The purpose of this research was to provide basic data for managing players by determining the relation between the social support within the Taekwondo team in secondary schools and the burnout of players. The population to achieve this research purpose was the Taekwondo players of secondary schools in the Daejeon, Chungnam region registered as players in Korea Taekwondo Association as of 2010. For the sampling method, the convenience sampling, that was the non-probability sampling, was used, and the final analysis to obtain the results used a total of 222 persons’ data. As the method of statistical analysis for data processing, the multiple regression analysis were conducted. The proof of hypotheses was conducted at the significance level of α=.05, and the results are as follows. First, only the emotional support among the social support factors was found to have statistically significant negative(–) effects on the emotional exhaustion. However, the informative support, instrumental support, and evaluating support were found to have no statistically significant effects on emotional exhaustion. Second, the instrumental support and evaluating support among the social support factors were found to have statistically significant negative(–) effects on depersonalization. However, the informative support and emotional support were found to have no statistically significant effects on depersonalization. Third, only the evaluating support among the social support factors was found to have statistically significant negative(–) effects on the decline in the sense of accomplishment. However, the informative support, emotional support, and instrumental support were found to have no statistically significant effects on the decline in the sense of accomplishment.
This paper investigated the tearn-teaching at three primary schools in Korea. The data consisted of classroom audio-recordings, in-class observations and post-observation interviews. This study first examined the degree to which Teaching English through English (TEE) was practiced by Native English Teachers (NETs) and Korean English Teachers (KETs) and the extent to which each case fit five conditions for optimal language learning environments: interaction with an authentic audience; opportunity for the negotiation of meaning; exposure to creative and varied L2; production of creative and varied L2; and engagement in authentic tasks (Egbert & Hanson-Smith, 1999). The main findings were that in five different observation sites, as expected, L I was rarely used in NET classes, but was used in 28% of utterances in KET classes, often to perform functions for which L2 English could have easily been used. In addition, it was found that very few instances of NET or KET classes met any of the five conditions for optimal language learning environments. This research proposes that L2 English be maximized in class, and that teachers pay more attention to creating a learning environment that satisfies the conditions for optimal language learning.
This study is prepared on the ground of consulting business in an objective of an improvement of productivity that was proceeded on industrious-purpose reel manufacturer, S corp. the purpose of this study is to achieve an improvement of productivity of the production line of industrious-purpose reel via 4M analysis and separate team activities. The method for study was proceeded with 4M analysis via video recording, one of the steps of separate team activities. Separate team activity is newly established concept, indicating what is modified and expanded partial process among previously existing 6-Sigma methodologies so that measures of various variables in the manufacturing production line are applied. The first procedure is a 4M analysis via video recording. firstly, consultant records videos for relevant process, conducting 4M analysis based on collected data to derive wasting factors in each process. Secondly, it is a procedure to derive and select proper measures, meaning that measures for removing wasting factors based on derived results are elicited, selecting a measure with high probability of application via negotiation between consultants and separate teams. The last procedure is an application of selected measures to real production line, reflecting an environment of production field to derive an effect of increasing practical productivity rather than a qualitative effect as a measure with trust and flexibility.
This study examined the relative effect of participative and assigned goal-setting on team performance quantity and trend. Participants were 30 college students. They were divided into 15 pairs considering individual typing speed. Members in each pair were randomly assigned to the two experimental conditions. Participants were asked to type materials for 19 days. The dependent variable was the number of words typed. The results indicated that there was no significant difference in performance quantity between the two conditions. However, the average percentage of goal accomplishment under participative goal-setting condition was higher than that under assigned goal-setting condition. Also, the results showed that the difference in trend between two conditions was statistically significant.
This study examined the relative effect of participative and assigned goal setting on team performance. Participants were 30 college students and their typing speed was tested. They were ordered on the basis of the typing speed and were divided into 15 pairs, with the members of each pair having similar typing speed. Members in each pair were randomly assigned to the two experimental conditions. Participants were asked to type materials provided by the experimenter for 20 days. The dependent variable was the number of words typed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in performance between the two conditions. The results also showed that the difference in trend between two conditions was not statistically significant.
Learning Organization is a learning based community to make the most important value in the era of Knowledge Economy, Creation. That's why people share, facilitate personal, individual's knowledge & experience systems each other and make good thoughts & ideas in the organization. This study measures the building practices having conducted the F team in Samsung electronics using DLOQ that indicates the activate degree of Learning Organization and the quantitative degrees of Learning Organization through comparing the cross-evaluation between the already measured companies in addition to analyzing the F team's success factors. Learning Organization requires sustainable and continuous activity, not completes by changing many factors with human resources. The study will have the achievement if we measure the successful activity through global companies built a Learning Organization and facilitate the improvement activity sustainably.

As there are more accidents which are more serious in construction site than other industries, it needs the safety management system to be SLIM on the same time, There are still lots of difficulties to prevent those accidents exactly, so it also needs a safety supervision team to prevent the accident, unsafe operation and condition before happening, which is also called as a Man-to-Man safety management method. The range of the job site in one personnel's management is very big and large, so it needs the personnel to keep watch the safety operation and prevent any unsafe/fire accidents. Also the personnel also should find out the unsafe points in the job site, and carefully supervise the dead angle site, then support the totally safety management POINT and realize the ZERO accident.
