        There is much dangerous machine in worksite. These make the rate of accidents increase. Specially, among them, dryness equipment work has the highest rate of accidents. Therefore, it has been managed by safety-health law. It is very important to make a special study of work using the dangerous machine. In press work, it is also important to develop safety system program to improve productivity and work safely In this reaserch. the safety mangement system is built for the work improvement of the Press. I will try new development method about dangerous machine.

        This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private institutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety management. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.

        Construction Management(CM) system, which was introduced some years ago to large national construction projects, such as the construction of Incheon New Airport, construction of high-speed railroad and World Cup stadiums, is considered to be still in its early stage and safety at each step of CM is very poorly controlled. In an attempt to improve such inferior safety control of domestic CM, this study analyzed safety control operation system in CM home and abroad and suggested a model for the construction of safety control management information system suitable to the conditions of Korea.

        To keep an enterprise's competitiveness on the condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously In not only in production and maintenance but also in related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for preventing industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique are studied by using of the knowledge-based system under the real-time computer-operating environment and using fuzzy linguistic variable. This computer system based knowledge-based diagnosis can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert system about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robots, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility all the time. Therefore, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety when we use this system.

        This article is concerned with various aspects of establishing the global standard for occupational safety and health management system (OHSMS). The notion, main features, and brief history of the OHSMS are presented. The OHSAS 18000, its assets and liabilities, are reviewed as a prototype of the global standard. It is also addressed the possibility of combining ISO 9000(quality management system), 14000(environmental management system) and the OHSMS into the integrated management system (IMS) as a whole. The concepts of internal and external customers are presented to explain why the environment, safety and health should be incorporated into the notion of total quality 'Participation of the members' and 'standardization of the 4Ms (Man, Machine, Materials and Method)'are emphasized as the major enablers of the IMS. Finally, the industrial, academic and governmental roles are discussed for developing the IMS and setting it down into the Korean industries.

        This study is concerned with developing a heuristic algorithm for solving a class of ninlinear integer programs(NLIP). Exact algrithm for solving a NLIP either may not exist, or may take an unrealistically large amount of computing time. This study develops a new heuristic, the Excursion Algorithm(EA), for solving a class of NLIP's. It turns out that excursions over a bounded feasible and/or infeasible region is effective in alleviation the risks of being trapped at a lical optimum. The developed EA is applied to the redundancy optimization problems for improving the system safety, and is compared with other existing heuristic methods. We also include simulated annealing(SA) method in the comparision experiment due to ist populatrity for solving complex combinatorial problems. Computational results indicate that the proposed EA performs consistently better than the other in terms of solution quality, with moderate increase in computing time. Therefore, the proposed EA is believed to be an attractive alternative to other heuristic methods.

        The purpose of the safety inspection is to identify the cause of the damage, which is the cause of the safety and performance degradation of the structures, to identify the cause of the damage, and to suggest appropriate repair and strengthening methods. In the traditional safety inspection procedure, the inspection items are selected and the survey contents are recorded in the field book at the time of the field survey. It is not easy to accumulate data and analyze these data as a single project. In this paper, we analyze the problems of the existing facility inspection procedures and conducted studies to build two-way facility safety management system for shortening the processing time and convenience of increasing the efficiency of field work and reporting.

        최근 햄버거 병을 시작으로 살충제 계란파동, E형간염 소시지까지, 급증한 식품안전 사고는 국민식품소비를 위축시키고 막연한 공포감 조성으로 올바른 식품섭취를 유지할 수 없도록 한다. 국민소득 증가와 더불어 식품의 안전성에 대한 소비자의 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 소비자는 보다 안전한 먹거리를 공급해줄 것을 요구하고 있다. 이에 대한 대응책을 마련하고자 정부와 식품업계, 학계 등은 고심하고 있다. 본 연구는 4차산업혁명에 발맞추어 식품안전분야에 ICT기술을 활용한 생산에서 소비자까지의 식품 공급망의 안전관리를 체계화하는 FSMS(Food Safety Management System)을 구성해보고 그를 통한 식품의 안전도를 시험분석을 통해 효과를 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구는 FSMS의 기술요소인 빅데이터, 온습도IoT센서 등을 Pilot Test하고 FSMS 도입전과 도입후의 검체를 체품하여 공인식품시험검사기관에서 검체의 미생물수 분석을 통해 최종적으로 FSMS의 도입효과와 모형도를 제시하였다.

        This paper propose to make a Construction site safety management system using beacon indoor positioning technology. in this system, as using beacon, it can measure the position of worker who have smartphone or any device which have bluetooth function. there is two way to use technology of beacon, first one is distance technology which can alarm dangerous situation such as appoaching heavy equipment. second one is location positioning technology. it is the main technology which can measure the position of workers in real time. this system is based on low energy and accurate sensor, beacon, and have a low cost advantage. so it is expected to improve safety on the construction site.

        The objective of this study is to develop a bridge maintenance system utilizing NFC(near field communication) technology and mobile devices to enhance maintenance efficiency. The system consist of web program and mobile application. Web program was developed using java programming language that is object-oriented, and mobile application was developed using hybrid app that runs inside of a native container and leverages the device’s web browser to display locally hosted HTML pages. In additionally, this system had been designed to improve system usability and on-site applicability for convenient GUI (graphic user interface) environment.

        국내의 지진 발생 추이가 증가세를 보이고 있으며, 이에 따라 시설물 피해를 주고 큰 인명 피해를 초래하는 지진재해에 대한 대비의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 지진재해에 대비하기 위해서는 지진 또는 진동가속도에 대한 실시간 계측을 하는 것이 중요하다. 일본과 미국의 경우 중요 시설물에 대하여 이미 실시간 지진가속도계측을 시행하고 있으며 계측된 지진가속도데이터는 데이터베이스화되어 관리되고 있다. 이를 이용해 내진설계기준 개정시 또는 지진으로 인한 피해 예측시 활용하고 있다. 국내의 경우, 최근 지진재해대책법 및 시행규칙이 개정되어 공포 되었으며, 국민안전처에서 지진가속도계측자료 통합관리시스템을 구축해 나가고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국민안전처 통합관리시스 템에 연계가 가능한 시설물 실시간 진동 감지 및 분석 시스템을 개발 하는 것이다. 이 시스템은 지진가속도계측데이터 모니터링 기능을 포함하 며, 또한 고속푸리에변환, 고유진동수 추출, 응답스펙트럼, 파워스펙트럼, 진도 표출, 시설물 건전도 평가 등 다양한 가속도데이터 분석 기능을 갖추고 있을 뿐만 아니라 국민안전처 지진가속도계측자료 시스템에 연계가 가능하도록 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템은 시설물의 안전관리 네트 워크 구축, 지진 또는 진동으로 인한 시설물의 피해에 대한 대비, 유지관리 비용의 최소화에 긍정적인 효과가 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

        석유화학, 발전 플랜트와 같이 대단위 면적에 대해서 효율적인 비용으로 고위험 시설물 및 설비에 대한 지속적인 모니터링을 위해 서는 무선통신기술에 대한 요구가 증가되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 지그비(Zigbee), 블루투스(Bluetooth) 와 같은 USN기술은 신뢰성 및 보안성 이 취약하여 대규모 플랜트 환경에 적용이 불가하다. 따라서 플랜트 현장에 무선기술을 도입하기 위해서는 ISA(International Society of Automation)과 같은 공신력 있는 표준화 기구에서 제안한 새로운 무선 표준기술의 적용이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 무선 트랜스미터 기반의 석 유화학 플랜트 안전관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 ISA100.11a 통신모듈 및 LTE 통신모듈을 탑재한 방폭형 무선 트랜스미터를 개발하 였다. 그리고 개발 된 무선트랜스미터를 기반으로 IoT기술을 적용한 석유화학 플랜트 안전관리 시스템을 구축하였다.개발된 시스템은 다양한 방법의 테스트 및 테스트베드 구축을 통해 현장적용성을 검증하였다.
