Purpose: This study analyzed domestic studies on blended learning among nursing students to identify research trends and future directions. Methods: This scoping review was conducted following the process suggested by Arksey and O’Malley: 1) identifying the research questions; 2) searching for relevant studies; 3) study selection; 4) charting the data; 5) collating, summarizing, and reporting the results; and 6) optional consultation. Relevant studies were searched using the keywords “blended learning” and “nursing” in the domestic databases RISS, KISS, and DBpia. The selection and exclusion criteria were applied to 203 articles, and 34 were finally selected. Results: The final 34 studies included 30 quantitative and four qualitative studies. Most of the studies were experimental studies. In undergraduate nursing education, blended learning was utilized more in the classroom than in the lab or clinical setting. Furthermore, it was mainly applied by combining online and offline approaches. It improved learning satisfaction, critical thinking, clinical performance, and self-directed learning ability. Conclusion: Research on blended learning in nursing education has increased over time. Blended learning positively affects learning satisfaction and learning ability in nursing students; thus, it is expected that this could be effectively utilized in both the classroom and lab or in clinical teaching for nursing students. Therefore, future studies using various research methods should be expanded, and systematic reviews and meta-analyses are recommended.

By reviewing different theoretical backgrounds behind knowledge, politics, and power of language in critical approaches to applied linguistics, this study introduces a newly constructed foundation for critical research, so called, Foucault’s ‘thoughts from outside.’ In order to understand Foucault’s experience of the outside, this study firstly explores the meanings of prohibition and transgression in literary texts, in which Foucault reflected the question of ‘limits.’ For example, research on Georges Batalille’s works provided an opportunity to consider the meaningfulness beyond the limitation of language. In the late works of governmentality and subjectification, Foucault also reinterpreted Kant’s concept of enlightenment and critique in the philosophy of actuality, defined as the ‘arts of existence’ or ‘critical ontology of ourselves.’ In this study, the critique as ethos is re-valued in an on-going inquiry and experimentation for the autonomous self-constitution of subject, which can be placed in the critical study of language, education, and society. Possible areas of research and L2 education (e.g., translingual practice, identity construction, narrative education) related to Foucault’s technological ways of living, as well as the limitations of this study, are also discussed.

An implementation of OSEK NM, a network management protocol for automotive embedded systems, has been defined. In this experiment, the NM ID of each ECU of the vehicle is reverse-engineered when the vehicle is parked with a discharged battery, and the power management status and error status of each ECU and node are identified through NM ID OPCODE analysis, Sleep status, and Wake-up status, LIMP HOME status, were analyzed. After analyzing the NM OPCODE to find the faulty ECU, remove the cause of the failure and analyze the sleep mode entry state.In order to prevent the vehicle battery from being discharged, additional research is needed on how to enter the forced sleep mode when a failure not related to vehicle security occurs.

우리나라의 천적 연구는 1995년부터 본격적으로 추진되었다. 25여 년이 지난 지금 1990년부터 2020년까지 한국응용곤충학회지에 발표 된 논문은 약 130편으로 전체 약 1,550편의 8.4%가 천적에 관한 논문이었다. 이들 논문 중에는 1990년대에는 천적을 탐색하여 생물적 특성 연구에 관한 논문의 비율이 높았고, 2010년대에는 개발된 천적을 농가 현장에 적용하는 논문의 비율이 높았다. 이러한 연구의 결과로 국내 토착 천적이 24종, 도입 천적이 13종이 개발되어 총 37종의 우수 천적이 개발되었다. 또한 개발된 천적이 현장에 활용될 수 있도록 천적 활용 기술서 및 매 뉴얼을 약 28종 이상 개발되었다. 이처럼 지금까지 천적 탐색, 생물적 특성 연구, 및 생산·이용 기술 측면에서 많은 성과가 있었으나 앞으로 추진 하여야 할 과제도 많이 남아 있다. 우리나라 농작물 재배상황에 맞는 우수 천적을 탐색하거나 도입하는 연구, 비용을 절감할 수 있는 연중 대량생산 기술, 천적의 생산 및 유통 과정에 품질을 유지할 수 있는 기술, 및 천적과 저독성 작물보호제를 조화롭게 사용할 수 있는 기술 개발 등이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Insect neuropeptides are involved in most physiological processes in insects, such as diuresis, ecdysis, and pheromone biosynthesis. The peptides perform these functions as ligands for G-protein coupled receptors (GPCRs) that trigger specific biochemical functions. Our research in this area has focused on the Pheromone Biosynthesis Activating Neuropeptide (PBAN) and its GPCR in fire ants. I will show that PBAN is involved in fire ant pheromone production and interestingly, also in important functions of all colony life stages. Since many neuropeptides play critical roles in insect development and reproduction, the peptide hormones and their receptors are viewed as promising targets for novel biologically-based control. These possibilities will be illustrated. Secondly, the use of venom alkaloids, cuticular hydrocarbons, and pheromones as useful taxonomic characters will be illustrated using Solenopsis species in the USA and in South America.

Hospital costing has generally been using ABC costing method. However, based on increase of expensive equipment, the fixed cost is increased in the hospital industry. The most common equipment industry are using building block costing method for depreciation and equipment management costing elements. Additionally it presents three options that may be considered to be supported by the IT system to find the most appropriate alternative.

우리나라의 노인장기요양보험제도는 고령사회와 노인부양에 대한 인식의 변화는 물론 전통적인 가족 돌봄의 어려움으로 인해 2008년부터 제도로서 시행되고 있다. 제도시행 당시 장기요양 이용자는 1등급 ~ 3등급까지였으나 현재는 치매질환자에 대한 급여확대를 통해 5등급자까지 장기요양급여를 받고 있다. 이처럼 우리나라의 노인장기요양보험 이용자는 지속적으로 확대되고 있어 향후 지속가능한 제도로서 자리매김을 위해 재정관리에 대한 필요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 노인장기요양제도에서 공식, 비공식 자원의 연계를 통한 케어매니지먼트 개념의 적용이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 우리보다 먼저 케어매니지먼트를 적용한 일본의 개호보험의 사례를 통해 장기요양보 험제도의 발전적 방향에 대하여 고찰하고자 하였다.

목적:전방에서 군 생활을 했던 예비역들이 겪었던 고통의 구조를 알아보고자 하였다.연구방법:전방에서 군 생활을 했던 경험이 있던 예비역 10명과 2013년 3월부터 5월까지 두 달간 1~2회 대화를 실시하였다. 참여자들이 전방에서 경험했던 고통체험에 대하여 반복되는 이야기나 더 이상 새로운 내용이 나오지 않는 포화상태까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 Parse의 인간되어감 이론의 절차에 따라 이루어졌다.결과:연구결과 전방에서 군 생활을 하며 겪었던 고통은 혹독한 추위 속에서의 생활, 자유가 박탈된 감옥 같은 생활, 북한이 언제든 공격할 것이라는 생각 등으로 나타났다. 이 고통체험들은 시간이 지나고 사회생활을 하면서 자신의 인생에 밑거름이 되었고 기분 좋은 추억으로 남았다. 결론:군대에 정신보건 작업치료사들이 전문인력으로 배치되면 군인들의 심리적, 정신보건적인 부분에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 군 생활에 잘 적응하고 느끼는 고통을 줄이며, 나아가 자살을 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

목적 : 임상에서 근무하고 있는 작업치료사들이 겪게 되는 관계 갈등의 구조를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 임상에서 작업치료를 하고 있는 작업치료사 8명과 2011년 2월 한 달간 1~2회 대화를 실시하였다. 참여자들이 임상에서 겪게 되는 관계 갈등에 대하여 반복되는 이야기나 더 이상 새로운 내용이 나오지 않는 포화 상태까지 자료를 수집하였다. 자료수집 및 분석은 Parse의 인간되어감 이론의 절차에 따라 이루어졌다. 결과 : 연구결과 작업치료사가 겪고 있는 갈등은 작업치료에 대한 주변사람들의 이해부족, 초임으로서 주변사람들과의 갈등, 작업치료에 불이익을 주는 기관의 시스템으로 나타 났으며, 참여자들은 이를 해결하기 위해 자기발전을 하고 작업치료의 효과를 제시하는 방 식으로 갈등을 해결하고자 하였다. 이러한 노력으로 작업치료에 대한 밝은 미래를 희망하 고 있었다. 결론 : 임상에서 겪는 갈등은 상호작용하는 주변사람들이 작업치료에 대한 인식부족으로 발 생하는 경우가 많았다. 작업치료에 대한 효과를 주변사람들부터 인식시킴으로써 작업치료 를 알릴 필요가 있다.

Risk Assessment, a basis of health and safety management system, is an calamity prevention activity which regularly measure the level of a risk to passively improve potential hazard. A problem, the assessment not being improved to be applied to the construction work site where requires diversity and complexity, causes the assessment to be inefficient to bring quality results. A study on the investigates and compares the surveyed degree of recognitions of workers who works in companies executing the risk assessment By the investigation and comparison, it is expected to bring the better solution for early and efficient application for those companies which are not taking the risk assessment.

The objective of this study was to compare the accuracy analysis and the effect of field application of a newly developed automatic heat detector in dairy cows. From 2009 to 2010, we used 48 Holstein cows (mounting cows : 38 heads, standing cows : 10 heads) raised in experimental barn of National Livestock Research Institute (RDA) for the accuracy analysis of automatic heat detector, and 14 Holstein cows raised in three commercial dairy farms of Cheonan and Pochun area for comparison of the effect of field application. The accuracy of response in cows attached with automatic heat detector was 86.8% (33/38) displayed on board when mounting activity observed, and 100% (10/10) when standing activity observed, and on average, 90.0% (43/48) displayed on board. The accuracy of automatic heat detector in on-farm test was 85.7% (12/14), and conception rate was 75.0% (9/12).

This paper investigates the status and change of qualitative research in TEFL and applied linguistics in an effort to project the direction of TEFL research in Korea. This paper first reviews a first and a second coming of age of the research in TESOL and applied linguistics, focusing on qualitative research methodology. For the study, the issues on a definition of qualitative research are raised, and three exemplars such as case study, conversation analysis, and ethnography are discussed in terms of assumptions, methods, data analysis and interpretation, and evaluative criteria. The importance and directions of qualitative research studies in TEFL in Korea are also suggested.
