빵류 제품의 HACCP적용을 용이하게 하기 위해서는 HACCP 일반 모델 개발이 필요하다. 제빵 공정이 소성과정 중 제품의 내부온도가 85℃ 이상 유지되어 호화되는 것을 감안하면 병원성 미생물의 사멸이 베이킹 중에 일어나므로 일반 위생관리가 안전성 확보를 위한 주된 타겟이 되며, 일반위생관리규정은 적정제조기준(GMP : Good manufacturing practice)과 함께 HACCP시스템을 적용하기 위한 보조 프로그램으로서 반드시 확립되고 관리되어야할 프로그램이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빵류 제품을 생산, 가공, 포장하여 시판하는 제빵업체에 HACCP시스템을 적용시키고자 빵류 제품을 대상으로 하여 생산 제품의 안전성 및 위생 상태를 미생물학적 방법을 평가하고, 원료의 공정에 따른 위생분석을 행하여 CCP및 CL을 결정하여 빵류제품의 HACCP일반 모델을 제시하였다. 이러한 일반위생관리기준과 HACCP 일반모델은 빵류 제품의 안전성 확보 및 HACCP적용에 도움이 될 것으로 판단된다.

This paper addresses the financial performance effect according to the implementation of SCM packages. Eight financial performance measures were selected based on the literature review. KIS-FAS2004 data on the fifteen companies that implemented SCM packages before December, 2003 were collected to test the effect of SCM implementation. The obtained experimental results show that there are some differences on financial performance measures between before and after the SCM implementation.

The existing PKI authentication structure uses the OCSP method. The primary task of OCSP is to verify the status of a transaction after verifying the validity of the certificate; but, because of continuing policy changes and updates within the PKI authentication method, the status of certificates and the structures are not consistent. The 7th national curriculum takes a strong stance for a student-centered curriculum as well as operating and management flexibility at the school level. This study explored the procedures of and the status on implementation of the 7th national English curriculum at the primary level. It examined the processes taken by the local boards of education in due course of facilitating the schools with the school level curriculum implementation, and the schools and teachers for the actual curriculum implementation. To achieve the goal of the study, it was conducted by questionnaires for teacher and supervisors, classroom observation, and teacher interviews. Results were interpreted by the core aspects of the 7th national curriculum: curriculum reconstruction, student-centeredness, and specialization of the curriculum. Three major elements were found in the process of curriculum modification: firstly, the local boards of education was not enough to support so that the schools developed and implemented the school-based curricula secondly, teachers did not exert autonomy in interpreting and applying curriculum to their classrooms, and finally, there was a high demand for teachers and experts with potential in the schools as well as in the board of education. For the successful settlement of curriculum, continuous efforts are needed to involve teachers in the process of curriculum implementation.

지금까지 정부는 안전관리체제의 구축과 정착을 위해 다각적으로 사업을 추진하여 왔다. 이제는 기업에서 회사 실정에 맞게 안전관리체제가 잘 운영되고 있는 지를 자체 진단하고 평가하는 과정이 필요하겠다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 안전관리체제를 모니터링하고 운영성과를 평가할 수 있는 모형 개발과 안전관리체제를 운영할 수 있는 실행지원 모듈 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 또한 주로 사용하게 될 경영과학 분야의 주요 의사결정 방법 하나인 AHP 기법을 검토했다.

Recently, many universities over the world are struggling to have the competitive edge. Some of them are implementing ISO management system for an efficient administration processes and safe and clean environment. For many years, ISO 9000 quality management systems have been widely adopted in the universities, while only a few universities are implementing ISO 14000 environmental management system in their educational system. In this study, we proposed how to implement ISO 14001: 1996(E) environmental management system in universities and showed the case study of Daegu Health College's ISO 14001 environmental management system.

This study presents a way for the successful implementation of GSCP(Global Supply Chain Planning) system in global extended enterprise. We identify the CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for the implementation of GSCP system from the results of implementation in two Korean manufacturing companies. Four CSFs are as follows : supply chain strategy and road-map for implementation, organizational characteristics and change management, IT(Information Technology) Infrastructure and standardization, performance measurement and assessment. The outcome of this study would help firms considering the implementation of GSCP system and developing the supply chain strategy.

Recently, as the 6 Sigma is being recognized as elementary and strategic means to improve the effectiveness of SCM(Supply Chain Management), there may be few business who does not operate 6 Sigma innovation program. Under such a circumstance, this study is aimed at expediting 6 Sigma pervasion by considering supplier evaluating scheme. It is recognized that this evaluating mechanism can be used as a great tool for the everlasting run of 6 Sigma in Korea.\
