        자본 집약적 환경에서 지식 집약적 환경으로 전환하면서 많은 기업들은 무형의 자본에 막대한 규모의 투자를 하고 있으며, 인간관계 중심의 경제 네트워크인 사회적 자본은 더욱 중요시 되고 있다. 조직의 무형 자본이 진정으로 경쟁우위의 원천이 되는 자원이라면 조직 내의 사회적 자본이 성과에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지 밝힐 필요가 있다. 기존의 연구 대부분이 조직의 보유자원이 성과에 영향을 준다 는 것에 관해서는 공통된 의견을 나타내고 있지만, 사회적 자본이 어떻게 성과로 연계되는지에 관해서는 논의의 여지가 존재한다. 따라서 사회적 자본이 성과로 연결되는 경로를 인지하기 위해서는 사회적 자본 이 어떻게 작용하는 지에 관한 운영 프로세스가 분명하게 밝혀져야 한다. 본 연구는 사회적 자본 차원들인 구조적 차원(예; 유대강도), 인지적 차원(예; 공유된 가치 및 규범), 관계적 차원(예; 구성원들 간의 신뢰) 간의 인과적 관계와 조직 내 구성원들의 사회적 자본과 직무만족, 협력행동 간의 관계를 통합적으로 살펴보기 위하여 중소 제조업체 종사자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시 하고 공변량 구조방정식모형을 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 첫째, 사회적 자본 중 구조적 차원이 관계적 차원에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 사회적 자본 중 인지적 차원 역시 관계적 차원에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구조적 차원, 인지적 차원, 관계적 차원 모두 직무만족에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 셋째, 직무만족은 협력 행동에 정(+)의 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 사회적 자본 3가지 차원의 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었으며 조직 내 구성원들의 긍정적 인 행동인 협력행동을 이끌어내기 위해서 사회적 자본 형성에 관심을 가질 필요가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

        본 연구는 국립공원 탐방객 개인의 라이프스타일에 따른 만족도 차이가 존재하는지에 대한 파악을 위해 수행되었다. 북한산국립공원 탐방객 대상의 자기기입식 설문조사를 통해 라이프스타일을 분류하고, 집단별 만족도 차이를 검증하였다. 탐방객 라이프스타일은 탐색적 요인분석 결과 5개 요인으로 구분되었으며, 이들 5개 요인을 이용하여 군집분석을 실시하여 4개의 군집이 적합군집으로 분류되었다. 라이프스타일에 따른 군집별 만족도 차이분석 결과, 각 군집별 만족도는 통계적으 로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 군집유형 중에는 적극적인 성향집단에서 만족도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 다음으 로 사회적 성향집단, 개인적 성향집단, 소극적 성향집단의 순으로 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이러한 탐방객 사회문화적 변수로서 라이프스타일 유형별 만족도 차이는 국립공원에서의 탐방객 관련 시설 및 프로그램 운영에 있어 전체 탐방객 대상의 통합적 접근 보다는 탐방객 유형별 세분화 접근의 필요성을 시사한다.

        This study aimed to investigate the influence of consumers' innovativeness, perceived benefits of home shopping mobile apps, and satisfaction with telephone orders on switching to and satisfaction with such apps (for those who have used these apps). This study also investigated the influence of the aforementioned factors on the intention to switch to home shopping mobile apps (for those who have not used these apps). Data were collected from 546 customers ranging in age from 18 to 59 with experience purchasing fashion goods from home shopping networks, and 502 of the questionnaires were used in the statistical analyses. Structure equation models were employed using AMOS 23.0. The results were as follows: for consumers experienced with home shopping mobile apps, their innovativeness and perceived benefits of such apps (convenience, usefulness) influenced their switching behavior. Additionally, consumers' innovativeness and perceived benefits of these apps (usefulness, accessibility, interactiveness) affected their satisfaction with the apps. For those not experienced with home shopping mobile apps, consumers' innovativeness and perceived benefits of the apps (interactiveness, security, enjoyment) influenced their intention to switch to these apps. These results indicate that different strategies should be developed for home shopping consumers experienced and inexperienced with these apps for the improvement of app satisfaction.

        The aims of this study were to investigate usage status, menu preference, quality evaluation and satisfaction of homedelivered meal box for children from low-income families in Chungcheongbuk-do, Korea. A total of 320 children and their guardians who had received home-delivered meal boxes participated in 2015. A total of respondents (62.2%) were children and teenagers, and 37.8% were guardians. The 47.7% of children and 43.8% of guardians were using the home delivery service more than one year. Most of the children and guardians answered ‘eat almost’, ‘eat all meals’ served meal box, 75.3%, 81.8%, respectively. After receiving the meal box at home, 35.2% of children consumed meals within 1~2 hours, whereas 32.8% of the guardians were ate within 2~6 hours. It was founded that ‘throw away leftovers’ was the highest and followed ‘give it others’ in a way to treat leftovers. The results of preference survey on meats, seafood, showed that ‘chicken nugget’ (4.07) and ‘stir-fried fish cake with vegetable’ (3.63) were the highest points for children, whereas ‘grilled LA beef ribs’ (3.98) and ‘stir-fried anchovies’ (3.72) were the highest point for guardians. ‘Seasoned leaves marinated in soy sauce’ was the highest preference among vegetables and another dish for respondents. Frozen products were the most preferred types of meal boxes on the menu. In the quality evaluation of home-delivered meal box, although satisfaction with service and packaging of the meal box were high, the satisfaction of food quality was relatively low.

        The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for development of vinegar-based sauce and menu for foodservice institution and restaurant. To accomplish this, importance-performance analysis (IPA) was adopted as the major research method by analyzing the overall perception and characteristics of purchasing of vinegar-based sauce. A significant difference was detected in all items except package design for importance and satisfaction (p<0.01). Highest importance and satisfaction were determined for taste and convenience, respectively. Price and additive belonged to quadrant 2, where level of importance is low but satisfaction is high. Preference and satisfaction showed significant differences in all items (p<0.05). Meat and seafood belonged to quadrant 2 where level of importance is low but satisfaction is high. Developing a variety of vinegar-based sauces that meet consumers' well-being needs is needed

        The purpose of this study was to investigate eating habits and dormitory foodservices’ satisfaction in university students using dormitory foodservice in the Jeollabuk-do Iksan area. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 195 students (86 male, 109 female). Many students (58.5%) ate less than two meals per day and spent around 30 min eating meals. The results show that snack and midnight meals were the main reasons (37.9%) for unhealthy eating habits. Main source of nutritional knowledge and information were TV and the Internet (58.5%), followed by friends and people (25.1%), nutrition books (10.3%), elective courses (4.6%), and newspapers and magazines (1.5%). Men had significantly higher satisfaction scores for nutrition, taste, diversity of menu, as well as hygiene of dormitory food court compared to women (p<0.05). Salty taste was the most important factor in evaluation of taste satisfaction, whereas sour taste was opposite. The reason for taste dissatisfaction in the dormitory food court was not salty enough, and it may be related with their eating habits. The results show that students need education for adequate knowledge and information about the relationship between health and nutrition.

        The purpose of this study was to determine the association between school administrator support as perceived by nutrition teachers (dietitians) and job satisfaction in order to provide data concerning efficient job performance of nutrition teachers, to determine effects of school administrator support on job satisfaction in nutrition teachers, and to provide basic data that could help improve school meals. Major supporters of nutrition teachers (dietitians) were chief administrators (55.3%), principals (27.2%), assistant principals (15.0%), and managers in charge (2.4%). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.38 for perception of school administrator support, 3.66 for emotional support, 3.27 for informational support, 3.22 for instrumental support, and 3.11 for evaluation support. Support of nutrition teachers (dietitians) by school managers included emotional support (3.66)>informational support (3.27)>instrumental support (3.22)>evaluative support (3.11). Nutrition teachers (dietitians) scored 3.37 for job satisfaction, as follows: work performance (4.19)>interpersonal relationships (3.39)>job satisfaction in general (3.37)>job itself (3.29)>job environment (3.07)>performance rating and benefits system (2.70). Statistically significant correlation was observed between perception of school administrator support and job satisfaction (r= .771, p< .01). Therefore, school administrators are necessary to provide evaluative supports to nutrition teachers (dietitians), performance assessment, employee benefit packages, and improvement of school meal plans and quality.

        The objective of the present study is to analyze whether there is a difference in visit experience that is based on scenic site types and to identify the influence factors of satisfaction with scenic site visits. In doing so, this study aims to provide policy-related implications for improving the scenic site categorization process with utilization in mind and for improving scenic site visitors’ experience and satisfaction levels. To this end, the study selected five representative scenic sites by scenic site type, categorized them based on the assumption that the scenic sites will be utilized as government- designated cultural assets, and conducted a survey among the visitors at the target sites. Through the survey, 654 samples were collected and used for ANOVA and regression analysis. Analysis results showed that scenic site visitors were found to travel by car about two hours on average and that approximately half of the visitors visit a scenic site without knowing its designation status. A similar trend was manifested in all scenic site types. The results of analyzing visitor experience in scenic sites showed that most visitors frequently experience the aesthetic and escapism of scenic sites while their education experience and the entertainment experience were relatively low. In addition, there was a minor discrepancy between the characteristics of scenic site type and the visitors’ actual experience; it is speculated that such a tendency arises because the current conditions and policy for utilizing scenic sites fail to fully reflect the characteristics of the resources that each scenic site has. The result of analyzing the influence factors on scenic site visit satisfaction showed that visitors’ experience levels had a stronger impact on visit satisfaction than visitors’ individual characteristics or user behavior characteristics did. In conclusion, the findings of the present study have the following implications: In order to eliminate the discrepancy between the characteristics of scenic site type and the actual experience of visitors, it is necessary to establish utilization strategies based on scenic site types; in order to improve scenic site visitors’ satisfaction levels, it is crucial to promote a scenic site utilization policy that focuses on visitor experience.

        The purpose of this study is to verify the role of moderating effect of pay system on the relation between organizational justice and employee’s pay level satisfaction. By default, it would be a justice find out a positive impact on pay levels satisfaction members feel. It will examine the mediating effect of the wage system the main purpose of this study is to prove their relationship. A survey was conducted to examine the role of moderating effect of pay system on the responses of 218 employees. sex, education, status, and service type were chosen as control variable, and the regression model which treated the distributive justice and procedural justice as independent variable was set. A pay system was supposed as moderating variable of the relation between organizational justice and pay level satisfaction, In addition the pay system have a dummy variable (if pay system is lower than the average, pay system is 0, else pay system is 1). The result showed that the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction are significantly unique. This means that pay system moderates the relation of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. These results are different from the prior researches which had treated pay system as mediative variable of organizational justice and pay level satisfaction. This difference may be from the property of attitude variable. For example, pay satisfaction is individual-based attitude. Moreover, organizational committment has the instrumentality for future reward, while pay satisfaction does not. The future study should consider the properties of these variables and other employee's attitude variables.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate students’ satisfaction with, perceived ease of movement of, and perceived fit of high school girls’ uniforms according to the uniform design. “P” high school, with a one-piece dress-type uniform, and “H” high school, with a two-piece type uniform, were selected for this study. Sixty-five female students from each school participated in the study. The questionnaire was composed of 21 questions about the school uniforms’ purchase behavior, design, fit, ease of movement, and modification and participants’ demographic information. Students from both schools were generally satisfied with the uniform design. However, in the open-ended response section, many “P” high school students responded that the fact that the one-piece dress pulled up when sitting or raising the hand made it uncomfortable. On the other hand, “H” high school students responded that the skirt was uncomfortable, because it left the body or underwear exposed when the wind blew due to the many pleats in the skirt. In the assessment of the ease of movement, “P” high school students were more likely to describe the uniform as uncomfortable than “H” high school students. Many students responded that they modified their school uniforms, and the length of the skirt and one-piece dress was the main part that was modified. This study suggests that growing female high school students are unsatisfied with the school uniforms’ design and fit. Additionally, the perceived fit and satisfaction levels depend on the uniform design.

        Level of urbanization in China has reached 53.73% in 2013, indicating a tremendous progress on the urbanization of China. On the other hand, the number of villages in China reduces by around one million from 3.6 million in 2000 to 2.7 million in 2010 (Zhang, 2014). Issues in both urban and rural areas of China appear, including the imbalance between increased population and limited resources in urban region, and more significantly, the increasing disparity between rural and urban areas. Chinese researchers interpret and analyse these matters from different perspectives. For instance, Zheng (2006) and Ma (2006) suggest the importance of the infrastructure construction and public service. Wu (2006) advises that the government should pay attention to the development of the secondary and tertiary industry. Wen (2005) proposes that the improvement of social institution and the recovery of social cultural environment are required to achieve sustainability in the urbanization process in China. Previous studies in environmental psychology put quality of life, attachment to place, and residence satisfaction at the center to understand the relationship between inhabitants and their neighborhood of residence. However, there are gaps in this research realm in both practice and theories. Firstly, very limited research studies this environmental psychology issue in China (e.g. Mao, Fornara, Manca, Bonnes, & Bonaiuto, 2015). Secondly, there are different opinions on the causal order between quality, attachment, and satisfaction. Research on the relationship between perceived residential environment quality (PREQ), place attachment, and environmental satisfaction has not reached a consensus. The debate on the direction of the causal relationship between perceived quality and satisfaction has been summarized by Bradya and Robertson (2001). They conclude that the quality to satisfaction causal order holds up well across diverse cultures. However, relevant debate is still ongoing. A number of research articles place satisfaction as an antecedent to attachment, e.g. Chen, Dwyer, and Firth (2014); Lee, Kyle, and Scott (2012); Ramkissoon and Mavondo (2015); etc. Some argue that place attachment is an indicator of satisfaction. Kyle et al. (2004) investigate the effect of place attachment on the perceived values of tourists and find that place attachment is an important factor explaining the variance of perceived values. This is supported by research e.g. Hwang, Lee, and Chen (2005); Prayag and Ryan (2012); Yuksel, Yuksel, Biljm (2010); etc. As to the relationship between perceived quality and attachment, the debate has not stopped. Through comparisons, Mesch and Manor (1996) conclude that the residents who give a higher evaluation of the social and natural environment may have greater place attachment. Brown, Perkins, and Brown (2003) also suggest that the residents who agree that the street environment is better would attach to this place. Sam, Bayram, and Bilgel (2012) have certified the relationship between residential environment quality and place attachment. Furthermore, Borrie and Roggenbuck (2001) and Walker and Ryan (2008) find that the connection between human beings and the nature environment would affect their affection toward the environment. It means that the closer the relationship with the nature environment is, the stronger the attachment would be, which in turn, enhances the intentions to protect the environment. This quality to satisfaction relationship is supported by other research such as Bonaiuto, Aiello, Perugini, Bonnes, and Ercolani (1999); Grisaffe and Nguyen (2011); Yu, Chen, and Chen (2015); etc. Nevertheless, a different opinion arguing that attachment to a place may affect one’s perception on the quality related to a place is emerging in tourism research (e.g. Neuvonen, Pouta, & Sievänen, 2010). This paper takes the credit of quality → attachment → satisfaction causal order as the initial model and proposes three hypotheses as follows. H1a: One’s PREQ has a positive impact on his/her attachment to this place; H2a: One’s attachment to a place has a positive impact on his/her satisfaction to the environmental settings in this place; H3a: Place attachment in addition performs as a mediating role between PREQ and environment satisfaction.To be noted, the initial model has its theoretical basis as discussed above but is not necessarily the absolute optimal model. Relatively, this model provides more theoretical interpretation and practical implications in the specific research context: residential psychology in urban and rural areas of China. On this basis, this article further examines a competing model illustrating an alternative theoretical framework on the relationships between these three constructs (satisfaction → attachment → quality). Relatively, another group of hypotheses in this competing model is listed as follows. H1b: One’s attachment to a place has a positive impact on his/her PREQ; H2b: One’s satisfaction to the environmental settings in this place has a positive impact on his/her attachment to this place; H3b: Place attachment in addition performs as a mediating role between environment satisfaction and PREQ. A survey approach is employed and data are collected from several backgrounds. Dataset A (rural) is collected from three villages from Heilongjiang Province and two villages from Shandong Province in China from July to August 2014. The choices of the provinces, rural areas, and the sampling process are random. 490 valid questionnaires are included in the data analysis. Dataset B (urban) is collected via an online survey portal, which allows a nationwide sampling reach. In total 1368 online survey entries are recorded and 420 valid questionnaires are included, resulting in a valid rate of 30.7%. The measures for each construct are based on an extensive literature review. The measurement of perceived residential environment quality is from Sam, Bayram, & Bilgel’s (2012) development on the perception of residential environment. The measurement of place attachment in this study is adopted from Kyle, Graefe, and Manning’s (2005) and Chen, Dwyer, and Firth’s (2014) evaluation based place attachment dimensionality and scales. As for the scale of environmental satisfaction, Pelletier, Legault, and Tuson’s (1996) measure was applied. All the entire variables adopted multiple-item, 5-point Likert scales were adopted, where “1” indicated “strongly disagree” and “5” indicated “strongly agree”. After pre-testing the preliminary version of the survey instrument, a revised version was developed. This study adopts structural equation modeling (SEM) based on partial least squares (PLS) modeling given the small sample size and the explorative purpose of this study (Dijkstra & Henseler, 2015a). The software used was Smart PLS 3.0. The reliability and validity of the constructs were assessed. Cronbach’s alpha and the value of CR of each construct were found to exceed the cut-off value of 0.70 (Fornell & Larcker, 1981), except for adequacy of education which is close to 0.70 (only for Cronbach’s alpha but not for CR). Furthermore, the AVE of each construct exceeded the variance attributable to its measurement error cut-off value of 0.50 (Chin, 1998; Fornell & Larcker, 1981). In addition, heterotrait-monotrait ratio (HTMT) is recommended as a better method to test discriminant validity (Henseler, Dijkstra, Sarstedt, Ringle, Diamantopoulos, Straub, Ketchen, Hair, Hult, & Calantone, 2014). The result shows that there is neither value of the HTMT higher than the threshold of 0.85 nor confidence interval containing the value one, indicating that all the constructs exhibit satisfactory discriminant validity. The hypothesized effects in the theoretical model were tested by structural equation modeling (SEM). The first group of models tested the effect of perceived environmental quality on environmental satisfaction through place attachment i.e. initial model (Model A, Model B, Model C), while the second group of models tested the reverse effect of environmental satisfaction on perceived environmental quality through place attachment (Model D, Model E, Model F). Both the full model and the multi-group model were tested. The value of SRMR of the full model that tests either the effect of perceived environmental quality on environmental satisfaction (SRMR = 0.104, t = 41.826, p < 0.001) or the reversed effect (SRMR = 0.106, t = 37.736, p < 0.001) shows that the models fit the data quite well (Dijkstra & Henseler, 2015b). However, the former is little bit more significant. In this study, PREQI is found different impacts on place attachment and environmental satisfaction. This provides evidence to support a similar mechanism of studying residents’ psychology with SERVEQUAL model. However, the model testing is found significantly different between rural and urban samples, indicating a systematic difference in the psychology of rural and urban populations. Quality  attachment  satisfaction causal order is found significant and supported by both samples in this study. However, a reversed causal order model (satisfaction  attachment  quality) is also supported by the samples. Although the results may not be able to end the debate on alternative models between PREQ, place attachment, and environmental satisfaction, this paper provides empirical evidence from a specific context (urban and rural China) for further research. Specifically, PREQ has a significant impact on place attachment in both urban and rural areas in China. As for the impact of place attachment on environmental satisfaction as well as the indirect impact of PREQ on environmental satisfaction, the influence is more significant in cities of China compared to rural areas. This suggests in the urban areas in China, affective and emotional responses to their lives play an important role to residents. Local government in cities should balance between improving and maintaining quality of the environment and strengthening local residents’ psychological attachment to the place. Governments in rural areas, on the other hand, should lay great focus on the physical aspects of the environment including nature, health, education, commerce, and venture of the rural areas, to enhance residents’ living experience and satisfaction. Further, there are some limitations. Although this study attempts to clarify the framework of “perception-affection-attitude” in the field of environment management, considering the practical implications, the future study could bring the individuals’ behaviors or intentions into this model such as willingness-to-pay for environment-friendly products. It will also benefit from reviewing more literature on community-based social marketing.

        Interaction Orientation (IO), a firm-level strategic orientation developed by Ramani and Kumar (2008), consists of four dimensions: (1) Customer concept - a firm-wide belief that sees the individual customer level as the examination unit and starting point of all company’s activities; (2) Interaction response capacity - the firm’s competency to respond to different customers using multiple means in a timely manner; (3) Customer empowerment - the extent to which a firm encourages customers to share information with the firm or with other customers; and (4) Customer value management - the capacity to keep an overview of how much revenue each customer generates, facilitating an efficient resource allocation. Current research states that IO represents a source of competitive advantage and leads to higher financial and non-financial performance. Past studies have only focused on cross-sectional data. However, a strategic orientation is a deeply embedded and gradually progressing organizational characteristic and, in order to establish a cause-effect relationship with performance, a longitudinal design is needed (Noble, Sinha, & Kumar, 2002). This study is the first to analyze the effects of IO longitudinally, including 247 S&P 500 firms from a variety of industries over a period of three years. To establish the firm's level of IO, we analyze the content of Letters to Shareholders (LtS). LtS are widely used to assess different strategic orientations, such as Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation or Learning Orientation (Noble et al., 2002; Short, Broberg, Cogliser, & Brigham, 2010; Zachary, McKenny, Short, & Payne, 2011). A sentence-by-sentence coding procedure was implemented (Keusch, Bollen, & Hassink, 2012;), where each sentence was examined for evidence of the four IO dimensions. We relied on multisource secondary data for performance indicators and on the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI) for measuring customer satisfaction. We included the effects of competitive intensity and market turbulence, as well as several control variables: past performance of the firm, firm age, firm size, as well as industry specific effects. The results confirm the short and long term benefits of implementing IO, including higher financial performance and increased customer satisfaction, especially in a turbulent market. This study lays the foundation of a new approach for measuring IO in a longitudinal setting and using objective financial performance indicators.

        목 적: 안경광학과 전공학생들의 진로정체감이 전공만족에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 방 법: 광주·전남 소재 안경광학과 전공학생 173명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료 는 IBM SPSS Statistics 22를 이용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계량, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시 하였다. 결 과: 안경광학과를 선택한 동기는 직업에 대한 전망이 65명(37.6%)으로 가장 많은 수를 나타냈으며, 진로상담 희망자로 지도교수가 76명(43.9%)으로 지도교수에 대한 의존도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 전공 진로정체감(β=.490, p<0.01)과 직업 진로정체감(β=.225, p<0.05), 자아 진로정체감(β=.175, p<0.05)의 모든 요인은 학과전망 만족에 유의한 결과로 나타났다. 전공 진로정체감(β=.233, p<0.05)과 직업 진로정체 감(β=.180, p<0.1), 자아 진로정체감(β=.452, p<0.01)의 모든 요인은 학과교육 만족에 유의한 영향을 미 쳤다. 직업 진로정체감(β=.259, p<0.05)이 학과생활 만족에 유의한 결과가 나타났고, 전공 진로정체감과 자아 진로정체감은 학과생활 만족에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결 론: 전공, 직업 및 자아 진로정체감이 높을수록 학과전망과 학과교육에 대한 만족도가 높아졌고, 직업 진로정체감이 높을수록 학과생활에 만족을 느끼는 것으로 사료된다.

        This study aims to investigate the satisfactions with school food service for elementary and middle school parents. We surveyed parents about their concerns regarding food materials, the perception of free school food service, improvement of free school food service and satisfaction with the quality of school food service. The regions were classified into two categories according to the operation of a school food service center. The respondents with greater concern and cooperative purchase of food materials had higher satisfaction with the quality of school food service. It is interesting to note that school food service centers managed directly by the local government had higher satisfaction than those operated by private enterprises with respect to the quality of the school food service. The results of this study can contribute to the establishment of school food service and school food service center policies in the future.

        The objective of this study is to investigate the perception and satisfaction of elementary and middle school students on free school food service. We surveyed education related to school food service, concerns about food ingredients, perceptions of free school food service and satisfaction for the quality of the school food service. The investigation is classified into two groups, schools that operate as a food service center or those that do not. Those who are provided food ingredients by school food service centers are educated about the agricultural products’ country-of-origin and their environmentfriendly food service. The more individuals are educated of the foods’ county-of-origin and environment-friendly food service the more they will have a higher concern of the food materials and subsequently a higher satisfaction for the quality of school food service. School food service centers managed directly by the local government would probably receive higher satisfaction than those consigned to a private sector. The results of this study will be meaningful to establish policies on school food service and school food service centers.

        본 연구의 목적은 사회복지사의 개인환경 요인인 신체적 요인, 정서적 요인, 사회적 요인이 직 무열정 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향과 직무열정의 매개효과를 분석하여 사회복지사의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 정책적 함의를 모색할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 개인환경 요인이 직무만족에 직·간접적인 영향을 미치는가. 둘째, 사회복지사의 직무열정이 직무만족에 직접적으로 영향을 미 치며 매개효과를 가지는가 이며, 통계프로그램인 PASW(SPSS) Ver. 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석기법으로는 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 매개효과 검증을 위 해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과와 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회복지사의 개인환경 요인인 신체적 요인, 정서적 요인, 사회적 요인이 모두 직접 또는 간접적으로 직무만족에 중요하고 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무열정은 직무 만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 사회복지사의 개인환경 요인인 신체적, 정서적, 사회적 요소를 반영하여 직무열정과 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 개발과 정책의 시행이 필요하다.
