The renovation project of an apartment building can be classified into four processes: ordering the project stage, planning stage, examination and judgment stage, design stage and construction stage. However, in the domestic renovation business, the project performance process has yet to be made systematic by stage. Of the stages involved in renovation, the design stage is the one that involves very complex roles and business processes of those involved in the project, including the project manager, architect，resident and engineer. In particular, in the design stage, the insufficiency in the ability to utilize the input information by project participants and improper decision making cause various problems in thε subsequent construction and ultimately make it difficult to accomplish a renovation project that fully satisfies the residents. Therefore, the design of renovation is a very important stage to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project performance process as well as the recognition of the design management technology. For this purpose, we aim to provide design work process in integrated respects and the role and responsibilities of every participant in the project, subject to the renovation design stage.

온라인을 통해 세계는 점점 더 가까워지고 있으며 모든 영역에서 세계화 정보회는 국제적인 흐름이 되고 있다. 이러한 경향 속에 국내외적으로 시대적 흐름에 부합하는 인적역량 개발을 위한 국가 간 교육협력활동이 점차 확대되고 있으며 이를 토대로 다양한 형태의 교류활동 모형이 등장하고 있다. 시공간을 초월하여 누구나 접근이 가능하게 하는 온라인 기반 활동들은 이미 다국적 기 업들의 교육 훈련을 위해 오래전부터 활용되고 있을 뿐만 아니라 학교 현장에도 도입되어 우리의 전통적 교육현장의 모습도 시공간을넘어서서 다양하게 바꾸어가고 있다.온라인 학습공동체를 기반으로 국제교육협력과제활동을 수행하는 구성원들은 어느 한사람의 일방적인 지식 공여로 타자들의 지식 습득이 일어나는 것이 아니라 다양한 문화와 배경을 가진 참여자들이 때로는 교수자가 되기도 하고 때로는 학습자가 되는 위치 순환적 과정을 통해 지식을 공유하고 의미를 형성해 나간다. 또한 그 과정에서 참여지들은 협력적으로 지식을 구축하는 사회적 학습과정을 경험한다.본 연구는 이러한 온라인 학습공동제 활동 과정에서 참여자들이 협력과제 수행활동을 통해 아이디어를공유하고 자신의 생각을 팀의 목표에 부합하도록 조율하는 과정을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 수행모델을개발하고 개발된 모텔을 과제 수행사례에 적용하였다. 수행모댈은 첫째 전체 과제 활동의 관리와 수행측면을 총괄하는 원리 둘째 원리를 토대로 구성된 수행단계와 단계별 활동 셋째 수행을 지원하기 위한 온라인 작업공간(웹 지원체제)로 구성되었다. 개발된 모델을 국제교육협력과제에 적용하여, 참여자들의 활동과정과 및 반응을 조사 분석하였으며 아울러 향후 필요한 몇 가지 개선점을 제시하였다.

Many departments in the governmental organization including Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST) allocate some of their budget into research and development in astronomy and space science. We identify the research projects related to astronomy and space science that were funded by the government during fiscal years 2004-2005. Then the distribution of budgets of those projects is analyzed according to several classification schemes and characteristics in order to find out the status and trends of the investment in this field. Five departments had conducted more than 190 projects related to astronomy and space science, which accounted for 7.3% of the government R&D budget in space and aeronautics area. As for most fields of basic science, MOST and Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development invested the most of budget in astronomy related projects. We briefly discuss the implications of this study.

Due to the highly instrumental, test-driven, learning that occurs in secondary education in Korea, EFL teachers at tertiary level face students who, while differing in terms of proficiencies, majors, and learning needs, tend to share a lack of English performance skills. Communicative competence is not yet part of the university entrance exam, so it receives little attention in secondary education, leavingtertiary educators the task of fostering this skill. This paper describes a Freshman English program which attempted to do this by applying recent findings in the fields of cognitive, affective and social learning, and by catering to differing learning needs and multiple intelligences. In order to do this, the researchers put together a student-centered program which encouraged students to take responsibility for their learning through making performance projects, assessing their performance skills, and continuously reflecting on their learning needs, goals and achievements. The program was in effect for four years, and results showed improvement in student confidence, motivation, and attitudes to learning, in addition to communicative competence and autonomy. In conclusion, it is suggested that the humanistic goals of the 7th National Curriculum are achievable at tertiary level. This will, however, involve teacher-training and reform of the test-driven learning environment.

최근 도로선진국이라 할 수 있는 나라들에서는 다양한 도로사업의 발굴 및 장려정책이 도입되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 도로사업의 발굴을 위한 대안모형을 제시하였다. 새로운 도로사업 발굴을 위한 절차로는 근거법령의 모색 신개념 도로사업의 발굴, 평가 모형구축 및 운영지침 개발, 관련행정체계 개선 등 크게 4가지의 주요 절차가 필요한 것으로 제시되었다. 근거법령의 모색은 도로법 및 도로법 시행령, 시행규칙 등이 우선 고려되어야 할 것으로 분석되었으며 신개념의 도로사업 발굴절차는 크게 국가적 차원의 유일성 확보 도로, 다양한 가치기준에 의해 선정되는 도로 및 단일시설, 기술(설계 우수VE 및 LCCA사례 포함) 및 구조물 형태로서 발굴될 수 있는 사례로 세분류하였다. 평가모형 구축 및 운영지침 개발절차에서는 미국 NSBP프로그램의 절차 혹은 지속가능한 도시대상의 절차를 사례로 할 수 있으며 분석적 계층화법(AHP) 및 다지역산업연관모형(MRIO)의 적용가능성도 제시하였다. 또한, 관련 행정체계의 개선에서는 건설교통부의 도로기획관실 업무내역 분석을 통해 도로정책팀과 도로환경팀의 역할을 제시하였으며 평가위원회의 구성, 평가과정과 일체화된 예산지원절차를 추진방안으로 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 한국건축프로젝트의 경영적 특성을 파악하는데 있다. 본문은 건축프로젝트의 주요 세 요소인 디자인, 건설, 유지관리의 프로세스 질 관리에 영향을 미치는 요소들을 조사한다. 설문조사는 건축관련 대학원생 및 교수, 설계자, 시공자들의 건축프로젝트에 있어서 프로세스 질 관리에 대한 상이한 시각을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 요소들을 분석함으로써 현재 국내의 질 관리 시스템과 프로그램 내용을 교정하고 개선하는데 도움이 될 것이다. 프로세스 질 관리에 있어서 여러 요소 중 설계자와의 협조가 가장 주요 요소로써 부각되었다.

KEPCO is taking advantage of it's experience and has been knocking on the door of the overseas market since 1993. Success could be seen in the power generator in Philippines and other nations, and also the accomplishment of the successful first project of transmission part, Myanmar Power System Analysis. Based on that, KEPCO developed the second stage of the Myanmar project, Basic Designs for the 500kV Transmission System in Myanmar, and commenced it in January 2004. KEPCO would like to take this opportunity to find business advance strategies which coincide with the special quality of the transmission field, and not only techno-service businesses but also find a way out of transmission business field, which is already facing a slow down, by cultivating oveseas markets of huge constructing business with domestic companies. This model, which is based on quality function deployment(QFD), has used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between the variables involved in each matrix of the model and the 0-1 integer programming to determine the allocation of funds to various technological projects. This paper also proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of roof matrix, representing the correlation among the quality characteristics, using Lyman's normalization procedure. To compare this model with Partovi's model, I adapt the same example which is suggested by Partovi and I show that the value of object function, has maximization problem, in this model is larger than that in Partovi's model.
