This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between changes of rumen microflora and bloat in Jersey cow. Jersey cows (control age: 42 months, control weight: 558kg; treatment age: 29 months, treatment weight 507kg) were fed on the basis of dairy feeding management at dairy science division in National Institute of Animal Science. The change of microbial population in rumen was analyzed by using next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies due to metabolic disease. The diversity of Ruminococcus bromii, Bifidobacterium pseudolongum, Bifidobacterium merycicum and Butyrivibrio fibrisolvens known as major starch fermenting bacteria was increased more than 36-fold in bloated Jersey, while cellulolytic bacteria community such as Fibrobacter succinogenes, Ruminococcus albus and Ruminococcus flavefaciens was increased more than 12-fold in non-bloated Jersey. The proportion of bacteroidetes and firmicutes was 33.4% and 39.6% in non-bloated Jersey’s rumen, while bacteroidetes and firmicutes were 24.9% and 55.1% in bloated Jersey’s. In conclusion, the change of rumen microbial community, in particular the increase in starch fermenting bacteria, might have an effect to occur the bloat in Jersey cow.

본 연구는 2006년부터 2016년 사이에 강원도 축산기술연구소에서 출생한 한우 송아지 1,069두로부터 조사된 이유시 체중과 임신기간, 생시체중 및 포유기 일당증체량 및 이유시 체중을 이용하여 단순상관, 다중 회귀 및 경로분석 등을 통해 이유시 체중과 임신기간, 생시체중 및 포유기 일당증체량 간의 상관 관계를 규명하였다. 통계분석은 조사된 원 성적을 이용하여 실시하는 동시에 조사된 원 성적을 송아지 출생 연도-계절, 송아지의 성, 어미의 산차 및 이유일령(포유기 일당증체량과 이유시 체중에만 해당) 등과 같은 환경효과에 대해 보정한 값인 잔차를 이용해서도 실시하였다. 조사된 형질들 간의 상관계수는 모두 양수였는데, 임신기간은 생시체중과의 잔차상관계수가 +0.315로서 중정도 크기였던 반면 포유 기 일당증체량이나 이유시 체중과의 잔차상관계수는 각각 +0.039와 +0.130으로서 작거나 0에 가까운 값이었다. 이유시 체중은 포유기 일당증체량과의 잔차상관계수가 +0.949로서 생시체중과의 상관계수인 +0.323보다 컸다. 잔차를 이용한 경로분석 결과 이유시 체중의 변이에 미치는 임신기간, 생시체중 및 포유기 일당증체량의 전체 기여도는 각각 0, 0.095 및 0.892로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과, 임신기간, 생시 체중 및 포유기 일당증체량 중에서 포유기 일당증체량이 이유시 체중의 변이에 가장 큰 영향력을 미치는 형질인 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 초등학생의 개임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용 정도, 가족과의 대화시간, 삶의 만족도의 관계를 살펴보고, 초등학생의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위한 개입 방안 마련의 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 의정부에 소재한 초등학교에 재학 중인 고학년을 대상으로 눈덩이 표집방법에 의해 설문조사를 하였다. 그 중 277명을 한국청소년 정책연구원(2015)에서 사용한 게임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용 정도, 가족과의 대화 시간과 삶의 만족도 척도로 각 변인을 측정하고, 독립표본 t-검증, 상관관계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 게임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용이 남학생이 여학생보다 높았고, 가족과의 대화시간은 여학생이 남학생보다 많았다. 게임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용 정도는 가족과의 대화 시간과 부적 상관관계를 나타냈고, 가족과의 대화시간과 삶의 만족도는 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 즉 게임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용은 가족과의 대화 시간을 줄어들게 만들고, 가족과의 대화 시간이 증가하면 삶의 만족도는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 초등학생을 대상으로 가족과의 대화시간을 증가시키기 위해 게임 및 오락 목적의 매체 이용을 가정과 학교, 지역사회에서 관심을 갖고 자가조절이 가능하도록 교육과 지원이 요구된다.

Underground cavities are frequently taking place in urban areas due to soil loss caused by structural defects of underground buried pipes. In this study, a field experimental program was conducted to detect ground condition using the electrical resistivity survey and the pneumatic cone penetration test. In addition, we proposed a method to estimate the weighted mean resistivity value by quantifying the electrical resistivity measurements through image analysis in order to compare the results of pneumatic cone penetration test. Consequently, it was found that as the weighted average resistivity value decreased, the smaller the N-value (penetration depth per blow number) from the pneumatic cone penetration test results. Based on the limited number of field experimental measurements, the correlation between weighted average resistivity value and the N-value of pneumatic cone penetration test is deemed promising in assessment of ground conditions associated with developing underground cavitation.

본 연구에서는 4명의 ADHD 아동을 대상으로 동화 게임 읽기를 5주간 시행하고, 이야기 감정이 아동의 읽기 태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구에 활용된 동화 게임은 아라비안나이트의 <어부와 지니>를 인터랙티브 동화로 개발한 것으로, 모션센싱 디바이스로써 마이크로 소프트(Microsoft)사의 키넥트(Kinect)와 BCI(Brain Computer Inface)로써 뉴로스카이(NeuroSky)사의 마인드웨이브(MindWave)를 Unity 3D 게임엔진과 연결하여 사용자가 읽기, 행동, 집중력을 사용하여 플레이하도록 디자인된 것이다. 본 연구에서는 <어부와 지니> 게임 동화를 읽는 동안 아동이 감정적인 텍스트를 읽을 때 보인 집중도를 추적하고, 보호자의 아동의 읽기 태도 변화에 대한 인터뷰와 비교하였다. 그 결과 상위 75%의 집중도를 보인 텍스트 중 다양한 이야기 감정 텍스트를 포함하고 있는 아동이 그렇지 않은 아동에 비해 읽기 태도에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다는 점을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서 우리는 국가문화의 기술혁신활동에의 영향을 탐색해 보았다. 먼저 (국가)문화의 개념을 정리하였고, 다양한 세부 국가문화지표들에 대한 논의도 추가하였다. 다음으로 국가문화가 기술혁신 활동 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 이론적 메커니즘을 기존 문헌 을 통하여 정리하였다. 국가문화는 국가 사회를 구성하는 근저를 이루는 틀을 형성하는 다양 한 개념을 종합한 것이기 때문에 각 개념별로 기술혁신시스템에 미치는 영향은 크게 다름을 알 수 있었다. 마지막으로 국가문화가 기술의 특성, 사회제도, 정책 등과 어떻게 상호작용을 하면서 기술혁신활동에 영향을 미치는 지를 탐색해 보았다. 관련 문헌, 이론 및 실증분석을 정리하면서 동시에 이에 기반 하여 새로운 논의를 제안하고 다양한 미래연구 가능성을 제시 하였다. 이를 통한 기술혁신이론에의 시사점도 정리하였다.

In this study, we utilize the cross and partial correlation analyses in order to investigate the dependence of power energy consumption on the temperature. To this end, we use a time series data that consists of three attributes : an hourly measured electric power consumption, temperature, and humidity. We, in particular, divide the yearly data into monthly base, and estimate the cross correlation coefficients between all possible pairs of attributes for each monthly based data. We found that temperature and power consumption are negatively correlated in the winter; positively correlated in the summer. A similar trend was found between humid and power consumption. This implies that when temperature or humidity is relatively high or low, the power consumption increases due to the cooling and heating system at work. In contrast, the correlation between temperature and humid behaves differently from those between temperature and power consumption. These results can be used to effectively manage the power system.
