        In this study, the effect of chemically enhanced backwash(CEB) coping with algal(Heterosigma Akashiwo) inflow was evaluated in the seawater desalination pretreatment process using ceramic membrane. In order to confirm the possibility of long-term filtration operation, the recovery rate of transmembrane pressure(TMP) due to the CEB using NaOCl was examined. When the membrane flow rate was 83.3 LMH, the TMP was maintained within 200 kPa for 84 hours in seawater influent. As the algal counts of 30,000 cell/mL were injected into the influent of seawater, however, the TMP rapidly increased and exceed maximum value. Membrane fouling caused by the algae was very poorly recovered by usual physical backwash. The CEB was performed for 30 min(3 min circulation / 27 min immersion) with 300 mg/L of NaOCl. As a result of the CEB application, it was possible to maintain a stable operating of filtration during 10 days and the average recovery rate of TMP by the CEB was 98.1%. It has been confirmed that the CEB using NaOCl is very effective in removal of membrane fouling by algae, resulted in stable membrane filtration for the long-term operation.

        최근 대기환경 및 난류해석분야에 관심을 받고 있는 대와류모사(LES)는 그 적용분야도 다양하다. 특히 LES를 이용한 난류 유동장 해석 시, 실제와 유사한 난류의 특성을 지니고 있는 입구조건을 부여하면 해석 도메인 내에서 실제 난류를 보다 빠르게 생성시 킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 LES를 이용한 해석으로 난류경계층을 수치해석 도메인 내에 빠르게 생성시킬 수 있도록 하기 위해 입구 조건으로 기존에 많이 적용하는 방법 중 하나인 합성법(synthesis method)이 이용되었고, 수치해석 도메인 내에 만들어진 난류특성들을 기존의 연구결과들과 비교하였다. 입구에 유입되는 몇몇 유동특성들은 기존의 연구결과와 동일한 값을 입력할 수 있으나 유동방향의 길이크기는 쉽지 않다. 그로인해 기존의 연구결과들과 비교하였을 때, 채널 내에서 발달한 난류특성들은 약간의 차이를 나타내지만 유입데이터와 큰 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또한, 본 합성법을 통한 난류 입구유동의 길이크기에 따른 응답특성을 확인하기 위하여, 폭방 향으로 다양한 길이스케일 변화를 주어 그 특성을 확인하였다. 그 결과, 폭방향의 길이스케일이 커질수록 벽면의 전단응력의 회복이 빨라졌으며, 이는 난류경계층의 발달이 빨라지는 것을 의미한다.

        China’s sole nationality principle was formulated at the beginning of the People’s Republic of China. However, it was not officially adopted as a legal standard until 1980 when New China promulgated its first nationality act. Sole nationality, initiated as an expedient for foreign policy, was originally designed to help with neighbourliness. However, not only did it fail to achieve this goal, but it even resulted in more domestic institutional discrimination among Chinese people. Nowadays, in such a globalization and ‘humanrightization’ era, international law and domestic nationality laws in most countries throughout the world recognize an individual’s right to a nationality, and accept dual nationality so as to facilitate migrants’ returning to their homelands and help them reintegrate into local communities. Contemporary theory and practice of international law support the legitimacy of dual nationality. Also, China has experience in dealing with dual nationality. It would therefore be legitimate, beneficial and practical for China to restore dual nationality.

        A membrane bioreactor by sequentially alternating the inflow and by applying a two-stage coagulation control based on pre-coagulation was evaluated in terms of phosphorus removal efficiency and cost-savings. The MBR consisted of two identical alternative reaction tanks, followed by aerobic, anoxic and membrane tanks, where the wastewater and the internal return sludge alternatively flowed into each alternative reaction tank at every 2 hours. In the batch-operated alternative reaction tank, the initial concentration of nitrate rapidly decreased from 2.3 to 0.4 mg/L for only 20 minutes after stopping the inflow, followed by substantial release of phosphorus up to 4 mg/L under anaerobic condition. Jar test showed that the minimum alum doses to reduce the initial PO4-P below 0.2 mg/L were 2 and 9 mol-Al/mol-P in the wastewater and the activated sludge from the membrane tank, respectively. It implies that a pre-coagulation in influent is more cost-efficient for phosphorus removal than the coagulation in the bioreactor. On the result of NUR test, there were little difference in terms of denitrification rate and contents of readily biodegradable COD between raw wastewater and pre-coagulated wastewater. When adding alum into the aerobic tank, alum doses above 26 mg/L as Al2O3 caused inhibitory effects on ammonia oxidation. Using the two-stage coagulation control based on pre-coagulation, the P concentration in the MBR effluent was kept below 0.2 mg/L with the alum of 2.7 mg/L as Al2O3, which was much lower than 5.1∼7.4 mg/L as Al2O3 required for typical wastewater treatment plants. During the long-term operation of MBR, there was no change of the TMP increase rate before and after alum addition.

        It is known that air pollutants such as fine dust and exhaust gas from vehicles are harmful to human health. In particular, the black carbon emitted by vehicles is known to cause a large number of premature deaths. This study analyzed the effect of a noise barrier on the inflow amount of black carbon from a nearby high traffic road to a school area, using numerical analysis performed at two elementary schools. Also, the correlation between the noise barrier’s shape, height and the inflow amount of black carbon was assessed. As a result, it was found that the higher the noise barrier, the lower the inflow amount of black carbon observed at the school A. However, the inflow amount of black carbon at school B was not greatly influenced by the height of the noise barrier. The inflow amount of black carbon at the schools could be changed not only by the height of the noise barrier, but also by the shape, height and position of the noise barrier and the school building.

        This study was conducted to provide important basic information about effective management of the marine environment at major inflow streams in Lake Andong and Lake Imha. The investigation was conducted 8 times from May, 2015 (AD1, AD2, IH1, IH2) to September, 2016 (AD3, AD4, IH3, IH4), and 8 surveyed sites were selected at Lake Andong (4 sites) and Lake Imha (4 sites). The inquiry identified 114 species, 59,913.7 inds. m-2 in Lake Andong and 112 species, 39,038.4 inds. m-2 in Lake Imha. The results indicate that the number of species and individuals in Lake Andong is more than that in Lake Imha, because Lake Andong has a variety of riparian vegetation and a richness of organic materials. Community analysis at Lake Imha revealed a dominant index of 0.57 (±0.18), a diversity index of 2.87 (±0.31), an evenness index of 0.73 (±0.04), and a richness index of 4.17 (±0.71). The results of functional feeding group analysis showed that a high proportion of species and individuals are gathering collectors. The results of functional habitat group analysis showed that a high proportion of species and individuals are clingers. The result of a physico-chemical water assay and dissolved oxygen and electric conductivity tests revealed that these measures increased when the water temperature decreased. The result of Pearson’s correlation analysis by biological factors and physico-chemical factors showed that species and electric conductivity are highly correlated with one another. Major inflow streams of Lake Andong and Lake Imha were exposed to various point pollution sources and non-point pollution sources. This implies a necessity for continuous monitoring of the aquatic ecosystems in order to effect systematic water quality management of Lake Andong and Lake Imha.

        In order to identify changes in the nature of the particles due to changes in the inflow rate of the raw material solution, the present study was intended to prepare nano-sized cobalt oxide (Co3O4) powder with an average particle size of 50 nm or less by spray pyrolysis reaction using raw cobalt chloride solution. As the inflow rate of the raw material solution increased, droplets formed by the pyrolysis reaction showed more divided form and the particle size distribution was more uneven. As the inflow rate of the solution increased from 2 to 10 ml/min, the average particle size of the formed particles increased from about 25 nm to 40 nm, while the average particle size did not show significant changes when the inflow rate increased from 10 to 50 ml/min. XRD analysis showed that the intensity of the XRD peaks increased remarkably when the inflow rate of the solution increased from 2 to 10 ml/min. On the other hand, the peak intensity stayed almost constant when the inflow rate increased from 10 to 50 ml/min. With the increase in the inflow rate from 2 to 10 ml/min, the specific surface area of the particles decreased by approximately 20 %. On the contrary, the specific surface area stayed constant when the inflow rate increased from 10 to 50 ml/min.

        在這幾年連續去世了韓國兩位在野漢學家-許棌和李雨燮。他們都繼承儒家傳統學問,終身實踐儒家教訓以外,中間不斷綴文賦詩,又竭誠講學,其門徒早已成爲桃李滿天下。 韩国的汉学,继承了两千多年的传统,这么长久的时间里,汉学及儒学都成为韩国文化的枢纽,不但杰出的汉学家也数不胜数,而且儒家思想一直奠定了韩国统治理念及个人道德价值规范。我们认为这也就是韩国传统文化本源之一。 不过到了现代,西方的文物盖住了全韩国,传统学校一律被淘汰,全国设立西式学校,教西方的文物以代替传统学问,现在的初学到大学里都难以看到我们自己的了.虽然如此,但是还有些人继承传统文化及学术,在巷间里独自研磨,不過并没受到学界的注目, 我们叫他们‘在野学人’。他们两位都在釜山地区作了讲学等学问活动,不幸2006年与2007年两位相继去世,只相隔一年的时间,继承传统学问的两大学者又成了过去的人物。 他们也表现了学问就是以实事求是、经世致用的现实精神。在做人方面就要实践圣人的教训,在文章方面则要能缀文赋诗,这两方面都要俱全,这就是他们终身实践的态度。 他們是在韓國繼承漢學的最後一代,他們終身注重學問的實踐,和我們現代學者大爲不同。現代人主要談理論,不求實際,空理空談多。在此透過兩位傳統漢學家的實踐精神來提供檢討現代學問的端緖,就是本文的主要目的。

        The amount of waste water generated from the domestic sources is consistently increasing in proportion to economic growth, and the conventional activated sludge process is widely being used for general waste water treatment. But the ministry of environment becomes stringthent treatment standards of N and P (less than 20mg/L of N, 2mg/L of P) to prevent the eutrophication of lake water, and therefore highly advanced treatment technology is required not only in the existing treatment plants where the activated sludge process is being used, but also in newly constructed treatment plants for the treatment of N and P. This study is aimed at highly operating the engineering technology method was developed by domestic to eliminate N and P at the same time. Experiments were conducted in the treatment plant located in Yong In city. The bioreactor was started from the principal equipment for the elimination of N and P and the elimination of organic compounds. It consists of an internal recycle piping from the end of the aerobic tank to the anoxic tank and external recycle piping from the final settling basin to the denitrification tank. By experiment of 4 types separate inflow of waste water to the denitrification tank and the anaerobic tank, and changes in staying time at the anoxic tank and the aerobic tank, the elimination of organic compounds in each type and the relationship in the efficiency between the elimination of N and P were researched.

        In this study, current sewer infiltration/Inflow(I/I) computation and application method was examined about improvement and adequacy relating to the main issues raised by the field for practitioners. The results of review about infiltration calculation method were considered to be in need of improvement at‘standards of minimum sewage calculation’. Furthermore, the results of review about I/I application method were considered to be in need of improvement at‘standards of seasonal infiltration application’and‘the relative decrease in the Annual evaluation standards’. In addition, annual I/I analysis at JC County for the four years(2009 ~ 2012) in respect of operation flow and rainfall data was conducted. The result of annual infiltration analysis, compared average daily sewage generated average infiltration rate was found in 21.95 %, infiltration by unit was found in 0.31 m3/day/cm/km and 0.12 m3/day/day, respectively. The result of annual inflow analysis, average rainfall - Inflow equations was found y = 5.499x(R2 0.793), and the average Inflow quantity by sewer extension was predicted to 0.66 m3/mm-km.

        동해안 석호 생태계에서 식물플랑크톤 군집은 시공간적인 수체의 환경요인의 변화에 매우 빠르게 반응하여 변한다. 경호교에 설치한 보의 철거로 해수의 유통이 되기 전과 후인 1998년도와 2012년도의 식물플랑크톤 군집의 변화를 밝히기 위하여 두 해의 4월부터 11월까지 일주일 간격으로 수체 환경요인과 식물플랑크톤 군집을 조사 비교하였다. 1998년과 2012년도의 4월부터 11월까지 출현한 식물플랑크톤은 각각 99종과 80종이었고, 공통적으로 출현한 식물 플랑크톤은 40종이었으며 1998년과 2012년도 식물플랑크톤 군집의 유사도 지수는 0.465로 수체환경요인의 변화로 식물플랑크톤 군집이 크게 변한 것을 알 수 있었다. 1998년도와 2012년도의 수질은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었는데, 특히 2012년도는 1998년도 보다 염분도가 증가해 해수성 수질로 바뀌었고 1998년도에 비해 pH는 다소 낮아졌고, 투명도는 증가하였으며, SS, NO3-N- 그리고 N/P비는 낮았다. 그러나 2012년도에도 갈수기인 4월과 5월에는 상대적으로 염분도가 낮아지고 영양염류 함량이 증가해 SS와 Chl. a의 함량이 높아져 투명도가 낮은 경향을 나타내었다. 식물플랑크톤 군집을 구성하는 주요 종을 대상으로 ordination을 시행한 결과 1998년도 군집이 조사시기에 따라 보다 큰 변동을 한 반면 2012년도에는 상대적으로 안정적인 상태의 군집을 나타내었다. 그 이유는 2012년도에는 보의 철거로 인하여 해수의 유통량 증가와 전환속도의 증가로 인한 수체환경의 안정성이 증가하기 때문으로 판단된다. Gymnodium sp., Peridinium sp., Prorocentrum sp., Nitzschia longissima, Schroederia setigera, Lyngbya sp., Asterococcus limneticus, Asterococcus superbus 및 Cyclotella meneghiniana는 2012년도의 염분도가 높은 경포호의 수체에 잘 적응하는 종임을 확인할 수 있다. 또한 Asterrionella formosa, Nitzschia frustulum, Chlorella ellipsoidea, Scenedesmus bijuga 및 Scenedesmus ellipsoideus 상대적으로 염분도가 낮은 1998년도의 경포호의 수체에 잘 적응한 종들이라는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 1998년도와 2012년도의 염분도가 다른 수체를 구분하는 데 유용한 종은 Peridinium sp., Prorocentrum sp., Nitzschia longissima 및 Schroederia setigera의 4종으로 이들은 모두 2012년도에의 염분도가 높아진 경포호에서만 출현하는 종이었다. 경포호에서 식물플랑크톤 군집이 크게 상이하게 변하는 시기는 담수의 유입량이 적고 해수위가 낮아져 수체에 영양염류 함량이 높아지는 봄철과 홍수로 인하여 유역으로부터 유입되는 담수의 양이 증가하는 시기인 여름이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 봄철에는 수체환경의 관리가 집중되어야 하고, 홍수기 에는 담수의 대량 유입에 따른 식물플랑크톤 군집의 변동에 유의하여야 한다.

        여자만은 유기물 오염이 점차 진행되어 가고 있으며, 해역의 수질관리를 위하여 유역으로부터 유입하는 육상기인 오염물질을 GIS 기법을 이용하여 발생부하량과 배출부하량을 산정하였다. 목표수질을 달성하기 위해 해역의 환경용량을 초과하여 유입하는 육상오염물질의 양을 박스모델로 계산하여 삭감부하량과 허용유입부하량을 평가하였다. 여자만의 수질을 해역생활환경기준 I등급으로 회복하기 위한 허용부하량을 산정한 결과, 생물화학적산소요구량은 배출부하의 39.3%, 총인은 30.8%를 삭감해야 하고, 총질소의 경우 6.9%의 낮은 배출부하 삭감률을 나타내었다. 유역의 오염원 현황과 발생부하량 현황을 볼 때 토지계가 차지하는 오염부하 비중이 높고, 배출부하량에서도 가장 큰 비중을 차지하였다. 여자만의 해양환경 보호와 개선을 위해서는 육상기원 오염물질 중 점오염원 뿐만 아니라 축산계 및 토지계 부하 등 비점원 오염원에 대한 관리가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.

        Insects or insect remains found in beer are one of major issues in consumer claim. Accurate estimation of inflow time isa critical factor for the settlement of such claims related with beer-contaminating insects but no reliable methods have been developed. In an attempt to establish a molecular marker-based diagnostic method, the degradation rates of 18S rRNA genes in the insectssoaked in 500 ml beer were investigated by quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) over one month period at room temperature. Among the six insect species tested, the house fly (Musca domestica) and honey bee (Apis mellifera) revealed high correlations (r2=0.974-0.990) between the degradation of 18S rRNA gene and inflow time. In these insects, statistically significant distinction was possible between the samples stored in beer less than 14 days and more than 14 days. Other insects, including the fruit fly, common house mosquito, German cockroach and Indian meal moth, displayed poor correlations, which appeared attributed to the inefficient genomic DNA extraction likely due to small sample size or disintegration of body parts during storage in beer. With proper improvement in DNA extraction, this 18S rRNA-based diagnostic method would be applicable for estimating the inflow time of beer-contaminating insects.

        The changes of feeding pattern and the amount of insecticide penetrated into the leaf were monitored for 420 min after treatment of three concentrations of dinotefuran. At about 30 min after treatment of insecticide, the overall feeding pattern in EPG (Electrical Penetration Graph) monitoring was started to change, and there was significant difference in proportions of NP (non-penetration), PA (pathway activity), and phloem-feeding patterns among the different concentrations of dinotefuran treatment. Especially, as the amount of insecticide penetrated into a leaf increased, the reactive behaviors against this insecticide such as withdrawal of proboscis and movements of stylet of aphid were more quickly exhibited. And also, total time at which the proboscis of the aphids did not penetrate the plant was getting longer. The amount of dinotefuran penetrated into a leaf was monitored with HPLC. When the recommended concentration (100 ㎎/L) of the insecticide was treated, 5.24~7.24 ㎎/L of the insecticide was detected from the leaf, and the proboscis of the aphids was apparently withdrawn from the leaf at approximately 60 minutes after treatment of this insecticide.
