Human physical activity to lead daily life is performed by a variety of muscular activity strategies. These strategies can be influenced by characteristics, difficulty and muscle fatigue of work. Therefore this study examines muscular strengths (grip and back strength) of workers engaged in electronics industry in Korea, compares them to mean value of muscular strength by sex and age, accumulates related data and then aims to develop improvement methods of working environment and prevention/management program.

국내의 3D산업은 짧은 역사에 비해 빠른 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 특히 TV애니메이션을 위주로 한 다양한 장르의 3D애니메이션은 미국이나 유럽을 비롯한 해외에서 많은 호평을 받고 있으며, 캐릭터산업으로 이어져 수출을 주도하고 있다. 이러한 성장의 배경에는 창작품 위주의 제작방식, 국내의 제작인프라 구축, 국가의 정책적 지원 등을 이야기할 수 있다. 이러한 요인들은 국내 3D산업의 질적 양적 성장에 중요한 바탕이 되었다. 그리고 특히 중요한 것은 향후 몇 년의 시기는 추후 세계시장에서 일본의 2D애니메이션을 견재하여 해외 3D애니메이션 시장을 선점할 수 있는 중요한 시기임을 알아야 한다.

I analysed strength, weakness, opportunities and treats of Korean mushroom industry on the various aspects. There are approximately 30,000 mushroom farmers in Korea. Mushroom production is occupied with 2.3% of agricultural production. Especially mushroom have abundant strength and opportunities as well-being health food than any other agricultural products. I selected 30 kinds of urgent strategic items. Namely, mushroom variety breeding for UPOV, system establishment of spawn supply, diagnosis and clinic, acceleration of mushroom consumption , marketing prior to production, cheap supplements developments, fundamental tariff reduction, information and PR activation, machinery development for labor reduction, recycling of post harvest media, mushroom clinic and diagnosis kit development for popular complaints, functional mushroom developments, demand and supply system development of mushroom, mushroom extension organization establishment, advance of Agaricus bisporus, advance of breeding technic, standard of mushroom quality, establishment of mushroom research institute, PR of mushroom superiority. counter plan of nature disaster, tax exemption application of oil, second grade electric tax application, side effect of government assistance project, mushroom study and training institute establishment, hobby field enlargement of mushroom, diversification of mushroom consumption, competition power enlargement of shelf cultivation farmers, heightening of GAP awareness and harmony of organization groups.

Logistics has been recognized as a growing industry in Korea. Accidents in Korean logistics industry are listed up in this paper. As accidents in Korean Logistic industry increasing rapidly, lots of researches on the safety management in logistics industry are published. We surveyed those Korean research papers including supply chain management. Research papers are classified by logistics function and logistics area. Some logistics area still have not been researched on safety management.

The purpose of this study was to examine Korean restaurant industry during 1979~2001, and to review Korean restaurant industry related by statistics. Finally, to predict the Korean restaurant industry, major restaurant industry was categorized into fast food restaurants, family restaurants, pizza restaurants and ice cream restaurants. A contents analysis used to review Korea food industry yearly statistics and monthly magazine 'restaurant'. Korean food service industry yearly statistics have been published since 1980, the magazine 'Restaurant' has been published since 1985, but the statistics was recorded from 1995.

In U.S.A., minimum wage of New Jersey in April 1, 1992 rose from $4.25 to $5.05. At this assession, there was survey by 410 numbers related back and pro minimum wage in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.. At stores of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, comparison of the increase of employment at constant minimum wag is with estimative effect of increase of minimum wage. Through comparison of stores of low wage and high wage above $5, employment volatility in New Jersey was studied. In U.S.A., increase of minimum wage was not caused to reduce to employment. Contrary to this, result of Korea was not consisted after timing of IMF bailout of 1997. It is because drop of revenue was caused to decrease employees of part-time and full-time job at the viewpoint of cost minimization.

With agreement from the US, EU, and other countries, China joined in WTO(World Trade Organization) on December 1, 2001. So it is expected that Korea will not expand bilateral trade but also face severe competition with China for world and Chinese market.
