본 실험은 딸기의 고설수경재배에 이용 가능한 적정한 배지를 조사하기 위하여 수행하였다. 코코피트 배지에서 엽수가 가장 많았으며, 원예용 상토배지에서 엽장과 엽폭이 가장 우수했다. 과중은 통계적인 유의성은 없었지만 원예용 상토배지에서 25.8g으로 가장 높게 나타났고 과장, 과경, 당도 등도 처리 간에 유의한 차이는 없었지만 원예용 상토배지에서 가장 좋은 결과를 나타내었다. 주당 수확과수는 원예용 상토와 코코피트 배지 모두 왕겨 혼합배지보다 유의하게 높은 수치를 나타내었다. 주당 수량은 원예용 상토배지가 545.9g으로 가장 많았으며, 그 다음으로 코코피트 배지에서 높았으며 왕겨 혼합배지에서 가장 낮았다. 본 연구에서는 딸기의 수경재배에 적합한 고형배지로서 생산자가 구입과 작업이 편리하고 물리성이 좋은 원예용 상토의 우수성을 입증하여, 딸기 재배농가에게 유용한 정보로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대되며 타 작물의 고형배지 재배에서도 유용하게 이용될 것으로 생각된다.

지열을 이용한 열펌프 시스템이 온실의 냉방과 과채류의 묘소질에 미치는 영향을 구명하였다. 온실 내 기온은 주간에는 차광구에 비해서 포그+차광구가 3~4℃ 낮았고, 야간에는 지열-펌프+차광구가 차광 및 포그+차광구에 비해 5~7℃ 낮았다. 오이, 고추 및 토마토 묘의 초장은 차광이나 차광+포그구에 비해 지열-열펌프+차광구가 가장 짧았고, 엽면적과 건물중은 지열-열펌프+차광구가 다른 처리에 비해 약간 작았다. 결과적으로 건묘지수는 지열을 이용하여 냉방을 한 지열+차광구는 포그+차광구 및 차광구에 비해 모두 높게 나타났다.

The existing evaluation method has been concentrated on the evaluation of a degree of the information system maturity focused on static viewpoints. The evaluation of potential factors to affect the future-oriented performance, that can analyze both unit business being able to apply an information system base was used efficiently well and what performance evaluation item was obtained actually, was insufficient relatively. In this paper, An integrated quality evaluation method will analyze a degree of information system maturity in dynamic evaluation viewpoints rather than in static evaluation viewpoints. finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

As the telecommunication technology and internet have prevailed in the world, the training systems for companies, distance-education system and e-learning system, change dramatically in order to overcome the environmental uncertainty and strengthen the core competency. There are two kinds of training systems: Web based training and postal service based training. In this paper, the service quality factors for postal service based training system are obtained by reviewing literature and survey. Then, the effect of service quality factors on educational performance is investigated by developing and analyzing 16 research questionnaires. The significance of educational effect is tested according to the characteristics of learners and training system, the level of learners' positions and educational curriculum.

A considerable number of corporations seem to be deeply interested in Quality Management as a tool to improve competitive advantage of their products. Especially, under dynamic management circumstances recently, acquisition of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) certification for domestic corporations could have great impact on outcomes, and it becomes even more important for corporations depended largely on exports. However, it is not simply acquisition of ISO certification itself that gives dominant competitive advantage, and effects of acquiring ISO certification on every corporation are different. On this study, I would like to examine how purpose and goal for ISO 9000 influence on outcomes later on, and how CEO’s concern and the corporation’s capability could change the outcomes after all. As a result of the study, importation of ISO 9000 for the purpose of ensuring competitive advantage of products, standardization of quality management system, and benefits in the short run showed a positive affects on outcomes. Also, the relationship between purpose of acquiring ISO 9000 and outcomes became more connected as the manager’s interest increased, and a greater capability of a corporation caused a greater effect on improvement of productivity and image of the corporation.

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diurnal alternation of nutrient solution salinity on growth and fruit quality of tomatoes (Lycoperisicon esculentum cv. 'House momotaro') hydroponically grown in root intercept bag-NFT (RIB-NFT) system. Plant height was the lowest in the high concentration during daytime (6/1 dS m-1, day/night). Yield was very high in the concentration of 1/1 dS m-1, it decreased with increasing the concentration of nutrient Yield was higher at low concentration (4/1 dS m-1) at nighttime compared to the same concentration (4/4 dS m-1) at daytime and nighttime, and the reverse (1/4 dS m-1) was similar to the control (perlite culture). Yield was greatly reduced by higher concentration at daytime than nighttime, and the decrease was alleviated by lower concentration at nighttime. With increasing the concentration of nutrient solution during daytime, sugar content of tomato fruit was increased, but yield was decreased. In the other experiment, tomato plants were hydropoically cultured in NFT system diurnally alternated between Aichi's solution and Ca(NO3)2 solution. Ca(NO3)2 solution was supplied for 4 hours from 10:00 to 14:00 at daytime and from 22:00 to 2:00 at nighttime, respectively, and Aichi's solution was supplied for the time except the 4 hours. Ca content of leaves and sugar content of fruit were increased by supplying Ca(NO3)2 solution at daytime compared to nighttime, but plant growth was greatly suppressed by supplying Ca(NO3)2 solution with the concentration of 4 dS m-1(4/4Ca dS m-1) at nighttime.
