family management agreement, the more likely the successor who graduated from a related university in the agricultural industry, and the more likely the successor who is a farmer in an urban area, the more willing he is to sign the family management agreement.

        본 연구는 인류 보편적인 관계형성이 어떻게 이루어 질 수 있는지를 그리스도교의 구원론을 기본으로 T. S. 엘리엇의 작품 『가족의 재회』에 서 탐색한다. 특히 본 연구는 『가족의 재회』의 현 시대에 인간 사회뿐 아니라 신과 관계를 형성하려는 이들에게 어떤 새로운 비전을 제시할 수 있는지를 초기 그리스도교 시대의 메타노이아와 아가페의 상호관계를 통해 규명하고자 한다. 엘리엇의 작품은 많은 그리스도적 전통을 제 시하는 데, 특히 초기 그리스도교의 파레시아 개념은 가족의 재회에 드러난 원죄인식과 인간구원의 관계를 명확하게 드러낸다. 특히 개심의 메타노이아와 신의 은총인 아가페의 개념은 본 작품의 해리와 아가사의 관계에서 드러난다. 따라서 본 연구는 개인과 외부의 관계의 상호성을 바탕으로, 비록 개인의 의지만으로 관계를 회복할 수 없지만, 개인이 사 랑을 실천하는 것이 외부의 은총과 관심과 결합할 수 있는 가능성을 열 수 있다고 강조한다. 새로운 관계회복은 자기방기와 같은 외부세계에 대한 열린 태도와 개인의 속죄로 더욱 강화될 것이다.
