        경북 영양지역 재래종인 수비초와 칠성초, 청도지역 재래종인 풍각초에 역병 저항성을 도입하여 육성한 계통, 이중 하나에 바이러스 저항성을 도입하기 위하여 육성한 계통, 풍각 재래종에서 선발한 역병 저항성 계통의 역병에 대한 저항성을 유묘접종으로 다시 평가하였다. 육성계통들은 모두 역병에 고도의 저항성을 나타내었으며, 풍각재래(KC268)에서 선발한 계통들은 중도의 저항성을 나타내었다. 선발개체들을 옥외 묘상에 심고 그 위에 방충망을 씌워 종자를 증식 채종하였다. 이틀의 육종적 활용방안에 대하여 논하였다.

        The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of personal and job characteristics on the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of dietitians employed in different foodservice settings. The subjects were dietitians(n=830) employed by schools, hospitals, and industries in Daegu Gyeongbuk area. A questionnaire was used to determine personal and job characteristics, commitment and satisfaction. Organizational commitment scores were the highest for hospital dietitians, and the lowest for industry dietitians (p<0.05). Industry dietitians felt significantly less loyal to their organizations than did the other dietitians(p<0.05). School and hospital dietitians were significantly more likely to say they cared about the fate of their organizations and thought their organizations were the best to work for. Age, education, length of employment, and wages were positively associated with hospital dietitians' commitment(p<0.05). For all dietitians, the fewer the work hours, the higher the commitment(p<0.05). When asked to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of their jobs, dietitians expressed the most satisfaction with co-workers, and the least satisfaction with promotion opportunities. School dietitians were significantly less satisfied with pay and promotion than were the other dietitians. Organizational commitment was associated with wages(0.05), autonomy(0.08), feedback(0.16), dealings with others(0.07), and task identity(0.09). Job satisfaction was affected by educational level(-0.13), wages(0.10), autonomy(0.18), friendship opportunities(0.14), feedback(0.16), task identity(-0.11) and organizational commitment(0.40) (Lisrel program).

        This study was to investigate the changes in dietary practices, reasons for making dietary changes, current food consumption patterns, and eating habits. Data were collected from 515 parents whose children were attending an elementary school and a middle school in Kimcheon. Among the twenty food groups studied, subjects reported eating more fruit, vegetables, lower-fat meats, high-fat meats, reduced/skim milk, and eggs and less sugar, fats, rice, salt, potato/sweet potato, and chicken. The changes in dietary practices except high-fat meats and salt were significantly different between sex, age, education level, income level, or BMI groups. The primary reason for making dietary changes was 'concerned about family's health'. The average rate of never eating breakfast or less than 2 times per week was found to be 23.2% with a greater rate in younger age group. The rate of breakfast skipping was found to vary between different age and education groups. The regularity of mealtime and overeating practices were significantly different between age groups. Eating out practices were found to vary between different age, education, and income groups. People at younger age group in Kimcheon should be targeted for nutrition education about eating habits. These findings are applicable at the planning and implementation stages of various nutritional improvement projects.

        본 연구에서는 경상북도 청송 주왕산지역 대전사 현무암의 산출 상태 및 분포 양상을 검토하고, 암석기재적 특성을 알아보았다. 야외 조사 결과, 주왕산 화산암체의 최하부층에 해당하는 대전사 현무암층은 전체적으로 12매의 용암과 9매의 페페라이트가 교호하며, 각 용암과 페페라이트의 암층의 두께는 다양하다. 본 층에서 나타나는 페페라이트는 현무암과 세일이 혼합되어 있으며, 현무암은 쇄설의 형태로 나타나고 세일은 현무암의 기질을 메우는 간극상을 이룬다. 이는 용암이 분출하여 고화되지 않은 젖은 세일층 위를 흐르거나, 관입으로 인해서 용암과 퇴적물 사이의 접촉부에서 생성된 것으로 사료되며, 이들 페페라이트는 조직상으로 구상 페페라이트로 분류할 수 있다. 현무암류는 육안으로 반정이 관찰되지 않으며 기공이 없는 치밀한 현무암이지만, 한 단위의 용암층 내에서 상부에는 다공질의 현무암이 발견되기도 한다. 경하에서의 현무암류는 주된 반정 광물로 가상의 감람석을 가지며, Mg#이 높은 암석에서는 사장석과 단사휘석의 반정도 보인다. 석기는 주로 서브오피틱 조직을 보이지만, 국지적인 냉각률의 차이로 인한 오피틱 조직과 인터그래뉼라 조직도 관찰된다. 사장석은 대부분 라브라도라이트(An55.0∼67.7)이며, 일부 안데신(An44.3)과 바이토우나이트(An74.5)로 분류된다. 단사휘석의 평균 조성은 Wo41.6En45.1Fs13.3으로써 보통휘석에 해당한다. 불투명 광물은 티탄자철석과 티탄철석으로 구성되어 있다.

        The several sacrificial rites foods in east coast areas Kyungpook province, Pohang, Youngduk, and Uljin, were surveyed. For the anniversary menorial service, the food items in these reas were mainly rice(Bab'), soup(Guk'), stew(Tang'), fruits, neats and fishes, alcohol which are the typical food items for any other area in Korea. In this east coast area, the seaweed was used more often than in inner land area for this rite food. Four kinds of rice cake(Ddeok' or Pyun') were surveyed for this rite. For the baked food item(Geuk'), the fish squid and the Alaska pollack were used frequently for Geuk'. For the fruits dishes, 3 items were the basic. Tang' which was made with the various fishes, were used very frequently. For the religious memorial service for god to guard the household, the displayed food items were different from depending on the type of the god to guard the household, however, the general display of the food items was almost the same as in land area. For the winter sacrificial rite, the boiled rice(97%) and Bakpyun' was used mostly for the Ddeok'. For the Guk', bean sprout was used mostly, however, the seaweed soup was also used(7%). The fish Tang' was the most used one(35%). For young-deung-je', which implied th safe guard of the household, most of the food items are similar to those of the normal sacrificial rite, however, the fishes which were not fishy were used. The housekeeper arranged the rite to catch a large amount of the fishes and to hope the wellbeing of the household, Poong-yer-je is so called as Byul-sin-gud'(a practice of an exorciser). The food items for this Poong-yer-je' were almost similar to those of the winter sacrificial rite, however, Geulpyun' was mostly used for the Pyun'. In addition that, the red-bean Si-ruddock', Baekpyun', and Yung-ddock'(a dragon cake) were used for this rite, At the end of the sacrificial rite, Yong-ddock' was served to the dragon king which was believed in sea.

        The present study was surveyed for the normal meal and particular folk meal in east cot area in Kyungpook province, Pohang, Youngduk, and Uljin areas. The results are as below: Most subjects for surveying were 30-40 years old and permanent residents in those areas. For the normal meal, the boiled rice was the top main dishes among 18 main dishes. The folloing upper five main dishes were boiled bean rice, boiled barley rice, boiled miscellaneous cereals rice, noodles, and Bbimbab (miced rice with cooked various vegetables and meats). Less frequent main dishes were raw fish Bbimbab and the various fish soups etc. The two upper side dishes, out of 17 surveyed ones, were kimchi and soybean paste soup. Twelve dishes(about 70%) out of 17 side dishes, the loach soup, the marinated and fermented raw fishes (fish Sikhae'), the baked mackerel, the pickled fishes, the friedsardine, the green seaweed, and the quid, etc. were made from the sea products. For the particular folk meal, about 30 kinds of the specific folk food items of this area were surveyed: Gudungchi' Sikhae', which was made with seaweed, out of the 11 kinds of fish Sikhae', raw fish(Whae') in water, Sigumjang', a salty agar, a steamed seaweed which was covered with the flour or bean power the various kinds of fish soups, the various kinds of fish stews were the particular folk side dishes in these areas. The dietary habit in these east coast areas were affected by the various sea food products, the fishes and the seaweeds, which were acquired easily through four season in these area.

        1997년 4월부터 1998년 4월까지 경상북도 내연산 일대의 관속식물상 조사를 실시한 결과, 관속식물은 100과, 350속, 538속, 1아종, 92변종, 10품종, 1교잡종 총 642종류(texa)를 확인하였으며, 이 중 211종류는 금번조사에서 새롭게 추가하였다. 특히 고란초, 부들, 창포, 꽃창포, 노랑무늬붓꽃, 산작약, 둥근잎꿩의 비름, 꿩의 바람꽃, 연잎꿩의다리, 참좁쌀풀 등의 희귀 및 멸종위기 식물을 확증표본과 함께 보고함으로써 본 지역 식물상 조사에 큰 의의가 있다고 판단된다. 본 조사에서 확인한 희귀 및 멸종위기 식물은 총 29종류로서, 환경부 법정보호식물이 3종류, 환경부에서 실시하고 있는 전국자연환경조사에서 제시한 특정식물종 중 정밀생태종은 27종류, 그리고 산림청 희귀 및 멸종위기 식물은 15종류로 나타났으며, 둥근잎꿔의 비름, 망개나무, 노랑무늬붓꽃 등의 분포 등에 대해 논하였다.

        This study has been researched mainly about the gradual changing patterns of site plan and plan layout of 17 sampling traditional houses in kyungpuk province during the time period of 1877-1945. The objective of this study is to closely examine the characteristics of locality and trend of the times. Survey and Measured drawing, personal interviews with clients has been carried out and the result is as down below; 1.The certain changes have shown that the furnace in sarangchae(outer wing for men) in ㅁ shaped and 『』 shaped houses served only for that purpose and inner gate has been built in sideward of sarangchae. 2.As living standard was upgraded storage space and size of the rooms got bigger. On the other hand, spacial formation was emphasized by its function accordding to house activities and living circulation because the family members in direct line became reality of the time. 3.The modernistic thought of rationalism and convenience are well expressed in the plan layout and house living as a whole.

        경북지역 동계 사과원의 절지동물상을 조사한 결과 사과나무 유인밴드 내에서는 3강 19목 58과가 채집, 분류.동정되었고, 그중 점박이응애(Tetranychus urticae Koch) 53%, 사과면충(Eriosoma lanigerum Hausmann) 16.7%, 은기문목(날개응애류) 13.3%, 톡토기목(Collembola) 9.3%순으로 나타나 초식자가 가장 많았고, 다음이 부식자였으며 천적은 드물게 조사되었다. 사과나무 낙엽에서는 2강 12목 17과가 조사되었는데, 그중 점박이응애가 63.1%로 우점이었고, 톡토기목이 13.7%였으며, 기타 절지동물은 몇 개체씩만 조사되었다. 사과나무 아래 토양에서는 2강 9목 18과가 조사되었는데, 톡토기목이 37.9%, 날개응애류가 34.4%, 점박이응애가 16.1% 순으로 나타나 부식자가 가장 많았으며, 다음이 초식자였고 천적류는 몇 개체씩만이 조사되었다.

        This study was carried out in order to understand the plan, design, constructing and actual condition of management of modernized horticultural facilities in Kyungpook Province which had been constructed from 1992 to 1995 funded by Government support. The aim of this study is to provide reference data for success of the forth project. It was performed by making up a question about driving of project and management condition of equipment after constructing. The results obtained from this study are as follows: 1. 73.5% of facilities horticulture farmhouse recognized that the prospect of greenhouse is bright, but 92.5% of the farmhouse also recognised that they need technical consultation on protected horticulture farming. Therefore, technical educations would must be enhanced about foundation of greenhouse and cultivation technique. 2. The holding times of explanatory meetings, cause of understanding to farmhouse, were one or two times in greenhouse construction, and 62.5% of the farmhouse expressed the insufficiency at the explanation and educational data. For this reason, it was judged that the construction contract had been delayed more than 5 months in 49.3% of the farmhouse after the decision of project budget. 3. In constructing after a contract, the rates of construction delay is 53.4% and defect occurrence is 41.1%. The biggest reasons of construction delay was insufficiency of worker and materials supply. Each percentage is 29.1%. And the reason of defect occurrence is badness of machinery equipment(62.9% ). 4. In management of greenhouse, a pipe-constructed plastic film greenhouse changes plastic film every one and three years because of sticking dust on plastic film. It was needed to about in cleaning technique of coverings. Because that used 3-5 years only half of the expected life span. 5. The order of broken rating in the subsidiary equipment is like this lollop ventilator (42.8%), a general control system(33.3%) especially, in the case of a general control system, the rate of all family can control is 52.7%. so, it is time to develop easy control equipment which every one could use as soon as possible. 6. When choose heat generator as decide capacity, the most priority is the mount of heat generator the percent is 45.5% heat generator and as decide model, the private purchase's percent is 77.3%. It is higher than a public bidding heat generator the percent is 22.7% heat generator when it compare with a public bidding. In the case of CO2 generator, using rate is only 19.0%. The using rate is very low, so it needs education how to use depends on the way of the subsidiary equipment. 7. In the case of seedlings, it is asked to use factory-processed seedling effectively. because it's difficult to get security of labors(58.8%), hoped crops (55.9%) access same crops(29.4%) much more and changing of crops depends on market situation. that is the main reason the lack of knowhow.

        주(主) 재배품종인 의성종과 영천종의 유효성분을 HPLC 및 TLC로 분석한 결과 주(主)성분인 paeoniflorin 함량은 의성종이 영천종보다 높으며 albiflorin과 oxypaeoniflorin의 함량을 두 재배종에서 비교하면 의성종은 albiflorin 함량이 많고 영천종은 oxypaeoniflorin의 함량이 많았다. 생산지에 따른 paeoniflorin의 함량차이는 2.15% 에서 4.08% 의 범위였고 의성과 거창의 것은 비슷하였으며 영천의 것이 가장 낮았다. 18종의 재배종들은 품종에 따라 다양한 paeoniflorin 함량 차이를 보이며 작약성분분석의 HPLC 크로마토그랍을 albiflorin, oxypaeoniflorin 및 paeoniflorin 피크를 기준으로 비교해본 결과 크게 3가지 패턴으로 분류할수 있었다. 이 세가지 유형은 의성종 패턴 9종, 영천종 패턴 4종 풍기표준종패턴 5종 이었다. 수확시기에 따른 작약의 paeoniflorin의 함량변화를 조사한 결과 3월과 9월에 수확한 것이 낮았으며 5월과 11월에 수확한 작약의 paeoniflorin 함량이 높았다.

        Accoring to many studies which concerned with the types of folk houses, there are many types of folk houses in Korean peninsula and its areal distribution had been determined by the barrier of mountains, in general. But we have neglected to examine the overlapped areal distribution still now. If two types of culture with different housing type contact at one region, it may interrelated each other and invent certain exclusive charicteristics. And there are its own attitude of traditional culture in Kyung-buk provingce where serveral types of folk houses settled together. The purpose of this research is to clarify the general pattern of culture in terms of folk houses in northern Kyung-buk province and to suggest a clue to solve the cultural inter-relationship each other, By classification of the collected plans in this area, the authors try to find out the charicteristics of the serveral types and there areal distribution. Finally, we can find out that certain types of folk houses located in northern Kyung-buk province had formed their cultural regions and these homogeneous regions are overlapped, partly.

        As the pipe houses were constructed by imitation and routine without a structural design by now, they were often destructed by a strong wind or a heavy snowfall. The purpose of this study was to provide the basic data for the safety structural design of the pipe houses in Kyungpook region to prevent meteorological disaster. It was shown that the change of frame interval according to the safety factor under the wind load was similar that under the snow load. But the safety frame interval under the snow load was approximately 0.5-0.6m greater than that under the wind load for equal safety factor. Therefore, it seemed that the maximum safety frame interval was to be decided by the snow load. The frame of the pipe houses in Seungju region was structurally stable under the design snow load in recurrence intervals of 8-15years, but was unstable in Kolyong region.

        Apple is most favorable fruit in Korea, and apple farmland has been increased before and after the agreements of Uruguay Round and apple is considered as one of strategic agricultural goods. Especially expansion of apple farmland is concentrated in Kyungpook region because of the suitable climate and its market share is about 70 percents in 1992. But in tree age of apple, although newly and replanting area is increasing, the rate of old orchards is higher than that of other regions. In varieties of apple, it is concentrated in Fuji and is forecasted to increase in the future. The amount of apple production of Kyungpook region is 480 thousand tons, that is concentrated in Wui-sung, Young-ju and An-dong. The quantity of apple production per 10a. is 1,315kg, that is low level compared with that of America and Japan, and the gap of technology among farmers is heavily. The difficulties of apple farming in Kyungpook region are summarized as follows. first, the lack of mechanization and facilities due to the small scale of farmland, second, lack of rural labor force, third, concentration on Fuji apple varieties, fourth, low productivity of apple farming.
