        우리나라 해양사고 조사매뉴얼은 국제적인 해양사고 조사지침과 코드 등을 수용하지 못하여 국제 기준과 절차 및 흐름에 뒤떨어져 있고, 새로운 시대와 여건에 맞는 독자적인 조사매뉴얼이 없는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 한국과 일본 및 미국 해양사고 조사기관의 조사 매뉴얼을 비교ㆍ분석하여 우리나라 조사매뉴얼의 문제점을 도출하고, 우리 실정에 맞는 새로운 조사매뉴얼의 제정 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

        The effects on photosynthesis of NaCl(0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 or 1.0 M) were examined in etiolated barley seedlings. Chlorophyll(Chl) a, Chl b and carotenoid contents, Chl a fluorescence and quenching coefficients of Chl fluorescence have been determined in the primary leaves of etiolated barley seedlings cultivated under low light(60 μ㏖ m-2s-1). Chl a, b, and carotenoid contents were decreased remarkably in comparison with the control at 0.4 M NaCl. However, the value of Fo and Fv were decreased at 0.6 M NaCl and the ratio of Fv/Fm were deceased at 1.0 M NaCl. Chlorophyll synthesis was seriously inhibited from 0.4 M NaCl, and the photosynthetic electron transport system was inhibited from 0.6 M NaCl. Quantum of photosystem II reaction center was inhibited at 1.0 M NaCl. The effects of NaCl on the Chl content were raised in a 6 hrs, but the effects of NaCl on the value of Fo, Fv and Fv/Fm were raised in 30 hrs. The value of qP was decreased in comparison with the control at all concentrations, but there was a small change in the value qE. These results provide evidence that NaCl inhibited effects of various concentration of NaCl were inhibited quinone redox, however, proton gradient between thylakoid membranes was little damaged.

        우리나라 최남단 난대림지역인 천지연계곡에 분포하고 있는 목본식물의 종조성, 분포현황 및 관속식물상을 조사하였다. 천지연계곡의 교목성 수종은 29종이었으며 , 그 중 침엽수인 해송을 제외한 활엽수종 중 낙엽활엽수가 13종이었다. 교목성 수종은 2,395본이었으며, 그 중 낙엽활엽수가 1,427본으로 상록활엽수보다 많았다. 교목성 수종의 피도는 상록활엽수와 낙엽활엽수가 각각 42.3%와 48.7%로 낙엽활엽수의 상대피도가 다소 높았다. 관목성 수종은 37종이 분포하는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 개체수에 있어서는 교목성 수종과 달리 상록활엽수종들의 개체수가 많았다. 관목성 수종의 상대피도는 상록활엽수와 낙엽활엽수가 각각 35.4%와 64.4%로 상록활엽수의 비가 현저히 높았다. 천지연에 분포하고 있는 관속식물은 114과 320속 397종 1아종 39변종 9품종으로 총446 분류군이었으며, 그 중 제주도 특산식물은 가시딸기(Rubus hongnoensis Nakai)와 제주상사화(Lycoris chejuensis K. Tae et S. Ko) 2 분류군, 우리나라에서는 제주도에만 분포하는 식물은 괴불이끼(Crepidomanes insigne (v.d. Bosch) Fu) 등 17 분류군, 천연기념물은 담팔수(Elaeocarpus sylvestris (Loureiro) Poiret var. ellipticus (Thunb.) Hara) 1 분류군, 법정보호식물은 솔잎란(Psilotum nudum (L.) Griseb.)과 고란초(Crypsinus hastatus (Thunb.) Copeland) 2 분류군, 귀화식물은 수영(Rumex acetosa L.) 등 38 분류군, 식재식물은 은행나무(Gingo biloba L.)등 75 분류군이었다.

        한인진에 대한 항산화 효과와 항균 효과를 알아보기 위하여 추출용매별 고형분 함량을 측정하여 본 결과 물 추출물에서 18. 1%로 가장 많은 고형분을 얻을 수 있었으며 메탄올, 에탄을 추출물에서는 12. 8%, 12. 6%로 별 차이가 없었다. 항산화 효과를 알아보는 방법 중 DPPH 소거효과를 이용하여 측정하여 메탄올 추출물이 36.2μg/ml로 가장 효과 좋았지만, 대두유에 대한 한한인진 추출물의 항산화 효과를 60℃로 20일간 저장하면서 과산화물가(POV)를 측정하여 대두유를 기질로 한 저장시험 에서 1,000ppm 농도의 물추출물과 메탄올 추출물이 저장 기간이 20일 되었을 때 46.8(meq/kg, 50.8(meq/kg)의 과산화물가를 나타내 대조구의 과산화물가 79.1 (meq/kg)에 비해 낮았다. 식품의 부패균이나 식중독의 원인균으로 알려진 세균 4종을 대상으로한 항균실험에서는 추출 용매에 따른 항균력은 에탄올 추출물이 가장 좋았으며 세균에 대한 항균력으로는 Vibrio parahaemolyticus에 대해 가장 좋았다. 한인진의 간보호 효과 시험에서는 한인진 추출물을 경구투여한 V, IV군의 간무게, 체중에 대한 간무게의 비율이 생리 식염수만을 투여한 III군보다는 낮았으나 시료 채취전후로 한인진 추출물을 경구투여한 V군과 IV군사이에는 별다른 차이점이 없었다. 예방효과를 알아보기 위해 10일간 실험을 실시한 결과 한인진 물추출물만을 단독 투여한 VI군의 체중은 계속 증가하였으나 한인진 물추출물을 계속 투여한 다음 시료 채취전에 사염화탄소를 투여한 VIII군의 간무게, 체중에 대한 간비율이 대조군 VII보다 다소 감소하였다. 병리학적인 소견으로 한인진추출물을 투여 한 군에서는 사염화탄소만 투여한 군보다 간세포의 괴사와 지방적의 축적이 감소하여 사염화탄소에 의한 간독성에 효과가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

        본 연구는 고구마 수확시기에 줄기를 예취하여 월동 재배할 수 있는 조건을 구명하여 이듬해에 본포 삽식묘로 활용함으로서 씨고구마의 저장, 파종 및 묘 생산에 소요되는 노력과 비용을 절감하고자 시험을 수행하였던 바 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 줄기묘의 월동재배를 위해서는 터널피복처리에 의해 생존이 가능하였으며 적정 재식시기는 10월 중순이었다. 2. 줄기묘의 재식밀도는 10 3cm(333주/m2 )가 적정하였다 3.줄기묘의 겨울철 생육을 위해서는 최저 5℃ 이상이 필요하였다. 4. 줄기묘의 묘수는 씨고구마에 의해 생산된 묘수에 비해 적었으나 줄기묘의 조기 증식에 의해 묘수를 증가시킬 수 있었다. 5. 줄기묘의 본포 수량성은 씨고구마묘와 차이를 보이지 않았다. 6. 품종간에는 줄기묘의 월동 후 생존율에 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다.

        The collisions at sea among marine casualties are not reduced as the tonnage and speed of ship's increase as well as the traffic quantity increase at sea, in spite of the improvement of nautical equipment, enforcement of crew's education and training as well as improvement of quality standard according to the implementation of ISM code. The measures to prevent the collisions at sea are simple, and are composed of six stage.: The first stage is that the officer on duty detect the target from his eye or radar information. The second stage is determining the type and kind of target-ship. The third stage is target tracking; calculation of target speed, course, CPA and TCPA from radar information or visual check. The fourth stage is determination of vessel in danger after calculation of third stage. The fifth stage is the judgement of situation if own ship is stand-on or give way vessel according to the 1972 COLREG. The last stage is to carry out proper action according to 1972 COLREG, under the circumstances. But by the case, the situations are so different under the different external conditions; for example, natural/navigational conditions, crew's human factors, ship's particular, rule or regulation, management system on board, the condition of watch keeping. Therefore the reasons and casualties are so complicated. This study aims to investigate the collision casualty at sea which needs to clarity all these causal factors of afore-mentioned, and to analyze the causes of problems so as to utilize them to establish the measures of preventing marine accidents. This study, described the concepts of causal factors into three groups; environmental factor, and company/on board management system and navigator's act. Also described how to investigate and analyzes the casual factors. Even though it was described in this paper how to detect the causal factors and reasons of collisions, and how to analyze the inter-relation of each causal factors, it is necessary to do further study how to analyze between the liability of concerned parties and the casual factors involved.

        The ships over the certain navigation area or her length are required to carry charts under the relevant laws. Charts are indispensible to the ships and fishing vessel, because their crew should know the water depth and location of obstacle in order to avoid danger in the navigation and fishing area. But it was found that many ships do not carry proper charts onboard according to the research marine accidents files of marine accident inquiry agency, and questionnaire survey. Consequently, many ships run aground on the coast and port. This study examined the present status of the coastal ship and the fishing vessels, and explained some problems in the aspect of the covering area, the place, the number of the selling agent and adjoining chart, as well as the geographical and traffic density, the crew on board the ship's characteristics, and so on. In this study we propose the way to solve the problem. firstly, the category of the fishing vessel which should carry the chart on bard under the related laws are required to be lowered to 10 gross tons. Besides a ship inspector should examine if the charts covering the area where to navigate even when the temporary inspection is done are carried on board property. Secondly, the inspection body or the controlling office of ship's entry and departure should check throughly whether the ships concerned carry the chart on board. Thirdly the fishing vessels should used the fishing charts, and the body concerned should train the offices about how to use chart, especiany the difference between Tokyo datum and WGS-84 datum. Fourthly the customized chart such as an atlas like a map, a calenda-type chart, a small chart, as a coated chart needs to be publish for the safety of small ship and fishing vessel. Fifthly, it is advisable to draw a recommended course in the route where the coastal navigate mainly and in the narrow channel, The adjoining area should be improved, as well as the qualify of the chart paper. Sixthly, publication of additional new chart in the southern part of East Sea, the eastern part of South Sea, the western part of South Sea and middle part of Yellow Sea near Incheon port should be thought over. Seventhly, the number of chart selling agent should be increased for the sake of purchaser in proportion to the number of port, and small correction of charts in selling agent must be carried out completely.

        Recently, due to the several factors such as the advent of very large vessels and high-speed vessels, and the increase of the maritime traffic density at sea, the obligation, responsibility and burden of marine officers on duty for the safety of navigation has been highly escalated. Under these situations, if the appropriate and correct navigational information is given to officers at real time by means of certain integrated information processing system, these obligation, burden and danger can be reduced. This paper deals with the study on the development of the Navigational Information Monitoring and Recording System that can give and record the integrated navigational information based on the personal computer system installed on board. To construct this system, the interface unit which changes different signal types of navigational equipments to NMEA 0183 signal format and the application software to show the visual navigational information were developed. In this study, the navigation system of T/S HANBADA in Korea Maritime University was used in order to construct the actual system that can be utilized in other ships, and also the performance test was carried out several times to examine the performance of the system developed. It was proved that all functions of the system as designed worked smoothly through the performance test. Also this system could be operated easily and conveniently by every user.

        To investigate the effects of strong acidic electrolytic water on the chloroplast, barley leaves were treated with strong acidic electrolytic water(pH 2.5). And to investigate the effects of weak acidic electrolytic water on the chloroplast development, etiolated barley leaves were treated with weak acidic electrolytic water(pH 6.5) during greening period. Chl contents, Fo, Fv, and Chl fluorescence quenching coefficient in barley leaves were measured during and after treatment of acidic electrolytic water. The following results were obtained. Chl a, b, and carotenoid were decreased with treatment of strong acidic electrolytic water. Chl contents were significantly decreased than that of the control after 5 min. These results provide evidence that the strong acidic electrolytic water dissimilate the Chl and so that the value of Fo was slightly increased. The strong acidic electrolytic water damaged PS Ⅱ because Fo was increased and Fv, Fm, and Fv/Fm ratio were decreased. qP, qNP and qE were decreased. On the other hand qI was increased than that of the control. But Chl content and Chl fluorescence patterns were a little changed as the pH increase over 4.0. Chl a, b, and carotenoid were increased with treatment of weak acidic electrolytic water during greening period. Chl contents were significantly increased than that of control after 12 hours greening. These results provide evidence that the weak acidic electrolytic water accelerated the chlorophyll synthesis. And the weak acidic electrolytic water accelerated PS Ⅱ development because Fv, Fm, qP and Fv/Fm ratio were increased than that of the control.

        세포질내 정자주입술은 불임치료에 도입된 이후 남성불임 극복에 성공적으로 이용되고 있다. 세포질내 정자주입술 시행 후 수정률, 난할률과 발생된 배아의 상태는 여러 가지 요인에 의해 영향을 받으며, 난자의 상태에 따라 영향을 받는 지에 대해서 아직까지는 논란이 많다. 본 연구에서는 세포질내 정자주입술의 결과가 난자의 상태에 따라 영향을 받는지를 알아보기 위하여 세포질내 정자주입술을 시행한 44례에서 전과정을 현미경에 부착된 CCD 카메라를 통하여 녹화하였다
