Due to dramatic changes in the trend of corporate management (economic, labor, government), companies are being asked to adapt creative and innovative organizational culture in order to keep sustainability. Under the circumstances, flexible working hour becomes one of very effective method for org culture improvement. Recently, M company has introduced the new policy of working hours that employees can choose a couple of different time options depending on their personal situations. And it turns out to be very effective(work & life balance, increasing organizational vitality, improving efficiency of business and productivity, Recruitment of core human resources, Prevention of deviation); both team and personal performance levels has significantly improved. Therefore, it is highly recommended to adapt flexible working policies for companies seeking for a long term, sustainable corporate vision.

This study was conducted to grasp problems of the present and investigate the real condition of organizations by making how an organizational ISO/TS 16949 quality management system has a positive effect on process improvement, perceived organizational support has a significant effect on the relationship between ISO/TS 16949 requirements and process improvement, process improvement has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and organizational performance research projects. For doing them, it tris to suggest an effective application plan of ISO/TS 16949 certification through improvements about corporate quality management systems of the automobile field by investigating and analyzing literature of the precedent studies and ISO/TS 16949 certification effects actually, conducting and analyzing an survey on effects on customer satisfaction and organizational performance, and drawing the problems.

The purpose of this study is to review the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance, and the mediating effect of corporate entrepreneurship in entrepreneurs’cooperative. In order to verify and achieve the purposes mentioned above, questionnaire data were gathered and analysed from 379 employees of entrepreneurs’cooperative in Kangwon-do province. Empirical survey's findings are as follows; First, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with risk-taking and proactiveness. Also, intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with proactiveness only. Second, charisma and individual consideration appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase, but intellectual stimulation appeared to be positively related with employment increase only. Third, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) appeared to be positively related with sales volume and employment increase. Fourth, corporate entrepreneurship(risk-taking, proactiveness) had mediating effect on the relationship between CEO's transformational leadership and performance. But, intellectual stimulation had not mediating effect

This study aims to analyze the performance of the beneficiaries of the SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) support project that has been handled online on the 'BizOK System', which is the integrated support system for SMEs in Incheon, by comparing before and after receiving support. Various performance indicators can be used, but this study used the rate of increase in sales, exports and employed manpower collected by the 'BizOK System'. Moreover, to analyze the trend of business performance by corporate feature, this study grouped the businesses into 7 categories including sales, business history, number of employees and capital. The results of this study are expected to be used in drawing implications for business support policies by utilizing them as basic data for enhancing efficiency of the support project and establishing corporate policies.

This study focuses on developing a theoretical framework for evaluating Operational Performance of the Marine Forest Creation project on a balanced and comprehensive perspective by using BSC, AHP, and IPA. Also, the purpose of this study is empirically to analyze operational performance of the project and to suggest the future improvement plan. For this purpose, We will first determine the critical success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) required for evaluating the performance of the Marine Forest Creation project from the four perspectives of BSC. And, After determining the weight for each of CSF, KPI, and four perspectives of BSC by using AHP, we will measure the project performance. We will also conduct IPA analysis to propose the direction of improvement of the Marine Forest Creation project. The results of this study are as follows. First, this study has drawn 8 critical success factors and 16 key performance indicators for four BSC perspectives based on the theoretical considerations and expert interview survey. Second, as a result of deriving relative importance of BSC perspectives using AHP, customer perspective was the highest, followed by financial perspective, learning and growth perspective, and internal process perspective. Third, as the results of analyzing the importance and performance of BSC perspectives using IPA, customer perspective was the maintenance reinforcement category, financial perspective was the key improvement category, internal process perspective and learning and growth perspective were gradual improvement category. This study has a great academic significance in terms of BSC first tried to evaluate the performance of the Marine Forest Creation project. The results of this study are expected to lead to various discussions for a balanced and comprehensive verification of Marine Forest Creation project performance.

The fisheries industry has led the Korean economy, and has been achieving high-level position in the world. However, this industry meets aging, low growth and profit. In order to overcome this critical situation, it is needed to understand the overall status of industry. In industry level, most of previous researches focused on ocean industry rather than fisheries. In addition, scholars have been getting a lot of attention about fisheries cooperatives, fishing-ports, methods of fishery, and manufacturing process in fisheries sector. The aim of this research is analysis of domestic fisheries industry’s managerial performance using data envelopment analysis(DEA) considering operating and scale view. Furthermore, the comparative analysis is performed by firm size, and industry type. In results, fisheries industry’s managerial performance is not high, overall. In more detail, most of big size firms are under decreasing returns to scale(DRS) status. Fishery processing industry’s performance is low, and fishery distribution industry has the best performance. This paper suggests that transferring operating capability from big firms to small firms, and policy supports and firm’s activities should be accompanied for high-value added in fisher, and fishery processing industries.

본 연구는 기업에서 도입한 인사제도를 얼마나 일관성 있게 실행하는 지가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 기존 연구들은 어떠한 인사제도가 또는 인사제도의 번들이 기업성과에 미치는지, 그리고 어 떠한 과정을 거쳐 이러한 성과가 나타나는지를 주로 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 인사제도의 운영과정 상의 특징에 주목하여, 인사제도 실행이 지속적으로 이루어지는 것이 중요하다는 입장에서 인사제도의 비일관성이 높으면 기업성과에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 이러한 효과는 종업원들의 회사에 대한 신뢰가 높은 경우 약화된다는 가설을 설정하였다. 한국직업능력개발원의 HCCP 데이터를 활용하여 이상의 가설을 검 증하였는데 2009년(3차년도)부터 2013년(5차년도)년도의 제조업체를 대상으로 총 202개 기업, 연도-기업 관측치는 446개를 최종 분석에 포함되었다. 인사제도의 일관성은 2009, 2011, 2013년 3회의 조사기간에 걸쳐 실행된 인사제도 수의 변화와 도입 및 폐지된 인사제도의 수를 기준으로 측정하였다. 분석결과는 본 연구의 주요 가설을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다.

활용(Exploitation)과 탐험(Exploration)은 경영전략, 조직학습, 조직혁신, 경쟁우위 창출 등에 다양한 영향을 미친다고 알려져 있다. 활용과 탐험에 대한 관점은 기업 의사결정의 산물로 보는 것과 조직성과를 위한 투입요소로 보는 두 가지가 있으나, 많은 연구자들이 이를 혼용하여 연구에 사용함으로써 혼재된 연구결과를 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활용과 탐험을 투입요소적인 속성과 성과요소적인 속성으로 나 누어 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 이는 조직 학습 측면에서 활용과 탐험의 역할을 명확하 게 보여줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 미국 기업의 1993년에서 1999년 특허데이터를 활용하여 이를 실증 하였다. 에너지(Energy), 원료(Material), 일반 공업(Industrial), 소비재(consumer), 식품 및 주거(Food &Housing), 건강(Health & Medicine), IT, 통신(Telecom)의 총 8개의 산업에 속한 161개의 기업이 대상이 되었으며, 총 632개의 특허 데이터가 사용되었다. 7년간의 자료 분석을 위해 시계열 변화와 횡단적 변화 를 관찰할 수 있는 패널 분석방식을 채택했으며, 횡단면적 이분산성(heteroscedasticity) 문제를 해결하기 위해 일반화 최소자승법(Feasible generalized least squares: FGLS)을 적용하여 분석했다. 분석결과, 투 입요소 측면의 활용과 산출요소 측면의 활용은 단기적 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면, 투입요소 측면과 산출요소 측면의 탐험은 단기적 기업성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 본 연구는 활용과 탐험을 각각 투입요소적인 측면과 산출요소적인 측면에서 구분하여 접근한 최 초의 실증연구로서, 향후 연구자들이 탐험과 활용의 개념을 좀 더 명확히 사용할 수 있는 근거를 제시하 고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 활용과 탐험의 각기 다른 특성을 보여줌으로써, 연구자들에게 활용과 탐험의 원인 및 결과를 연구함에 있어 가이드라인을 제시해 줄 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

For economic evaluation of integrated operation to sewage facilities, benefit-cost analysis was performed to watershed sewage works project in 7 watershed areas, 156 facilities. In this study, the cost before and after integrated operation was compared and benefits are calculated from the reduction of operators, increasement treated pollution loads, reduction cost through operation convenience, reduction water consumption through effluent reuse, and improvement of life benefit. The result showed that cost was 8,500million won and benefit was 16,747million won, so benefit was 49% higher than cost. B/C analysis result showed that B/C ratio was 1.97 and it is similar to other researches. The benefits of integrated operation included convenience of data management, increase of emergency response, decrease of complains with sewage which was not reflected numerically, so the benefits of integrated operation were expected much greater than this result.

연구개발의 비용과 속도가 증가하고 있는 현대의 경쟁환경에서 기술혁신을 창 출하기 위해 필요한 모든 자원 및 역량을 갖추는 것은 불가능에 가까우며 이와 같은 환경은 연구개발협력의 필요성을 강조한다. 따라서 본 논문은 지식의 보호수단인 전유성이 연구개 발협력과 그 성과물인 제품혁신성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 동시에 이 관계를 정부 연구개발지원이 어떻게 조절하고 영향을 미치는지 탐색적으로 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과, 전유성이 연구개발협력을 경유하여 제품혁신성과에 미치는 간접효과는 정부의 재무적, 직접적, 간접적 연구개발지원 각각의 유형 모두에서 공통적인 패턴을 보였다. 전유성 이 수직적 연구개발협력을 경유하여 제품혁신성과에 미치는 조건부간접효과는 정부 연구개 발지원의 강도가 일정수준 이상에서 증가하면 할수록 그 효과 역시 증가하였다. 반면, 수평 적 연구개발협력을 경유한 조건부간접효과의 경우 모든 정부 연구개발지원 강도에서 유의하지 않았다. 혁신과 관련된 정부 연구개발지원 정책을 조절변수로 설정하여 조절된 매개분석을 수행한 다면, 정책의 유의한 정책강도 및 그에 따른 성과를 분석할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문의 활용 은 정부 연구개발지원의 평가와 효과적인 정책수립에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

금속유기구조체(metal-organic framework)는 유기물와 무기물로 구성된 나노다공성 결정물질로서 일정한 세공 구 조를 가지고 있다. 합성시 유기 리간드의 다양한 선택이 가능함으로 인해 다양한 세공 사이즈와 물리적/화학적 성질들을 나 타내는 금속유기구조체가 가능하다. 이러한 특성들로 인해 다공성 금속유기구조체는 새로운 기체분리용 막 재료로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 고품질의 다결정 금속유기구조체막을 재조하는 것은 상당히 어려운 일인데, 이것은 지지체 표면에 금속유기구 조체 결정을 자라게 하는 것이 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 지난 이십여 년 동안 마이크로 전자파를 이용한 물질 합성에 대한 연구 가 상당히 진행되었는데 특히 마이크로 전자파를 이용하면 전통적인 합성법에 비해 금속유기구조체 분리막을 제조하는 과정 에서의 어려움들을 극복할 수 있다. 마이크로 전자파를 이용한 다결정 분리막 제조 공정은 단시간 합성, 복잡한 구조체 합성 및 나노 결정체 합성 등의 장점이 있다. 본 총설에서는 금속유기구조체 분리막 제조 및 기체 분리에 관한 최근 연구성과들을 살펴보고 특히 마이크로 전자파를 이용한 분리막 제조 공정을 중심으로 정리한다.

본 연구는 워즈워스의 􋺷서곡􋺸과 예이츠의 ｢내전기의 사색｣을 중심으로 프랑스 혁명과 아일랜드 내전의 정치적 시대상황에 대한 양가적인 시각을 논의한다. 􋺷서곡􋺸에서 워즈워스는 프랑스 혁명의 당위성을 공감하는 자아와 혁명의 폭력을 비판 하면서 책임에서 벗어나고자하는 자아로 분열된다. ｢내전기의 사색｣에서 예이츠는 아 일랜드 내전이라는 폭력적 사태에 절망하면서도 폭력을 사토의 검이나 탑과 같은 예 술작품이나 상징으로 전환하여 과거와 현재를 연결하려 한다.

예이츠는 그의 시에서 성적인 은유와 죽음이라는 소재를 즐겨 다루었다. 이는 그의 초기시부터 후기시까지 상당히 광범하게 나타나는 현상인데 이를 다룬 초 기와 중기 그리고 후기의 시들을 비교해보면 성적인 메타포와 죽음에 대한 소재가 그 의 시적 또는 영적, 정치적 메시지를 전달하는데 중요한 모티브로 사용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 초기에는 사후 또는 영의 세계로의 유혹의 도구로 사용되다가 중기에 이르러 서는 죽은 아이리쉬 영웅들을 기억 속에서 소생시키려는 그의 의도를 느낀다. 후기에 는 정치적 종교적 사회적 분열이 가져온 한 정치적 영웅의 죽음을 반추하며 이러한 극한대립을 화해하고 녹이기 위한 비전으로 승화시킨다.

In global competition composition changing rapidly, domestic industry faces changes and logistics industry, one of service industries, is recognized as an important factor for development of domestic industry and national economy. At this moment, companies must suggest differentiated service, strategies, etc. so as to create and maintain competitive advantages in comparison with other companies. The requirements preannounce big movement of third party logistics market. Therefore, government, logistics industry and academic world have suggested lots of studies so as to vitalized third party logistics market. The purposes of this research are to verify that innovative changes are necessary to be existing in fierce competition of third party logistics market and analyze the effects of third party logistics on logistics outcomes so as to form continuous relations with shipper.

본 연구는 장애인의 일상생활능력과 일상생활환경이 접근성을 매개로 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 장애유형별로 규명해 보고자 하 였다. 이를 위해 장애인주거실태조사자료에 담긴 5,127명의 장애 인에 대해 구조방정식 모형에 입각하여 실증분석하였다. 분석 결 과 일상생활능력과 일상생활환경이 장애인의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향은 접근성 여부에 따라, 그리고 장애유형에 따라 다르게 나 타나는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 첫째, 외부장애인의 경우 일상생활능력과 일상생활환경 모두에서 접근성은 삶의 질 향상에 부분 매개효과를 구현하였다. 둘째, 내부 장애인의 경우 일상생활능력 은 접근성을 부분매개로 삶의 질에 영향을 미쳤으나, 일상생활환 경은 삶의 질에 대한 접근성의 매개효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과는 의료기관, 공공기관, 복지시설 등 일상생활 환경이 장애인의 삶의 질 향상에 매우 중요한 요인이나, 이에 대 한 접근성이 가지는 의미는 장애유형에 따라 상이함으로 접근성 을 제고하는 정책을 시행함에 있어 장애유형별로 대처방안이 달 라져야 함을 시사한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate outcome-based delivery care with simulation in nursing student. Methods: One group pre-post design was utilized. 155 participants consisting of nursing students was recruited. The data were collected from august 25 to december 5, 2015. Five hours thirty minutes of outcome-based delivery care with simulations was operated. Results: The item showing the lowest mean score was ‘verbal communication’, the highest mean score was ‘core basic nursing skills’. Conclusion: The findings suggest that it would be useful to use the outcome-based delivery care with simulation in nursing students.

Korea’s main manufacturing industries, which have led its economy for the past three decades, are faced with a serious downturn and loss of competitive advantages due to the current economic depression, China’s rise, and the drop of oil prices. Korean business firms must adopt the paradigm shift in their value strategies, along with a government-led industrial restructuring in order to gain sustainable competitive advantages. Business firms allocate their limited resources between value creation and value appropriation, however, what effect does strategic emphasis on value creation versus value appropriation have on a business firm's financial performance? This paper empirically addresses this issue by examining the effect of shifts in strategic emphasis on stock return. Furthermore, this study examines appropriate choices of strategic emphasis to gain differential financial performance. The data set used in this regression analysis comes from the KISLINE database of NICE Information Service. The variables that form the basis of this analysis are stock return, ROA, and Strategic Emphasis [(advertising expenditures-R&D expenditures)/assets]. The interactive effect with situational factors regarding the firm and the type of technological environment in which the firm is operating was also analyzed. Our results show that investors acknowledge a shift of strategic emphasis as a sign of stock valuation. In comparison to US, Korean business firms have weak value creation capabilities in high-technology industries, and weak value appropriation capabilities in low-technology industries. This proves Korean firms are fast followers in the global market. Our findings suggest that Korean firms have to adopt a balanced value strategy, nurturing value creation and developing value appropriation for overcoming the current economic downturn and becoming a first mover in the dawn of “Industry 4.0.”

본 연구는 교육현장에서의 변혁적 리더십이 교사의 일터영성(workplace spirituality)과 교사가 업무 및 학교생활을 통해 얻어지는 만족도와 학교조직과 학생 및 수업에 대한 애착의 정도를 나타내는 교사헌신 간에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증분석을 통하여 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 전국의 초·중·고등학 교에 근무하는 교사들을 대상으로 설문지 409부를 회수하여 확인적 요인분석과 구조모형방정식을 이용하 여 분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십은 일터영성에 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일터영성은 소명의식을 제외하고는 교사만족 교사헌신에 모두 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)적인 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일터영성은 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 학생수업 헌신 간에는 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학교장의 변혁적 리더십과 교사만족 및 조직헌신 간에는 부분 매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 일터영성이 학교조직성과에 중요한 변인임을 실증분석을 통하여 확인하였으며, 학교장은 교 사의 일터영성을 고양시키기 위하여 변혁적 리더십을 발휘하여 조직의 성과를 높여야 한다는 시사점을 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

인적자원관리에 대한 중요성이 강조되면서 인사 평가에 대한 공정성 인식이 구성원의 동기부여를 통 한 태도와 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 반면 어떠한 요인들이 평가 공정 성을 형성하는지에 대한 선행요인들에 대한 논의는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 이에 대한 이론적 논의 역시 대부분 공정성 이론에 기반을 두고 공정성 인식이 구성원의 태도와 행위에 미치는 효과를 설명하는 것으로만 제한적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공정성 휴리스틱 이론을 도입하여 평가 정확성과 평가 유용성이라는 선행요인들이 평가 공정성 인식 형성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 설명하는 한 편, 이러한 인사평가에 대한 공정성 인식 정도가 궁극적으로 업무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보 고자 한다. 이러한 관계를 검증하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 항공사 승무원에 대한 설문자료를 활용하여 인사평가에 대한 정확성과 유용성 인식이 분배 공정성 및 절차 공정성 인식에 미치는 효과와 이 두 가지 공정성 인식이 인사평가 정확성과 유용성 인식과 서비스 성과 간 관계를 매개하는 효과를 실증하였다. 국내 대형항공사 승무원을 대상으로 한 204명의 표본을 구조방정식모형을 통하여 분석한 결과, 인사 평가 에 대한 정확성 정도는 절차 및 분배 공정성 인식에 모두 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 갖지 못하는 것으 로 나타났다. 반면, 인사 평가에 대한 유용성 정도는 분배 공정성 인식과 절차 공정성 인식 모두에 정(+) 의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부스트래핑을 통한 다중매개모형을 분석한 결과, 인사평가에 대 한 유용성은 절차공정성 인식 및 분배 공정성 인식을 매개하여 서비스성과에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 이론적 논의들과 실증 결과들을 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구 방향이 결론 부분에 논의되었다.
