The disaster and safety accidents in any construction site occur inevitably. Since the on-site disaster and accident occurrence became one of major concerning factors in construction site, architects & building executers have been flooded with safety management advices. The purpose of this paper is to survey and analyze the effect of the application of Safety Patrol Management System(SPMS) upon the reduction of disaster & accident occurrences in construction site. In order to estimate and reduce the disaster and accident ratio in construction site, various surveyed data has been analysed. It will establish the suitable design standards and suggest the basic database for estimating disaster and accident ratio.

‘급속면역금나노입자막대 (RIGS) 키트’라 명명된 RIGS 키트는 간단한 면역 흡착막대 방식으로 사용자가 빠르고 편리하게 이용할 수 있으며 토마토덤불위축바이러스 (TBSV)에 대한 현장진단을 하기 위하여 개발되었다. 토끼의 TBSV 항 혈청에서 정제된 면역글로블린G (IgG)는 단백질A 크로마토그래피법으로 정제되었으며 이후 금 나노입자와 결합하여 니트로셀룰로스막에서 진단 선을 표시하도록 고안되었다. TBSV 항체와 비특이적으로 결합하는 단백질A를 같은 진단막대에서 대조선으로 이용되었다. RIGS-TBSV 키트를 이용한 진단은 의심 식물 시료를 완충액이 들어간 플라스틱 봉지에 넣고 착즙후 진단막대기를 넣으면 5-10분 후 결과를 알 수 있도록 고안되었다. TBSV가 감염된 토마토 즙액에 RIGS 막대기를 넣고 진단한 결과 TBSV 농도에 비례하여 진단 선이 형성됨이 관찰되었으며, 이들 키트들은 TBSV와 연관되지 않은 다른 고추 바이러스들에서는 비특이적 반응이 형성되지 않았다. 이런 결과들은 RIGS-TBSV 키트가 TBSV 진단에 다른 어려운 실험이나 기술이 필요하지 않고 쉽게 병원균을 진단 할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 그러므로, RIGS-44 TBSV 키트는 TBSV 감염이 의심되는 식물체들의 현장 진단 뿐만 아니라 실험실에서 의 TBSV 진단에 효과적이라 할 수 있다.

본고는 漢字漢文敎育과 관련된 現場硏究의 現況을 점검하고 이를 통해 課題를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 전국한문교사모임(이하 ‘전한모’로 약칭함) 홈페이지의 현장연구 자료와 모임에서 발간하는 회지인『漢文敎育』, 그리고 한국교원단체총연합회의 ‘현장연구대회 연구보고서’와 전국교육자료전 선정 연구 자료를 중심으로 살펴보겠다. 이 글에서 논하고자 하는 ‘한자한문교육 현장연구’의 범위는 초등학교 교사 또는 중등학교 한문 교사가 자신의 교실 수업 방법 개선을 위해 실시한 연구이다. 이 연구는 필자가 2006년에 발표한 ｢실행 연구 활성화를 위한『한문교육』 내용분석-교수․학습 분야를 중심으로｣의 후속 연구의 성격을 갖는다. 旣 發表한 글에서는『한문교육』의 창간호인 1호부터 68호까지의 내용을 살펴보고 목록을 만든 후, 그 가운데 ‘교수․학습’에 관련된 연구 자료만을 선별하여 분석하였다. 이글에서는 2006년 이후 간행된『한문교육』 69호부터 최근호인 87호까지의 내용을 살펴보고, 한문 교사들이 전한모 홈페이지에 자발적으로 공개한 현장연구 성과를 분석한다. 다만, 선행 연구에서는 ‘교수․학습’ 분야만을 살펴보았다면, 본고에서는 한자한문교육이라는 포괄적인 범위를 대상으로 한다. 그리고 한국교원단체총연합회의 ‘현장연구대회 연구보고서’와 전국교육자료전에서 수상한 교육자료 현황을 살펴본다.분석 결과, 다음과 같은 과제를 제시할 수 있다. ⅰ) 현장 수업에 곧바로 활용하고 응용할 수 있는 교수․학습 방법을 개발하는 한편, 개발된 최신의 교수․학습 방법을 현장의 한문교사들에게 빠르게 전달할 수 있는 시스템을 갖추어야 하겠다. 관련 기관이나 학회에서 이러한 역할을 담당할 수 있을 것이다. ⅱ) 한문 교사들에게 현장연구의 중요성을 홍보하고, 참여를 독려하며, 교수․학습 방법에 대한 정보를 교류할 수 있는 장을 마련해 줄 필요가 있다. ⅲ) 이 글에 소개된 현장연구 현황을 기초로 하여 다양한 교수․학습 방법이 적용된 수업사례가 발표되고, 이를 다시 피드백하여 이론화한 교수․학습 방법이 차기 교육과정에 반영될 필요가 있다. ⅳ)『한문교육의 실제』를 잇는『한문교육의 실제』 증보개정판 제작이 필요하다. ⅴ) 한문 교사들이 수업하면서 궁금하거나 도움이 필요할 때 언제든지 참고하여 해결 방안을 찾을 수 있는 한문교육학 개론서나 학교 한문문법과 같은 지침서의 발간이 매우 시급한 과제인데, 이를 위한 기초 이론 연구가 속히 진행되어야 할 것이다.

이 글의 검토 대상은 ‘한자․한문교육 현장실천 교수-학습 방법’이다. 그간의 연구현황 및 성과를 돌아보고 이를 바탕으로 향후의 과제점검을 목적으로 한다. 연구현황을 확인하기 위한 자료는 한국한자한문교육학회지『한자한문교육』과 한국한문교육학회지『한문교육연구』이다. 교수-학습 방법에 대해서는 한국한문교육학회 창립 30주년기념 학술대회(2011)와 한국한문교육연구총서『한문과 교수-학습 방법론』(2012)에서 그간의 연구실적을 정리하였다. 연구의 현황과 성과는 ‘한자’, ‘어휘’, ‘한시’, ‘산문’으로 분류하고, 이에 속하지 않는 것은 ‘일반자료’로 모아서 정리 하였다. 또한 ‘매체 활용교육’ 관련 자료도 별도로 언급하였다. 이상을 검토해 본 바 다음과 같은 몇 가지 과제가 확인되었다.첫째, 한시․산문 관련 교수-학습 방법 연구 성과가 부족하다. 이 부분에 대해서는 학회차원에서 기획주제로 다루어 이에 대한 연구의 활성화를 도모할 필요가 있다. 둘째, ‘수업모형’이나 ‘교수-학습 방법의 체계화’와 관련한 연구가 활발해져서 연구성과가 교육과정에 더 많이 축적되어야 하겠다. 현장교사들에게 있어 교육과정은 직접적인 수업안내 지침이기 때문이다. 셋째, 교수-학습 방법과 관련하여 이론연구보다 현장실천 연구실적이 상대적으로 빈약하다. 이의 해결을 위해 전공교사들의 학회 참여 유도가 필요하리라 본다. 교사 개인이 지닌 우수 지도방안을 공유할 수 있도록 하기 위해서이다.

본 연구는 한우의 경제형질 관련 유전적 표지인자(DNA marker) 개발을 목적으로 한우 도체형질과의 기능적 후보유전자로부터 검출된 10개의 유전마커(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism; SNP)에 대해서, 환경효과가 다양하게 포함되어 있는 상용축을 대상으로 마커효과를 검정하였다. 그 결과, 한우 후대 검정우에서 통계적 유의성이 인정되었던 다수의 SNP 좌위중 IP3R1 유전자에서 검출된 DNA 마커만 상용축의 근내지방도와 통계적 유의차를 보였으며, 이는 각 좌위마다의 환경 효과와의 보다 더 통계분석이 요구되는 것이며, 향후 근내지방도와 연관된 다수의 마커와 함께 혼합모델을 통하여 개체의 표현형 예측등에 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

PURPOSES: The objective of this study is to investigate the current state of the practice, examining the steps in the process recommended by various agencies and the Asphalt Recycling and Reclaiming Association (ARRA)-namely mix design, structural design, structural capacity evaluation, and material characterization-in order to better understand the implications of hot in-place recycling (HIR). METHODS: In addition, the current practice of state departments of transportation (DOTs) is here reviewed with the purpose of learning from successful past experiences so as to forestall any difficulties that may emerge under similar circumstances. Also, HIR benefits, including reduced costs, improved construction processes, and environmental friendliness are presented, as well as advantages and disadvantages of HIR application. RESULTS: Most of the United States highway system is now deteriorating so that rehabilitation or reconstruction techniques are required for the most distressed roads, taking into account ways to increase the effectiveness of existing budgets. Several options are available in rehabilitating distressed roads, and the choice among these depends on many factors, including pavement distress condition, funding, and design life. Among these techniques, Hot In-Place Recycling (HIR) has emerged as a cost-effective treatment for deteriorated pavements, and has been proven an effective long-term strategy for pavement rehabilitation.

CMV가 감염된 고추, 오이 및 멜론의 즙액에RIGS 막대기를 넣고 진단한 결과 CMV 농도에 비례하여 진단선이 형성됨이 관찰되었으며, 이들 키트들은 CMV와 연관되지 않은 다른 고추바이러스들에서 비특이적 반응이 형성되지 않았다. 이런 결과들은 RIGS-CMV 키트가 매우 민감하며,진단에 별 다른 실험실 기술이나 경험이 필요하지 않는 다는것을 의미한다. 그러므로, RIGS-CMV 키트는 CMV 감염이의심되는 식물체들의 현장 진단 뿐만 아니라 실험실에서의CMV 진단에 효과적이다.

6 sigma is a management innovation strategy which improves most of all managerial processes including transactional and project based operations such as marketing, purchasing, accounting, and construction. Even though 6 sigma is trying to solve problems from the customer’s viewpoint in the scientific manner, project leader feels some difficulties in implementation because of several reasons. Especially the difficulties are prevalent in construction site. This paper investigates the cause of the difficulties through questionnaires, analyzes the investigation results, and verifies the critical success factors of 6 sigma implementation. Factor analysis has been usually employed in reducing quantity of data and summarizing information chaos. In this study, several variables from questionnaires are grouped into just only four factors by the process of factor analysis. The critical success factors are extracted as project management system, implementation mechanism, site condition, and project ownership. Some ideas for each individual success factor are suggested, which are expected to be useful in successful implementation of 6 Sigma in construction site.

PURPOSES : Surface treatment material for pavement preventive maintenance should be inspected field applicability. This study(Part Ⅱ) aimed to checkup coating characteristics and performance analysis using lab and field tests. The hydrophobic - low viscosity filling material for pavement preventive maintenance is presented in Part Ⅰ, which is a series of companion study. METHODS: Relative comparison between general asphalt mixtures and surface treatment asphalt mixtures are analyzed and measured for the field application such as indirect tensile strength ratio(TSR), abrasion resistance, crack propagation resistance, temperature resistance, coating thickness, permeability resistance and skid resistance in terms of british pendulum number(BPN). RESULTS: It is found that TSR, crack propagation resistance and permeability resistance is increased as against uncoated asphalt specimen. Abrasion resistance and temperature resistance is secured from the initial coating thickness point of view, which is about 0.2~0.3mm. Skid resistance on the surface treatment pavement is satisfied with the BPN criteria of national highway because of exposed aggregate and crack sill induced pavement deterioration and damage cracks. CONCLUSIONS : The hydrophobic - low viscosity surface treatment material for pavement preventive maintenance is validated on field applicability evaluation based on quantitative analysis of coating thickness and performance analysis using lab and field tests.

해양에서 이산화탄소 증가에 따른 해양산성화가 넙치 치어의 성장에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여 현장 메조코즘 실험을 실시하였다. 동해 남부에 위치한 기장군 장안읍의 사질저질에서 실험군(이산화탄소 주입)과 대조군의 실험장비를 설치하여 43일 동안 총 447개체 (실험군 223개체, 대조군 224개체)를 대상으로 실시하였다. 실험군의 pH는 평균 7.63±0.13, 이산화탄소 (fCO2)농도는 평균 1660±540 μatm로 2100년도에 예상되는 수준으로 (IPCC 2007) 유지하였으며, 대조구는 현재 기장군 장안읍 해역의 해양환경으로 유지하였다. 실험기간동안 사망률은 실험군과 대조군 사이에서 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았고 시간이 지남에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 넙치 치어의 체장과 체중은 대조군에서 더 큰 증가양상을 나타내어, 그 결과 대조군에서 더 큰 성장률(specific growth rate)을 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 해양에서 이산화탄소 농도의 증가는 넙치 치어의 초기 성장에 영향을 줄 수 있는 가능성을 제시하였다.

Workers are avoiding production/manufacturing sites due to the poor working environment and concern over safety. Small and medium-sized businesses introduce new equipment to secure safety in the production site or ensure effective process management by introducing the real-time monitoring technique for existing equipment. The importance of real-time monitoring of equipment and process in the production site can also be found in the ANSI/ISA-195 model. Note, however, that most production sites still use paper-based work slip as a process management technique. Data reliability may deteriorate because information on the present condition of the production site cannot be collected/analyzed properly due to manual data writing by the worker. This paper introduces the monitoring and process management technique based on a direct facility interface to secure safety in the field by improving the poor working environment and enhance there liability and real-time characteristics of the production data. Since the data is collected from equipment in real-time directly through the SIB-based interface and PLC-based interface, problems associated with workers’ manual data input are expected to be solved; safety can also be improved by enhancing workers’ attention to work by minimizing workers’ injuries and disruption.

The rate that women's EMTs(emergency medical technicians) in fire department occupy is increasing, but my general plan is aimed at suggesting the improving plan for the working environment of women's EMTs paying attention to the duty stresses of increasing women's EMTs, because improvement for the working environment of women's EMTs is being proceeded slowly. I suggested my improving plan for solving the working stress on the basis of a survey of the Recognition against women's EMTs as follows. Firstly, I suggested that physical strength of women's EMTs should be managed well continually via program establishment and a defined evaluation not only by employing a professional person in charge for physical strength in firehouse, but also by replenishing the suitable number for the urgent mobilization. Secondly, I suggested that the suitable number for the urgent mobilization should be increased to 3 including an ambulance driver. Thirdly, I suggested necessity such as the fruitful education and the creation of circumstances that can focus on education for improving participation rate, development of various new educational program, incentive program and penalty. finally, I suggested the fact that is related to the actual re-amendment of the concerned law and ordinance such as not only the smooth treatment of penalty for a traffic signal violation of ambulance and the legal remedy system due to aggravation of a patient's condition during a first-aid course, but also workshop and meeting among the periodical EMTs and administration of special therapy program and sufficient recess.

This study aimed to identify the recognition of fire risks on their field operations among firefighters and contribute to setting up safety measures accordingly. A self-administered questionnaire were used to evaluate their recognition of job risks. About 93.4% of respondents answered they have exposed to job risks and 73.4% answered that they had high safety awareness. Our study showed that the lower service years and ranks the fire officers had, the lower relevance in statistics their awareness of the risk of the field operations and safety concerns had. The vulnerable group is those aged 20 to 39, with under 10 years of service, at a lower rank of senior fire sergeant. The study suggests coming up with the measures to motivate the officers to perform safe operations by improving their safety awareness.
