This study develops a dynamic scheduling model for parallel machine scheduling problem based on genetic algorithm (GA). GA combined with discrete event simulation to minimize the makespan and verifies the effectiveness of the developed model. This research consists of two stages. In the first stage, work sequence will be generated using GA, and the second stage developed work schedule applied to a real work area to verify that it could be executed in real work environment and remove the overlapping work, which causes bottleneck and long lead time. If not, go back to the first stage and develop another schedule until satisfied. Small size problem was experimented and suggested a reasonable schedule within limited resources. As a result of this research, work efficiency is increased, cycle time is decreased, and due date is satisfied within existed resources.

Electrical manufacturing companies producing precision machines and electrical parts essentially have industrial cleanroom facilities and clean technologies to produce defects free products due to particles. Industrial cleanroom should be controlled in respect of 4M1E to prevent from foreign materials of sub-micro unit and to keep out contamination sources from outside. In this paper, a concept for a quantitative methodology to measure the particles from running components was suggested by combining both newly making clean booth such as wear tester and laser particle counter.

In this research, customized management performance index for small and medium enterprises in solar energy area was developed. To acquire management performance index, first Delphi technique is applied and secondly, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) used to give weight to each main index and then final management performance index was achieved. By developing management performance index, top management could manage their company more efficiently.

당사의 사업확장을 위한 공장이전과 사업다각화를 위한 신기술 개발 및 선진기업구조를 갖추기 위한 표준화된 업무프로세스 구축 및 조직운영관리방안이 필요하여 생산 효율성 향상과 낭비요소제거를 통한 업무프로세스 개선을 통한 경영효율화 컨설팅을 진행함을 목적으로 하였다. 인터뷰와 현행 프로세스의 자료 및 수행영역을 설정하여 생산설비현황 분석, 생산현장기능 분석 등 부문별 문제점을 파악 후 추진과제를 정립하였고, 단계별 실행계획을 수립하였으며, To-Be Modeling은 부문별 추진과제를 선정하여 부문별 혁신방안을 마련하고, 기대효과를 추정하는 단계를 정립하였다. 생산설비배치현황 분석, 주요생산설비 사용현황, 생산현장 작업동선 분석, 생산현장 낭비요소 분석을 통한 현황파악으로 문제점을 분석 및 도출하였으며, 신규 Layout을 통한 시뮬레이션과 3정5S 인식정도 파악으로 추진과제를 선정하였고, 최적화 Layout 도출 및 3정5S 정신을 확립하여 기대효과를 추정하여 단계별 실행계획을 수립하여 해결책을 제시하였다.

기업의 생산활동의 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 여러 재화가 필요하고 이는 총제적 기업 업무프로세스와 연결이 된다. 따라서 현재 대부분의 기업들은 기업환경에 맞게 생산성을 최적화시켜 기업목표달성을 위한 개선활동을 시행하기 위해서 업무프로세스를 분석하고 이를 개선하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 하지만 중소기업과 중견기업의 경우 체계적인 시스템을 갖추고 있지 못한 상태가 많아 생산성 개선활동을 전개시키기 쉽지 않다. 생산성을 개선시키기 위해서는 기업의 환경분석과 업무분석이 이루어져야 하는데 그 방법론과 Tool을 찾고 적용시키기가 쉽지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 중소기업의 생산성개선과 이를 위한 업무 프로세스 개선을 위해 As-Is를 6개 진단영역별로 파악하고 Process 및 관리시스템 개선 방향과 목표를 제시하고 말콤-볼드리지의 경영관리이론을 근간으로 한 한국생산성본부의 생산성경영 인증 체제를 근간으로 하여 이를 기업에 적용시켜 생산성향상과 업무프로세스 분석을 실시하였다.

기업경영활동에 있어서 경영성과를 측정하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 성과를 측정함으로써 기업은 스스로의 객관성을 파악할 수 있어 좀 더 나은 방향으로의 관리와 계획을 가능하게 해주고 올바른 판단을 가능케 한다. 이와 같이 기업경영활동에서 필수적인 경영성과측정을 중소기업을 포함한 많은 기업에서는 보유하고 있지 못하거나 혹은 보유하고 있더라도 활용하지 못하는 경우가 다반사다. 이는 경영성과측정의 지표가 현실적이지 못하거나 활용의 방법론에 있어서 부재라고 할 수 있겠다. 위와 같은 상황을 해소하기 위해 다수 대안에 대한 다면적 평가기준인 AHP분석을 통해 대경권 태양광 분야의 중소기업을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 중소기업의 경영성과측정지표 부재를 해소하고 기업의 규모와 상황에 맞는 맞춤형 경영성과지표를 수립하고자 한다.

재고관리는 기업 경영과 자산과 밀접한 관계에 있으며 재고를 관리하는 창고관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 생산의 원활한 지원을 위한 기존 창고 인프라의 구조를 분석하고, 신기술 도입 및 창고 효율화/최적화를 위한 회사의 전반적인 조직분석과 과제의 도출을 목표로 창고관리 구조혁신을 위한 추진 과제를 정립하였고, 입고부터 출고까지 창고관리를 위해 필요한 시스템 및 설계/개발 체계 프로세스를 구현하였다. 기업환경 분석은 각 부서별 인터뷰를 중심으로 업무현황 및 업무 Process분석을 중심으로 추진과제를 도출하였고, 이를 통해 관리 수준 분석, 조직 분석 및 운영안 제시, 창고 기능 최적화 방안 수립, 중단기 추진 과제를 정립하였다. As-Is Flow와 To-Be Modeling을 기반으로 체계적인 과제 우선순위를 정립하여 각 과제별 중장기적인 종합추진일정계획을 수립하였다.
