Thepurposeofthisstudy isto examinetheproblemsofmiscommunication in military organizationsand to suggest some ways in educating military personnel for better communication.Indoingthis,thepresenceofthebarrierandobstaclesin the military communication was closely examined and diagnosed in various ways: how the communicative obstacles affect the flow of information in the military and how each dimension of obstacles is associated with various identities of military personnelsuch as rank, gender,and age.The results reveal three factors in communication problems:first,thebarriersofinformationflow incommunicationprocess; second,the conflictdue to the complex identities ofmilitary members; third,the changes in attitude ofthe communication participants.Along with these findings, suggestions for some directions of effective communication education in military organization arealsodiscussed.The communicationeducationpolicymustconsidertheaspectsofmilitary job specificationsandpriorityofmiddle-gradeoffices,Itshouldbenotedthat continuing education is also important to deliver correctness, appropriateness,andeffectivenessofcommunication
국내에서는 해양오염을 예방하기 위하여 해양오염방지관리인 제도를 운영하고 있다. 2007년 1월 19일 해양환경관리법(법률 제8260호)이 제정되어 2008년 1월 20일부터 시행으로 됨으로써 1977년 제정되어 시행되어 오던 해양오염방지법이 폐지됨에 따라 해양오염방지관리인 교육 제도에도 변화가 생겼다. 주요 개정 내용은 교육훈련기관, 교육훈련과정, 교육훈련대상자, 해양오염방지관리인 업무내용 및 준수사항, 해앙시설의 범위, 교육과목 등이다.
여가 시간이 증가하면서 가족들이 함께 즐길 수 있는 문화공간이 필요하다. 특히 자녀를 두고 있는 가족인 경우 자녀들 교육과 문화 향유라는 두 가지 만족을 얻으려고 한다. 이에 본 연구는 교육과 문화라는 두 요소를 가지고 학습자가 몰입감 요소를 바탕으로 교육학 이론을 고려한 박물관의 체감형 교육용 게임을 개발함으로써 박물관 재방문 및 활성화의 도움을 주고자 한다.
관련기술의 발전에 의한 높은 인터넷속도는 교육용 온라인게임 서비스를 크게 성장시키고 있다. 교육용 온라인게임은 교육적 측면과 동시에 게임으로서의 상품과 서비스가 고려되어야 한다. 게임 비즈니스에서 교육용게임이 성공하기위해서는 다양한 욕구를 충족시키는 서비스를 제공해야한다. 그러므로 본 연구는 교육용 온라인게임의 공급 품질요인을 도출하고 이 요인들을 3레벨의 계층적 모형을 만들어 요인의 중요도를 평가하는데 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 적용한다. 교육용 온라인게임사용자의 이해를 증진시키고 제공되는 이론적이고 실제적인 정보에 의해서 교육용 온라인게임의 품질을 개선하고자 한다.
본 연구는 초․중․고 학생들의 도해력 수준을 측정 및 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 도해력 및 지도학습의 문제점을 파악하고 도해력 향상 방안을 교수-학습 측면, 교육과정 측면, 지도 및 자료 제작 측면에서 모색해 보는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 초․중․고 교과서를 분석하여 도해력 검사 항목을 선정하였으며 이를 SOLO 분류 모형의 사고 수준에 따라 4개의 하위 문항으로 구성되는 세트 문항을 제작하였다. 도해력 검사는 청주시에 소재한 초․중․고 학교를 대상으로 9학년에 걸쳐 10개 반을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구 결과, 도해력 향상을 위해 교사는 학령 및 학생의 도해력 수준에 맞는 교수-학습 방법을 개발해야 하고 지도의 종류나 지도와 관련된 내용 또한 학생들의 수준에 맞게 선별 또는 재구성하여 교수해야 한다. 지도 및 자료 제작자는 학생들의 학령에 따른 도해력 수준을 고려하여 지도 및 학습 자료를 제작해야 한다. 교육과정에서는 도해력 및 지도 관련 단원을 확대하고, 학년 수준에 맞는 꼭 알아야 할 내용을 중심으로 연결성 있는 학습과 학령이 올라감에 따라 지도교육 내용도 심화 발전될 수 있도록 구성해야 한다.
In January, 2005, the "Railroad Safety Act" was presented, preparing the systematic equipment that allows several railroad operators to consider the railroad safety issue, and each of the railroad operative institutions accepted such situation that the construction of the emergent system of coping, resulting in the construction of the emergent system of coping with the railroad fire accident through the relevant study to improve the railroad security efficiency against fire. Tanzaniahasbeen rightlyknownasoneofthemostsuccessfulinstancesofhavingpursued an active endoglossic language policy as well as of promoting an indigenous African language, namely Swahili, as the medium of instruction.Since the early years of independence Swahili has been adopted as the medium ofinstruction forprimary education.Currently, students atsecondary and tertiary levels have to use English as the medium ofinstruction.Thesuddentransitionfrom SwahilitoEnglishhas beenblamedasoneoftherootcausesofthecurrentcrisisofeducational standards. Many scholars both from Tanzania and abroad have consistently pointed outthatthe problem ofthe medium ofinstruction resultsineducationalfailure,buttheTanzaniangovernmenthascontinued to be half-hearted in this matterbased on an exaggerated beliefthat Englishplaysapivotalroleintheageofglobalization.Englishintoday's Tanzania is almostsynonymous with upward socialmobility,and even English-medium primaryschoolshavebeenmushroominginrecentyears. Theconflictbetweenindividualsandofficiallanguagepolicyisinevitable, because the former prefers English as a medium ofinstruction atall levelsandthelattertriestomaintainSwahiliatleastatprimary levels. Foralanguage-in-educationpolicytobeviable,multi-facetedapproaches need to beintroduced and applied to reflectchanging socialrealities in Tanzanian society.The language-in-education policy also needs to be considered in the contextofsocialinequalities and the distribution of limitedresourcesamongmembersofthesociety.
In order to advance the service quality of education, the study is to takes measures on the satisfaction of teachers who are really important personnel resources and can be said internal customers of the education system. Previous studies on the service quality show that most of them focused on students, particularly on the improvement of their satisfaction. Therefore the study tried to measure the satisfaction degrees of teachers, so that it might seek ways for the advancement of the teaching environment and teaching service quality, for which it has utilized the Performance Model developed by Hung et al.(2003). For the purpose, surveys were conducted on 303 teachers of elementary schools and the collected data were analysed with SPSS statistic programme and the Performance Model. As a result a total of 18 items are mentioned as those to be improved. They include : Education Environment, Workplace Conditions, Performance Reward, Budget Arrangement, Welfare System. They are closely related with the two items of Performance Reward and Welfare System. In conclusion, it is confirmed that teachers who belong to the provincial office of education in Gyeongsangbuk-do want the same level of performance reward with that of the other professional groups and they also want to enjoy such a welfare as academic fees for the children who studies at colleges and graduate schools. Therefore it is necessary to improve such complaints that it would give satisfaction to the teachers, the internal customers of the education organization.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of cookies prepared with shrimp powder (0, 3, 5, 7, 9%) substituted for flour as a snack food for Kindergarteners. The pH of the cookie dough decreased significantly in response to the addition of all levels of shrimp powder. However, there were no significant differences in the dough values among the test groups. Furthermore, when the spread factor values were compared among groups, they were found to be inversely proportional to the shrimp powder concentration. In addition, the Hunter's color L, a and b values decreased significantly as the level of shrimp powder increased. Moreover, the addition of 3~9% shrimp powder resulted in increased hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, and brittleness when compared to the control. Finally, the results of acceptance test showed that the cookies containing 5% shrimp powder had the highest scores.
