본 연구는 일반농산어촌개발사업의 사업내용 중 하나인 농촌중심지활성화사업으로 준공에 이른 농촌 커뮤니티 시설의 주민조직 직접 운영에 따른 운영성과와 농촌 커뮤니티 시설에 미치는 영향요인을 분석 하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 전라북도 농촌중심지활성화사 업으로 준공에 이른 농촌 커뮤니티 시설 중 주민조직에 의해 운영되고 예산이 비슷하며, 비교가 가능한 부안군 보안면, 김제시 금구면, 임실군 강진면을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 설문지는 배포 후 회수하는 방법으로 수집하였으며, 일반현황과 독립변수의 측정지표에 근거한 리커트 7점 척도를 통해 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 설문결과는 설문에 대한 응답자의 일반현황, 빈도, 백분율 분석, 측정 문항의 신뢰 도 분석을 위해 크론바흐의 알파 값 계수법 분석, 세부 측정지표별 설문조사 분석, 연구가설 검증을 위한 다중회귀분석, 세부 운영성과의 차이를 분석하기 위한 일원배치 분산분석과 사후검정을 실시하였다. 연구가설과 리커트 7점 척도를 통한 연구의 결론은 측정문항의 신뢰성이 인정되었으며, 농촌 커뮤니티 시설의 주민조직 직접 운영은 시설의 운영성과에 영향을 미치고 있다. 성공적인 운영과 운영성과를 제 고 및 개선하기 위해서는 다양한 계층들의 이용에 있어 편리하도록 환경관리 및 시설의 설비에 최선의 노력을 기울여야 한다. 또한 시설 운영의 주체인 주민조직의 기능을 강화하여 지역의 공동체 교류공간 이 되도록 주민조직과 지역주민이 직접 관심을 가지고 참여하여 주민조직만의 공간을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 이 연구를 통해 시설의 편리성과 개발의 유연성을 유지하여 다양한 계층의 주민들이 이용함 으로써 운영성과를 높일 수 있는 요인이 된다. 다양한 운영 주체 중 주민조직 직접 운영을 통한 주민들의 역량 강화 및 지역사회 발전과 공동체 의식을 공고히 할 수 있는 발판이 마련될 것이다.

본 연구는 중국의 3세 유아의 놀이성과 자기 조절력이 사회적 유능성 에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중국 산시성에 위치한 공·사립 유치원 5곳에 재원 중인 3세 유아 600명을 대상으로 담임교사를 통해 설문지 조사를 수행하였다. 해당 유치원의 원장 및 담임교사에게 설문지를 위한 방문 및 온라인으로 협조문을 보내 참여 의사 확인 후 ‘문권성(问卷星)’ 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 설문자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 설문지는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 유아교육 현장에서 유아의 놀이성과 자기조절력을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수·학습 방법을 모색 하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 또한 유아의 사회적 유능성을 증진시키는데 필요한 교사교육 및 프로그램 개발에도 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

ROK Navy Landing Ship Fast(LSF-II) is equipped with special equipment that is not compatible with other combat ships due to special missions. So there are almost no maintenance capabilities except for simple repair parts replacement and maintenance parts. The researcher determined that the way to solve these problems was to apply Performance Based Logistics (PBL), and reviewed the cases of PBL applications abroad and domestically. To confirm the current maintenance capability, we visited LSF-II operation unit to identify maintenance capabilities for each mounted equipment, and interviews with operators and maintenance practitioners confirmed the limitations of outsourcing maintenance and the need to apply PBL. In order to analyze the effect of PBL application, the measure of effectiveness and measure of performance were selected based on the opinions of LSF-II operation/maintenance practitioners and PBL experts and the practical experience of this researcher. A survey was conducted on operation/maintenance practitioners and professional personnel. Based on the survey results, the effect of applying PBL was analyzed using the AHP technique, and an efficient PBL application plan was proposed for LSF-II.

Mid-sized manufacturing companies, which account for 0.7%(5,480 companies), 13.8%(1.169 million persons) of total employment, and 15.7% of total sales, have recently experienced a lot of difficulties in management activities due to the impact of COVID-19, the U.S.-China trade war, and the collapse of global supply chains. To overcome this, revitalization of quality management activities to strengthen corporate competitiveness is emerging as an urgent task. In order for these quality management activities to achieve their intended purpose, the positive leadership of corporate managers is very important above all else. There have been many studies related to positive leadership, but most have focused on charismatic leadership and transformational leadership centered on large companies or small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, this study aims to present ways to strengthen the leadership of managers by empirically analyzing how the positive leadership of managers of mid-sized manufacturing companies, which was relatively under-researched, affects quality management activities and Business performance(Balanced Score Card; BSC).

The computer system validation consulting industry is growing as domestic GMP companies' overseas exports or advancements increase, and computer system validation has been mandatory in Korea since the 2010s, but domestic CSV consulting companies are small in size and have a short history, revealing many shortcomings in terms of service quality and customer satisfaction when conducting consulting. Research related to consulting has been mainly focused on management consulting and IT consulting, and research related to computer system validation is very insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of consultant competency and service quality on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract when performing computer system validation through empirical research on food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and medical device companies, which are representative companies in the GMP industry. As a result, it was confirmed that consultant competency and service quality had a significant effect on consulting performance, customer satisfaction, and intention to renew contract. In addition, it was confirmed that the reputation and expertise of consulting companies had a moderating effect on the relationship between consultant competency and consulting performance.

In this study, project information of government-funded research institute in the food field was collected and analyzed to systematically identify the factors affecting the process of transferring technological achievements of public research institute to the private sector. This study hypothesized that human resources, financial resources, and technological characteristics as input factors of R&D projects affect output factors, such as research papers or patents produced by R&D projects. Moreover, these outputs would serve as drivers of the technology transfer as one of the R&D outcomes. Linear Regression Analysis and Poisson Regression Analysis were conducted to empirically and sequentially investigate the relationship between input factors and output and outcome of R&D projects and the results are as follows: First, the principle investigator's career and participating researcher's size as human resource factors have an influence on both the number of SCI (science citation index) papers and patent registration. Second, the research duration and research expenses for the current year have an influence on the number of SCI papers and patent registrations, which are the main outputs of R&D projects. Third, the technology life cycle affects the number of SCI papers and patent registrations. Lastly, the higher the number of SCI papers and patent registrations, the more it affected the number of technology transfers and the amount of technology transfer contract.

이 글은 연구소 기반 집단 연구군의 DB 구축 현황과 쟁점을 확인하고자 기 획된 것으로, 연구소 기반 집단 연구군 중에서도 인문한국플러스(HK+)지원사 업단의 사업 성과를 중심으로 논의하였다. 대학 부설 연구소의 경우 집단 연구 과제를 수주하여 연구를 진행하는데, 이 글에서는 인문한국플러스(HK+)지원사 업을 진행하고 있는 연구소를 연구대상으로 삼아 인문학연구의 사회적 확산이 라는 취지에 맞춰 연구가 어떠한 방향으로 전개되고 있는지 살피는 동시에 이 들 연구소에서 진행하고 있는 DB 구축 현황을 중점적으로 검토해보았다. 이에 2장에서는 먼저 집단 연구군 인문한국플러스(HK+)지원사업단을 전체 적으로 개관하는 동시에 DB 구축 양상을 검토하였다. 이어서 3장에서는 DB 구축 양상을 세 가지 형태로 구분하여 논의하였는데, 첫 번째로는 인문기초학문 분야의 아젠다 중심 DB 구축 양상을 분석하였다. 인문기초학문분야의 연구를 수행하는 연구소의 경우 대부분 문학, 역사, 철학 등의 기초 인문학 연구 역량 을 강화하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있으므로 각 연구소에서 상정한 아젠다(Agenda) 를 중심으로 DB를 구축하고 있음을 확인하였다. 두 번째로는 인문한국플러스 (HK+)지원사업을 수행하는 연구소들 가운데 연구 필요에 의해 그리고 학문에 대한 기여를 목적으로 자체적으로 디지털 사전을 편찬해 데이터를 시각화하고 있음을 확인하였다. 개인연구군에서 해결할 수 없는 방대한 자료의 집대성, 그 중에서도 가장 많은 시간과 공력을 요구하는 디지털 사전 편찬이라는 작업이 연구소 기반 집단연구군에 의해 시도되고 또 결과물로 도출되었다는 점에서 의 미가 있다고 생각된다. 세 번째로는 해외지역분야의 DB 구축 양상을 살피는 동 시에 해외 자료 수집이 가지는 의미에 대해서도 논의하였다. 이에 해외 지역학 중심의 연구가 진행되고 있으며, 문화, 정치, 경제, 사회 등의 제 분야를 망라하 여 해외 지역학 그 자체에 관심을 두고 자료를 수집함으로써 우리 학계에서 용 이한 연구가 가능하도록 DB를 구축하고 있음을 확인하였다. 이 글은 각 연구소에서 구상하고 또 시행하고 있는 인문한국플러스(HK+) 지원사업 가운데 DB관련 대표 성과를 예시로 제시하면서 향후 디지털 인문 학이 나아가야 할 방향을 그려보고자 한 것이다. DB의 경우 학문의 발전에 이바지할 수 있는 기본 토대 자료임에도 불구하고 연구소 중심 사업 성과가 종합적으로 제시된 바 없으므로 이 글에서는 DB 성과를 중심으로 분석해 발 전 방향성을 모색하고자 하였다. 주제어: 인문한국플러스(HK+)지원사업, 집단 연구군, 연구소, 데이터베이 스, 아젠다, 디지털 인문학.

이 연구는 공공기관에서 도입하고 있는 일‧가정 양립을 위한 가족친화적 제 도의 활용과 공직만족도의 관계에 있어서 직무성과와 직무 스트레스의 매개 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족친화적 제도 활용에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 공직만족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족 친화적 제도 활용 만족도와 공직만족도의 관계에 있어서 직무성과와 직무스 트레스의 매개효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 가족친화적 제도 활용에 대한 만족도가 높을수록 직무성과가 높아지고, 직무성과가 높을수록 공직만 족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 가족친화적 제도 활용에 대한 만족 도가 높을수록 직무 스트레스가 낮아지고, 직무스트레스가 낮을수록 공직만 족도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과는 우리나라 공무원의 직 무성과를 높이고, 직무 스트레스를 낮춤으로써 공직만족도를 높여 공직 수행 의 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 조직의 차원에서 가족친화적 제도를 확대하기 위한 노력이 필요함을 보여주는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

코로나 이후 시기가 도래하며 세계 각국은 빠른 경제 회복을 목표로 다양한 노력을 강구하고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 고성장기업에 관한 관심 역시 지속해서 높아지고 있는데, 지금까지 이루어진 다양한 고성장기업의 연구를 통해 국가 경제발전이나 고용 창출에 있어 고성장기업의 높은 기여도가 입증되었기 때문이다. 이처럼 기존 고성장기업 관련 연구의 경우 국가 경제 차원, 특히 고용 창출에 있어서 고성장기업의 역할을 강조하고 있다. 하지만, 혁신 관점에서 고성장기업의 역할을 언급하고 있는 연구는 많지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기업 재무 데이터와 과학기술정책연구원의 2021년 한국기업혁신조사(KIS)(서비스업 분야)를 병합한 통합데이터를 구축하고 서비스업 고성장기업의 혁신 활동과 혁신성과에 대해 분석해보았다. 방법론 측면에서는 고성장기업이 갖는 특성으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 선택편의 문제를 해결 하기 위해 성향점수매칭방법론을 활용하였다. 분석 결과를 살펴보면 서비스업 고성장기업은 일반기업 대비 더 다양한 혁신 활동을 통해 더 많은 혁신성과물을 창출하고 있는 것으로 나 타났다. 특히, 상품혁신이나 비즈니스 혁신성과물 창출에 있어서 고성장기업이 긍정적인 역 할을 한다는 것은 기존 경제·사회적 관점에서 강조되어오던 고성장기업의 중요성을 혁신성 장 관점으로 확대하여 해석할 수 있는 결과이다. 다만, 연구·개발 유형이나 협력 R&D에서는 일반기업과 차별점을 찾을 수 없었는데, 이는 협력 연구·개발 강화를 통해 고성장기업이 보 유한 혁신역량이 일반기업자들에게 파급될 필요가 있음을 보여주는 결과이다. 이상의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 국가 혁신역량 강화를 위한 고성장기업 육성과 모니터링의 필요성, 고성장기업의 협력 활동 유인 통한 혁신의 파급효과 확대 등의 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리가 직무성과 및 미용지속의도에 미치는 영향에 서 자기효능감의 매개검증에 관한 연구이다. 연구대상자는 서울․ 경기지역 헤어미용전문가로 재직하고 있는 미용전문가를 대상으로256명 설문조사하여 분석에 사용하였다. 분석방법은SPSS 28.0, AMOS 28.0 통계 패키지 프로그램을 이용하였고, 수집된 자료의 정규성 검증을 실시하여 평균, 표준편차, 첨도, 왜도 의 기술통계, 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도분석, 상관관계, 매개효과 분석은 부트스트레핑 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리가 자기효능감, 직무성과, 미용지속의도에 유의한 정의(+)영향을 미쳤다. 헤어미용전문가의 자기효능감이 직무성과, 미용지속의도에 유의한 (+)영향을 미 쳤다. 헤어미용전문가의 자기관리와 직무성과의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인 되 었다. 통계적 유의 수준은 p<.05수준으로 설정하여 분석하였다.

This research aims to validate the effectiveness of the "Specialized Entrepreneurship University Program," which was conducted as part of government entrepreneurship support initiatives from 2018 to 2022. Based on previous studies, a research model was derived consisting of three laboratory entrepreneurship support factors that influence program satisfaction and entrepreneurial outcomes (infrastructure support, educational mentoring support, and business linkage support). Surveys were collected and analyzed from 126 laboratory entrepreneurship firms participating in the program, and empirical analysis of the research model was conducted using SPSS 23.0 statistical software. The analysis results indicated that the three variables, namely infrastructure support, educational mentoring support, and business linkage support, were significant factors affecting program satisfaction, and program satisfaction was confirmed to influence entrepreneurial outcomes. Furthermore, it was found that the three business operation factors indirectly influenced entrepreneurial outcomes by partially mediating program satisfaction. This study is considered significant as an empirical study for the initial stage of the second-phase program enhancement, verifying the effectiveness of laboratory entrepreneurship support factors. The findings can be applied to similar government entrepreneurship support initiatives and contribute to the effective strategy and planning of stakeholders involved. The limitations of this study include the need for further research on the perception of the extent to which it contributes to entrepreneurial outcomes, emphasizing caution in interpreting the research model, and the necessity for expanding the survey population and improving survey items in future research.

Recently, the market competition has been fiercer due to the acceleration of technological change and the launch of intelligent products. In this situation, technology cooperation activities through networks rather than independent technological innovation activities of a single company or institution are recognized as a crucial strategy to gain competitiveness. Technology cooperation can take various forms depending on the target technology, and researchers have conducted performance analyses of technology cooperation types. However, there have not been data-based quantitative studies on the types and trends of technology cooperation for the target technology. In this paper, we explored the difference between the technology cooperation types by technology and time using the formal concept analysis method and co-patent information. In particular, the proposed methodology has been verified through the case study of electric vehicles, and it is intended to suggest the direction of technological cooperation according to specific technologies and cooperation targets in the future

Companies are paying attention to project governance to realize their goal strategies, project success, and project value in a rapid and complex environment due to the development of information technology. This study aims to explore project governance and factors from literature review and practice guides related to project governance and empirically analyze the impact of project governance factors on IT project objective performance. The survey was conducted on project managers, project team members, and project management members with experience in carrying out business IT projects within two years at companies in various industries in Korea. The main conclusion is as follows. Among the project governance factors, disclosure and reporting that uses and reports using appropriate and reliable information about projects related to decision-making activities positively impact the achievement of IT project objectives: business success and stakeholder satisfaction. Among the project governance factors, project sponsorship, a role that effectively connects management and projects, and a project management framework that provides tools, procedures, resources, and techniques for projects positively impact IT project objective performance. This study is of academic and practical significance in that it identifies the definition and factors of project governance through companies in various industries in Korea and the positive impact of project governance factors on IT project objective performance.

This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

본 연구는 필라테스 리더-멤버 간의 교환관계(TMX)가 직무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 밝히고 자 2023년 4월 1일~7월 12일까지 커플자료 82팀(164명 : 리더 82명, 멤버 82명)을 편의표본 추출하여 다 음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 자기효과는 리더 교환관계가 높을수록 리더 직무성과도 높아지는 것 으로 나타났고, 상대방 효과는 멤버 교환관계가 높을수록 리더 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘 째, 상대방효과는 리더 교환관계가 높을수록 멤버 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효과는 멤 버 교환관계가 높을수록 멤버 직무성과도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 상호적 관계가 의존적 관계로 이어진다는 점에서 교환관계(TMX)에 대한 시스템적 요구가 반영된 결과라 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 아마추어 골프선수의 열정적 행동이 훈련만족 및 훈련성과에 미치는 영향관계를 밝 히고자 하였다. 이에 2023년 4월 1일~6월 23일까지 표본계획에 의해 1차 전문가 인터뷰와 2차적으로 ‘골 프선수’, ‘골프훈련’, ‘골프시합’ 등을 키워드(Key word)를 설정하여 연구에 부합하는 요인을 추출 후 SPSS & AMOS 21.0를 통해 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아마추어 골프선수의 조화열정과 강박열정은 훈련만족에 영향(+)을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 열정적 행동은 훈련성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋 째, 훈련만족이 훈련성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 프로골프로 전향하는 과정에서 성공과 실패를 구분 짓기 보단 성장과정 그리고 긍정적인 정서를 갖춰져야 하며, 자기결정이 유의한 내면화의 표 출 방식? 훈련에 대한 효율성? 을 어떻게 다루냐에 따라 그 결과는 달라 질 것으로 판단된다.

본 논문은 오늘날 다학제적으로 많은 관심을 받고 있는 세계기독교 에 대해, 그 형성과정에서 일어나는 세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성의 문제를 조르조 아감벤의 잠재성 사유를 중심으로 비판적으로 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저, ‘세계기독교는 번역’이라는 관점에 서 앤드류 월스와 폴 리쾨르의 번역론을 논의하면서, 이러한 번역론들 이 세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성을 인정할 수 있는지 고찰할 것이다. 그리고, 바흐친을 통해 혼종성을 ‘저항적 혼종성’과 ‘윤리적 혼종성’ 그리고 ‘역설적 포월의 공간’과 ‘변화와 생성의 공간’으로 이해하고, 사이드를 통해 개별성을 ‘저항적 개별성’과 ‘윤리적 개별성’으로 이해할 것이다. 그런 후에, 위와 같은 논의를 심화하기 위해, 본격적으로 아감벤의 사유를 고찰하면서, 비식별역 관점에서 세계기독교의 혼종성 을, 잠재성 관점에서 세계기독교의 개별성을, 임의적 특이성의 관점에 서 이러한 혼종성과 개별성을 함께 사유할 수 있는지 살필 것이다. 마지막으로 이와 같은 논의를 바탕으로, 아감벤의 잠재성 사유를 중심 으로 하는 ‘세계기독교의 혼종성과 개별성에 대한 해석 모델’을 제안할 것이다.

본 연구는 기업의 기술혁신이 고용과 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 변수 간 양방향 인과관계를 고려하여 분석하였다. 기술혁신의 대리변수는 기업의 특허출원 수이며, 분석대상은 100인 이상 규모의 국내 제조업체이다. 실증분석의 경우 기술혁신(특허출원), 고용(근로자 수, 숙련 근로자 비중), 기업성과(근로자 1인당 매출액)가 종속변수인 연립방정식 모형을 3단계 최소자승추정법(3SLS)으로 추정하였다. 외생변수로 기업의 경영상 특성과 일반적 특성을 통제하였고, 각 방정식의 식별변수로 R&D집약도, 근로자 1인당 노동비용(또는 기업부설연구소 보유 여부), 교육훈련투자를 사용하였다. 분석자료는 인적자본기업패널(HCCP)의 1차년도(2005년) ∼7차년도(2017년) 자료이며, 이를 NICE신용평가정보(주)의 기업 재무자료 및 한국 특허청의 특허정보와 병합하여 사용하였다. 분석결과에 의하면, 기업의 특허출원이 활발할수록 근로자 수, 숙련 근로자 비중, 근로자 1인당 매출액이 모두 증가하였고, 반대 방향의 인과관계도 모두 유의 하였다. 따라서 기업의 기술혁신은 고용의 확대 및 질적 제고뿐 아니라 기업의 지속적인 성장에도 기여하는 것으로 확인된다.
