        This research has been conducted in order to assess the effects on quality management factor of the construction sites. 30 companies abiding by the 'construction industry law' and 32 companies abiding by the 'housing construction promotion law' have been researched in areas of quality-management environment, quality-management understanding, quality-management education on construction field, quality-system and quality-improvement. This construction quality factors are to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 62 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade quality management factor of the construction sites and suggest a way out of difficulties.

        In this paper, we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.

        IMF이후 건설 물량은 감소하고 있는 경향이나 재해율은 그다지 감소하지 않고 있고 여전히 중대재해는 계속 발생하고 있는 추세이며, 건설업체에서는 안전관리에 대한비용을 더욱 아끼려 하고 있어 비용절감을 위해 재해예방을 위한 안전시설 비용이나 안전활동 비용을 투자하지 않고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 중·소규모 건설현장 안전점검의 실태를 조사 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 효율적 운영방안을 제시하는 것으로 하였다 현행 안전점검의 실태조사를 위하여 안전점검의 관계담당자인 전국의 노동부 지방노동관서 근로감독관, 한국산업안전의 각 지역본부 및 지도원 기술직원, 안전점검대상 건설현장 관계자에게 각각 설문 조사지를 배부하여 실태를 조사하고 분석하였으며, 또한 노동부의 최근 년도인 1999년, 2000년도의 재해발생통계 및 안전점검실적 자료, 대한건설협회의 최근 년도별 건설공사 수주금액, 공사규모별 현황 및 외국의 건설현장 안전점검사례를 수집하고 분석하였다. 이러한 실태조사 등 수집된 자료분석 및 각종 참고문헌 연구를 통하여 안전점검의 대상현장을 선정하는 기준과 위반사항에 대한 행정 및 사법조치 기준에 대한 문제점을 제시하고 이러한 문제점에 대하여 효율적인 개선대책을 제시하였다.

        Domestic construction industry has considerable level of construction performance and technology thanks to the economic development and as the result of performing diverse oversea construction project. However, construction disasters have been steadily increasing, and do severe disasters at faster pace. Most of such disasters happen at small and small medium-sized construction fields, which contract size is less than 10 billion won. small and medium-sized construction fields are not obliged to designate a safety manager, and have limitations in engaging self-regulating disaster prevention activities due to reduced budget for safety facilities. For the small and medium-sized construction sites with less than 10 billion won, the Ministry of Labor has been carrying out mobile inspections of construction safety. However, the effect so far is insignificant and an improvement plan is required. Therefore, in the present thesis, we derive problems appearing in the current construction safety mobile inspection system, investigate and study systems in foreign countries, and suggest an efficient and effective plan to operate safety technology inspections. First of all, we establish a standard to select sites to be inspected that are high in construction risk and disaster occurrence probability In addition, we suggest a plan to take administrative and judiciary measures based on the total score for disaster factors considering the disaster occurrence probability and the illegal practices. Furthermore, a scheme to maximize the effect of disaster prevention is sought by building an organic cooperative system between the Ministry of Labor, Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency and other organizations specialized in instruction of construction disaster prevention. Finally, we induce a research conclusion that leads to self-regulating safety management through checking and instructing systematic management on mobile inspections.

        Inchon Port is the second largest import-export port of Korea, and has the point at issue such as the excessive logistics cost because of the limits of handling capacity and the chronic demurrage. There are few research activities on the analysis and improvement of the whole port operation, because Inchon Port not only has the dual dock system and various facilities but also handles a various kind of cargo. The purpose of this paper is to develop the simulation program as a long-term strategic support tool, considering the dual dock system and the TU(Terminal Operation Company) system executed since March, 1997 in Inchon Port. The basic input parameters such as arrival intervals, cargo tons, service rates are analyzed and the probability density functions for these parameters are estimated. The main mechanism of simulation model is the discrete event-driven simulation and the next-event time advancing. The program is executed based on the knowledge base and database. From the simulation model, it is possible to estimate the demurrage status through analyzing various scenarios and to establish the long-term port strategic plan.

        This study analyzed the major change of revised Construction Technology Promotion Act in the field of safety management. In order to increase the execution of the system of construction safety management, Construction Technology Promotion Act was revised at the end of 2018. The key issues were founded in the system of safety management plan, regular safety inspection by external professional organization, and irregular safety inspection by clients. By revised law, the role and responsibility of construction clients was enforced and the clients were recognized as leading participants in construction safety management.

        Construction safety is one of the significant problems on the world. Deep learning is an emerging term that acquires, processes and analyses image or video data to help computers have a high-level visual understanding of the world. In recent years, it has been introduced into the construction industry for improvements of occupational health and safety. This research contributes in solving this problem by using deep learning only RGB images that output detects the hazard zone on construction sites. The main goal of this study is to use different computer vision and deep learning to develop for different cases concerning fall related hazards.

        This study investigated both leaching of heavy metals and ecological toxicity when coal bottom ash (CBA) generated by power plants has been used to reduce both erosion and turbidity of surface runoff at construction sites. The Korean leaching test (KLT) method, sequential extraction method, and acute toxicity test using Daphnia magna were performed to evaluate the environmental impacts and the ecological risks of CBA. According to the results of the KLT method of CBA, trace amounts of Cu were leached at limit of quantitation whereas metal leaching was not monitored for other heavy metals. Through the sequential extraction method of CBA, the relatively high leaching potential was found for As and Pb due to greater fraction of exchangeable (F1) and bound to carbonates (F2), and reasonable probability of leaching under the reducing/anaerobic environment was expected for Cu due to high faction of bound to Fe?Mn oxides (F3). However, significantly low probability of leaching was expected for Cd, Cr, Ni, and Zn with grater fractions of bound to organic matter (F4) and residual (F5). Additionally, total amount of heavy metals in CBA was lower than criteria for soil pollution concerns, and were similar or slightly lower levels than the ‘15 National soil average concentration excluding Cr6+. Finally, acute toxicity test using Daphnia magna display no impact for mobilization and lethality in either the prefiltration or post-filtration experiment, indicating that the ecological toxicity was insignificant with zero values of toxic unit. Consequently, no environmental impacts or ecological toxicity are expected when CBA generated by power plants has been used to reduce both erosion and turbidity of surface runoff at construction sites.

        This paper propose to make a Construction site safety management system using beacon indoor positioning technology. in this system, as using beacon, it can measure the position of worker who have smartphone or any device which have bluetooth function. there is two way to use technology of beacon, first one is distance technology which can alarm dangerous situation such as appoaching heavy equipment. second one is location positioning technology. it is the main technology which can measure the position of workers in real time. this system is based on low energy and accurate sensor, beacon, and have a low cost advantage. so it is expected to improve safety on the construction site.

        안전보건 민간위탁사업은 안전보건관리 능력이 취약하여 재해발생 가능성이 높은 고위험군 50인 미만 소규모 사업장의 재해예방활동을 민간기관의 기술 지도를 통하여 집중 지원함으로써 산업재해를 예방하는 사업이며, 안전보건 민간위탁 사업 중 건설 분야 민간위탁사업의 경우 총 공사금액 3억원 미만 영세규모 건설현장 및 영세규모 건설업체를 대상으로 민간 재해예방기관의 위탁을 통해 밀착지원과 감성지원으로 건설재해 예방을 추진 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설 분야 민간위탁 사업의 운영현황, 수행기관 및 사업장 분석, 그리고 연도별 성과를 분석하여 향후 건설 분야 민간위탁사업의 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 2002년부터 2013년까지의 재해율과 사망 만인율을 분석한 결과, 건설 분야 민간위탁 사업 초기에 비해 민간위탁사업으로 소규모 건설현장의 재해율과 사망 만인율은 크게 감소한 것으로 나타났으나, 최근에는 재해율이 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 소규모 건설현장에 대한 민간위탁사업은 건설업 사업장의 산업재해 감소에 기여하였으나, 최근 환경 변화를 반영하여 사업이 보다 실효성 있는 방향으로의 전환될 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

        최근 도심지 건축공사에서는 주변건물이나 시설물의 안전을 확인하기 위해 실시하는 기존 계측관리의 문제점을 극복하고, 안전성을 파악하여 위험요소로부터 신속히 대처하기 위한 실시간 계측 시스템의 도입이 필수적이다. 특히 건설현장에 인접한 지하철 시설은 가장 주요한 계측관리 대상으로 조사되었으며, 진동과 균열, 기울기의 실시간 계측을 통한 현장 안전 관리가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 인접 시설물의 안전성을 계측관리하기 위한 실시간 계측시스템 구축에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이며, 특히 최근 보편화 된 스마트폰과 연동할 수 있는 시스템의 구축에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인접 지하철 시설물의 계측관리에 모바일 기술 적용한 실시간 자동계측시스템을 구축하여 주변시설물의 안전성을 실시간으로 확인 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 시스템에 이용되는 계측장비는 진동 측정기, EL-BEAM, 균열계, 자동계측기로 구성하였으며, 계측 결과값의 장거리 송수신을 위한 CDMA모뎀, 서버 PC, 모니터링 PC, 스마트폰으로 구성하였다. 실시간 자동계측 시스템과 기존 수동적 계측관리 시스템 대비 효과를 분석할 뿐만 아니라 현장 관리자의 신속한 의사결정 수단이 될 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구를 토대로 최근 산업 전반에 걸쳐 활성화되고 있는 모바일 기술을 현장계측에 적용함으로서 건설기술과 모바일 기술의 융합발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
