본 논문은 자발적 지리정보인 오픈스트리트맵(OpenStreetMap, OSM)을 활용하여 중학교 자유학기제의 지도 수업과 학생 활동을 분석한 연구이다. 본 연구를 통해 지도 수정과 편집이 자유로운 오픈스트리트맵을 활용하여 학생들이 직접 지도 편집을 수행하고 중학교 자유학기제 수업에 적용할 수 있는 학생 활동 및 수행 평가 내용을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 총 8차시의 주제선택 활동을 계획하였고, 지형지물의 위치, 굴곡, 형태, 크기, 면적에 대해 학생들은 점, 선, 면의 지도 기호를 사용하여 지도 입력과 수정. 편집 활동을 진행하였다. 학생 활동 평가를 위해 학생들의 지도 정보 입력 및 편집 활동 결과 내용을 분석하고 이를 다섯 단계의 지도 습득 수준으로 분류하여 각 활동 수준의 특성을 살펴보았다. 이러한 논의를 바탕으로 본 연구는 인터넷 지도와 모바일 기기의 지도 활용 환경을 감안하여 학생 주도의 디지털 지도 학습과 지도 교육 관련 연구의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다.

This study developed an evaluation system of adaptation countermeasures for climate change in the water resources sector using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the assessment procedures were applied to the Second Chungcheongnam-do Climate Change Adaptation Implementation Plan (Chungnam Implementation Plan). Firstly, the evaluation criteria are composed of two levels according to the hierarchical structure, and AHP gives priority to 4 evaluation criteria of the first level and 16 alternative indicators of the second level. Secondly, after the importance of the evaluation criteria or indicators has been determined, the significance of each measure was evaluated by applying it to the water-sector measures of the Chungnam Implementation Plan, and the effectiveness of the evaluation system was validated. The Chungnam case study shows that the evaluation system will be more effective and efficient when it is applied during development phase rather than after the implementation plan is finalized. It is also expected that the evaluation system will be used to evaluate and prioritize climate change adaptation policies in other regions, and then to compare the means of adaptation to climate change in various regions and to select recommendation policies.

‘농약 허용물질목록 관리제도(Positive List System, PLS)’는 당해 농산물에 등록된 농약 잔류허용기준이 없으면 일률기준 0.01 mg/kg을 적용하는 제도이다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 내에서 유통되는 열대과일류의 잔류농약 모니터링을 실시하여 PLS의 실효성을 검토하고, 국내 재배 열대과일의 농약 잔류허용기준 설정에 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 경기도 내 유통되는 열대과일류 120건에 대해 다종농약다성분 분석법에 따라 잔류농약 220종을 검사한 결과 바나나, 망고, 키위 3품목 7건에서 6종의 잔류농약이 검출되었다. 바나나에서 azoxystrobin와 chlorpyrifos, 망고에서 chlorfenapyr, 키위에서 chlorothalonil, iprodione, pro-cymidone이 검출되었다. 그 중 국내산 망고에서 chlorfenapyr, 국내산 키위에서 chlorothalonil이 각각 1건씩 검출되었고 PLS 적용 결과 잔류허용기준을 초과하여 부적합 판정 되었다. 따라서 국내에서 재배되는 열대과일류를 대상으로 농약 잔류허용기준을 설정할 필요가 있다.

2010년 1월 해양사고조사코드의 발효를 통하여 해양사고 조사에 대한 표준화된 지침이 마련되었고, 더불어 국제해사기구는 체 약국에게 동 지침의 준해양사고제도의 관리를 권고함에 따라 우리나라에서도 2010년 해양사고의 조사 및 심판에 관한 법률에 준해양사고 제도에 관한 조항을 신설하게 된다. 중앙해양안전심판원은 준해양사고제도의 효율적 운영을 통하여 해양사고를 예방하고자 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있으나 본 제도는 좀처럼 활성화되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구는 준해양사고제도의 운영실태와 문제점을 살펴보고, 해외의 우수한 준해양사고제도 및 철도, 항공 등의 유사교통기관의 준사고제도를 분석함으로써 준해양사고제도의 효율적 이행을 위한 방안을 제시 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이에는 특히 준해양사고 자율보고로의 전환, 사법적 기능이 없는 민간단체로의 이관, 준해양사고보고에 대한 인 센티브 제도의 확대, 법제도 개선 및 세부 이행 지침의 마련 등이 포함된다.

Block Chain is a technology that records and shares distributed ledgers without a central authority, providing a decentralized platform for transparent transactions in the business and enhancing transparency and traceability in all transactions to ensure trust in the transaction. Despite initial doubts about this technology, it is committed to adopting, adapting and improving the technology in a wide range of industries, including finance, government, security, logistics, food, medical, legal, and real estate. This study examines this technology, its applicability and potential benefits to the manufacturing supply chain. A tracking system of manufacturing supply chain to visualize transparency and traceability is implemented, and the conditions for adopting the technology in the manufacturing supply chain and the issues to be addressed are discussed.

오늘날 새로운 지도 제작 기술을 도입하여 저비용으로 개인 용도에 맞는 촉지도를 제작할 수 있는 지도 제작 방식에 대한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 지도와 점역에 대한 지식이 없는 일반인이 촉지도를 제작할 수 있는 촉지도 자동제작 시스템의 구현 방안을 제안한다. 촉지도 자동 제작 시스템은 연속수치지도 기반의 지리정보 데이터베이스를 활용하여 지도용 자료를 구축한다. 그리고 촉지도 자동 제작 시스템은 촉지도 디자인 기능을 웹 환경에서 제공하는데, 지도 요소 및 지도 기호 디자인 규칙은 국내의 점자지도 제작규정을 준수한다. 마지막으로, 촉지도 자동 제작 시스템은 빠르고 쉽게 촉지도를 인쇄할 수 있는 장비를 채택하여 지도 제작자가 소량의 개인용 촉지도를 제작할 수 있도록 지원한다. 온라인 지도 서비스 기반의 지도 제작 방식이 개인용 지도 제작의 확산에 기여한 것처럼, 촉지도 자동 제작 시스템은 개인용 촉지도 제작에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

The International Organization for Standardization published ISO 9001 Quality Management System – Requirements in 1987 and has revised four times since then. ISO 9001:2015 is the latest edition and organizations are supposed to obtain the certificate of the new version registration by late 2018. This latest edition has two most noticeable changes. The first major change of new edition focuses on performance with an emphasis on Risk-Based Thinking (RBT) to enhance the process approach. The new edition consists of ten clauses whose first three clauses are largely same as older edition but risks are clearly stated and stressed in last seven clauses, emphasizing on Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle at all levels in the organization. The second major change is that the new edition has the same overall structure as other ISO management system standards known as High Level Structure with Annex SL.In this article we pursue to explain the basic concept of Risk-Based Thinking and describe six steps of Risk-Based Thinking using a realistic example. We enumerate all possible risks that can be occurred in organizations and propose a specific risk management procedure that the quality managers of organizations can systematically implement.

HNS사고는 대규모 화재와 폭발을 수반하며, 다수의 인명사고와 주변지역에 극심한 환경오염을 야기함으로 신속한 의사결정을 통하여 광범위한 확산을 막아야 한다. 본 연구는 국내 HNS사고사례를 해상이라는 특수성이 반영된 표준코드를 바탕으로 고품질, 표준화, 디지털화된 HNS사고 데이터베이스를 구축하여 사고발생 시 신속하고 합리적인 의사결정을 지원하고, 체계적인 통합관리 및 공유가 가능한 HNS사고이력관리시스템(HATS)을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 개발된 시스템을 활용하여 23년간 수집된 국내 HNS사고데이터 76건에 대해 각 항목별로 통계분석을 수행하여, 국내에서는 매년 평균 3.3건의 사고가 일어나며, 주요 HNS사고요인은 춘계기간 (41%), 계류장 (51 %), 케미컬운반선 (49 %), 승무원에 의한 과실 (45 %), 자일렌류 (12 %)인 것으로 확인되었다. 본 논문에서는 국제해사기구의 데이터수집 시스템 도입에 따른 MRV 지원 및 국제해운 에너지 효율 포탈 시스템에 대한 기술적 검증을 수행하였다. 데이터 수집 시스템과 연료 사용량 데이터 수집 방법론을 포함하는 SEEMP 가이드라인의 주요 내용을 검토하고, EU MRV와 차이점을 분석하여 MRV에 대한 국내 해운선사의 대응전략을 제시하고 이에 대한 MRV 지원시스템의 기술적 적합성을 검토하였다. MRV 지원시스템은 배출량 데이터를 원시단계에서 최종단계까지 통합 관리함으로서 검증을 위한 비용과 업무 효율성을 높일 수 있으며, 현재 해운선사의 보고절차를 유지하면서 데이터 변환 기능을 통해 표준양식으로 배출량 데이터를 수집하고 보고 할 수 있다. 또한, 포탈시스템에 대한 접근권한을 구분하여 해운선사의 데이터 수집과 보고, 검증자의 데이터 검증업무를 지원할 수 있으며 전자적인 방법으로 보고서 제출이 가능하여 MRV 국제 규제에 대한 대응이 가능하다.

This study was conducted to analyze the reasons for and advantages and disadvantages of implementing the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system on animal farms in Korea. The study was carried out by randomly selecting 45 swine and 24 dairy farms where HACCP has been implemented. The results were as follows: 24% of the swine farmers responded that extension of their business was the major reason for implementing HACCP; the second (21%) was financial support from local or national government. Dairy farmers had similar responses. The top advantage of adopting HACCP was improvement of the welfare of employees in both swine (21%) and dairy (22%) farms. The first-ranked disadvantages of HACCP implementation were HACCP education (23%, swine farm) and high turnover of employees (24%, dairy farm). On farms, HACCP may increase the sanitation and safety levels of domestic livestock products. However, the Korean government should address the disadvantages of HACCP to encourage its adoption at the animal production stage.

Recently, information technology has been developed rapidly over than everyone thinks. The computer technology with hardware and software development of artificial intelligent and machine learning would be more interested in the interactive computer technology. In this paper, we propose a new paradigm to implement the system which recognizes human’s emotion and reacts with the emotion, and this will be human interactive and applied in every information technical field. This system implements an intelligent system that analyzes human’s faces following with the recognition of emotion, which will be the intelligent system that reacts in accordance with the emotion. The proposed real-time intelligent system will develop the system that recognizes human’s emotion, with the emotion, and reacts the actions in the field of marketing of enterprises, intelligent games, and intelligent robots.

In this paper, the control technique of the stepping motor using back electromotive force(B-EMF) without encoder is investigated. The stepping motor generally uses the rotary encoder to detect the rotor position. Since this method increases the cost and the motor configuration size, the new closed-loop control method applied for the B-EMF was implemented by using current detect circuit, AD-converter, and micro controller unit(MCU). The contorl loop of stepping motor became very simplified. The current change of stepping motor measured by the amplifier was measured and analyzed, when the missing step is occurred. Based on the data from current feedback, position errors were compensated and confirmed by using AD-converter.

Recently, a lot of smart devices such as smart phones have been spread. The research on smart education based on the devices are being actively investigated. A typical example of them is EPub3.0 proposed by the IDPF. Even if the educational content has supported multimedia such as image, video, text to speech and etc, it does not support a 3D virtual content yet. So a virtual reality-based education has not been achieved. In this paper, we propose an educational content system in which a virtual education simulation is possible through smart devices. To do it, the proposed system consists of an authoring tool creating 3D virtual educational content, and a viewer visualizing the content. The experimental results showed possibility of virtual experience education.

Recently, online grocery shopping has been increasing with the development of internet, mobile, and IT technology due to the proportion of consumers changes like increasing single households and double-income couples. Therefore, online sales from distributors with offline stores have also increased, and the offline retailers are facing their limits in dealing with store-based online channel they have carried out. Domestic offline retailers benchmarked overseas advanced retailers to solve this problem by reviewing about developing the online-only distribution center. However, much investment is needed in order to operate the distribution center with the new concept from abroad. In this study, we have reviewed the current online grocery market trend and the theory related to developing distribution system of the online mall. For offline retailers, we have reviewed the case which developed the distribution center applied to the nation’s first online-only distribution center. The purpose of this study is reducing trial and error for local retailers in developing online-only distribution centers and suggesting ways to improve investment effect.
