Social commerce is a kind of internet shopping mall in which consumers purchase the products with other consumers through mutual interactions including the development of SNS(social network service). Social commerce has expanded rapidly as a mainstream online shopping mall over the past five years driving consumers to purchase more fashion products providing the cheaper prices than open market internet shopping mall. The purpose of this study is to identify the important parameters of social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that affect repurchase intention and wordof-mouth intention. A 221 survey questionnaire was distributed to men in their 20’s and 30’s who live in Seoul metropolitan area. The data were analyzed utilizing Cronbach's α, factor analysis, and regression analysis using the SPSS 18.0 program. The results revealed, first, that in terms of social commerce characteristics, three variables(website reputation, interactivity, and product scarcity) influenced repurchase intention. Among them, website reputation identified as the most important factor influencing repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. Second, with regard to consumer characteristics, interest and a tendency toward impulse buying affected the repurchase intention, and interest and internet shopping experience have influenced the word-of-mouth intention. Among three variables interest in social commerce identified as the key factor affecting both repurchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. The results of the study provide the practical implications and suggest the business strategies to enhance social commerce in the future by identifying the key social commerce characteristics and consumer characteristics that influence male consumers’ buying behaviors.

우리나라의 국회의원은 대부분 선거구 단위로 선출되기 때문에 선거는 지리학의 주요 관심대상이 된다. 이 연구의 주된 목적은 수도권을 사례지역으로 하여 19대 및 20대 국회의원 선거 결과에서 나타난 공간 패턴의 변화 양상을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해서 읍면동 단위의 지역구 및 비례대표 선거 결과 데이터에 대해 공간통계 분석을 수행하였는데, 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지역구와 비례대표 모두 여당의 득표율이 상당히 줄었지만, 양당 기준 하에서의 여당의 총 득표율, 그리고 최다득표동의 수 및 득표율은 큰 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각 시점 별 여당 득표율의 공간 군집성을 분석한 결과 읍면동 단위가 선거구 단위에 비해, 비례대표 선거가 지역구 선거에 비해 더 강한 공간 군집성을 보였다. 서울 남동부 및 경기도 외곽에서 득표율이 높은 반면 서울의 여타 지역 및 서울 인접 지역에서는 득표율이 낮은 패턴이 대체로 유지되면서 시점 간에 전역적인 공간 군집성은 큰 변화가 없었으나 국지적으로는 지역구와 비례대표 모두 다소 간의 변화가 나타났다. 셋째, 두 시점 간의 여당 득표율의 공간적 상관성을 분석한 결과 대체로 정치적 성향을 유지하는 경향이 우세하였다. 읍면동 기준으로 약 30%는 공간 군집을 이루면서 정치 성향을 유지하는 경향이 강한 것으로 나타났는데, 득표율의 변화가 발생한 지역 또한 강한 공간 군집성을 나타내었다

(구)「개항질서법」1)상의 “잡종선”이란 용어는 2011년 6월에 동 법률이 개정 되면서 “우선피항선”으로 명칭이 바뀌었고 용어의 정의도 달라졌다. 특히 “주로 개항의 항계 안에서 운항하는 선박으로서”라는 문구가 처음 삽입되어 많은 논란이 발생되게 되었다. 이후 해양안전심판원에서는 때로는 이전의 ‘잡종선’의 개념으로 우선피항선 해당여부를 판단하는 경우가 있었으며, 특히 총톤수 20톤 미만 어선의 우선피항선 해당여부에 대하여 논란이 있었다. 그러나 최근 해양 안전심판원은 이를 다시 판단하여 해당 어선이 우선피항선의 요건인 총톤수 20 톤 미만의 선박에 해당되더라도 무역항 내에서 주로 운항하는 선박이 아니면 우선피항선에 해당되지 않는다고 판단하였다. 그러나 그러한 판단이 타당하다 면 개정 이전 법률이 복잡한 무역항의 항계 안에서 선박운항의 안전 및 질서 유지를 위하여 상대적으로 조종성능이 우수한 20톤 미만의 선박을 모두 우선피 항선(잡종선)으로 규정한 원칙과 어긋나며, 이로 인하여 복잡한 무역항의 항계 내 해상교통질서가 위협받을 수 있게 된다. 그러므로 국가적으로 중요한 기능을 담당하고 있는 무역항의 해상질서 유 지와 안전을 위하여 관련 규정을 개정하는 것이 필요하다. 이상의 사항을 고려하면 「선박입출항법」제2조제2호의 본문에서 “주로 무 역항의 수상구역에서 운항하는 선박으로서”란 구절을 삭제하면 이 조항의 개 정수요를 해결하게 된다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of music therapy and ball exercise on women experiencing menstrual discomforts, thereby identifying the validity of these methods as interventions against menstrual discomforts, with a particular goal of presenting basic data for clinical use. Twenty university students in their 20s were assigned to two therapy groups in a sequence via simple random sampling; ten subjects attended a ball exercise combined with music therapy group and the other ten subjects attended a music therapy group. Ball exercises were conducted 3 times per week for a total of 12 times, starting from 3 weeks before the expected first day of the menstrual period and ending on the last day of the menstrual period. Similarly, the subjects participated in music therapy by listening to music for 35 minutes per session and 3 sessions per week, starting from 3 weeks before the expected first day of the menstrual period and ending on the last day of the menstrual period. Five out of six categories of menstrual discomforts were significantly decreased in both music therapy and ball exercise, the exception being changes in the autonomic nervous system, while those in the music therapy group showed a significant difference only in the category of behavioral changes. The results of the present study demonstrate that the ball exercise combined with music therapy more effective in improving menstrual discomforts than the music therapy group.

In all mammalian species, progesterone is essential in the preparation for and maintenance of pregnancy, if it occurs. Progesterone primes the endometrium for possible implantation and inhibits uterine contraction until birth. 20-alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (20α-HSD; EC.1.1.1.149) enzyme belongs to the family of aldo-keto reductases. 20α-HSD predominantly converts progesterone into its biologically inactive form 20α-hydroxyprogesterone (20α-OHP), and plays a crucial role in the termination of pregnancy and initiation of parturition. In addition, the activity of 20α-HSD during the luteal phase known to be inhibited by prolactin. In this study, we focused on the analysis of transgenic mice expressing EGFP under control of monkey 20α-HSD promotor in mice testis. The protein expression and localization were detected by Western blotting and Immunohistochemical analysis, respectively. 20α-HSD protein was detected at molecular weight of 37-kDa by Western blotting analysis and EGFP was found at 27-kDa in the testis of TG mice. Also EGFP and 20a-HSD protein expression on 1, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after birth were assessed. Both of them were increased the expression level time-dependently. 20α-HSD were strongly expressed in seminiferous tubule from 1 week after birth as seen in Immunohistochemical analysis. However, EGFP was strongly expressed in the seminiferous epithelial cells. Then, we determined the expression of EGFP mRNA in mice testis. Using primers specific for mouse EGFP, mRNA expression levels were analyzed by RT-PCR. The EGFP molecular weights is 400bp, qRT-PCR results using EGFP primer, The Cq value of the ratio decreased as the age increased. On this basis, mRNA were increased the expression level time-dependently. In conclusion, these observations suggest that the 20α-HSD in testis could be play a pivotal role in the spermatogenesis.

Aldo-keto reductases (AKRs) belong to a superfamily of NADPH-dependent reductases that act on a wide range of substrates, including simple carbohydrates, steroid hormones, and endogenous prostaglandins. 20-alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (20α-HSD; EC.1.1.1.149) enzyme belongs to the family of aldo-keto reductases. 20α-HSD predominantly converts progesterone into its biologically inactive form 20α-hydroxyprogesterone (20α -OHP), and plays a crucial role in the termination of pregnancy and initiation of parturition. In addition, the activity of 20α-HSD during the luteal phase is known to be inhibited by prolactin. We have been reporting on the molecular characterizations of placental and ovarian 20α-HSD in the bovine, pig, deer and monkey. In this study, we focused on the 20α-HSD expression in testis(6, 9, 12, 18 and 21 days after birth) of miniature pig. The protein expression and localization were detected by Western blotting and Immunohistochemical analysis. 20α-HSD protein was detected at molecular weight of 37-kDa by Western blot analysis. Also the RNA expression were detected by Reverse Transcription-PCR and quantification PCR. Additionally, We are going to analysis the function and role of 20α-HSD in the pig testis.

20mm Vulcan is one of the representative weapon system that widely operated in army, navy and airforce in Korea. But unstable power which is caused by bad battery cells or insufficiently charged battery box has often caused malfunctions when Vulcan barrel is working. This paper is about improvements of maintenability of APS which is used charging the battery box. The main improvement effects are as follows. First, Break-down of the Power Transistors(PT-8502) inside APS can be prevented by limiting over–current. Second, Automatic charging the battery box is possible by using Micro Controller Unit and SSR. Third, The charging status of battery box can be checked and deficient battery cells recognized by adding LED.

In this study, we conducted an interrupted cutting SM20C with lathe and uncoated carbite tool, determined the relationship between Cutting Forces(principal, radial, feed force) by correlation analysis, and predicted the optimum cutting conditions by multiple regression analysis. The result were as follow. : From the correlation analysis, the increase of cutting speed and depth of cut reduces the principal force and radial force. the increase of cutting speed, depth of cut and feed rate will increase the feed force. From multi-regression analysis, we extracted regression equation and the coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.638, 0.692, 0.536 at principal, radial and feed force . It means that the regression equation is not high accuracy. However, it is predictable that the tendency of the forces action the interrupted cutting.

본 논문은 20세기 후반에 독주 악기와 오케스트라의 결합인 전통적인 협주곡 양식을 기초로 새로움을 추구한 작품들에 대한 학문적인 관심에서 출발하여 당대의 대표적인 작곡가인 헨체의 클라리넷 협주곡 《장미의 기적》를 극화의 관점에서 연구한 것이다. 《장미의 기적》은 독주 클라리넷과 13명의 악기주자로 구성된 오케스트라를 위한 곡으로, 헨체는 이 작품을 프랑스의 작가 주네의 자전적인 동명 소설에서 내용의 일부를 차용하고 소설의 제목을 곡의 표제로 써서 이야기가 있는 가상의 무대를 핵심으로 하는 극화된 협주곡으로 창작하였다. 그는 음악 외적인 내용을 담고 있으나 기악곡인 이 작품을 음악적으로도 동등하게 이해할 수 있는 방법으로 독주 악기 및 몇몇의 개별 악기에게 이야기 속 등장인물의 역할을 부여하였다. 아울러 오케스트라에게는 음향적인 뒷받침과 이야기 진행 중의 극적인 상황에서 때때로 악기를 통해 감정을 표현하게 하였다. 이렇게 구성된 악곡의 연주를 들으며 청중은 가상의 무대에서 전개되는 이야기를 연상하는 것이다. 헨체는 《장미의 기적》의 작곡을 통하여 극적인 내용을 바탕으로 하는 기악곡의 창작에 있어서독주 악기와 오케스트라의 결합인 독주협주곡 양식이 활용될 수 있는 훌륭한 예를 제공하였고, 동시에 전통적인 독주협주곡 양식이 20세기 후반에도 지속적으로 새로운 창작의 아이디어를 제공하는 중요한 소재가 된다는 것을 보여주었다.

The aim of this study was to present the clinical, radiological, and histopathological findings of 20 new Korean GOC cases with a brief literature review. The mean age of 20 GOC patients was 43.5 years (range, 29-73 years) with a strong predilection for male (male-to-female ratio, 4:1). Nine cases were located in the maxilla and 11 cases in the mandible. Eight cases involved the anterior areas of the jaws and 12 cases were located in the posterior area. Most of the cases (16/20, 80.0%) showed a well-defined unilocular radiolucency and some showed cortical perforation (55.6%) and bony expansion (72.2%) in computed tomography. The most common histopathological feature was eosinophilic cuboidal cells (100%), followed by clear cells (95.0%), mucous cells (85.0%), variations in thickness (85.0%), and intraepithelial microcysts (80.0%). All cases were surgically treated by enucleation and no recurrences were found in routine follow-up.

외래병해충이 유입되면 우리나라 자연환경에 미치는 피해는 크므로 유입차단을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 최근 국제 교역량과 여행객이 크게 늘어남에 따라 수입식물을 통한 외래병해충의 유입위험도 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 국경에서 검출된 병해충에 대한 기록은 농림축산검역본부에서 운영하는 전산시스템에 기록되며, 검역통계는 ‘병해충정보 시스템(PIS)’을 이용하여 분석이 가능하다. PIS 데이터베이스는 화물, 휴대, 우편을 통해 수입되는 식물을 대상으로 검출된 병해충기록을 비교․분석해 주는 기능이 포함되어 있다. PIS를 이용하여 지난 20년(1996~2015) 동안 우리나라로 수입된 수입식물 46,937천건에 대하여 병해충 검출건수, 원산지, 품목, 운송수단 별로 식물검역과정에서 차단된 병해충 검출동향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 수입식물 검역 건수증가에 따라 병해충 검출건수도 증가하였다. 지난 2000~2015 동안 수입식물 158,842건이 병해충이 검출되어 폐기, 반송, 소독조치 등 검역조치 되었다. 운송수단별 병해충 검출건수 분석결과, 94.7%(150,321건)가 화물로 수입되는 식물에서 검출되어 유입위험도 가 화물이 가장 높았다. 국가별 병해충검출건수는 중국이 가장 많아 중국분포 병해충의 국내 유입위험이 높았으며, 수입건수 대비 병해충검출률은 말레이시아가 16.2%로 가장 높았고, 그다음으로는 필리핀(14.6%), 남아프리카공화국(6.8%), 인도네시 아(4.0%) 등의 순이었다. 수입 생과실에서 검출된 병해충 검출건수 분석결과, 지난 16년간(2000~2015) 생과실의 수입건수 대비 병해충 검출률은 9.4%이나, 조건부 수입 허용된 생과실의 검출률은 1.6%로 현저히 낮은 것으로 나타나, 병해충 위험분석을 통한 식물검역조치로 해외 병해충의 우리나라 유입위험이 사전에 차단된 것으로 확인되었다. 최근 검출이 증가하는 국가와 품목에 대하여는 더욱 철저한 검역이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

The Indonesian population is estimated at 250 million and ranked as the world's fourth-largest. It is also one of the world's largest Muslim nations. Seventy percent of the population of Indonesia is young consumers in their 20s and 30s. In additions, Indonesian consumers have recently developed a great interest in fashion in general and Korean fashion in particular. This paper addresses issues related to young Indonesian consumers' clothing behavior in terms of clothing image, clothing style, body image, clothing and attitudes toward Korean fashion brands. The survey method was used as a primary research instrument. All measurements were adapted from the existing scales from previous studies. A total of 172 questionnaires were used for the final statistical analysis. Empirical results showed that Indonesian consumers' preferences regarding clothing image were new, casual, humorous, futuristic, soft, interesting and active. In terms of style, Indonesian consumers scored high in their preferences of casual and classic styles. With regard to body image, Indonesian consumers have significant concern for their appearance and body, but at the same time they are more satisfied with their body shape. More than half of the respondents had experience in purchasing Korean fashion products. Indonesian consumers recognized the clothing image of Korean fashion brands as new, futuristic, and hi-tech. Furthermore, they perceive the clothing style of Korean fashion brands as casual, feminine, and sexy. Korean fashion brand purchase intension was significantly influenced by recognition and preference of Korean fashion brand.

Solar power is being spotlighted recently as a new energy source due to environmental problems and applications of solar power to curved structures are increasing. Solar panels installed on curved surfaces have different efficiencies depending on its position and the efficient positioning of solar panels plays a critical role in the design of solar power generation systems. In this study, the changing characteristics of solar irradiance were analyzed for hemispherical dome with a large curvature and the positioning of solar panels that can efficiently utilize solar energy was investigated. With an icosahedron-based hemispherical dome consisting of triangular elements as target model, a program for calculating solar irradiance using a normal vector of the solar module on each face was developed. Furthermore, the change of solar irradiance according to the sun’s path was analyzed by time and season, and its effects on shades were also examined. From the analysis results, the effective positioning could be determined on the basis of the efficiency of the solar panels installed on the dome surfaces on solar irradiance.

10 wt.% and 20 wt.%Li-TiO2 composite powders are synthesized by a sol-gel method using titanium isopropoxide and Li2CO3 as precursors. The as-received amorphous 10 wt.%Li-TiO2 composite powders crystallize into the anatase-type crystal structure upon calcination at 450oC, which then changes to the rutile phase at 750oC. The asreceived 20 wt%Li-TiO2 composite powders, on the other hand, crystallize into the anatase-type structure. As the calcination temperature increases, the anatase TiO2 phase gets transformed to the LiTiO2 phase. The peaks for the samples obtained after calcination at 900oC mainly exhibit the LiTiO2 and Li2TiO3 phases. For a comparison of the photocatalytic activity, 10 wt.% and 20 wt.% Li-TiO2 composite powders calcined at 450oC, 600oC, and 750oC are used. The 20 wt.%Li-TiO2 composite powders calcined at 600oC show excellent efficiency for the removal of methylorange

목 적 : 생체 부분간이식(Living Doners Liver Transplantation. LDLT) 수술을 위해 간 이식 공여자의 혈관 분포, biliary tract 등의 해부학적 구조 파악은 필수적이다. 정상 간 공여자에서 duct의 형태학적 구조를 확인하기 위한 방법으로 조영제 주입 후 10분, 15분 지연검사와 비교해 20분 지연검사의 유용성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 2014년 10월부터 12월까지 본원에서 검사한 간 이식 공여자(남성 12명, 여성 12명)를 대상으로 조사하였으며, 평균 연령은 27.3세였다. 검사장비는 Avanto 1.5T(Siemens), 6Channel body coil을 사용하였으며, VIBE COR Sequences(TR/TE : 4.1/1.4, Scan time : 17s, FOV : 400×400, FA : 20, matrix : 320×320)를 적용하였다. 간 특이성 조영제인 GD-EOB-DTPA를 사용하여 조영제 주입 10분, 15분, 20분 후 지연영상을 획득하였다. 영상 평가프로그램인 Image J를 이용하여 각각의 Duct, 실질, Background에 ROI를 설정하여 CNR을 측정하였고, 평가를 위해 일원배치 분산분석과 Duncan의 사후 분석을 이용하였다. 결 과 : 조영제 주입 10분, 15분, 20분의 CNR은 각각 33.320, 62.119, 81.496으로 나타났고, 시간이 지연될수록 CNR이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 일원배치 분산분석 결과 유의 확률이 0.00으로 세 집단 간의 매우 유의한 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. Duncan 사후 분석을 통한 분석 결과, 세 집단이 각각 다른 부집단으로 분류되어 조영제 주입 후 10분, 15분, 20분 검사가 서로 다른 의미를 가지는 검사임을 알 수 있었다(p>.05). 따라서 CNR이 높은 20분 지연검사에서 biliary tract의 형태학적 구조 확인이 가장 우수함을 확인하였다. 고 찰 : LT dornor 환자들의 bile duct 주행방향 및 혈관분포 등 해부학적인 구조 파악은 수술을 계획하는데 있어 중요하다. 정상 liver의 duct는 굉장히 가늘어 보이지 않는 경우가 많아 이를 확인하기 위해 여러 가지 방법을 시행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 담도를 통해 배설되는 조영제의 특성을 이용한 3D T1 VIBE 검사에서 high signal로 나타나는 bile duct를 확인할 수 있었다. 10분과 15분 3D VIBE 지연검사에서도 duct의 확인이 가능하지만, 조영제 주입 20분 후 지연검사에서 우세하게 high signal로 나타나 biliary tract의 구조 파악이 가능함이 통계적으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 간병변 환자의 병변 검출률을 향상시키기 위한 간 특이성 조영제를 LT 검사에 적용하였을 경우, duct의 해부학적 구조 확인에도 탁월한 효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다
