The most important factor in the processing of composite materials is the creation of burrs. In order to minimize the generation of burrs, the preceding researchers changed the shape and processing conditions of the tool. The developed composite material using carbon and aramid fibers has limitations in reducing the formation of burrs. In this study, in order to solve this problem, by applying a jig under the test piece during drilling, it was possible to perform high-quality hole processing with minimal burr generation.
As the desires of market get various, so its demand fluctuates frequently. The only companies that flexibly meets fluctuating demands can survive in the fierce market competition. In this study, we deal with the development of jig system for manual welding processes that can cause flexible actions and uniform quality in the manufacturing shock absorber base assembly of automobile. For this we review the processes of design and development through analysis of the technology and the customer that are patents analysis, customer desires analysis, functional analysis and so on. Moreover, we review the relevant indicators for improvement of productivity that are production capacity, cycle time and error rates etc. as the technology is developed.
Peeling machine has been industrially used to peel the metallic circular bar such as cast iron, cast steel, SUS series. Especially peeling process was reported to not ease in case of SUS series due to its high hardness. Structural analysis for roller jig in peeling machine was performed to evaluate the structural safety. For these purposes, stress, deformation and safety factor were investigated. As the results, maximum stress was occurred at shaft and maximum deformation was occurred at side plate in roller jig. Further since the minimum safety factor of top plate was 8.16 in case of guarantee pressure, it is considered that roller jig of peeling machine in this study was structurally safe.
선박에 설치되는 개구(Opening)는 사람이 드나드는 문(door)과 화물 출입구(cargo access hatch) 그리고 닫힌 장소에 사람이 드나들기 위한 맨홀(manhole)이 있다. 특히 해치는 수밀이 필요한 경우가 많아 폐쇄장치가 복잡한 기구로 구성되게 된다. 이 연구에서는 생산효율 및 품질향상을 위해 유압으로 작동하는 취부용 지그(JIG)를 개발하였다.
본 논문에서는 Pothead를 지지하는데 사용하는 지그의 고유진동수를 일정 범위로 제한하여 Pothead와 공진을 일으키지 않도록 하는 지그의 최적 설계안을 제시한다. 쿤 터커(Kuhn-Thucker) 조건을 적용한 최적기준법(Optimality criteria method)을 사용하여 위상 최적화를 수행하였고, 이 과정에서 유한요소 크기기 최적 형상에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 또한 위상 최적화 결과를 바탕으로 실험 계획법(Design of experiments)과 반응 표면법(Response surface method)을 사용하여 형상 및 치수 최적화를 수행하여 비교용 지그에 비해 전체 질량이 30% 감소되는 결과를 얻었다. 마지막으로 최적화된 지그의 내진 해석을 수행한 Pothead의 응답은 Metal Handbook에서 제시된 내진 응답을 만족하고 있다.
In this study, which is the basis for industrial presses to target small and medium enterprises with production information system is designed. Production information in real time on-site digitizing and transmitting data to a standard PC is to base operations. Personnel management, safety management, production management is to increase the efficiency. Therefore, at low cost is to encourage computerization within the company. These embedded systems and wireless communication module has a database management program installed in order to raise productivity and competitiveness will improve.
In commercial vehicle, sub-frame which equipped in main frame supporting dump deck and oil tanker. This is the main structure for all equipment which including joint function. Sub-frame is made by welding process, this susceptible to deform and crack by its longitudinal size. Also various kind of sub-frame make it difficult to standardization in manufacturing process and exclusive jig is not adapted yet. Frame size is over 6~8m and weight is more than 300kg this make re-work more difficult. If manufacturing company made precise sub-frame, this is not only convenient for customers but also save the company money by reducing the working time. In this study manufacture the sub-frame be suitable for its main function and develop exclusive welding jig for obtain checking fixture function as well.
Small and medium companies have few dedicated employees for process planning and analyzing. They have many defects in their operational processes which result in less productivity. This research analyze a process of small company, which makes a hole and a round for gear parts. We found that the drilling operation is a bootle-neck operation and propose a revised general machine for drilling operation.
The legacy drilling operation is performed as follows. First, a operator drills a half hole of a part and turns the part upside down. Then he drills a rest hole of the part. The operation needs more efforts than other operations. Therefore a productivity of the factory depends on that of the drilling operation. We developed a horizontal multi-drilling machine for the drilling operation. The machine has the drilling tool heads and takes three parts and makes a hole at the same time. It eliminates human operation in the middle of drilling, We also developed clamping jig for holding parts tightly. The proposed machine reduces the total operation time and enhances the productivity of the factory. The process capability index also increased from 6.8 to 9.6.
Measurement is used for evaluation of product or process exactly. If it couldn't measured correctly, Quality-cost must be raised and it would be hard to improve product quality. So, this study suggests improvement guide line for the multilateral problems of measuring instrument operation based on the investigation of 157 small and medium-sized enterprises in February, 2008. To use inspection gig correctly, man who treat it must be accustomed with the structure, the performance, the method. The inspection gig is selected properly for the measurement goal. If not, results couldn't be correctly or wasted time, efforts, and costs. When selecting a inspection gig, the locating, the clamping, and the efficiency must be considered.
In this study, an Wireless Data Transmission Module for Large Spatial Structures has been investigated. An Wireless Data Transmission Mobule was designed with a Zigbee-based wireless communication function and a low-power, a variety of external interface. This was designed using RadioPulse Inc's MG2470-chip with a Zigbee-based wireless communication function, and Power Circuit was designed using Battery. The MG2470-chip is a true 2.4GHz system-on-chip (SoC) designed for low-power, low-cost applications based on the industry standards such as IEEE802.15.4 and RF4CE. The MG2470 involves 8-bit 8051 MCU with internal 64-KB flash memory and 6-KB SRAM. Accordingly, it is possible to development of an optimal firmware.
J.S.바흐의 많은 작품들이 장르와 상관없이 춤음악을 근간으로 삼고 있다는 것은 주지의 사실이 다. 그러나 구체적으로 춤음악을 어떻게 사용하고 있는지에 관한 연구는 아직까지 충분히 이루어지 지 않았다. 이 글에서는 J.S.바흐의 《B단조 미사》중 “Gloria"의 100마디를 살펴 이 부분이 어떻게 춤음악을 사용하고 있는지를 보고 있다. 이 음악에서 J.S.바흐는 1) 춤음악의 전형적 박과 리듬을 사 용하여 이를 통해 특정 춤이 갖는 대표적 정서를 소통하고자 하며 2) 춤음악의 전형적인 형식을 빌 린 뒤 여기에 리토르넬로를 첨가하여 복합적인 형식을 만들어 내고 있고 3) 양식화된 자율적 춤음악 이 표상하던 음악적 내용을 그대로 사용하고 있다. 결국 실제 춤과는 전혀 관계가 없는 이 곡에서 J.S.바흐는 춤음악의 지표, 형식, 내용을 모두 빌려 쓰고 있는 것이다.
현재 와이파이가 지원되는 스마트폰 시장이 급격히 증가하면서 스마트 폰을 기반으로 하는 네트워크 콘텐츠 가 빠르게 보급되고 있다. 하지만, 아직까지 와이파이가 지원되지 않거나 블루투스 환경만을 제공하는 피처폰이나 기타 멀티미디어 기기 등에서는 네트워크 콘텐츠를 제공하기 힘든 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 블루투스, 와이파이 등의 기술보다도 저전력, 저가격, 사용의 용이성, 다채널, 브로드캐스팅을 지원하는 지그비 기술을 이용하였다. 근거리 네트워크 게임에 지그비 기술을 이용함으로써 다양한 형태의 네트워크 게임을 개발할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 이를 이용한 다양한 무선 네트워크 컨텐츠의 개발을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.
지그비 모듈용 소형 PCB안테나를 30mm×8mm의 좁은 영역으로 제한된 공간에서 구현함과 동시에 안테나의 반사손실을 개선시키기 위하여, 기생소자로 접지면과 이격되는 도체를 가지는 미앤더 슬롯 안테나가 제안된다. 본 논문을 통해 설계되어 제작된 안테나의 공진주파수는 대략 2.44GHz이고, 대역폭은 113MHz(VSWR≤2)이다. 방사패턴은 동작주파수영역에서 다이폴 안테나의 방사특성과 거의 유사하고, 안테나의 효율 및 이득은 각각 60% 및 2.7dBi이상의 값을 가진다. 이러한 안테나의 모든 특성들은 지그비에 응용되기 위해 요구되어지는 규격을 모두 만족함을 알 수 있다. 본 논문이 제안하는 안테나의 타당성을 보여주기 위해 모의실험 결과 및 측정결과를 비교하여 제시하였다.
