일반차량과 자율주행차량이 혼재하는 상황에서 발생가능한 미래 재난상황에 대한 관리방안 준비가 필요하다. 특히 재난 상황 중 안 개 발생 시 시야 확보가 어려운 일반차량 운전자와 센서기반 자율주행차량의 주행 특성이 다를 수 있다. 해당 상황에서의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 극복하기 위해 혼합교통류 관리 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 재난 상황 중 안개를 연구 대상으로 설정하였다. 과거 기상 상황별 일반차량을 주행 특성을 이력자료로 분석한 후, 안전한 교통흐름을 유지하기 위하여 자율주행차에게 정 보를 제공하는 방안을 제안한다.
긴급차량 골든타임 확보를 위해 지방자치단체에서는 ‘긴급차량 우선신호’ 시스템을 도입하고 있다. 그러나 긴급차량 우선신호로 인하 여 일반차량의 지체시간은 증가하게 되고 기존 신호주기로 바로 복귀하여 교차로 전체의 지체를 유발할 것으로 예상된다. 해당 지체 를 해결하기 위해 일반차량을 고려한 ‘회복신호 산정’ 연구가 수행되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 교차로 유형별로 적절한 회복신호는 무 엇인지에 대한 연구는 부족한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 교차로를 유형별로 구분하여 일반차량 지체도를 감소시키기 위한 회복신호의 필요성을 검증하고자 한다. 우선신호의 경우 긴급차량이 교차로를 통과하기까지 걸리는 시간을 계산하여 부여하였다. 회복신호의 경우 는 우선신호에서 부여한 시간만큼 일반차량에게 보상하는 신호방식을 적용하였으며, 도입 효과를 SUMO 교통 시뮬레이션을 통해 비 교 분석하였다.
PURPOSES : This study aims to improve pedestrian safety by analyzing the effectiveness of displaying the remaining time of red crosswalk signal that provide pedestrians with information regarding the time available for crossing METHODS : This study analyzes the effectiveness of newly installed displays for remaining time of the red pedestrian signal in the cities of Yeongcheon and Yeongju in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The data collection was divided into periods before and after the installation of the facilities. Pedestrian departure delays were measured at the introduction and subsequent stages of installation, and changes in pedestrian behavior were quantitatively analyzed. Statistical significance of the results was verified using a t-test. RESULTS : For the displays of remaining time of crosswalk red signals installed in Yeongju, the pedestrian departure loss time decreased from 3.36 seconds before installation to 1.85 seconds after installation. Additionally, compared to the pre-installation situation, the postinstallation situation showed a relatively lower standard deviation, indicating that the pedestrians exhibited a more consistent pattern when starting to cross. Similarly, for the displays of remaining time of crosswalk red signal installed in Yeongcheon, the pedestrian departure loss time decreased from 2.37 seconds before installation to 1.89 seconds after installation. As in Yeongju, the post-installation situation showed a relatively lower standard deviation, indicating that the pedestrians exhibited a more consistent pattern when starting to cross. CONCLUSIONS : In this study, we verified the effect of newly installed pedestrian countdown signals on improving pedestrian safety at two intersections in Yeongcheon and Yeongju, which were selected through a survey of traffic accident-prone areas in Gyeongsangbuk-do. Pedestrian countdown signals were quantitatively confirmed to have a positive impact on pedestrian safety. Based on the observations, it is anticipated that expanding the installation of these signals will have a positive effect on pedestrian safety, particularly in areas with frequent traffic accidents and the senior and children protection zones. Results of this study indicate that the proposed policy measures are expected to strengthen pedestrian safety and reduce traffic accidents.
우리나라는 교통사고 사망자수 감축을 위해 다양한 교통안전 개선사업을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 특히, 보행자 안전 강화를 위한 보행환경개선사업은 중앙정부 및 지방정부를 중심으로 시설, 제도, 교육ž홍보 등 다양한 방법으로 수행되고 있다. 최근 횡단보도 보행자 안전 강화를 위한 시설 개선 사례로 활주로형 횡단보도가 설치ž운영되고 있다. 활주로형 횡단보도는 야간에 운전자 시인성을 증진하고 보행자의 안전성을 확보하는 시설물이다. 그러나 신규로 설치되는 활주로형 횡단보도의 정량적인 보행안전 개선 효과에 대한 연구는 부 족하다. 본 연구에서는 보행환경개선사업을 통해 읍․면지역에 신규 설치되는 활주로형 횡단보도의 효과를 시설물 접근로 진입 차량 평 균 주행 속도 조사를 통해 분석하였다. 총 8개 지점의 활주로형 횡단보도를 대상으로 접근로 진입 차량 평균 주행 속도를 조사하였으 며, 평균 속도 감소율은 15.3%이고, 속도 최대 감소율은 27.4%로 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같이 무단횡단이 빈번이 관측되는 읍․면지역의 경우 활주로형 횡단보도의 설치함으로써 접근하는 차량의 속도를 저감시키는 것으로 확인하였다. 향후 보행자 교통사고 저감이 필요한 읍․면지역에 설치 시 긍정적인 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다
In rapidly changing circumstances, the construction industry shows tendency to be more complicated and expanded and these changes are becoming the main factors aggravating uncertainty in straightening construction costs in the industry. The most important process in preliminary phase is calculation of appropriate construction sum and accurate estimation is required to accomplish it. Currently, local constructors draw up estimates by using the ‘per square meter’ calculation method or by applying of previous cases as they are. These methods become suppressive cause for making clear decisions by occurring errors in quantity survey in a way of data emission, replication and so on. Therefore, in this study, approximate estimation model of finishing construction shall be proposed to assist people to make prompt decisions in initial design stage. To develop this research, the existing quoting practices shall be presented and categorized by usage of space. To achieve this, information on performance, furnishings and unit price according to space definition has been collected in advance, which again enable ontology knowledge classification scheming database of space unit to be utilized and presented as knowledge information.
Recent projects for transferring Public Office buildings and estimation of appropriate construction expense are highly important for both government and construction firms. Moreover, estimation and management of construction expense can be regarded as extremely important duties for effective execution of a national budget as nation’s finance is invested in the Public office building projects progressed by the government. To progress one project for Public office building, not only the organization demanding the project but also an investment screening organization, a budget-managing organization, a feasibility assessment institution and many other related organizations participate in the project and a lot of decisions arisen from the project operation are made on the basis of construction expenses calculated for relevant stages. And estimation of rational construction expense is also critical for designers in order to create design within the fixed budget simultaneously with securing the quality and efficiency of structures to the maximum. Therefore this research suggested an improvement process to analyze problems in current construction expense management process and to administer the construction expenses effectively.
Recently expanding market for largely scale construction projects, cost management of construction project have been increasingly recognized as an important factor responsible for the project success. But public organizations have been continuously operating the same methods as before in cost estimating, so it raise an issue of reliability for estimated cost. Therefore, this study present a highly reliable model that makes preliminary estimates based quantity data in early design stage. it enables engineers to efficiently manage total cost of project as well as partial cost estimating. This study develop a model of database that is created with historical data conducted by government offices. The model proposed can estirnate a cost for RC Structure in schematic design stage, and it is applied to CBR+GA logics to explore best similar cases. In case of estimating methods used to previous research, it is based on actual cost data. Due to the cost estimating compensated by inflation rate vary in market economic conditions, it will follow as an inevitable consequence of reliability problem. It needs to find better way to ensure accuracy through quantity database. Also, This study has been conducted in attempts to verify the reliability of preliminary estirnation. It is checked for the feasibility of presented model with P-National Tax Service Project aside from the database.
A prediction of construction cost in preparation for construction document is calculated in compliance with the unit cost in Public construction of korea. This eventually means that the reasonable construction cost of a building can't be determined before construction document phase cost of construction is settled and that the cost of construction is calculated inefficiently because of connection failing between cost management of detailed estimation and information. To improve those problems, therefore, Cost estimating model of structural building elements with approximate quantity survey method is suggested in this research. The model predict the amount of materials and the cost of construction on the basis of historical similar cases. In the direction of data analysis of this research, ratio statistics value is put to practical use to fit into the peculiarities of approximate estimate of each work trade on the basis of actual data amount of materials of historical cases. In addition, the construction phase is connected through the result of a approximate estimate sorted by elements, details work trade.
When managers predict exact construction cost at early stage and design phase, they can reduce construction cost in a more efficient way than to predict at construction stage. But present of public construction cost estimation and management almost after the construction documents design phase. Therefore, construction cost management in the early stage and schematic design phase to generally use approximate estimating is not correct. Accordingly, this study analyze problem of current cost estimating method and a concrete cost plans make using case information of actual cost to analyze in schematic design phase. Possible to check going on the suitable design, this study conducts the preliminary research for the development of cost estimating model.
각종 가연물의 화재 시 연기밀도의 정확한 측정은 화재안전설계를 위해 매우 기초적이며 중요한 정보를 제공한다. 특히 고난이도의 피난대책이 요구되는 초고층 및 아파트 건물화재, 선박화재 그리고 다양한 유형의 화재위험지구에서는 개선된 제연설비의 설계를 위하여, 정확한 연기발생량 및 광학밀도에 대한 평가가 선행되어야 한다. 그러나 연기밀도의 측정에 주로 사용되고 있는 광소멸법(Light Extinction Method)의 적용은 고가의 광학장비가 요구되고 있으며, 주로 기초적이고 제한적인 연기밀도 측정에만 적용되는 실정이다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 연구에서는 광소멸법에 주로 사용되는 He-Ne 레이저, 광검출기(Photo detector) 및 다양한 광학 구성품 대신에 비용 측면에서 약 1/400(약 1만원 이내)에 해당되는 레이저모듈과 포토셀(Photocell)로 구성된 저가형 연기농도 측정 장치를 제안하고자 한다. 다양한 연기농도의 생성이 가능한 연기발생장치를 통해 위의 2가지 측정법의 결과가 비교·검토되었으며, 실제 폴리에틸렌 화염을 대상으로 저가형 연기 농도 측정장치의 성능이 평가되었다.
주요 결과로서, 새로운 저가형 광학 연기밀도 측정장치는 기존 고가의 장치에 비해 출력 전압신호가 정성적 및 정량적으로 매우 유사한 경향을 보이고 있다. 낮은 광학연기밀도의 범위에서 저가 장치는 약 ±15% 내에서 고가 장치의 측정값을 예측하고 있다. 그러나 수광부 센서의 최소 감지성능의 제약으로 인하여 연기밀도가 매우 높은 조건에서는 최대 +60%의 과대예측 결과를 보이고 있다. 이러한 원인은 광원과 수광부 센서의 성능검토를 통해 충분히 규명될 것으로 판단된다.
In this study, the antioxidant and anti-wrinkling effects of extracts from Aruncus diocius var. kamtschaticus (ADV) were investigated. According to the results, the ethanol extract has better antioxidant and anti-wrinkling effects than the water extract. The amounts of total polyphenol and flavonoid compounds in the ethanol extract were 122 and 36 mg/g, respectively, while those in the water extract were 87 and 26 mg/g. The antioxidant activities of the ethanol and water extracts were 395 and 4,682 μg/mL as the RC50 values for the DPPH radical scavenging activity, and 227 and 366 μg/mL for the ABTS+ radical scavenging activity, respectively. The reducing power of the ethanol extract (1.58 at 2 mg/mL) was higher than that of the water extract (0.88 at 2 mg/mL). The astringent activities of the ethanol and water extracts were 91.27 and 16.35% at 10 mg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, the ADV ethanol extract treatment of the fibroblast cell after UV irradiation resulted in increased cell viability (10% at 100 μg/mL) and collagen biosynthesis (33% at 100 μg/mL), with a lowering in the MMP-1 expression level (16.8 % at 100 μg/mL). These results demonstrate that AVD provides a remarkable and significant tensor and anti-wrinkling effect on the skin, which could be of a great use in anti-aging skin care products.
정부의 금융중심지 조성과 발전에 관한 법률에 따라 부산문현혁신지구에 새롭게 조성될 금융중심지는 기존 금융중심지와 차별화되어 해양특성을 반영한 금융집적지로서 비즈니스 중심지와 연계될 때 국제적 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있다. 본 연구는 금융중심지 개념, 유형 성립여건, 경쟁력 및 해외 사례고찰의 시사점을 통해 개발여건과 관련계획을 분석하여 부산국제금융센터의 국제적 경쟁력은 시민공원 및 북항재개발지구가 연계된 해양특성화에 있음을 제시하고, 관련된 육성 프로그램의 보완방향, 물리적 개발방향, 전략 및 지침을 포함한 개발방안을 제시한다.
