최근에 "선박의 밸러스트수와 침전물의 제어 및 관리를 위한 국제협약 "이 채택되면서 국내에서도 이 국제협약을 수용하기 위한 방안이 필요하다. 외국의 밸러스트수 제어/관리 동향을 살펴보고, 국내의 환경관계법규들을 비교·검토함으로써 밸러스트수관리협약을 수용하기 위한 국내 입법화 방안을 제시하였다.

This study was carried out to investigate the presence of L. pneumophila in indoor air and water collected from 692 air conditioning cooling towers at different public facilities. For these 4 years (2001～2004) of investigation, water samples were collected in high air conditioner operating month (from July to September) at department stores, hotels, offices, hospitals, discount stores, and public agencies. It was found that L. pneumophila was present in water samples from 47 air conditioning cooling towers. The detection rate of L. pneumophila was 7.6% in 2001, 10.7% in 2002, and 9.5% in 2003, respectively. When we compared the 4 air conditioner operating months, the highest rate of L. pneumophila detection was obtained in the water samples of July. The detection rate of L. pneumophila differed among different facilities. The highest detection rate of 17.9% was found in samples from department stores. L. pneumophila was detected similarly in water samples from hospitals (8.3%) and offices (8.2%). pH, temperature, and turbidity in the 47 L. pneumophila positive water samples ranged from pH 7 to 9, from 25℃ to 38℃, and from 1.0 to 3.5, respectively.

Probably, we can say the tours in Yexia is a beautiful memory only belonging to Chaopi, while Xie lingyun overstated it as a memory of the high class collectivity.

A centralized inventory system provides a number of stores with cost reduction, information sharing. To build centralized warehouses, two things should be considered: how many warehouses are required and where these are located. The number and location of centralized warehouses can be determined in minimizing total costs and then these cost reductions should be allocated fairly to each store. Since it is too time-intensive to find an optimal solution of minimizing total costs, this paper presents heuristics and compares its results with an optimal solution.

A number of stores can save costs by forming central warehouses. In this paper, transportation cost is included in the inventory model with the continuous review policy, namely, (Q,R) policy. The objective of this paper is to develop an efficient simulated annealing algorithm and heuristic for large-scale problems of determining the location and the number of central warehouses by minimizing total costs. Some computational results and suggestions for future research are also discussed.

This implies in turn that the negative binomial distribution is obtained by mixing the mean of the Poisson distribution with a gamma distribution. The purpose of this paper is to give an interpretation of the negative binomial demand process by considering the sources of variability in the unknown Poisson parameter. Such variability comes from the unknown demand rate and the unknown lead time interval.

측지연속 적심과 관수부위를 확대하여 재배한 결과, 정식 후 30일경의 생육특성은 처리간 유의성이 없었다. 그러나 장측지 발생수는 측지연속 적심과 관수부위 확대 처리구가 주당 10.1개로 가장 많았고, 측지연속 적심과 관행관수 처리구는 8.9개이었으며, 측지 1줄 연장재배와 관수부위 확대 처리구는 5.7개, 대조구는 5.6개이었다. 단측지는 4.9-3.7개로 처리간 유의성이 없었지만 총측지 발생수는 측지연속 적심과 더불어 관수부위를 확대시킨 처리구와 측지연속 적심과 관행관수 방법으로 관리한 처리구가 각각 15개와 12.5개로 많았으며, 측지 1줄 연장재배와 관수부위 확대 처리구, 측지 1줄 연장 재배와 관수부위를 확대하지 않은 처리구가 각각 10.6개와 9.7개이었다. 상품수량에 있어서는 측지연속 적심과 관수부위 확대 처리구가 60,380kg/ha으로 대조구에 비해 38% 증수되었고, 측지연속 적심과 관행관수 처리구가 54,670 kg/ha으로 25% 증수되었으며, 측지 1줄 연장재배와 관수부위 확대 처리구는 46,400kg/ha으로 6% 증수효과가 있었다. 즉, 백침계 오이를 재배할 경우, 측지는 연속 적심을 하고 관수부위를 생육 중후기에 이동시켜 주는 것이 측지 1줄기를 연장재배하고 관수 부위를 확대하지 않는 처리에 비해 측지 발생도 많고 수량이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

알루미늄 용액과 갈근 열수 추출액의 급여가 흰쥐의 Aldosterone, rennin의 호르몬과 GOT, GPT. LDH의 효소 활성도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 식이섭취량은 각 실험군간에 유의성은 나타나지 않았으며 체중증가량은 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 단독 급여군에 비하여 갈근과 알루미늄의 병합 급여군이 유의적으로 감소하였다. 신장조직은 다론 조직에 비하여 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 단독 급여군은 1.78~1.83g이었으나 알루미늄과 갈근 병합 급여군은 2.10~2.19g으로 유의적으로 증가하였다 rennin 활성도에서 각각 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 급여군은 399.98~464.58ngAl/ml/hr에 비하여 알루미늄과 갈근 병합 급여군이 289.74~88ngAl/ml/hr으로 알루미늄 단독 급여군에 비하여 유의적으로 감소하였다. aldosterone 활성도는 각각 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 병합 급여군은 1351.60~1394.83pg/ml 알루미늄과 갈근 열수 추출물 병합 급여군이 954.54(~9632.57pg/ml으로 알루미늄 병합 급여군에 비하여 감소하였다. GOT는 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 단독 급여군은 258.60~395.80IU/L인데 비하여 알루미늄과 갈근 열수 추출물 병합 급여군이 314.20~320.20IU/L으로 유의적으로 감소하였다. GPT는 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 급여군은 100.40~108.20IU/L인데 비하여 갈근 열수 추출액 급여군과 알루미늄 병합 급여군은 70.80~81.00IU/L으로 유의적으로 감소하였다. LDH는 농도를 달리한 알루미늄 급여군은 3157.20~3726.20IU/L인데 비하여 갈근 열수 추출액 급여와 알루미늄 동시 병합 급여군은 2846.60~2993.20IU/L으로 유의적으로 감소하여 갈근 열수 추출액 급여군에 의한 알루미늄 중독 완화 효과를 볼 수 있었다.

nano cubes with high catalase activity were synthesized by reduction of freshly prepared Cu in distilled water at and their catalase activities of were studied. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation showed that most of these nanocubes were uniform in size, with the average edge length of 30 nm. Selected area electron diffraction of TEM revealed that the nanocube consisted of single crystalline , but it changed to CuO phase. The catalase activity depends on the amount of both cuprite phase and surface area.

국내에서 재배되고 있는 약용버섯인 상황(P. baumii) 자실체의 열수 추출물로 부터 건강 기능성 식품 및 의약품개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 항암실험 및 면역효과에 대한 실험을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 사용한 PMO-P4의 경우 rDNA의 ITS부위의 염기서열 분석을 통한 계통분석결과 P. baumii로 판명 되었으며, PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분(HWE-P4)을 160mg/kg/day의 농도로하여 Sarcoma-180 암세포를 유발한 마우스에 경구투여한 결과 A군의 경우, 종양억제효과는 35.3%로 대조군보다 유의성 있게 감소하였으며(p<0.05), 생명연장 효과는 156%증가한 것으로 나타났다. 시료의 경구투여 방법에 있어서도 시료를 먼저 2주간 투여한 후 암세포를 접종한 A군의 경우가 시료 투여와 암세포 접종을 동시에 실시한 B군의 경우 보다 종양억제효과 및 생명연장효과가 높았음을 알 수 있었다. A군의 경우 대조군에 비하여 CD4/CD8의 비율이 71.4%증가 하였으며, CD25(IL-2receptor chain)분자의 발현을 5배정도 증가시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이러한 결과로 보아 P. baumii로 밝혀진 PMO-P4 자실체로부터 열수 추출한 성분의 항암효과는 암세포를 직접 공격하여 항암효과를 나타내기 보다는 T cell등의 면역세포를 활성화시킴으로써 암세포를 억제 혹은 사멸시키는 것으로 생각된다.
