This study explores ways to enhance pre-service English teachers’ curriculum development competency through collaboration with in-service teachers. To this end, a course was designed to incorporate three key competencies of curriculum development (curriculum literacy, curriculum development competency, and curriculum evaluation competency) while adopting task-based language teaching and collaboration with inservice teachers as teaching methods. The designed course was implemented in a university for validation and revision. Ten pre-service English teachers participated in the course, where they developed English curricula in response to requests from three in-service middle school English teachers. A questionnaire survey conducted at the end of the semester with both pre-service and in-service teachers revealed that the proposed course model adequately worked to improve the three key competencies of English curriculum development among pre-service teachers. Further, collaboration with inservice teachers was found to enhance pre-service teachers’ responsibility and active engagement in curriculum development, while also providing practical assistance and creative teaching ideas to in-service teachers.

In this paper, in order to study the relationship between the safety culture of highway management agencies and disaster reduction activities (BCMS), a measurement tool was identified through previous research on safety culture, and the validity of the measurement tool was confirmed through exploratory factor analysis. I want to check. The subjects of the study were workers belonging to disaster reduction activity management system certification organizations among highway management organizations. The highway management agencies are the Korea Expressway Corporation, which manages the functional continuity of national highways nationwide, and 8 of the 21 private road agencies that manage the functional continuity of the highways. The safety culture measurement tool is an indicator that measures safety culture factors, and is reorganized by the researcher based on survey items from previous studies, with management/manager safety values and attitudes, safety communication, safety education and training, and safety regulations/ management system as subfactors. A total of 24 questions were comprised of the survey tool. As a result of the study, the result of exploratory factor analysis was that the safety culture scale was extracted into four factors based on theoretical grounds, and the total cumulative variance was 80.360%. When checking the questions for each factor, it was found that all the questions loaded on the factor that was originally intended to be measured. Factor 1 is management, factor 2 is safety, and factor 3 is communication., Factor 4 was named education. Number of questions: 4 management questions, 3 safety questions, communication It consisted of 4 questions and 2 education questions.

최근 해외 주요 정보선진국들 차원에서 국가안보의 위협에 대한 인식들의 변화가 발견된다. 전통적인 국가안보의 위협이었던, WMD, 적국 스파이행 위, 군사도발, 테러리스트ㆍ초국가 범죄단체의 위협들 외에도 기후변화, 전 염병과 신종바이러스의 위협, 식량과 반도체 등 공급망, 사이버 공격, 신 기술과 관련된 경쟁과 악용에 대한 위협들이 새롭게 인식되고 있다. 무엇 보다 악의적 허위정보, 정보조작을 통한 사회혼란, 여론조작, 선거개입 등 의 민주주의 시스템을 흔드는 시도들은 자유민주주의 국가에 대한 중요한 위해요소로 등장하였다. 이 같은 위협들이 실존적인 인류와 국가의 생존과 관련되면서 해외주요 국가들은 정보기관들에 복합적 국가안보위협에 대응 하기 위해 기술적, 지식적, 인지적 준비를 갖출 것을 요구하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 입법을 통한 정보기관 권한 강화하가 가장 중요하다. 그러나 국 내의 경우 정보기관의 수사 및 정보활동을 더 약화되었고 현재 주요 국내 정보기관의 활동은 해외의 정보강국들에 비해 상대적으로 크게 위축된 상 황이다. 반면, 미국 등 서구 주요 정보선진국들은 새로운 안보위협들에 대 응할 수 있도록 정보기관의 활동과 권한을 강화할 입법조치를 취하고 있 다. 이러한 변화는 신냉전 상황에서 각 국가의 핵심적인 안보전략과 정보 기관의 업무범위와 방향을 일치시키고 조율하는 것으로 향후 수년간 이러 한 추세가 지속될 것이 예측된다. 따라서 주요 정보강국들의 정보기관 활 동과 권한을 규정하는 법률들을 이해하는 것은 오늘날 한국의 국가안보차 원의 정보활동에 중요하다. 그러나 국내에는 이와 같은 관점에서 정보활동 을 강화하는 법률에 대한 고찰연구를 발견하기 어렵다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 미국의 국가안보와 관련된 가장 핵심적 정보기관들의 정보활동, 업무, 권한과 이를 규정하는 법률들에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 이러한 연구의 목 적을 위해서 다양한 자료들을 대상으로 문헌분석을 수행하였다. 결론 부분 에서 미국 사례분석에 근거하여 국내 정보기관의 권한과 관련한 입법관련 정책시사점이 논의되었다.

Bae, Seunghui, Choi, Mingyeong & Lee, Hyeyong. (2023). “The Dialog Pattern of Voice Phishing Conversation: Focusing on the Impersonation of an Investigative Agency”. The Sociolinguistic Journal of Korea, 31(4), 203-233. This study examined the dialog pattern in the structure and progress of conversations by analyzing actual voice phishing conversations. The study aimed to reconstruct the Dialog Pattern by synthesizing the structure of the conversation and the pattern of the development process found in several actual conversations. The dialog pattern of voice phishing is divided into six functional phases: approaching the victim, threatening criminal involvement, social isolation, vertical relationship enhancement, induction of withdrawal, and check withdrawal. The process of the voice phishing criminal exercising power over the victim and attempting financial fraud by unilaterally leading the conversation was demonstrated in each derived phase. This study provides basic data for the study of voice phishing conversations and can be used in education related to the prevention of voice phishing damage in the future.

This study analyzed effective capacity building education plans for public institution management supervisors. A survey was conducted on 635 management supervisors of public institutions (99 institutions) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the characteristics of educational participants and the impact of educational satisfaction on professionalism improvement after capacity building education. As a result of statistical analysis, the professional improvement according to the affiliation of educational participants was higher in the workplace and construction site divisions than in the research facility division, and the professional improvement according to the working period was higher for more than 15 years than for less than 5 years and less than 15 years. In addition, the quality of education had a significant positive (+) effect on the degree of professional improvement. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to capacity building education for public institution management supervisors

본 연구는 대구지방교정청 소재 P교도소에 수용중인 성폭력 이수명령 대상자 24명 중 12명에 대하여 성폭력사범 심리치료프로그램 기본과정을 시행하고 12명은 무처치 통제집단으로 배정하여 그 효과성을 조사하였다. 이를 위해 법무부에서 2022년 새롭 게 개발한 성폭력사범 심리치료 프로그램 효과성 평가집(SOTEST)을 사전과 사후에 실시하여 인지/태도, 자기관리문제, 대인관계, 성적 관심문제 영역에서 개입의 효과가 있는지를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 실험 집단에 있어 심리치료 프로그램 후 유의한 효과 가 나타났으며, 무처치 통제집단과 비교도 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 그 결과를 교차 검증하기 위해 타인 보고식 치료자 평가를 진행했으며 5가지 하위요 인에 대한 수형자의 자기보고 평가와 치료자의 타인보고 평가가 일치하는 결과를 보 였다. 성폭력사범 대상 심리치료 프로그램 후 강간통념, 변화동기 등에는 변화를 나타냈으나, 대인관계, 자기관리, 성적인 집착 등에는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 추 후 연구에서 대인관계 등에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않은 원인을 탐색하고 성폭력 사범대상 중 집중과정과 심화과정에서도 유사한 양상이 발견되는지 확인할 필요가 있 다. 또한 연구에 참여한 참여자 표본 수의 한계가 있을 수 있으므로 더 많은 자료를 통해 본 연구의 결과가 유지 또는 개선되는지 여부도 중요하다. 본 연구는 기존의 성 폭력관련 척도가 아니라 교정시설에 수용된 성폭력사범을 대상으로 개발 및 타당화된 척도를 통해 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 더불어 치료자의 타인보고 결과의 일치성을 확 인하였다는 연구에 의의가 있다. 몇 가지 제한점을 극복하고 프로그램의 질적 향상을 위해 이 도구의 적합성과 프로그램 내용의 구성에 대해서도 건강한 논의가 지속되어 야 할 것이다.

In this study, project information of government-funded research institute in the food field was collected and analyzed to systematically identify the factors affecting the process of transferring technological achievements of public research institute to the private sector. This study hypothesized that human resources, financial resources, and technological characteristics as input factors of R&D projects affect output factors, such as research papers or patents produced by R&D projects. Moreover, these outputs would serve as drivers of the technology transfer as one of the R&D outcomes. Linear Regression Analysis and Poisson Regression Analysis were conducted to empirically and sequentially investigate the relationship between input factors and output and outcome of R&D projects and the results are as follows: First, the principle investigator's career and participating researcher's size as human resource factors have an influence on both the number of SCI (science citation index) papers and patent registration. Second, the research duration and research expenses for the current year have an influence on the number of SCI papers and patent registrations, which are the main outputs of R&D projects. Third, the technology life cycle affects the number of SCI papers and patent registrations. Lastly, the higher the number of SCI papers and patent registrations, the more it affected the number of technology transfers and the amount of technology transfer contract.

막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구를 기획·관리·확산하는 연구관리 담당자들은 매우 중요한 인력이나, 역할에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 연구관리 전문기관 담당자에게 필요한 역량요소를 도출하고 역량의 중요도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4가 지 주요요인과 16개의 하위요인을 도출하였고, AHP 기법을 기반으로 설문조사(연구관리 담 당자와 연구자 90명 대상)를 추진하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전체 응답자 기준으로 역량의 중요도는 협력적 태도, 소통능력, 연구지식, 목표관리능력과 신의성실 순으로 확인되었으나, 담당자의 경우, 업무와 관련한 역량(규정지식, 판단능력, 정책지식)이 중요하다고 보는 반면, 연구자들의 경우 자신들을 보다 더 지원해 줄 수 있는 역량(협력적 태도, 소통능력)을 보다 더 중시하는 시각차를 볼 수 있었다. 이번 연구는 전문기관 연구관리 담당자의 채용과 역량 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, when Butyl ether, a type of diether-based oxygenated fuel, is mixed in each volume ratio in a naturally aspirated direct injection diesel engine, the exhaust gas emission characteristics of the oxygenated component in the fuel affect each operating area of the engine I wanted to investigate the effect on. For comparative measurement of engine performance and exhaust emissions, commercial diesel and butyl ether mixed fuels were classified into 4 types according to the mixing ratio and tested. As the content of butyl ether in fuel increases, soot emission reduction increases, and when the maximum mixing amount of butyl ether (diesel 80vol-% + BE 20vol%) is applied, compared to the case of using only diesel as fuel, at 2500 rpm and no load, 39%, and about 32% of smoke reduction effect at full load was confirmed.

함정의 전투관리체계나 민간의 스마트 시티와 같은 많은 센서와 동작기기가 연결된 체계에서는 주로 미들웨어인 DDS(Data Distribution Service)를 사용하여 대규모의 데이터를 전송하고 향후 센서나 장비 증가에 대해 효과적으로 대응하고 있다. 선박에서 함정의 전투관리체계(Combat Management System, CMS)와 같은 역할을 하는 중요한 제어체계인 통합기관감시제어체계(Engineering Control System, ECS)는 여전히 Server-Client 모델을 기반으로 산업용 프로토콜(Modbus, CAN(Controller Area Network) bus 등)을 사용하여 데이터를 전송하고 있어 확장성 측면에서 불리하다. 따라서 향후 자동화나 무인화가 진행될 경우에 많은 센서류가 추가될 것이며 이는 많은 프로그램 수정 소요가 발생하게 되며, DDS는 이러한 상황에서 좋은 해결책이 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전투관리체계에서 사용 중인 미들웨어인 DDS 중에서 OMG(Object Management Group) 표준을 따르는 OpenDDS를 활용하여 선박의 통합기관감시제어체계의 개발 가능성을 확인하였다. 이를 위해 필드장비 시뮬레이터 및 ECS 서버를 구성하여 DDS를 이용한 필드장비 데이터 입출력 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 개발한 ECS 축소모형은 데이터를 발간-구독하는데 문제가 없으며, DDS가 선박 ECS의 미들웨어로 충분히 사용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

Public institutions have a responsibility to ensure the safety of their employees and the public. One way to do this is to implement a systematic safety inspection system based on risk assessments and continuous improvements. This study developed a systematic safety inspection system for public institutions that are ordered construction projects. The proposed system in this study consists of a three-step process: (1) developing safety grade evaluation tables, (2) preparing and conducting safety inspections, and (3) evaluating and improving safety management grades. The first step is to develop safety grade evaluation tables by analysis and diagnosis of the construction site's work type, disaster statistics, and related laws. The second step is to conduct safety inspections using the developed evaluation tables. The third step is to determine the safety management grade based on the results of the safety inspection, and to improve risk factors found during the safety evaluation. The proposed system was implemented in highway construction projects carried out by public institutions. The results showed that the proposed system has two major effects: (1) reducing accident-related deaths and injuries, (2) improving safety management levels by continuous evaluation and improvement. The proposed system can be utilized in construction projects ordered by public institutions to improve the level of occupational safety and health.

This study analyzed the factors affecting the educational effect of safety innovation education for management of public institutions. A survey was conducted on 294 CEOs and executive directors of public institutions (divided into construction sites, workplaces, and research facilities) subject to the safety management rating system to understand the impact of educational participants' characteristics and behavioral intentions after safety innovation education. As a result of statistical analysis, it was found that the executive director had a higher behavioral intention than the CEO, and the education quality, education instructor, and educational environment all had a significant positive (+) effect on the behavioral intention. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to safety innovation education for management of public institutions

우리나라 폐기물관리법상 의료폐기물은 소각 또는 멸균분쇄 후 소각하도록 되 어 있으나, 멸균분쇄 후 소각하는 경우는 미미하다. 의료폐기물은 멸균분쇄 하 더라도 위해성이 남아 있다는 전제하에 잔재물을 소각해야 한다는 법률규정 때문에 멸균분쇄는 불필요한 과정으로 인식되어 대부분 의료폐기물 전용소각 장에서 소각되고 있다. 그러다보니 의료폐기물 전용소각장의 처리용량이 부족 해지고, 이를 해결하기 위하여 법정한도를 초과해서 처리하는 것을 허용하는 경우도 있으며, 감염정도가 낮은 일회용기저귀는 폐기물관리법 특례를 적용하 여 의료폐기물에서 제외하여 일반폐기물 소각장에서 처리하고 있다. 국내 폐기물관리법은 기계적 처분 방식인 고압증기멸균법 및 마이크로웨이브 멸균법 등이 규정되어 있지만 아직 활성화 되지 못하고 있다. 이는 의료폐기물 처리에 대해 어떠한 방식을 통해서라도 자원을 재활용해야 한다는 당위성에 대한 인식이 부족하기 때문이다. 멸균분쇄 후 남은 잔재물을 소각하지 않고 재활용하기 위해서는 개정되어야 할 규정 들이 많이 있다. 의료폐기물은 발생지인 의료기관이 자가처리 방식으 로 멸균분쇄하여 일반폐기물로 배출하여 재활용하는 것이 가장 바람직한 방법 이다. 따라서, 해외 선진 국가들과 마찬가지로 우리나라도 의료폐기물 재활용, 특히 소재 자체가 활용도가 매우 높은 일회용기저귀에 대해서는 반드시 재활 용 및 재생원료로 사용될 수 있도록 연구, 검토되어야 할 것이다.

Technology innovation companies are focusing on contributing to business performance by R&D project as a strategic tool. Successful R&D leads to corporate competitiveness enhancement, national industrial development, but there are high uncertainty and risks in R&D. Public and private R&D projects are carried out to achieve various purposes. It was verified how the risk management and benefit management of the R&D project affect the detailed R&D project performance between the Public and private domain. The impact of Project Leadership on R&D performance was also analyzed. Those who have participated in the Public and Private R&D projects at companies or research institutes were surveyed. First, it was found that project risk and benefit management have partially an effect on R&D project performance. Second, Public and private R&D Project Leadership showed partially a interaction effect between project management and project performance.

본 연구에서는 외부 주요주주가 기업의 연구개발투자에 미친 영향을 실증분석을 통해 검증하였다. 외부 주요주 주를 동질적인 하나의 그룹으로 인식했던 선행연구와 달리, 본 연구에서는 외부 주요주주를 구성하고 있는 주체 별로 이해관계가 다를 수 있다는 가정에서 출발하였다. 기업에서 5% 이상의 지분을 보유하고 있는 외부 주요주 주를 국민연금, 국민연금을 제외한 국내 기관투자자, 외국인투자자 등 3개 그룹으로 구분한 후, 그룹별로 연구개 발투자에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 2013～2020년 동안 KOSPI 시장에 상장된 468개 제조기업을 대상으로 패널 분석을 수행한 결과, 외부 주요주주 중 국민연금과 외국인투자자는 기업의 연구개발투자에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미친 반면, 국민연금을 제외한 국내 기관투자자는 연구개발투자에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 국민연금과 외국인투자자는 경영자에 대한 적극적인 감시활동을 통해 연구개발투자를 통한 중장기적인 기업가치 제고를 추구하는 반면, 국민연금을 제외한 국내 기관투자자는 단기 이익 극대화를 추 구하여 불확실성이 높고 회임 기간이 긴 연구개발투자를 기피함을 의미한다. 연구결과는 외부 주요주주가 기업경 영에 미치는 영향력을 정확히 파악하기 위해서는 다양한 이해관계를 가진 외부 주요주주를 유형별로 세분화해서 접근해야 함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 사람과 조직 그리고 이들을 둘러싼 환경 내에 존재하는 가치 있고 우수한 요인을 협력 기반의 질문을 통해 찾아 개발하고 발전시키는 변화의 방법인 Appreciative Inquiry(긍정적 가치탐색)를 활용하여 사교육기관의 지속가능경영 연구의 방향과 과제에 대한 체계적 문헌고찰을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 긍정적 가치탐색 방법이 소개된 1986년 이후 의 국내외 문헌을 웹 기반 전자데이터베이스를 활용하여 총 321건(국외 298편, 국내 23편)을 검토하고 분석하였다. 지속 가능한 사교육기관의 교육 경영을 위해서는 문제 중심의 접근법이 아닌 가치와 강점 중심의 접근법을 활용할 필요가 있 다. 사교육기관의 지속 가능한 변화와 발전을 위한 가치 중심적 접근과 연구의 중심에는 긍정적 가치탐색이 있다. 사교 육기관은 긍정적 핵심 가치탐색과 활용을 통해 이상적인 교육 경영 모델을 수립하고, 이해관계자들의 의미요소를 파악하 여 소통방안을 마련하며, 기관과 기관 종사자들의 강점과 장점 및 우수요인과 성공 경험을 통해 발전 전략을 세우고, 기 관의 잠재력 활용과 적극적인 구성원들의 참여를 통한 효용성 있는 협력체계를 구성해 나가야 한다.

This study aims to to identify specific terms used in the documents of public organizations in order to assess the need to replace them for general comprehension by the public and to gain an understanding of how public organization officials and the public (those who visit the organizations) perceive those words. With their cooperation, the terms (used in press releases), guidance practices, notices, and website posting of Siheung Urban Corporation were collected, and 64 terms were selected through word segmentation of 300,000 words and morphological analysis. Next, a survey was conducted to determine the need for improvement of specific terms and the appropriateness of the alternative terms. The survey results showed an average v alue o f 3.04 (out of 4) f or t he n eed to r efinement of terms. The alternative terms received an average appropriateness value of 3.21 (out of 4). As a result of examining terms that require replacement by vocabulary type, it was found that E nglish a crony ms s uch as VOC, CS, AED, B L scored an a verage o f 3.23 points, indicating that replacement was most necessary. This survey of public organization officials and the public suggests that acronyms urgently need to be replaced in public documents.

This study attempted to obtain a comprehensive insight into future education by systematically analyzing the contents of the research report from national research institutes on future education. To achieve this, 11 research reports on future education were analyzed using the semantic network analysis method. As a result, first, the main keywords of future education are 'future-oriented', 'artificial intelligence', 'learning topic', 'diversity', 'convergence', 'future core competency', 'democratic citizenship education', 'thinking ability', 'education policy', and 'literacy'. Second, among these keywords, 'education reform' is strongly linked with 'future-oriented', 'future core competency' and 'education policy'; 'future core competency' is strongly linked with 'future science' and 'thinking ability'; 'future science' was found to be strongly connected with 'learning subject' and 'convergence'. Also, 'education content' was found to be strongly connected with 'diversity', 'literacy' and 'artificial intelligence'. Third, as a result of the centrality index, 'future-oriented' is located at the center of the network, followed by 'learning topics', 'diversity', 'literacy', and 'artificial intelligence' are located within a short distance. In addition, 'learning topics', 'artificial intelligence', and 'future orientation' were found to play an important role in the overall semantic structure. The main points of discussion are discussed, based on these results, with previous research results.

본 연구의 목적은 노인보호전문기관 중간관리자의 업무수행 어려움을 분석하 기 위해 수행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 노인보호전문기관 중간관리자 중 사회복지 전체 경력 10년 이상, 중간관리자 경력 5년 이상인 5인을 선정하여 총 3회 포커 스 그룹 면담을 진행하고 Colaizzi의 현상학적 이론으로 결과를 분석하였다. 연 구 결과, 노인보호전문기관 중간관리자의 업무수행 어려움에 관한 경험들은 175 개의 의미 있는 진술과 8개의 세부 주제, 2개의 주제 묶음이 도출되었다. ‘개인적 측면’에서는, ‘기관장님과 직원 사이에서 역할의 어려움’, ’자신의 감정을 표출하 지 않음‘, ’일과 가정 양립의 불균형‘으로 나타났고, ’조직적 측면‘에서는, ‘책임의 광범위성’, ‘과중한 행정업무 담당’, ’민원인 응대‘, ‘인력 부족‘, ‘직원들의 잦은 이 직’으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 노인보호전문기관 중간관리자의 업무수행 어려움에 대하여 실제적으로 이들을 이해하고 개입할 수 있는 제도를 모색해 보고 이들을 지원하기 위한 실천적, 정책적인 함의를 조망했다는 데 의의가 있다.
