국제 마케팅 분야에서 제품 전략과 수출 성과의 관계에 관한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 이러한 제품 전략과 수출 성과의 관계는 기존 역량의 활용뿐만 아니라 지속적인 혁신활동이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 자원기반이론 관점에서 제품 전략이 수출 성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 살펴보고자 하였으며, 나아가 조직학습관점에서 혁신 역량이 제품 전략과 수출 성과의 관계에 미치는 조절효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 한국 수출업체를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 바탕으로 실증분석을 실시한 결과, 제품 품질 전략과 제품 혁신 전략이 수출 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 활용적 혁신 역량이 제품 품질 전략과 수출 성과의 긍정적인 관계를 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 제품 전략과 혁신 역량 간 적합성을 통해 제품 전략이 수출 성과에 미치는 긍정적인 효과를 높일 수 있음을 시사하며, 향후 이와 관련한 선행요인 및 결과요인에 관한 추가적인 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
This paper reviewed the mediating effects of knowledge sharing between social capital(interaction, trust, shared vision) and innovation(radical innovation, incremental innovation) in small businesses. Based on the responses from 337 responses, the results of mediating effect analysis and path analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on radical innovation and incremental innovation via knowledge sharing or directly, but trust effects positively only on incremental innovation. Social capital and knowledge sharing have more effects on incremental innovation than on radical innovation.
The purpose of this study is to figure out the impacts of technological innovation and cost management on productivity in small shipping industries to come up with developmental implications. To achieve this, a survey was carried out to 150 workers in small shipbuilding industries through April 2 to April 20, 2012. As for findings stated above, technological innovation and cost management in the Korean small shipbuilding industries were key factors that elevate financial and non-financial productivity. In the light of low technological prowess and cost structure of small shipbuilding industries, their productivity can be improved when intensive cost management with production factor technology as know-how is realized through quality management, which product development technology is the top priority as an independent niche strategy. Consequently, the combination of infrastructures in small shipbuilding industries with continuous efforts for cost reduction by the link to the systematized structure can't only secure their independent competitiveness, but raise their productivity.
본 연구는 변형되거나 재창조된 콘텐츠인 매쉬업 콘텐츠를 중심으로 제작자의 수용자 능동성 혹은 개혁성을 탐색하고 수용자 인식을 조사하고 확산 과정을 점검하고자 하였다. 검토결과 매쉬업 콘텐츠 제작자는 주도적으로 콘텐츠를 선택하고 , 필요에 따라 유용하며 , 적극적으로 공유하고 선호하는 콘텐츠를 완고하게 받아들이고 있었다. 또한 이들은 개혁적인 성향으로 주도적으로 콘텐츠를 만드는 실천적 활동을 하고 있었다. 매쉬업 콘텐츠에 대한 수용자 인식을 살펴보면 , 기술적 매쉬업 수준은 대체로 높다고 생각하였으며 편집 이음새 , 영상 결합의 통일성 , 원본 영상의 보전에서 품질이 좋았다고 평가하였다 . 스토리 매쉬업 부분에서 영상 발췌, 캐릭터 선정, 스토리 구조 부분에서 좋은 평가를 하였고 재미의 부분에서는 몰입도가 높고 편집 기술에 호 기심이 생겼다고 답하였다 . 마지막으로 영상 매쉬업 수준에서는 스토리 전개를 결정짓 는 요소가 내용 그 자체도 있지만, 영상의 배경이나 색감, 배경음악 등이 스토리의 전 개의 연결성을 보완한다고 답변하였다 . 또한, 영상콘텐츠의 확산 방법은 ‘직접 업로드 ’, ‘구독하기 ’,‘좋아요 ’,‘공유’‘포스팅' 등으로 나타났다 . 이러한 결과의 함의를 살펴보면 , 매 쉬업 콘텐츠는 이용자 주도적 편집 교육의 방안으로 활용될 수 있으며 자기 주도적 확산은 콘텐츠 유통의 전략 방안으로 모색되어야 할 것이다.

This study designed a “Diagnostic Model for Management Innovation of Medium Enterprises” based on the theoretical background of success factor and management diagnosis model for management innovation of medium enterprises and suggested a measure for utilization of strategic subject and diagnostic model that enterprises can apply. Utilization of medium enterprises management innovation diagnostic model designed through this study would be of help for making a diagnosis of the capability maturity level of enterprises’ current management system and improving it by establishing a challenging capability objective and building a circulation system capable of innovating enterprises. It is expected for enterprises to overcome growing pains and establish a management system capable of achieving outcome (productivity) by repeating measurement and innovation through management diagnosis. In addition, this study provides a method to produce a strategic subject, select priority of implementation and prepare an implementation road map by classifying and filtering management issues produced as a result of management diagnosis in a systematic way. If variables necessary for production of an objective weighted value of scoring and discover of elements for category of diagnostic model and elementary items as well as design of a self-diagnosis questionnaire, measurement of management outcome suggested in this study can be able to be verified and supplemented through case study in the future, it is expected to make the degree of completion as a diagnostic model elevated that may help for growth and development through innovation of medium enterprises.
This paper reviewed the relationship between innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation, product innovation, process innovation) and firm performance in small business. Based on the responses from 218 firms, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that personnel innovation, product innovation, and process innovation effect positively on all firm performance(sales, profit, market share, customer satisfaction), and organization innovation effects positively only on market share and customer satisfaction. The results of hierarchical regression analysis showed that technical innovation(product innovation, process innovation) effects more positively on sales, profit and customer satisfaction than administrative innovation(organization innovation, personnel innovation).

Based on the responses from 252 responses, the results of multiple regression analysis showed that interaction and shared vision effect positively on product innovation and process innovation, but trust effects positively only on process innovation. The results of moderating analysis showed that entrepreneurship effects positively on the relationship between trust and product innovation, and the relationship between shared vision and process innovation.
The purpose of this study is to introduce the limit of previously used six sigma quality process evaluation metrics, Zst and Ppk, and a solution to overcome this drawback by using a metric based on performance evaluation of Z-factor quality innovation. Case analysis on projects from national six sigma contest from 2011 to 2012 is performed and literature review on new drug development HTS (High Throughput Screening) is used to propose innovative performance evaluation metrics. This research shows that experimental study on six sigma evaluation metric, Zst and Ppk, have no significance difference between industrial type (Manufacturing, Semi-Public Institute, Public Institute) and CTQ type (Product Technology Type CTQ, Process Technology Type CTQ). Following discovery characterize this quality improvement as fixed target type project. As newly developed moving target type of quality innovation performance metric Z-Factor is used for evaluating experimental study, hypothetical analysis suggests that Zst and Ppk share different relationship or even show reciprocal relationship. Constraints of the study are relatively small sample size of only 37 projects from past 2 years and conflict on having interview and communication with six sigma quality practitioner for qualitative experimental study. Both moving target type six sigma innovation project and fixed target type improvement project or quality circle enables efficient ways for a better understanding and quality practitioner use by applying quality innovation performance metric. Downside of fixed target type quality performance evaluation metric, Zst and Ppk, is presented through experimental study. In contrast, advantage of this study is that high throughput requiring product technology, process technology and quantum leap typed innovation effect is evaluated based on precision and accuracy and Z-Factor that enables relative comparison between enterprises is proposed and implemented.

This paper reviewed the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship(innovativeness, risktaking, proactiveness) and managerial innovation(organization innovation, human resource innovation), and the moderating effect of shared vision. The data to verify proposed hypothesis consist of the responses from 243 employees in Kyeong-Gi and Kang-Won province. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that innovativeness and proactiveness are related positively with organization innovation and human resource innovation, but risktaking is not related with innovation. Although risktaking has not effect on human resource innovation, it is appeared that it will be positively related with human resource innovation while shared vision is high.
개방화, 세계화의 심화로 국제사회 및 국가간의 상호의존성이 확대되고 있으며, 이에 따라 국제개발협력의 역할과 중요성도 커지고 있다. 또한 글로벌 시장의 개방과 경쟁이날로 심화되고 선진국 위주의 시장확대, 성장이 한계에 다다름은 물론 OECD DAC 가입등 외교적 국격향상에 따라 대개도국 국제개발협력 확대에 대한 내외부의 수요가 증가하고 있다.이러한 대외환경의 빠른 변화는 정책 및 국제공조의 강화 등 거시적 수준의 변화뿐만 아니라 국제개발협력의 방법론의 미시적 수준의 변화를 동시에 요구한다. 이에본 연구는 국제개발협력의 방법론에 대한 새로운 접근법으로서 오픈 이노베이션의 가치를 검토 하였고, 특히 교육분야에서 오픈 이노베이션의 운영사례인 ALCoB을 분석하여 향후 국제개발협력 방법론의 대안을 제시하고자 하였다.
The current environment of technological and competitive changes influences not only the business R&D environment but also government driven national R&D strategies. Open innovation has now become an important paradigm that is replacing the outdated paradigm of closed innovation. Many companies and nations have been increasing R&D investment because R&D has been considered a driving force for national and corporate competitive advantage. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate and compare the performance of R&D focused on open innovation according to scientific and technological outputs which is based on paper publications, patents and etc. Comparisons should not be only based on the quantity but also on the quality of the output. This paper shows that it is possible to develop DEA models that utilize the Analytical Hierarchical Process in order to transform the qualitative index into a quantitative index. Hence, the relative efficiency for R&D organizations is obtained based on both quantity and quality outputs and subsequently provides comprehensive and realistic methods for decision makers to identify levels of project efficiency.
Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Topic was to identify preceding element which affects Ambidextrous Innovation. For this topic, 129 Six Sigma projects from 19 different companies were collected. Ambidextrous index from preceding studies was used. This index represents the degree of ambidextrous activation and can be calculated by multiplying cumulative usage of exploitative tools with that of explorative tools. In the project characteristics, simple linear regression result showed leadership degree, team’s vitalization degree and leader capability degree have effect in positive direction.
The Ganui (簡儀, simplified armillary sphere) is a representative of astronomical instruments in Joseon Dynasty of Korea, as well as Yuan Dynasty and Ming Dynasty of China. In early 15th century, Joseon's scientists and engineers uniquely developed the Soganui (小簡儀, small simplified armillary sphere) and the Ilseongjeongsiui (日星定時儀, sun-and-star time determining instrument) from the structural characteristic of Ganui. These two astronomical instruments had a new design by the miniaturization and felt convinced a similar performance of Ganui in the harmony with Korean Astronomy and Astrology Cultures. Since mid-18th century after the enforcement of shixian-li (時憲曆), the Soganui and Ilseongjeongsiui handed over the Jeokdogyeongwiui (赤道經緯儀, equatorial armilla) by a change of the observational framework such as the time and angle measures. The Jeokdogyeongwiui made by Gwansanggam (觀象監, Bureau of Astronomy in Joseon Dynasty) adopted the new observational framework. We studied the structural characteristics and scientific values of these 3 astronomical instruments with theirs observation methods.
The paper’s proposition is that Mexican public universities potentiate social oriented activity for gsed purposes while agents in Knowledge and Innovation Networking. But they must comply with the structural restrictions of communicative action. The aim is to present communication principles for Knowledge and Innovation Networking (KIN) that promotes Green Sustainable Economic Development (gsed) in Latin American societies, characterized by heterogeneous cultural traits and varied levels of economic and political development, within countries themselves and between them. Prime gsed issues are the preservation of natural resources considering their use and enjoyment by the coming generations, the right to material progress of developing countries as well as the obligation of developed economies to reduce their energy consumption (raw energy and processed commodities). However, the validity of any gsed model is questionable unless it is coherent in terms of what gsed is considered both locally and globally, thus the relevance of networking for knowledge and innovation (see Hidalgo 2011), integrated with regional, national and international innovation systems. How can Knowledge and Innovation Networking (kin) increase university participation in the promotion of gsed? This is a question that this paper aims to answer and provide some strategies to increase participation and contribution to gsed. Knowledge and innovation networks are environments for participation of key social groups where concurrence protocols ease both lawfulness and transparency regarding market issues (global, regional and local) and sustainable development. On-line kin interactions implementation are insufficient for gsed, but will provide participants (state, business, universities and individuals) favorable environments for coordinated actions that represent added value to each and all participants with a reduced hierarchical control because the overall purpose is redefinition of gsed principles that meaningful taking into consideration each participant’s condition.

This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.
연구성과의 무형적 결과물인 지식재산권이 국부를 창출하는 21세기 과학기술사회는 지식의 창출, 확산 등이 국가의 신성장동력이 되고 경제성장을 주도하는 ‘지식기반경제’로 전환이 되고 있다. 현행 특허법 제99조에서는 특허권의 공유에 대한 내용을 규정하고 있다. 당사자 사이에 별도의 합의가 없을 경우 각 당사자는 자기실시는 자유롭게 가능한 반면, 제3자 실시 혹은 양도에 대해서는 공유자 전원의 동의를 요구하고 있다. 자기실시가 불가능한 비영리기관의 경우 상대방인 영리기관이 자기실시를 향유하면서 제3자 실시에 동의하여 주지 않는다면 비영리기관과 영리기관의 특허권 공유 권리관계에서 심각한 불균형을 초래할 수 있고 이에 대한 해결책을 사적 자치에만 맡겨두고 있다. 또한 대규모의 자본과 전문인원을 구비한 대기업과 다른 당사자 사이의 협상력의 현저한 차이 때문에 수익을 창출할 수 있는 많은 기회를 포기하고 있는 실정이다.이러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 최적의 방안은 특허법 제99조의 개정이며 그 대안을 제시 하였다.첫째, 공동연구의 성과물이 참여 주체간 공동소유로 결정되는 경우 비영리기관의 불실시 보상에 대한 부분을 사적자치에 유보해놓을 것이 아니라 특허법 제99조를 개정하여 입법적인 보완으로 법익의 형평성을 추구하여야 한다.저자의 견해는 회사가 아닌 비영리법인 등 태생적인 특성상 자기실시가 불가능할 경우에 별도의 불실시 보상을 하거나 실시에 의한 매출액 등을 지분에 따라 배분하는 것이 보다 합리적이다.둘째, 공동연구개발사업의 참여주체가 소유권의 귀속에 대하여 협약전 단계에 다양한 옵션으로 선택할 수 있는 공동소유권 가이드 라인을 제정하여, 계약체결에 대한 지원을 강화 하여야 한다. 연구개발사업에서의 무형적 결과물의 창출을 보호·장려하고 그 이용을 도모함으로써 기술의 발전을 촉진하고 산업발전과 국부창출에 이바지 할 수 있도록 연구자의 피와 땀의 결실인 소중한 연구성과를 공정하게 보호하고, 성과가 효율적으로 활용될 수 있도록 입법적인 해결책이 필요하다. 불실시보상은 공유특허를 기업은 자기 실시하는데 반하여 대학, 정부출연연구소는 자기실시하지 않는 것을 근거로 기업이 대학 등에 실시료상당액을 지불하는데 합의하는 것을 말하며, 한국, 일본의 특허법은 불실시 보상을 포함한 계약 등에 별도의 정함이 없으면 기업은 공유특허를 대학 등의 동의 없이 자유롭게 실시할 수 있다.
This thesis introduced a model of diagnosing a company's quality management, and a process of achieving quality innovation based on the model. As for study methods, books and theses related to quality and process innovation were collected for investigation, a survey on internal employees to investigate major issues of quality and standard consciousness was conducted, and 5DP was discussed for balanced process analysis.
