본 연구는, Vibrio parahaemolyticus에 대한 면역 글로블린 Y(IgY)플 생산하기 위하여 시행되었다. Vibrio parahaemolyticus는 중요한 병원성 균이며. 위장염을 유발시키는 원인 균이다. 따라서, 난황에서 Vibrio parahaemolyticus에 대한 항체를 생산하기 위하여 항원 LPS(lipopolysaccharide)를 암탉에 주사하였다. 면역은 2주 간격으로 4차까지 실시하였으며, 추가면역으로 2주 간격으로 3차 까지 긴시한 후 ELISA로 그 항체 역가를 측정하였다. 난황에서의 항체생성은 1차 면역 후 1주일부터 나타나기 시작하였으며, 7주에 최고 역가에 도달하였고, 이러한 역가는 13주 이후까지 지속되는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 혈청에서의 항체 역가노 난황에서의 경향과 유사하였다. 정제시킨 IgY를 본 연구의 water-dilution 방법과 상업용 IgY분리 kit로 그 정제 정도를 비교해본 결과 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았으며, Vibrio parahaemolyticus외의 다른 Vibrio 속 및 세균들과의 교차반응성 조사에서 특별한 교차반응이 없었다. 본 연구에 나타난 결과로, 아주 적은 양의 LPS 항원으로 역가가 높은 항체의 생산이 가능하였으며, 이러한 결과들을 보아 난황은 유행성 위장염을 유발하는 병원성 균의 특이 항체 개발을 위한 좋은 공급원이 될 것으로 생각된다.

W. B. Yeats began to write his works when Ireland was struggling for its independence from England. Young Yeats hoped to be a national poet and was naturally concerned about the future of his fatherland. The way Yeats chose for his country was a cultural one, not a military or political one. He believed in the Irish people’s artistic sensibilities and believed that his country could be a healthier and better country than England through the ’Unity of Culture’. Yeats was attracted to drama because of its usefulness as a public art. He wanted to establish a national drama based on Irish folklore and myth. He believed that drama could achieve or revive the ’Unity of Culture’ which he equated with the national unity of Ireland. Yeats’s main idea was that to achieve ’Unity of Culture’, the support of common people for art would be essential. Yeats’s early play, The King’s Threshold shows the unity of the poet and common people well. The story is based on an Irish myth. The king, a man of action, banishes Seanchan the poet, a man of words, from his court (affairs of state) and the poet choose to die on a hunger-strike for his rights in the court, that is, for the value of art in society. The poet works for the common people and expects their support, of which the king is much afraid. The King’s Threshold dramatizes the theme that concerned Yeats so deeply, the role of art in society. And another main point of the play is that poetry transcends politics. Yeats satirizes the defects and deficiencies of a society which no longer recognizes the artist’s role. But the poet dies, and we are not shown any effect that his death may have had on either society or the individual. The modern Irish people were not what the young poet had expected. Though the young poet’s dream for the ’Unity of Culture’ may be naive, the play shows us Yeats’s view of art and his belief in the poet’s role in society.

In the era of customer satisfaction(CS), managers in the service industry have been using new strategies and a new reinforcement of service quality in order to increase their competitiveness. In this paper, the Service-QFD model is based on SERVQUAL and Quality Function Deployment models. The service quality in each stage of service delivery process is measured by SERVQUAL model and the relationship is represented by the QFD model. We propose the effective model that is consistent with preference of users considering of weighting scale, which seriously affects technical importance rating.

The catalytic activities of several metalloporphyrin, wherein the porphyrins are TPP(5,lO,l5,20-Tetraphenyl-21H,23H-porphyrin) and (p-X)TPP (X =CH3O, CH3, F, Cl), are reported for the oxidation of styrene and it's derivatives. The electronic effects of substrates and porphyrins on the catalytic activity of metalloporphyrin containing the transition metal ion such as Mn(III) was discussed. Investigating the correlation between the Michaelis-Menten's rate parameters and the substituent constants, we are going to analyze the influences on the changes of catalytic activity or rate determining step during the processes of the formation and the dissociation of the M-oxo-olefin.

[Ga]-MFI and H-ZSM-5 catalysts were synthesized under atmospheric pressure and used in the propylene aromatization. The effect of temperature on the product distribution was also investigated. The catalytic activities of the prepared catalysts were compared with the commercialized H-ZSM-5 which was converted from NH4-ZSM-5. In the propylene aromatization, product distribution does not depend on the ratio of Si/Ga2 with [Ga]-MFI catalyst, but depend on the ratio of Si/Al2 with H-ZSM-5 catalyst [Ga]-MFI catalyst shows better dehydrogenation and alkylation activities than H-ZSM-5 catalyst The addition of Ga to H-ZSM-5 catalyst increases the conversion of propylene, selectivity to aromatics, and alkylation. In the propylene aromatization, the selectivity to aromatics slightly increased with increasing temperature with [Ga]-MFI catalyst, while slightly decreased with increasing temperature with H-ZSM-5 catalyst
