The goal of this study is to propose the effective method of investigating the injurious factors and making improved plans that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at an autoparts company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process. A questionnaire were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an ergonomic assessment method such as RULA, OWAS were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace and working posture. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the autopart company and the same business field with similar working conditions and process.

오늘날 금융 산업은 개방화와 자율화에 따른 외국금융브랜드의 진출 및 증가, 다양한 금융브랜드의 신설 등으로 급속도로 변화하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 추세 속에서 기업들은 점차 자사의 브랜드 차별화를 위해 다양한 마케팅 방법을 동원하고 있다. 그 중 최근의 금융 브랜드에서 사용하는 '컬러마케팅'은 중요한 브랜드 차별화 요소로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 일부 브랜드를 제외하고 기업의 경영성향을 내포한 브랜드의 컬러마케팅과 투자자의 투자성향에 근거한 컬러선호가 상이함이 있다고 보여진다. 이는 커뮤니케이션의 목적인 브랜드이미지 문제와도 관계가 있을 것이라고 생각된다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업과 고객 간의 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 방안을 제시하기 위해 현재 증권회사들의 브랜드 컬러마케팅과 개인금융 투자자의 투자성향 선호컬러의 상관관계에 대해서 확인해 보고자 하였다. 롤랑 바르트의 컬러의 기호학적 의미해석과 실제 투자자들의 투자성향별 집단의 선호컬러와는 차이가 있음이 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 즉, 공격적인 투자성향을 가진 투자자의 경우 열정적이며 적극성을 상징하는 적색이나 주황의 강렬한 컬러를 선호할 것으로 예상 하였으나 분석 결과 뜻밖에도 의외의 컬러를 선호하는 것으로 알 수 있었다. 이러한 분석들을 토대로 증권사의 경영성향과 투자자의 컬러성향과의 관계를 보다 면밀히 조사하고 체계화하는 과정의 일환으로 본 연구 결과는 향후 맞이하게 될 자본시장통합법에 따른 시장개방에서 금융브랜드와 고객과의 커뮤니케이션 수단의 기초적인 연구 자료가 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

The principal objective of this study was to determine how the internal marketing of the contract foodservice management company affects job satisfaction and organization immersion, as well as the influence of the satisfaction of internal customers (employees) has on job satisfaction and organization immersion, and the function as a preceding variable that improves service quality. T-test, ANOVA, and linear regression analysis was conducted to analyze the hypotheses of the study. The summary of study as per the result of this corroborative study is presented as follows: It was verified that internal marketing affects organizational immersion and the job satisfaction of employees, and job satisfaction plays a crucial role in organizational immersion. Moreover, it was also confirmed that the higher the internal marketing is, the higher the job satisfaction and organization immersion will be, thereby improving the service quality provided by employees. If enterprise regards employees as internal customers and constantly and efficiently conducts internal marketing activities such as internal communication, training, welfare, compensation, delegation of power, supporting the management, etc, the organizational immersion and job satisfaction of employees will be heightened, thereby enhancing loyalty and pride in the organization to provide services with better quality.

This study examines the details and characteristics of prizewinning plans of Cho-Sun housing plan competition promoted by Daily Cho-Sun Company during Japanese colonial period. The main features of Cho-Sun housing plan competition were that the competition held with an application of popular newspaper readers and a judging committee was composed of only Korean architects, especially Park, Gil-Ryong as the president of the board of examiners. Cho-Sun housing plan competition put ideological factors for the improvement of living as like advancing to the cultured(modern) life, respecting for family life, respecting for privacy of family members and so on. First of all, the competition suggested the direction of the improvement of dwelling spaces which focused on making harmonious home life. This study found common characteristics of prizewinning plans of Cho-Sun housing plan competition as the result. First, Cho-Sun housing plan competition introduced a centralized house plan as a model of the improvement of small-sized houses. Second, architectural orders of western or japanese style mingled with ones of korean traditional style in prizewinning plans as entrance hall, western style reception room(parlour), maid's room, bathroom for example. And a manner of seating using chairs was brought into the style of living which would be assumed in the prizewinning plans. Third, traditional way of composing dwelling spaces was maintained, receiving the characteristics of dwelling spaces of japanese style simultaneously, which central corridor was put at the heart of house for improving arrangement of rooms and flow lines. Fourth, lavatory and bathroom were placed inside of the house.

The study on semiconductor industrial accident in korea has been focused on frequencies of each type, employee, characteristics, cause and un-safety condition, behaviour and so on. Those attributes of semiconductor industrial accidents were usually analyzed independently, so that it was hard to provides a well-process and systematic guide lines for efficient safety management. There fore, there were a few studies based on comprehensive survey in terms of sharp-type of safe management. The questionnaire survey carried out for the workers(284) who were responsible for safety management in to center with corporate company with semiconductor industry the factor analysis showed that there were three factor of safety management. They were 1) Investment and operation and management for accident prevention, 2) Unsafe, safety management 3) General human error and behavior the industries of respondents were correlative with three group. Three Groups showed a statistically significant differences on the number of cases. Actually, the group with the larger investment and the better unsafe cause, human error a of accident prevention had a smaller cause of accident cases.

This paper was concerned about design and implementation of supply chain management for auto-part company by adopting a UML(Unified Modeling Language). The part of SCM and e-business have interested by larger company, researcher and academic professor. There has been known about a little implementing SCM and it's initiatives for SME(small-medium sized enterprise). We, in this paper, dealt with design and implementing the SCM on supply chain auto part SMEs. The UML is a standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a blueprint for the SCM implementation. In this paper, we also adopt some methods for the systematic system analysis, design, and implementation by applying UML to a SCM system.

This paper proposes the selection model of the telecommunication company using an analytical hierarchy process. When selecting a telecommunication company, consumers conflict the difficulty In decision-making because there are many competitive and complementary factors of telecommunication companies. To select an optimal telecommunication company, consumers need to consider a number of different quantitative and qualitative factors such as fare, various services, additional function and so on. In this study, we use the analytic hierarchy process based method for selecting the telecommunication company considering various factors to help consumers' decision-making for their benefits.

Quality management has been applied to the industry for strengthening the competitiveness regardless of the size of company. However, it has been argued that the operational models for quality management used in the large-sized enterprise could not be applied to the small & medium-sized enterprise (SME) directly. This paper analyzes the states and outcomes of movements for quality innovation in the SME and tries to give some suggestions for improving and spreading the movements within the framework of the cooperation with the large sized company. Survey results show that the preferable quality movements depends on the size of company. Especially, the Single PPM movement is most preferable in the SME. It contributes th decreasing the fraction defective and to vitalizing the communication and cooperation between large-sized company and SME.

최근의 물류환경은 유통시장의 개방과 세계시장의 단일화로 국제적인 경쟁환경에 노출되어 글로벌화와 정보화 경쟁이 가속화되고 있으며 국내적으로는 대형 유통업체의 공격적인 마케팅 전개로 중소유통업체의 생존권을 위협하고 있다. 또한 물류부문의 아웃소싱화 추세가 증가하고 있으며 대형소매점 위주의 유통구조재편과 편의점들간의 규모의 경쟁 추구에 따른 지역상권 장악이 가속화되어 중소물류업체들의 경쟁력이 급속히 하락하고 있는 추세이다. 특히 대형할인점 위주의 대형 유통업체가 상당부분의 지역상권을 장악해가고 있지만 중소유통업체들은 여전히 구매력과 판매력이 미흡한 상황이며 유통 물류체계 또한 대기업 위주의 편향적인 구조로 되어 있어 상대적으로 영세하고 정보화가 취약한 중소물류업체들의 공도물류사업을 통한 가격경쟁력 강화 등의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 합리적인 유통 물류시스템구축이 필요한 실정이다. 그리고 전국 유통 물류시설의 기능들이 상호 연계되지 못하여 상호 중복되고 본래의 기능을 발휘하지 못하는 등 유통 물류시스템의 정보화, 체계화가 미흡한 상황에서 중소유통 물류공동화의 대안으로서 공동도매물류센터가 필요하며 이를 통해 유통 물류시설간의 전국 네트워크화를 실시하고 공동구매, 공동판매 및 조직화 등을 통해 시너지효과가 발휘될 수 있는 중소물류산업에 대한 활성화 방안의 모색이 절실히 요구되고 있다.
