        본 논문은 최근 중·한 광고어의 언어적 특징과 문화적 관점을 살펴보 았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 中国文明网, 知乎(zhihu), Uyan(有言) 등에 소개된 중국어 광고어와 한국방송공사, 매드타임스, OOH 매체 등에 소 개된 한국어 광고어를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구는 우선 중·한 광 고어를 언어적 측면에서 분석하기 위해 중·한 광고어의 문장 유형, 음운 적, 어휘적, 수사적, 문체적 측면에서 그 특징을 살펴보았고, 문화적 측 면에서는 유사점과 다른 점을 대비하였다. 연구 결과, 중·한 광고어는 인 쇄 매체 위주에서 디지털 매체로 전화되고 있고, 광고어 연구의 흐름이 언어 특징연구에서 문화적 가치연구로 바뀌고 있다. 중국어 광고어는 해 음을 활용하는 사례가 가장 많았고, 한국어 광고어는 받침이나 유사 모 음 활용이 늘어가는 추세이다. 중·한 양국은 한자문화권이라는 특징으로 인해 유사한 문화 가치도 존재하지만, 양국이 이성적 가치와 감성적 가 치에 있어 비중이 다른 사례를 보았다. 향후 광고어는 인쇄 매체로부터 디지털화가 더 가속화될 것이고, 이러한 연구가 향후 필요할 것이라 제언 한다.

        본 논문은 디지털 네이티브라고 불리는 잘파세대(2010后)를 중심으로 최근 중·한국어의 신조어를 통해 문화적 유사점과 상이점을 분석하는 것 을 연구목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 수행을 위한 중국 및 한국어 신조어는 중국의 ‘국가언어자원모니터링연구센터(国家语言资源监测与研究中心)’, 한국의 국립국어원, 『신어』 서적, 2025년 신문 등에서 중국어 신조어 77 개, 한국어 신조어 65개, 총 142개를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경제 영역의 ‘首发经济’, ‘론칭경제’는 세부적 으로 상이점이 나타났고 ‘펫경제·펫코노미’나 ‘실버경제’는 양국이 모두 주목하고 있는 정책이다. 둘째, 사회생활 영역인 중국어 신조어 ‘躺平’과 한국어 신조어 ‘콰이어트 퀴팅’은 모두 과도한 경쟁에 반발하는 표현이 다. 셋째, 중·한 양국의 잘파 세대는 삶의 영역에서 건강과 운동을 중시 하는 신조어들이 많이 나타났다. 넷째, 의생활(화장·미용·패션)에서 자연 스러운 트렌드, 젠더리스 추세가 나타났고, 중국은 ‘国潮消费(애국 소비)’ 현상을 선호하는 것으로 보였다. 향후 디지털과 AI 기술이 우리의 일상 에 더욱 깊숙이 적용되게 됨에 따라 향후 ICT 기반의 의료, 주거, 여행 등의 서비스가 만든 신조어가 증가할 것이고, 이에 대한 향후 연구 방향 에 대해서 제언하였다.

        Sweetpotato (Ipomoea batatas L.) is a globally important food crop susceptible to root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) infection, which causes significant crop losses. Previous transcriptome and proteome analyses have identified several genes that show differential expression patterns in susceptible and resistant cultivars in response to root-knot nematode (RKN) infection. Among the genes responsive to this process, sporamin (SPO) genes were identified as the most abundant in the transcriptome analysis, and additional changes in the expression of SPO genes that showed specific responses to RKN infection were identified during nematode infection. In this study, we used SPO genes used in previous studies to identify expression patterns under various abiotic stress conditions. The expression of four SPO genes in sweetpotato leaves was investigated under conditions of drought, high salt, and stress-related chemicals treatment. The expression of G13675/TU22356, G34367/TU56356, and G34382/TU56395 increased similarly under dehydration and chemicals treatment conditions. On the other hand, G34367/TU56358 was constantly expressed during the stress treated conditions. This study is expected to be used as basic data on how the gene for the major protein SPO of sweetpotato responds to various abiotic stress conditions as well as nematode infection.

        Inflammation is an important protective response mechanism that occurs against microbial invasion or injury. However, excessive inflammation may lead to cause of morbidity and mortality in diseases. The activated macrophages plays a vital role in inflammatory response by stimulation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). This activation further damages the host by inducing certain pro-inflammatory mediators such as nitric oxide (NO), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin- 6 (IL-6), TNF-α, inducible nitrous oxide (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase (COX-2). Flavonoids are bioactive compounds with potential effects as anti-cancer, anti-inflammation, anti-viral and anti-bacterial activities. Polymethoxyflavones (PMFs) are unique to citrus plants which are of specific interest owing to their biological effects that includes lipoprotein metabolism and anti-inflammatory activity. Sinensetin is one of the PMFs having five methoxy groups on the basic benzo-γ-pyrone skeleton with a carbonyl group at the C4 position. Sinensetin have been known for exerting various pharmacological activities including anti-angiogenesis, anti-diabetic and anti-inflammatory activities. However, there are no studies focused on the anti-inflammatory effects of sinensetin on skeletal muscle cells. In the present study, we investigated the antiinflammatory effect of flavonoids isolated from Sinensetin on the production of pro-inflammatory mediators mediated by nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) by inhibition of signal transduction in LPS - induced L6 skeletal muscle cells.

        Cryopreservation of bovine embryos is used to efficiently implant surrogate mothers. It has been widely accepted that high lipid content in the oocyte interrupts its survival during freeze-thaw cycles. Serum component in the culture medium is thought to increase the embryo`s lipid contents. Conversely, L-carnitine stimulates lipid metabolism by transporting long chain fatty acids into the mitochondria. Objective of this study was to analyze the effect of L-carnitine supplementation in IVM medium and defined IVC medium on the development, lipid contents and the cryosurvival of bovine IVF embryos. 0.0, 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 mM L-carnitine was supplemented in IVM medium, respectively (IVM-LC 0.0, LC 1.5, LC 3.0 and LC 6.0). Development rate from the 2cell to the morula stages was higher in IVM-LC 3.0 groups than those of IVM-LC 6.0 (p<0.05). But there were no significant differences among the other groups in the blastocyst rates and lipid content results. When 0.0, 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0 mM L-carnitine were supplemented in IVC medium (IVC-LC 0.0, LC 1.5, LC 3.0 and LC 6.0), development competence was not significantly different between those embryos. Lipid contents of embryos treated L-carnitine (IVC-LC 1.5, 3.0 and 6.0) were significantly lower than embryos of non-treated group. L-carnitine was supplemented 0.0, 1.5, 3.0, 6.0 mM during IVM and 3.0 mM during IVC (LC 0.0 - 3.0, LC 1.5 – 3.0, LC 3.0 – 3.0, LC 6.0 – 3.0) and cryosurvival of blastocysts confirmed after freezing-thawing. There were no significant differences on development, but LC 3.0 – 3.0 was significantly lower lipid contents than other groups. And LC 3.0 – 3.0 had better survival rates and hatched rates of blastocysts than LC 0.0 – 0.0. In conclusion, supplementation of L-carnitine in defined IVC medium decreases lipid contents. And L-carnitine supplementation improves cryosurvival and developmental ability of bovine IVF embryos.

        본 연구에서는 국내 유통 중인 농산물 9품목(n = 578)에 대한 납과 카드뮴 함량을 조사하고 이들의 섭취로 인한 위해성을 평가하고자 하였다. 납과 카드뮴의 함량은 마이크로웨이브 분해 후 ICP-MS로 분석하였다. 조사대상 농산물의 납 평균 함량은 각각 보리 0.014 mg/kg, 완두콩 0.010 mg/kg, 강낭콩 0.008 mg/kg, 녹두 0.006 mg/kg, 파인애플 0.008 mg/kg, 살구 0.016 mg/kg, 매실 0.015 mg/kg, 자두 0.021 mg/kg, 대추 0.019 mg/kg이었고, 카드뮴 평균함량은 보리 0.017 mg/kg, 완두콩 0.004 mg/kg, 강낭콩 0.007 mg/kg, 녹두 0.005 mg/kg, 파인애플 0.001 mg/kg, 살구 0.002 mg/kg, 매실 0.002 mg/kg, 자두 0.002 mg/kg, 대추 0.003 mg/kg이었다. 모든 시료의 납, 카드뮴 함량은 EU, CODEX 및 국내 기준보다 낮은 수준이었다. 조사 대상 농산물에 대한 납, 카드뮴의 인체노출량을 산출한 결과, 납은 잠정주간섭취허용량(PTWI, 25 μg/kg b.w./week)의 0.067%, 카드뮴은 월간잠정섭취허용량(PTMI, 25 μg/kg b.w./month)의 0.28%이었다. 이상의 결과는 조사 대상 농산물의 납, 카드뮴 오염도와 이들의 섭취에 의한 위해성이 모두 낮은 수준이라는 것을 보여준다.

        Based on documentary research, this study intends to provide information relevant to the effect of flavonoids over women’s health. In general, flavonoids act on cell regulation to cancer proliferation and possess antioxidant, anti-inflammation and anti-metastatic effects. This study focuses on the therapeutic effect of flavonoids in women. Using recent researches published from 2000 to 2017 relevant to women’s health and flavonoids, data acquired from searches such as RISS and Google were analyzed, compared and arranged. Flavonoids are classified with various phenolic compounds, and it activates upon various conditions in women’s body. According to several outcomes that involve the relation of flavonoids in women’s health; it brings out significant implications in bone density, muscle, nerve, breast cancer, uterus cervical cancer and obesity. Hoping this literature review supports women patients and helps in the wellness of women, we sincerely look forward to disseminate this instructive and proper information to exploit flavonoids for enhancing health promotion.

        Anthriscus sylvestris (L.) Hoffm. is a perennial herb found widely distributed in various regions of Korea, Europe, and New Zealand. The root of A. sylvestris have been extensively used in the treatment for antitussive, antipyretic, cough remedy in Oriental medicine, but the physiologically active function of the leaf of A. sylvestris is as yet unknown. In this study, we investigated the anti-cancer activity and the mechanism of cell death of water extracts of leaf of Anthriscus sylvestris (WELAS), on human FaDu hypopharyngeal squamous carcinoma cells. Our data showed that WELAS treatment inhibited cell viability in a concentration- and time-dependent manner. In addition, the treatment of WELAS markedly induced apoptosis in FaDu cells, as determined by the viability assay, DAPI stain and FACS analysis. WELAS also increased the proteolytic cleavage of procaspase-3, -9 and PARP (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase). In addition, exposure to WELAS decreased the expression of Bcl-2 (an anti-apoptotic factor), but increased the expression of Bax (a pro-apoptotic factor), suggesting that mitochondria-dependent apoptotic pathways are mediated in WELAS-induced apoptosis. Taken together, these results indicate that water extracts of leaf of A. sylvestris inhibits cell growth and induces apoptosis via the mitochondrial-dependent apoptotic pathway in FaDu human hypopharyngeal squamous carcinoma cells. Therefore, we propose that the water extracts of leaf of A. sylvestris is a novel chemotherapeutic drug, having growth inhibitory properties and induction of apoptosis in human oral cancer cells.

        Programmed cell death (PCD) is decisive in eliminating affected cells in human cancers, whereas there are increasing cases of cancer-related death due to side effects of modern treatment methods. There is an urge for new methods of growth inhibition and elimination of cancer cells with a lower cytotoxicity to normal cells. Irregularity along PCD pathways plays a crucial role in cancer cell carcinogenesis. Apoptosis is a distinct cell death mechanism occurring in multicellular organisms and also called type one programmed cell death. Autophagy and paraptosis are non-apoptotic PCD occurring in multicellular organisms. Natural compounds are the fundament of pharmacological treatments, and flavonoids are natural polyphenolic compounds which are unique due to their diverse chemical structures and various biological active mechanisms like anticancer, anti-inflammatory, antioxidative and much more. This gives an increasing number of studies indicating that some flavonoids from medicinal plants could be promising candidates for new natural anticancer drugs, which attract high interests of academic researchers and advanced users. An understanding of the underlying mechanism of PCD induced by flavonoids in cancer cells is important as it plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of many diseases. This systematic review is to report flavonoids and their derivatives as new anticancer candidates to stimulate PCD with a different mechanism based on the pharmacological evidence.

        Composite resins are developed as restorative materials to improve esthetics and mechanical properties. To improve the physical properties of resin material, resin filler have to be added. However, no imaging method is adopted for resin filler distribution. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a optical imaging technique to delineate microscopic structures within biological tissue. The OCT application to dental composites resin and its filler is not described yet. So, this new and advanced optical method is needed for clinical application for evaluation of dental composite resin. To analyze the spatial distribution of dental composite resin and to evaluate the resin restoration in cavity, frequency domain optical coherence tomography (FD-OCT) was used for their analysis. Resin restored tooth was prepared. For morphological observation, serially sectioned teeth, conventional X-ray taking and micro computed-tomography (CT) images were compared with OCT images. The experiment has done to evaluate the success of the resin restoration using 3 dimensional structure OCT image. In this research, OCT is evaluated as a new technique to image resin restoration. The evaluation of resin restored tooth was performed by OCT. Inappropriate restoration such as marginal adaptation, large porosities, internal integrity and poor contour could be detected. Resin filler also could be checked by OCT. The distribution, number, regularity and size of resin filler can be differentiated from several commercial products. Considering the characteristics of the OCT, it can be used to evaluate the defects of resin restoration, resin filler distribution, and internal integrity between resin material and tooth structure. The OCT can be considered to be a new and advanced method for the evaluation of resin restorations.

        This study aims to identify the effect of home physical therapy on patients who left the hospital after total knee arthroplasty, compared to the Daily living group, when it was applied to them, under the guidance of physical therapists. As research subjects, 20 patients that were scheduled to leave the hospital after unilateral total knee arthroplasty, were chosen, and they were randomly divided into a home physical therapy group(10 patients) and an Daily living group(10 patients) in order to conduct an experiment. During the 4-week research, home physical therapy was offered for 40 mins once for 5 days a week, and muscular strength, gait components were measured. For muscular strength, quadriceps muscle strength, hamstring muscle strength were measured, and as gait components, endurance, speed, step time, single-limb support were analysed. For this experiment, pre- and post-measurement were performed, and collected data were analyzed using SPSS ver. 18.0 statistical program. From the analysis of data, the following study results were obtained. Home physical therapy group and Daily living group both showed significant improvements in quadriceps muscle strength, hamstring muscle strength, and quadriceps muscle strength, hamstring muscle strength of home physical therapy group more significantly improved than Daily living group's. In relation to gait components, gait endurance, gait speed, step time significantly improved in both of home physical therapy group and Daily living group, whereas home physical therapy group only showed significant improvements in single-limp support. According to the comparison between two groups, gait speed, single-limp support and step time improved more significantly in the home physical therapy group than in the Daily living group. In conclusion, positive results were revealed in both home physical therapy group and Daily living group, with regard to muscular recovery of lower limbs of patients discharged from the hospital after total knee arthroplasty and walking, but considering the comparison results between two groups, it seems that applying home physical therapy is more effective than maintaining a daily life.

        본 연구에서는 용해성 폴리이미드 합성을 위해 지환족(alicyclic) dianhydride 단량체인 5-(2,5-dioxotetrahydrofuryl)-3-methyl-3-cyclohexene-1,2-dicarboxylic anhydride (DOCDA)와 diamine으로는 4,4’-diaminodiphenylether (ODA), 1,4-phe-nylenediamine (p-PDA)를 사용하여 두 가지 폴리이미드를 제조한 후 그 특성을 고찰하고 기체투과특성을 알아보았다. 제조된 폴리이미드는 FT-IR을 통해 합성이 성공적으로 이루어졌음을 확인하였고 DSC를 통하여 열적 안정성을 알아보았다. 제조된 폴리이미드막의 CH₄와 CO₂에 대한 기체투과계수(P)와 이상 선택도는 time-lag 장비로 측정하였다. 그 결과, DOCDA-ODA,DOCDA-p-PDA의 경우 CO₂의 투과도는 각각 6.10, 0.74 barrer로 나타났고 CO₂/CH₄의 선택도는 67.03, 46.25의 결과를 나타내었다. 두 가지 폴리이미드 중 DOCDA-ODA의 경우 폴리이미드 재료의 특성인 우수한 투과도 및 선택도로 새로운 기체분리막으로서의 이용가능성을 나타내었다.

        The purpose of this study is to provide the case of influence of myofacial release(MFR) and cryotherapy in acute whiplash injury. The subjects were consisted of 3 adults(2 males, 1 female) who had been diagnosed with whiplash injury. The performance period was 1 weeks, 6 times and 1 time is 40min(MFR: 20min, cryotherapy: 20min). We measured neck pain(Visual analogue scale, VAS) and cervical alignment(cervical curvature & line of gravity). All measurements of each subject were measured at pre-treatment and post-treatment. The results are listed below. The neck pain(VAS) index decreased from 7.54cm to 4.11cm. The cervical curvature increased from 23.62°to 29.76°. The line of gravity decreased from 8.03mm to 3.66mm. Based on the results, it can be suggested that both MFR and cryotherapy can be used to neck pain and alignment in acute whiplash injury.

        The fact that flip-flops, one of many different types of unstable shoes, are light and relatively easy to put on, accounts for their popularity among people. But because flip-flops rely heavily on the support of a single thong between your first and second toes, they impose a huge amount of pressure onto lower leg. Thus in the following experiment we tried to examine the different effects of flip-flops and running shoes in terms of their effect on muscle activity and fatigue of tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius during walking. In order to measure an electromyogram we used Free EMG system. 10 men and 10 women in running shoes ran on treadmills for 15 minutes at 4.8km/h, 2 days later the same experiment was carried out, but this time, in flip-flops. p value turned out to be greater than .05 and thus there was no considerable difference between the effects of flip-flops and running shoes on muscle activity and fatigue during walking. Therefore we conclude that despite the fact that flip-flops are considered unstable, their effects on muscle activity and fatigue of tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius are negligible.

        The purpose of this study was to examine the influences of chronic shoulder pain on the muscle tone in trunk muscles. The study's subjects were 40 men and women in their 30 to 50s, which were divided into two groups. A chronic shoulder pain group consisted of 20 subjects who had been diagnosed with chronic shoulder pain by doctors, and a painless group consisted of 20 subjects who had experienced no such pain. An analysis was performed using electromyography on the muscle tone in the rectus abdominalis, external oblique, internal oblique, and erector spinae muscles under the same conditions between the two groups. The analysis results were as follows. The chronic shoulder pain group exhibited an overall high level of trunk muscle tone than the painless group, along with a statistically significant difference in the rectus abdominalis(p<.05). Moreover, the chronic shoulder pain group showed differences in the trunk muscle tone depending on the affected side. The chronic left shoulder pain group yielded higher levels of muscle tone in the right-side trunk muscles. In particular, the group revealed statistically significant differences in the rectus abdominalis and internal oblique(p<.05). The chronic right shoulder pain group exhibited higher levels of muscle tone in the left-side trunk muscles with a statistically significant difference in the internal oblique(p<.05). The above results suggested that chronic shoulder pain influences increases in the muscle tone in the trunk muscles on the opposite side to the affected shoulder.

        불소관능기인 perfluorocyclobutane (PFCB)기를 포함하는 후술폰화 poly (arylene ether sulfone) 랜덤 공중합체를 다공성 Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) 막에 함침시켜 새로운 복합막을 제조하였다. 후술폰화 랜덤 공중합체는 trifluorovinyloxy 그룹을 양말단에 포함하는 biphenyl계와 sulfonyl계 단량체로부터 제조되었는데, biphenyl계와 sulfonyl계의 비율을 6 : 4와 4 : 6으로 조절 후 중부가반응 형태의 열중합과 chlorosulfonic acid (CSA)를 이용한 후술폰화 반응을 통하여 얻어졌다. 이렇게 제조된 랜덤 공중합체의 농도를 달리하면서(5~20 wt%) 다공성 PTFE 막에 함침시켜 복합막을 제조하였고, 이온 교환 능력(IEC), 함수율, 이온전도도를 측정하여 강화되지 않은 랜덤공중합체 및 Nafion과 비교하였다. 제조된 단량체 및 고분자의 구조와 순도는 각각 1H-NMR, 19F-NMR와 FT-IR를 통하여 확인하였으며, 제조된 복합막의 형태는 SEM으로 관찰하였다.
