        In the policy management system of the safety&health(same as the environment and the quality), the documentation of the management system is required in various international standards & guides. In case of 3 level classification of the system documents, it generally will be identified such name as the manual, the procedure(or the process) and the job instruction. Each level of the document has the unique role and usage though, the job instructions, especially, would be developed to support the practical job worker. Considering such document level, the job instructions should be reflect the latest know-how of the job-handling methods. And that, it should be used at any times by the related job worker. This paper is prepared for surveying the actual usage status of the job instructions of the domestic enterprises holding ISO certificate and trying to suggest the better way of application of the system documents.

        In this study, actual status of safety management for the objects of 173 university, government research institution, and corporate affiliated research center was carried out through questionnaires. For unexpected accident status according to kinds, scale, and types of laboratories, frequency analysis using cross analysis and multiple replies analysis was used. The result of this study is judged to be used for laboratory safety education prevention programs, laboratory environment improvement, investment or improvement of laboratories through the actual safety management status of laboratories such as vulnerable works for generation of unexpected sudden accidents according to kind, scale, and type of laboratories, period of occurrence, prevention education, necessity for preliminary test, and cause of laboratory accidents.

        To evaluate biochemical safety of gejang distributed in Korea, 33 samples were collected and analyzed for indicator microorganisms, pathogen, parasite, pH, volatile basic nitrogen(VBN), salinity, 3-MCPD, histamine, and synthetic food colors. Total plate counts of gejang were the range of 3 to 7 log cfu/g and coliform were the range of ND to 4 log cfu/g. Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected from 4 samples, and Escherichia coli (1 log cfu/g) and copepoda were detected from 1 sample among those. pH and VBN value of samples were the range of 6.69 to 8.10 and 21.99 to 94.55 mg%, respectively. The ranges of salinity concentration for ganjang chamgejang, ganjang ggokgejang, and ganjang dolgejang were 11.6~32.6%, 2.8~20.5%, and 11.6~13.3%, respectively. But, the range of salinity concentration of yangnum gejang was 2.6~9.4%, which was lower than ganjang gejang. Besides, 3-MCPD, histamine and synthetic food colors were not detected. From the results, most of gejang was appropriate for Korea national standard for food regulation, but still biological hygiene control for raw materials, processing, and distribution should be improved.

        화석연료 사용으로 인한 환경오염 및 에너지원가 상승이 큰 문제로 대두되고 있는 현재의 상황을 타개하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 신 재생에너지에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 특히 서해안에 위치하고 있는 새만금 지역은 광활한 면적과 서북서풍이라는 큰 장점을 가지고 있어 풍력발전의 적지로 예상된다. 본 연구는 이러한 예상을 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 풍력자원을 조사한 것으로 군산지역의 평균풍속은 4 m/s 정도이며, 도서지방을 연계하는 해상풍력발전 단지의 최적지로 손색이 없음을 밝혔다. 또한, 풍력자원의 출현밀도를 판별하는 Weibull의 분포함수를 이용하여 계산하고, 형상계수를 매개변수로 하여 풍속밀도계산을 한 결과, 군산지방의 풍속출현을 예상할 수 있었다.

        This study aims to present the fundamental strategies for improving the Indoor Air Quality ( IAQ ) in newly unoccupied apartment units. The results of this study can be summarized as follows, The field survey of 160 newly unoccupied units with airtight doors and windows showed that the concentrations of HCHO and TVOC were higher than the standards. The emission rates of HCHO and TVOC were proportional to the height. The small chamber test of pollutant concentration for building materials showed that pollutants were emitted dominantly from the wood furnishings and adhesives.

        최근 선박충돌사고 또는 좌초사고와 같은 중대한 해양사고를 조사할 때, 사고 관련자의 피로도(Fatigue)가 선박의 안전운항에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 인간과실(Human error) 유발요인으로 작용하여 항해사의 인지능력 및 업무수행능력을 저하시키는 중요한 요인으로 인식되고 있고, 이에 대한 많은 연구가 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 해양사고관련자에 대한 피로도를 체계적으로 조사 분석하기 위한 일환으로 미국연안경비대의 피로도 조사프로그램을 분석하여 국내 해양안전심판원 웹사이트에 조사프로그램을 구현하였으며, 그 결과를 고찰하여 효율적인 피로도조사가 수행 가능하도록 몇 가지 방안을 검토하였다.

        본 연구에서는 소비자 지향적 마케팅시대에 직면하여 국내외 농산물 소비수요의 변화에 대응하고 친환경농산물의 유통개선을 도모하기 위하여 소비자들의 친환경농산물에 대한 인식과 구매패턴을 조사분석 하였다. 결과를 토대로 시사점을 요약하면 첫째, 친환경농산물의 소비저변을 확대시키기 위한 가장 시급한 문제는 생산자인 농민들이 아니라 소비자들에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하는 것이 무엇보다도 중요함을 알 수 있다. 이를 위해서는 다양하고 안전한 판로개척과 품질경쟁력 제고, 소포장 규격화 판매, 품질인증제도를 통한 브랜드화 추진, 리콜제 실시 등을 통해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 한다. 둘째, 정부의 친환경농산물정책에 대한 지속적이 홍보와 교육이 이루어지고 또한 감독강화가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. 특히 친환경농산물 유통구조에서 농민들과 직접 거래를 하는 직거래나 인터넷 거래를 활성화시킴으로서 소비자들에 의한 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 계기가 마련될 것이다. 셋째, 친환경농산물에 대한 품질관리가 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 이는 중앙정부의 감독관리도 중요하지만 지역별 품질인증기관을 육성하고 품질인증기관이 생산과정에 대한 투명성을 철저히 보장할 수 있도록 제도화하여 친환경농산물에 대해 소비자들로부터 신뢰를 얻어야 할 것으로 보인다. 마지막으로 친환경농산물 생산농가가 판매에 대한 어려움을 지자체 등이 적극적으로 나서 지원을 아끼지 않아야 할 것으로 판단된다.

        Recently Korean government introduced and strengthened the environmental polices to manage and enhance indoor air quality as a major assignment. As a result,“Indoor Air Quality Management Act”has been activated since May 2004. However, among many multi-usage facilities, the school environment has been excluded from such regulations. Thus, the purpose of this study is to survey indoor aerosol and CO2 concentrations in a university library which is one of major school facilities. Concentrations of PM10, PM2.5, and PM1 were intensively measured every 5 minute interval by means of a dust monitor with light-scattering principle. The mini-volume air samplers were used further to analyze inorganic elemental compositions of PM10 and to inter-compare with the dust monitor. Carbon dioxide was simultaneously monitored by a multi-gas monitor equipped with a non-dispersive infrared system. PM10 concentrations did not exceed the indoor air quality standard(150㎍/㎥) for all the sampling places. However, quick and steep increases of aerosol concentration were observed during the Asian Dust storm period. In addition, the concentration of PM10(74.1㎍/㎥) in the main university office was the highest among the entire sampling places. Although there was no specific pollution source in the library, the levels of aerosol and CO2 increased quickly due to various outdoor sources and human activities. The average CO2 concentration measured in three reading rooms, where ventilation was not fully operated, exceeded the indoor air quality standard of 1,000 ppm. Based on these case studies, effective management and reduction plans for indoor aerosol and CO2 were suggested for the large scale public buildings including university libraries.

        This research aimed to Kimchi to be well known in the World, which to be international food on the each nation and each people, each religion cultural area, with having done Kimchi adaptation plan for localization. Among the plan, Kimchi utilization ways with the localization strategy in Turkish dietary life were investigated to the Kimchi preference, improvement points on Turkish view, for the Turkey person it would be able to apply in Turkish food culture, and the results are as follows. 1. According to sex of Chinese cabbage Kimchi preference, men (M=3.75 ± 0.89) appeared higher than women (M=3.62 ± 0.88). Color or appearance preference after Chinese cabbage Kimchi taste was investigated in order that red 〉 burnish felt 〉 transparent 〉 yellow, and the smell preference which was hot(M=4.64 ± 1.37) appeared highest. A hot taste felt most intensely, and it was investigated in order that aftertaste〉 salty taste 〉 sourness 〉 off flavor taste 〉 fermented fish source taste 〉 sweetness〉 carbonic acid by the followings. For the feeling of texture of Kimchi, the crunch was higher than durable tough(it was visible the consider difference of the sex 2. That the Korean Kimchi hit to a palatable taste, against 109 people (72.2%) answered suitable appetite to this taste, and the reason which was in order of that hot tasty 〉 appearance 〉 chewing texture 〉 red 〉 fermented flavor was investigated. Did not hit to a taste 42 people (27.8%) answer back, with the reason that was investigated in order of hot tasty 〉 appearance 〉 red 〉 fermented flavor 〉 chewing texture. The hot tasty of Kimchi was commonly presented that hit and did not hit to appetite taste against people. 3. Among the Turkish food, similar foods for Kimchi were answered in order of Lahana Tursu (44.2 %) 〉 Kapuska (25.9 %) 〉 Lahana Prasa (11.1%), and similar food category were that Chinese cabbage or various vegetables to be pickling food and to be dressing salad with salt and vinegar. The accompanied or garnished Turkich food category for Kimchi were answered in order of cooking meat (34.1%)〉 steamed cooking rice (22.7%)〉 cooking fish (17.0%)〉 cooking soybean (14.2%). This result was same tendency with steamed cooking rice accompaniment for Kimchi in Korea and Turkey, and could be applied a new main menu like meat cooking and fish cooking dish which matched and accompanied with Kimchi.
