The research presents implementation strategy and features for experimental design of quality. The MINITAB models of experimental design classfies by the kinds of factors, orthogonality, blocking, confounding and rotationability. The results discussed in this paper can be easily used for practictioners.

Stainless steel sheets are widely used as the structure material for the railroad cars and the commercial vehicles. These kinds structures used stainless steel sheets are commonly fabricated by using the gas welding. For fatigue design of gas welded joints such as fillet and plug and ring type joint, it is important to obtain optimum design parameter information on gas welded joints. In this paper, analysis approach for fatigue test using experimental design are evaluated optimum factor in gas welded joint type and geometrical parameters of materials. 본 계획은 김제시를 중심으로 하는 테마 파크를 디자인한 것이다. 이곳은 전라북도 김제시 적산면에 위치해 있고 면적은 약 120,000㎡이다. 농경 테마파크가 지니고 있는 정체성, 이용자를 위한 문화와 지역 관광, 토지의 효율적 이용과 실효성,그리고 친환경적인 디자인등 몇 가지 중요한 기준을 고려하여 본 테마파크를 계획하였다. 이 테마파크는 즐거움을 제공하고휴식, 체험과 놀이를 하는 다양한 장소이다. 김제의 근대 역사를 소개하는 이 공원의 정체성은 탐사지역, 출입지역, 상업지역,휴식과 놀이지역, 전시지역이라는 5가지 공간으로 나누어진다. 각각의 장소는 “근대 김제지방의 농경역사”에 관한 테마를갖고 있으며 공간의 연속적인 측면에서 긴밀히 연결되어 있다. 이 지역은 다양한 집합체와 다채로운 행사를 위한 상징적공간으로서 김제의 문화와 관광 기능을 할 수 있다.

본 계획대상지는 임실군 관촌 일원에 위치하며, 사선대 관광지의 총면적은 166,000㎡(50,215평)이다. 현재 관리운영 전단계로 집행단계 Ⅱ(개발촉진단계-기반시설 이외의 시설이 있는 관광지)에 해당하고 개발이 미흡하다는 평가를 받고 있으나, 임실과그 주변지역의 주민들에게 관광지로서의 높은 인식도를 지니고 있으며 지리적으로 전라북도 중심 관광지로서 그 개발 잠재력이매우 크다.본 계획은 군민들의 건강한 여가활동을 지원하고, 사선대 관광지를 찾는 관광객들에게 다양한 볼거리 및 놀이시설을 제공하기위한 체육시설 확충과 관광지 활성화를 위한 방안을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있는바 상가 및 숙박시설 이전계획 및 사선문화공간(전통정원), 다목적 잔디광장, 미니골프장, 미로원조성, 조각공원, 근린공원을 조성하였다.공간구성의 전개는 사선문화를 느낄 수 있는 사선문화공간과 스포츠공간, 교육문화공간을 연결하고 대상 부지가 지니는지형적 특징을 반영하였다. 도입활동은 스포츠에 관련된 활동으로 체육활동, 체험활동 등이 선정되었으며, 사선문화, 조각공원,근린공원에 따른 관광과 기념에 관련된 활동으로 문화활동, 관람활동, 문화체험활동, 연계관광활동 등이 선정되었다.

The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Rational Energy Utilization Act. The Consultation about Energy Use Plan submitted by only the public superintendent of project was enforced from 1999. The Consultation was enlarged in objects as including the private superintendent of project according to amendment of the Act in 2002, also the consultation was enlarged in objects of facilities etc. by amendment in 2006. The results of analysis shows that the mean annual energy intensity value per 103 ㎡ is 86.5toe, mean annual CO2 emission intensity per 103㎡ is 61.7TC and the mean annual energy saving effect is 13.0%, mean annual CO2 reduction effect is 13.4%, these effects equivalent to 0.33% of 2005 national primary energy consumption. Also benefit-cost ratio of whole objects is 1.67 and benefit-cost ratio of enlargement objects is 1.93, it means economic and social effect with the Consultation about Energy Use Plan are very excellent.

본 논문에서는 동적계획법과 계층적 변이추적을 이용한 새로운 스테레오 정합 알고리즘을 제안 한다. 기존 동적계획법을 이용한 정합 알고리즘에서는 밝기 변화가 적거나 폐색영역과 같은 정합 화소 의 부재 등으로 인하여 정합 오류를 동반하므로 생성된 변이 맵을 신뢰할 수 없는 문제를 갖는다. 그러 므로 제안한 방법에서는 계층간의 변이 추적기법을 도입하여 이러한 정합 오류를 복원할 수 있도록 알 고리즘을 구성하였다. 입력된 스테레오 영상을 부 표본화를 통해 계층화 하고 동적계획법을 이용하여 생성된 각 계층의 변이 맵으로부터 계층사이의 변이 이동오차와 밝기에 기반한 정합오차를 계산하여 정합 오류를 줄임으로써 보다 정확한 변이를 선택하도록 하였다. 실험 결과에서 보듯이 밝기 변화가 적은 영역과 폐색영역 등에서 기존의 동적계획법방법 보다 개선된 성능을 보였다.

The paper presents the measurement split split-plot models for saving the time and cost. The split split-plot designs developed are efficiently used to estimating the gauge R&R(Reproducibility & Repeatability) when the completely randomized design of all factors(such as high pressure and temperature) is expensive and time consuming. The models studied include three split split-plots considering the type of experimental units.

The research develops measurement processes for estimating and evaluating the gauge R&R(Reproducibility & Repeatability) using ANOVA(Analysis of Variance) of experimental design tools. The ten-step processes developed include experimental goal setting, the selection of characteristics(factors, levels), data model, ANOVA, EMS(Expected Mean Square), estimation of gauge precisions, and evaluation indexes. The three-factor combined measurement models are presented to show the processes developed in this paper.
