Research trend and basic knowledge on the biological degradation of PCE (tetrachloroethylene) were reviewed. At first, anaerobic PCE degradation pathway was introduced, and microorganisms related with biological PCE dechlorination under both anaerobic and aerobic conditions were shown. PCE degradation is readily occurred in anaerobic conditions. Anaerobic PCE degradation was carried out by replacing the strongly combined chloride ion with hydrogen ion. The replacement occurs by electrons from electron donors such as H₂, acetate, lactate, and methanol. The best electron donor for PCE degradation is hydrogen. H₂ produced by the fermentation of carbon source can be used by microorganisms involved in acetogenesis, methanogenesis, sulfidogenesis, dehalorespiration, and iron reduction. These organisms can compete one another in natural ecosystem. Due to the competition, H₂ is sustained at low level. At this low level of H₂, the dechlorination of PCE can be maintained, but is inhibited by highly toxic VC accumulation in anaerobic PCE degradation. Since Dehalococcoides ethenogenes strain 195 can convert PCE into ethene which doesn"t have any toxicity and can further be used as a carbon source, it is very useful for field application. Pseudomonas stutzeri OX1 was able to utilize o-xylene and toluene as a carbon source using toluene-o-xylene monooxygenase for the first time in aerobic coditions. However, it has not further been proven. Based on these basic knowledge of biological PCE degradation, various field applications have been carried out and evaluated. Dehalococcoides related with PCE dechlorination were examined in contaminated sites. In a recent study on a wetland having both anaerobic and aerobic conditions, the effects of soil depth and plant species, and seasonal differences were researched as well as the sequential degradation of PCE. Formate was suggested as an alternative organic compound to efficiently neutralize the PCE degradation product, hydrochloric acid. To improve the PCE biodegradation effectively, the following research directions were proposed: (1) development of aerobically PCE degrading microorganism, (2) development of aerobic/anaerobic hybrid system (3) development of a system capable of maintaining consistent PCE degradation rate regardless of seasonal changes.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the eating habits and eating behaviors, nutrition knowledge of students in 4, 5 and 6th graders of elementary school in Jeonju Area. The subjects for questionnaire were 2,568 elementary school students (boys 1,364, girls 1,204). The results were analyzed by SPSS program, and were as follows. In anthropometric data, there were significant differences between boys and girls. In eating habits and eating behaviors, there were significant differences in the rate of 'Hasty eating habit(p<0.01)', 'Most heavy meal(p<0.01)', 'Eating when receive stress(p<0.05)', and 'Frequency of snack eating per day(p<0.01)' between boys and girls. In total scores of nutrition knowledge, there were significant differences between boys and girls. In nutrition knowledge, there were significant differences in the rate of 'Carbohydrate and fat give heat and force.(p<0.001)', 'Carbohydrate is nutrient that make muscle and blood of our body.(p<0.01)', 'Overeating of carbohydrate does not contribute gain of weight. (p<0.05)', To intake vitamin, it is good to eat fresh fruit and vegetable.(p<0.01)', 'Calcium deficiency is leading to anemia.(p<0.001)' between boys and girls. In conclusion, systematical educational programs need to be developed at elementary school. These should include information about achieving a balanced diet, good eating habit and behavior, meal management and Korean dietary culture. Also, nutritional education at home must be emphasized.

丁來東(1903~1983)이 북경에서 그러했듯이 상해에서도 수많은 한인들이 몸소 겪은 상해 체험이나 상해 상상을 바탕으로 상해 관련 글을 써왔고, 지금도 다양한 장르로 상해 관련 글들이 생산되고 있다. 최독견은 상해 대학 생활 시절 학비 500원을 소매치기 당하고 절망하며 밥을 굶으면서도 그에 대한 ‘반동’으로 ‘로맨티시즘’에 지배되어 ‘벽파’라는 필명으로 ≪동아일보≫에 시를 투고하여 위안을 받았으며, 또 영어 단시를 쓰기도 하고 로맨틱 소설 <유린>을 발표하였으니, 그는 상해에서 이미 작가 수업을 닦은 셈이다. 당시 그는 도쿠토미 로카(德富蘆花: 1868~1927)의 ≪불여귀≫(1898)나 李光洙(1892~?)의 ≪무정≫보다도 “훨씬 눈물 나고 재미있는 소설을 써보겠다고 구상을 하던 때”였으며, 이러한 포부는 나중에 다소 흥행에 성공하는 ≪僧房悲曲≫으로 이어진다.
Intelligent machines respond to external environments on the basis of decisions that are made by sensing the changes in the environment and analyzing the obtained information. This study focuses on the construction of a knowledge base which enables decision making with that information. Approximately 70% of all errors that occur in machine tools are caused by thermal error. In order to proactive deal with these errors, a system which measures the temperature of each part and predicts and compensates the displacement of each axis has been developed. The system was built in an open type controller to enable machine tools to measure temperature changes and compensate the displacement. The construction of a machining knowledge base is important for the implementation of intelligent machine tools, and is expected to be applicable to the network based intelligent machine tools which look set to appear sooner or later.
This study examined the eye health knowledge of 132 teachers working for childcare centers in Gyeonggi province. There was no statistical difference between age, school career, job career and tests of visual acuity in the childcare centers. The degree level of the teacher's eye health knowledge was high(M: 19.78 point, SD: 2.19, Total: 25 point). But they had low knowledge about eye health in some items. Therefore there is a need for eye health education and eye health education program for teachers working for childcare centers.
본 논문은 전략적 제휴를 조직간 학습과정으로 규정하고, 각각의 제휴 파트너들이 전략적 제휴를 통해 어떤 학습 유형을 추구하느냐에 따라 조직간 지식 이전의 속도가 차이난다고 설정하였다. 제휴 파트너들의 조직학습 유형(지식 탐색과 지식 활용)이 서로 다를 경우는 여타 경우에 비해 상대적으로 지식이전의 속도가 빠를 것이며, 제휴 파트너들의 조직학습 유형이 모두 지식 활용인 경우는 다른 경우에 비해 상대적으로 지식이전의 속도가 늦을 것이다. 본 논문은 생수 산업에서 다국적 기업과 현지기업간의 합작투자 사례분석을 통해 이 같은 명제들을 살펴보았다. 사례 분석 결과 상호 보완적인 지식 기반은 학습 제휴의 강력한 동기가 될 수 있지만, 아울러 성공 체험을 바탕으로 축적된 지식은 조직간 학습에 걸림돌이 될 수도 있었다.
최근 다국적 기업의 성공적인 지식이전(knowledge transfer)에 관한 연구는 꾸준히 진행되어 오고 있다. 그러나 지금까지의 선행연구들은 지식이전 대상에 있어, 합작투자나 전략적제휴의 관계에서 파트너간의 지식이전에 초점을 두고 있으며, 지식특성의 관점에서 볼 때, 대부분 지식의 대상을 기술 및 신제품개발이나 경영노하우에 비중을 두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 점을 극복하고자 이전되는 지식을 마케팅지식으로 제한하고 중국에 진출한 한국 다국적기업을 대상으로 모회사와 자회사간의 마케팅지식 이전성과에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관해 탐색적·실증적으로 살펴보았다. 특히 본 연구에서는 마케팅지식 이전의 성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 모든 요인들 즉, 지식모호성 특성, 본사 특성, 자회사 특성 그리고 본사와 자회사간의 상호관계적 특성을 모두 고려한 통합적인 모델을 구성하여 마케팅지식 이전에 영향을 미치는 결정요인들을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 마케팅지식의 암묵성과 복잡성정도가 클수록, 자회사의 경영자율성이 보장될수록 마케팅지식 이전성과에 부정적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 자회사의 흡수능력이 클수록, 본사의 조직학습문화정도가 클수록, 본사와의 조직문화가 유사할수록 그리고 본사와 자회사 간 신뢰의 정도가 높을수록 마케팅지식 이전성과는 향상되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 본 연구에서 설정한 통제변수인 기업규모(클수록), 진입형태(합작투자 보다는 100%지분을 통한 신규투자일수록), 그리고 존속년수(적을수록) 역시 마케팅지식 이전성과에 긍정적(+)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Expert systems are popular ways to solve very complex and hard problems. However, it is well-known that knowledge acquisition is a bottleneck process to develop them. Furthermore, the development of the systems can fail because there is no expert or an expert less qualified.
In order to overcome the problems that they possess, this thesis focuses on an extended architecture of the expert systems. A simulator and an induction system are added to the existing architecture of expert systems. An expert system for schedule-based material requirements planning(SBMRP) has been implemented to show how the extended architecture works, and produces better results than existing SBMRP systems.
