Recently, according to the total quality management environment, the necessity of the systematic administration about the quality information is gradually enlarged as to vehicle related company. Accordingly, related companies require the operation of the information management system matched with the quality administration task level. And through the storage and share of the efficient quality information, they try to solve the customer claim about the quality and prevent the quality problem recurrence of product. This research suggests the standard business process of the auto part supplier for the efficient management of the quality information and the quick correspondence of the quality problem. In addition, by building and managing the quality information management system will be able to expect the more efficient quality management and the product reliability insurance.
ERP system has been spreaded from large companies to many small and medium sized companies, and it is recognized as a basic system for optimum and efficient work process. The focus is moving from manufacturing companies to various specialized companies. Once ERP system was introduced to those specialized companies, there was attempt to customize an ordinary system which used in manufacturing companies, but it was hard to take effect due to the lack of experience and an inadequate analysis of work process. Some of foreign ERP packages are possible to be constructed for some companies. However, they are originally aim at a large enterprise and it is also very difficult to construct and maintain. For this reason, small and midium sized companies are having a difficulty to construct ERP system. This study deals with the construction of ERP system for small and medium sized design engineering company and introduction of the crucial points throughout the construction and requirements for composition module and customization of each main module. Based on the findings of this study, the specialized non-manufacturing companies are expected to have efficient and practical application of ERP system when they select and customize the ERP package of manufacturing companies.
정보통신기술의 발달로 가상세계는 현실세계와 더욱 흡사해지고 있고, 가상세계에 대한 활용도 늘어나고 있다. 가상세계 서비스 이용자는 수많은 이용자들로 이루어진 가상 사회(virtual society)의 일원으로서 현실에서 할 수 있는 거의 모든 종류의 활동을 상당한 기간 지속적으로 행하면서 자신의 의사와 상관없이 매우 다양하고 방대한 개인정보를 노출하므로, 가상세계 서비스 제공자는 종래의 온라인 서비스 제공자에 비하여 이용자에 관하여 훨씬 다양하고 방대한 정보를 얻을 수 있고 이를 적절한 도구로 분석하여 훨씬 구체적이고 정확한 이용자 프로파일(user profile)을 구축할 수 있다. 이와 같은 가상세계의 특징으로 인하여, 가상세계 서비스 제공자의 개인정보 수집, 프로파일의 구축, 이용 및 이전 등이 개인정보에 관한 중대한 문제를 야기할 위험성은 매우 높다. 위와 같은 위험을 방지하기 위하여, 가상세계 서비스 제공자의 개인정보 수집, 프로파일의 구축, 이용 및 이전에 대한 적절한 법적인 규제가 필요하고, 이와 관련하여 약관의 규제에 관한 법률 제6조의 불공정 약관 조항에 대한 해석론의 재검토와 정보통신망이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 중 관련 조항에 대한 개정이 요구된다.
In this study, we have developed the database of safety and health information for pesticide active ingredients used in Korea. There were 1,283 pesticide items among which 296 were found to be out of use in current. A total of 349 pesticide ingredients were being used in Korea. The database consists of 32 types of information including chemical characteristics, acute toxicity, chronic toxicity (carcinogenic and reproductive toxicity), specific symptoms by exposure route and first aid. When pesticide ingredients were assessed in terms of key properties such as color, odor, acute toxicity, carcinogenic and reproductive toxicity, they were white, colorless and odorless, in general. When ingredients were classified by category of acute toxicity, 'Non-hazardous' represented 29%, followed by 'Slightly hazardous' at 16%, 'Moderately hazardous' at 14%, 'Highly hazardous' at 5%, and 'Extremely hazardous' at 2%. 85 out of 349, or 24% of ingredients were found to be possibly carcinogenic to human. This database is expected to provide an easy access for farmers, agriculture supervisors, researchers and consumers, and it can ultimately be used as basic data on farmer's safety and health.
This paper proposes the Data Architecture implementation process and the suggestions for automation which will enable the analyzing and measuring of the data structure as well. We verified the standardization of data that proposes a baseline for minimum quality, communications with stakeholder within an information system, minimization of application changes, and the effect of data values on quality improvement. The baseline is tested through the measurement and assessment of the quality indicator of a data structure as well as a quality control process deduced during the implementation.
There has been a huge progress in semiconductor manufacturing processes such as reduction of the design rule(DR) and development of multi-processes. And, semiconductor industries have steadily extended its business and market share by reducing the design rule(DR) and enlarging the wafer size as well as by resolving many difficult technical problems through various noble approaches in order to reduce the production cost and to improve the yield. In semiconductor manufacturing, there is a significant difference in the number of memory chips produced according to the wafer size, wafer yield, and the level of the design rule even though the same number of wafers were put to the manufacturing process. So, almost all semiconductor manufacturing companies reach the conclusion that the enlarged size of wafer should be adopted in order to enhance the productivity and reduce the production cost. Thus, in this study, we investigate the specifications of the key functions and capabilities of the necessary modules in the yield analysis and improvement system required to acquire the stationary wafer yield with considering the 450mm wafer manufacturing system. Then the results of this research will be helpful for constructing the advanced yield analysis and improvement system called Real-Time Fault Monitoring and Detection (RTFMD) system.
기업 환경이 점점 더 프로젝트화 되어가면서 여러개의 프로젝트가 동시에 진행되며 더불어 일반업무까지 운영되고 있는 게 현실이다. 또한 기업내 한정된 자원으로 다수의 프로젝트와 일반업무를 조직의 비전과 목표에 맞게 수행해야 한다. 이러한 기업환경 때문에 2000년도 초반부터 프로젝트경영이란 경영철학이 대두되어 오고 있다. 기업내 프로젝트경영을 실현하기 위해 전사적프로젝트관리 (Enterprise Project Management) 도입의 필요성이 높아가고 있으나 기업에 전사적프로젝트관리를 도입하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니며, 실패할 확률이 높은 프로젝트 이다. 본 연구에서는 전사적프로젝트관리의 개념과 필요성을 이해하고, 기업의 변화와 혁신이란 관점에서 접근 방법과 핵심요인들을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 구축 사례와 문헌연구를 통해서 체계적인 방법론과 핵심성공요인을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 성공적인 전사적프로젝트관리 도입을 위한 방법론을 제시하고자 한다.
In 450mm wafers production environment for next-generation semiconductor production, one of the most significant features is the adoption of full automation to the whole manufacturing processes involved. The full automation system applied to the whole manufacturing processes will prevent the workers from intervening the manufacturing processes as much as possible and increase the importance of each individual wafer noticeably, and thus require a more robust scheduling system for entire semiconductor manufacturing processes. The scheduling system for 450mm wafers production also should be capable of monitoring the status of each individual wafer and collecting useful fab data in real time. Based on data (or information) gathered in each process, the real-time scheduling system function efficiently to control the whole semiconductor manufacturing processes. In this study, we first carry out preliminary survey on the system requirements and the necessary functions for constructing the real time scheduling system with considering the changes from 300mm wafer production environment to 450mm wafer production environment, and then propose the scheduler system architectures for the cluster-type production processes which are the general in 450mm wafer production environment for the efficient production scheduling. The system architectures proposed in this study involve the modules for real-time scheduling, the modules for supporting the cluster-type production, the modules for finding optimal schedules, and so on. Also, we provide the specifications of the key required functions and capabilities of the modules and the relationship among the modules proposed.
