This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in Qualify and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and introduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM. A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000.
최근 인터넷은 중요한 국제마케팅 수단으로 각광을 받기 시작했다. 특히 자원 제약으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 중소기업은 글로벌 시장을 두드리기 위해서 인터넷을 최대한 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 그러나 인터넷의 도입과 보급이 짧은 기간 동안에 급속히 이루어져 이에 대한 연구가 많이 축적되어 있지 못하다. 이런 배경 하에 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 인터넷을 수출활동에 활용하려는 의도에 미치는 영향 요인들을 실증적으로 검토하고자 한다. 기존 관련 연구를 기초로 인터넷 수출활동의도에는 제품특성, 조직특성과 산업특성의 세 가지 큰 구성개념이 영향을 미친다는 연구모형을 설계하여 실증 조사를 수행하였다. 조사 결과, 제품특성으로서 제품의 수출적합성, 조직특성으로서 마케팅 자원 제약, 수출지향성, 정보활용지향성, 구성원의 인터넷 지시, 마지막으로 산업특성으로서 동종업계 정보화 및 경로의존도와 같은 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구모형에 포함된 제품의 인터넷 적합성에 대한 가설은 지지되지 않았으며 조직특성으로서 명성 및 산업특성으로서 경쟁강도는 부분적으로 지지되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 중소기업의 중요한 국제마케팅 수단으로서 인터넷의 활용가능성에 대한 전략적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고 있다.
Such effects would be paid off in the right way only when management of the firms perform marketing activities focusing on long term effectiveness, which would drive company profits up and keep them for long. Demands of customers are being changed and varied. In this result with the advantage of mass marketing and database marketing have been drawing attentions from company. To fulfill these demands of customer, they need a concept of eCRM(Web based Customer Relationship Management), and go from selling products and services, or gathering customer requests, up to the phase of solving customer's problem by real time or previous action. With the help of internet, the frequency and speed of the problem solving has improved greatly. For these purposes, we try to determine the most important and most urgent factors in eCRM: utilization by using SN Ratio Decision making, one of the Multi-criteria decision-making methods SN Ratio Decision making is widely used for determining relative magnitude per evaluation item, i. e. priority on problems and is expected to make more systematic and objective evaluations than conventional methods do. Even in the present situation where any general criterion on eCRM dose not exist, utilization of eCRM is expected to be actively continued, which will cause many problems. In this regard, evaluating eCRM counts.
Recently, both management and labor are interested in the increasing ratio of musculoskeletal disorders. And the developed countries make efforts to consider a counterplan such as prevention activity of musculoskeletal disorders and application possibility of ergonomic program, because musculoskeletal disorders take large portion out of occupational disease. Especially, small and medium enterprises have bigger problems due to the inferior work condition and environment in comparison with big businesses. This study is to introduce developed countries' cases such as WISE(Work Improvement in Small Enterprises) and OSHA Handbook for Small Businesses and to suggest the program of ergonomic management for small and medium enterprises having comparative difficulties against big businesses in improving work environment and managing ergonomic operations.
We developed the basic SPC software named as 100 ? Quality Renovation Software in 1998 as a government project supported by the Small and Medium Industry Administration and the Korean Standards Association. In 2002, Ministry of Industry and Energy conducted a survey research on the current status of quality management in the domestic industries including manufacturing and service industries. Among about 1000 answered industries, 40.6% has been using this 100? S/W for their quality improvement activities. In this paper, we present our ways to help small and medium sized industries improve quality by our user-friendly SPC software.

The consumer is claiming to use the product of safety of the resonable price and good quality in modern society, So, 1 studied on countermeasures of domestic enterprise to increase the competitive power of the enterprise according to Product Reliability Law
It is reported that, admitting some of the Small and Medium Industries in Korea have world-wide up-to-date technology, but technical competitiveness of most of Industries is approximately 43% that of advanced countries. A research has been carried out to evaluate technical competitiveness of the Small and Medium Industries in Kangwon Province based on the objective standards. It is identified that competitiveness of technology is higher in general while capability of technical development is relatively lower.
본 논문은 해외직접투자를 행한 중소기업들을 대상으로 모기업 및 해외자회사의 특성요인들과 합께 단독/합작투자의 해외시장진입형태가 해외자회사의 경영성과에 영향을 주는 요인인지를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 단독투자가 합작투자보다 더 높은 경영성과를 나타내었고, 전체표본에 대한 다중회귀분석에서 단독투자의 해외시장 진입형태가 해외자회사의 경영성과에 상당히 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 결과는 합작투자의 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고, 우리나라 중소기업이 대기업에 비해 기술력, 인적자원등의 축적이 낮기 때문에 합작파트너와의 문화적 갈등, 협상, 지휘 ·통제 등과 관련하여 발생하는 여러 비용들이 더 많이 소요될 수 있으므로, 해외자회사의 경영권을 완전히 지휘 ·통제하는 단독투자형태가 해외자회사 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 준 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 또한 모기업의 특성 요인 중 R&D비율과 해외자회사의 특성요인중 판매액대비 수출비율이 경영성과에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 한편 이 변수들과 해외자회사 경영성과와의 관계에 대한 보다 구체적인 이해를 위하여 전체표본을 단독 및 합작투자로 구분하여 추가적으로 분석한 경우, 단독투자표본에서는 모기업의 현지국 투자 전 수출년수가 많을수록, 그리고 해외자회사의 판매액대비 수출비율이 높을수록 경영성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 합작투자표본에서는 모기업의 R&D비율만이 해외자회사의 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 요인으로 나타났다.
This paper studied two factors for the manufacturing companies whose number of employee are under three hundred. One is the effect of the observation of quality system under the CEO's interest degree of quality management. First, most of company answered acquiring certificate ISO 9000 is very helpful for the company management .therefore the company have competence for the change of economic environment of domestic and international economy. Second, after acquiring the certificate ISO 9000, there were many improvements in company culture, quality control and business process productivity. As a result, acquisition of certificate of ISO 9000 system makes the company culture preparing the future to become a world first class company.
