목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 작업치료의 건강보험수가의 신설과 적용이 수익에 어떤 효과를 미치는지 알아보기 위함이다. 연구방법 : 한 대학병원 작업치료실에서 실제로 청구하고 있는 작업치료 보험수가와 환자에게 검사하고 있는 평가 항목에 대해 조사하였다. 그리고 치료실에서 실제 행위하고 있으나 적용할 만한 보험수가가 없어 적합한 보상을 받지 못하고 있는 항목을 분류해 비급여본인부담 항목으로 신설하고 수가를 책정하였다. 또한 보험항목은 존재하나 청구하고 있지 않은 항목을 적극적으로 활용하여 수익의 변화율을 조사하였다. 결과 : 지각 및 시공간능력검사 항목 중 인식력(시각) 검사 항목과 구성능력검사 항목, 감각⋅운동협응 검사에서 손가락 두드리기 검사 항목, 덴버발달검사를 비급여본인부담 항목으로 책정하였다. 연하장애재활치료는 치료는 시행하고 있으나 수가를 청구하고 있지 않았던 항목으로 이를 적극적으로 활용하도록 하였다. 새로 신설된 작업치료 수가 적용으로 매달 평균 88%의 수익의 증가를 보였다. 결론 : 건강보험수가의 적극적인 활용은 작업치료의 수익을 증가 시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 건강보험 급여항목의 개발은 치료사에게 치료실에서의 행위에 대한 합당한 보상이 될 수 있으며 그에 따르는 수익 창출로 작업치료의 운영과 개설을 촉진시킬 수 있는 방안이 될 수 있고 더 나아가 작업치료의 입지를 넓힐 수 있는 계기가 되므로 이에 대한 홍보와 활용이 필요한 것으로 사료된다.

This article is based on a part of one-year field research in Minahsa, North Sulawesi, Indonesia. This is concerned primarily with so-called “re-localization” of Minahasan cultures and traditions. Since the Dutch colonial period, the Minahasan community has accommodated Christianity and elements of European culture, thereby undergoing certain fundamental socio-cultural transformations. However, the Minahasan have also continued to retain a deep sense of Minahasan-ness in cultural practices so that one can discern a re-localized continuity in Minahasan culture. Minahasan traditions and culture still exist as ‘memory traces’, which enshrine local value systems deeply in the minds of the Minahasan. What is more, non-local cultural practices and systems have been imprinted with these Minahasan memory traces in the process of ‘re-localisation’, whilst at the same time blurring some of them. Some traditions have eventually disappeared, while others have been revived in the process of re-localisation. For instance, some pagan elements of the fosso [Minahasan feast] such as the activities of tona’as [Minahasan ritual specialist] and the worship dances for ancestral gods and goddesses have disappeared with the adoption of Christianity; but the festive properties of the fosso can still be traced in socio-cultural events such as marriage. This article is divided into five major sections. Firstly, it reviews some theoretical perspectives of local cultures and tradition in the era of globalization. Secondly, it proceeds to reveal the brief history of Minahasa in relation to Christianity and European influences. Thirdly, it talks about Christian influences on the Minahasan community in more details. Fourth, it attempts to describe the re-localized elements of Minhasan traditions and culture across time, taking examples of creation myths, belief systems, shaman activities, festive rituals and indigenous performances. Lastly, having said all these, it argues that the form and pattern of re-localization depend on how the Minahasan perceive and define their traditional culture in relation to the present lifeworld.

최근 많은 기업에서 전사적 자원관리 시스템의 보급이 활발히 이루어지고는 있으나, 해당 시스템의 기초데이터라 할 수 있는 생산실적의 수집에 있어 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 생산실적의 늦은 수집은 효율적 기업운영에 치명적이라 할 수 있으며, 이러한 이유로 실시간 생산실적을 수집하는 POP시스템의 도입이 해결방안으로 널리 구축 운용되고 있다. POP시스템의 구축 및 운용에 있어 가장 중요한 사항은 정확한 생산실적의 실시간 수집이라 할 수 있으나, 적지 않은 구축 기업들에서 몇 가지 요인들로 인한 신뢰할 수 없는 데이터의 수집으로 기업 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리는 결과를 보여주고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 요인들을 분석하고 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하며, 실제로 적용된 사례를 소개하고자 한다.

Corporations are faced with the key strategic task of adopting a comprehensive management system of a new paradigm in order to enhance their products' quality, safety, and reliability, as well as to minimize the cost of quality. The purpose of this paper is to present a methodology that can be used by corporations to ensure a product's reliability, safety, and maintainability, with minimal costs, by measuring dependability levels and conducting DEA analysis. The methodology will be a way for corporations to adopt an optimal dependability management system based on a quality management system of ISO 9001:2000 standards.

It is an hot issue to reduce vibration for improving quality, reliability and safety in railway vehicles including magnetic levitation, monorail way, surface car etc. This paper aims at literature survey in rolling stocks vibration standards Initially, it has been evaluated by researching and analysing of foreign standards to judge wheather or not the standards being applied in domestic are reansonable and scientific. After that we are proposing the standards of vibration after comparing and analysing the ones in domestic and foreign.

본 연구는 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 프로토타입이 사용자에게 최적의 경험을 제공할 수 있도록 웨어러블 컴퓨터의 평가를 위한 사용성 척도를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다 이를 위해 질적 평가와 양적 평가를 동시에 수행하였다. 개발된 제품을 사용자가 직접 착용해 보고 의견을 진술하는 컨택스트(context) 평가를 2차에 걸쳐 실시하였고, 사용자 평가 결과와 전문가들의 의견을 반영하여 평가 항목 및 평가 대상을 선정하였다. 이를 통해 사용성 평가문항의 기초 안을 개발하고 관찰평가와 착의평가로 나누어서 설문을 진행하였다. 평가 결과를 분석하여 사용성 평가 문항을 확정하였으며, 만족감과 관련하여 평가 항목에 대한 이론적 모델을 도출하였다.

최근 차량용 Navigation은 우리나라에서 급속도로 발전하는 Emerging Market으로 실시간 교통정보와 DMB TV, 영화, 음악, 게임 등 다양한 복합기능을 추가하면서 Car Infotainment(Information & Entertainment) 핵심 기기로 진화해가고 있다. 반면 시장진입에 따른 기술 장벽이 낮고 경쟁이 치열한 상황에서 제품디자인 차별화가 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 이에 본 사례연구에서는 A/V 전문기업 인켈이 「와이드터치(WideTouch)」라는 신규 브랜드로 차량용 Navigation 시장에 진출한 사례를 중심으로 선행 수요자 니즈 조사를 통한 Concept 발굴과 신세대 및 중 장년층, 여성 Targe시장 세분화에 의한 디자인 차별화 전략 및 그 성공 요인을 분석하였다.

국제화는 세계시장으로 나아가고자 하는 기업이 필연코 추구해야 하는 과제이다. 이러한 국제화의 당위성에 비하여 경영자들은 국제화의 실행상의 어려움을 호소하는 것이 현실이다. 국제화의 구체적인 방법론에 대한 이해가 부족하기 때문이다. 특히 한국기업의 경우, 이러한 실행상의 난점이 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 삼성그룹의 미래전략그룹의 사례를 분석적으로 제시함으로써 국제화의 구체적인 방법론에 대한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 한다. 1997년 설립 시점부터 2006년까지의 심층적인 역사적 자료와 인터뷰를 기반으로, 삼성그룹은 어떻게 국제화를 실제 진전시키고 있는가를 설명한다. 본 사례는 조직구성요소의 가장 미묘할 수 있는 인적자원(사람)을 통해 국제화를 추구하는 비교적 드문 경우를 보여준다. 10여년의 장기적인 투자를 통해서 미래전략그룹은 삼성의 국제화에 의미있는 공헌을 하고 있다. 사례에서 드러나는 바와 같이, 기업의 국제화는 뛰어난 전략의 수립만으로는 불가능하다. 조직의 변화가 이루어질 때 비로소 국제화가 진행되는 것이다. 조직변화의 핵심에는 결국 사람의 변화가 자리잡고 있다.

A life cycle assessment(LCA) is increasing its applicability as a powerful tool for an environmental burdens analysis. In this study, some cases are compared in terms of analysis procedures and results obtained with LCAs for evaluating power generation technologies in Korea. For the comparison, 3 power generation technologies are selected because they produces almost 90% of 2003 total electricity generation in Korea. It is shown that the range of evaluation values amounts to maximally the order of about 105, which is rather large discrepancy than the level of 101 in comparison with foreign studies. The difference seems to be due to the simplicity of modeling used in each case study. It is proposed that this large discrepancy should be obviously clarified to improve their reliability in that electricity is a essentialness for all industries and the capacity of LCA of national-level electricity affects the results of LCA for the other sectors.
