The aging fishery training vessels from the past have mostly been decommissioned, and many universities are introducing state-of-the-art large fishery training vessels. The purpose of these training vessels is to train marine professionals and above all, safety to prevent marine accidents should be of utmost priority as many students embark on the vessel. This study estimated the impact of the hydrodynamic interaction forces acting on the model vessel (fishery training vessel) from the bank when the vessel pass near the semi-circle bank wall in various conditions through the numerical calculation, especially concerning maneuvering motions of the vessel. For estimation, variables were mainly set as the size of the semi-circle shape, the lateral distance between the bank and the model vessel, and the depth near the bank. As a result, it was estimated that, in order for the model vessel to safely pass the semi-circle bank wall at a speed of 4 knots, the water depth to the vessel draft ratio should be 1.5 or more (approximately 8 m of water depth), and the lateral distance from the semi-circle bank wall should be 0.4 times the model vessel’s length    or more (a distance of 34 m or more). Under these conditions, it was expected that the model vessel would pass without significantly being affected by the bank wall.

북극지역은 기후변화에 대해 가장 민감하게 반응하고 환경파괴에 따른 영향이 가장 심각하게 나타나는 지역이다. 기후변화로 인한 해빙은 천연 자원 개발이 쉬워지고 북극해를 지나는 물류 운송로가 활성화 되면서 북극 국가(Arctic States) 이외 ‘비북극 국가(Non Arctic States)’ 특히 중국, 인도, 일본의 북극 진출 전략이 국익 차원에서 다양화 되고 있다. 북극해의 지리적 공간은 환경적, 사회적, 경제적 차원을 넘어서 군사․안보 적 차원까지 확장되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 북극권의 지속가능한개발에 대한 국제적인 관심이 집중되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 느슨한 형태의 거버넌스를 형성하고 있는 북극이사회를 조직화, 제도화, 실행 및 프로젝트 평가의 세 가지 지표로 평가하고 북극의 지속가능발전을 위한 북극이사회의 역할과 과제에 대해 조명해 보고자 한다. 또한 북극권의 SDGs에 관한 국내연구가 부재한 상황에서 다음과 같은 질문에 대한 답을 찾아가고자 한다. 첫째, 지속가능개발은 어떤 것이고 무엇을 의미하는 것인가? 둘째, 현재 북극상황에서 지속가능개발은 무엇이며 어떤 모습이어야 하는가? 북극권의 SDGs는 얼마나 유용하고 실행 가능한가? 마지막으로 북극의 지속가능개발을 위한 북극이사회의 역할과 과제는 무엇인가

목적 : 본 연구는 11개의 국내 제조사에서 시판되는 교체용 써클 소프트 콘택트렌즈의 새그깊이 차이를 평가하 고자 하였다. 방법 : 실험에 사용된 각각의 콘택트렌즈의 전체직경, 기본커브 같은 2 개의 특정 변수는 동일하게 유지되었다. 콘택트렌즈를 수평선 면에 평행하고 식염수 용액을 함유한 각각의 일회용 폴리스티렌 페트리 접시에 위치시켰다. 렌즈의 새그깊이는 세극등에 장착된 디지털 카메라로 찍어 측정하였다. 결과 : 모든 렌즈의 새그깊이는 3.26~3.67 mm 범위였으며, 평균값은 3.52±0.11 mm이었다. 측정된 새그깊 이에 기초하여 계산된 기본커브는 8.51~9.15 mm 범위였으며, 평균값은 8.73±0.17 mm이었다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 측정된 11개의 교체용 써클 소프트 콘택트렌즈는 새그깊이에서 현저한 차이가 있었다.

It is an irreplaceable important issue in the artificial intelligence (AI) development of the 21st century to establish a database, to recover the related memory, and even to extract big data from written texts in the Chinese characters cultural circle. Theories about the “transitional forms” and “intermediary graphs” of Chinese characters provide theoretical basis for the big data excavation of the written texts in Chinese characters cultural circle. Chinese characters have been deconstructed twice during its long-time development history from the Warring States period to the Six Dynasties period. Experts tend to focus on the first time which is known as “libian” (transformation of the graphic shapes of the zhuanshu into clerical script forms) so there are lots of investigation and research on it. Regard to the second time, as the cursive scripts prevailed, the components of a graph can be reorganized or distorted and some strokes’ order can change the direction in hand-writing process, making a new distinguishing mechanism to produce batches of “transitional forms”. A very few of the “transitional forms” were evolved into “fixed standard scripts”, and a bulk of them were conversely developed as “intermediary graphs” gradually. The first priority for establishing a database for the written texts in the Chinese characters cultural circle is to exclave massive amounts of related information based on big data construction. It is imperative to collect and sort the ancient written letters which are of great value in Japan, Korea and China. This database acts as not only the foundation of the research on history of Chinese writing systems and new historical data, but also the “firsthand data” for revealing the rules of the development of cognitive behavior and intellectual inheritance of human being.

목적: 본 연구는 시력교정술 후 써클 콘택트렌즈 착용 시 조도 환경에 따른 동공크기 및 시력의 차이에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 시력교정술을 받지 않은 28안과 시력교정술을 받은 26안에 두 종류의 무도수의 써클 콘택트렌즈를 각각 착용시키고, 동공크기 및 시력을 측정하였다. 결과: 시력교정술을 받지 않은(Control group)은 써클 콘택트렌즈 착용 전 밝은 상태에서의 Log MAR시 력은 렌즈 A를 착용 하였을 때 보다 감소하였으며, 시력교정술을 받은 군에서의 써클 콘택트렌즈 착용 전 Log MAR시력은 착용 후 밝은 상태에서 렌즈 A, B를 착용하였을 때 보다 높게 나타났다. 렌즈 B를 착용 하 였을 때의 Log MAR시력이 렌즈 A를 착용 하였을 때 보다 낮게 나타났다. 밝은 상태에서 대비감도 3, 6 cpd의 공간주파수에 두 그룹간의 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 써클 콘택트렌즈 A를 착용하였을 경우 시력교정 술을 받은 군의 대비감도가 시력교정술을 받지 않은 대조군(Control Group)의 대비감도 보다 낮게 측정되 었으며, 시력교정술을 받지 않은 대조군(Control group)이 시력교정술을 받은 군 보다 밝은, 어두운 상태에 서의 대비감도가 높게 나타났다. 결론: 시력교정술을 받은 사람이 써클 콘택트렌즈 착용 시 대비감도 변화가 나타날 수 있으니 이에 대한 이해 및 착용자의 고려가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

圓相은 동양문화에서 널리 사용되는 상징기호이다. 특히 불교의 禪宗 에서는 원상을 사용해서 자신의 사상을 표현하거나 제자를 지도하였다. 선에서 원상이 사용된 것은 인도문화의 영향과 도교의 영향이 있었다고 생각된다. 특히 도교의 영향이 컸다고 생각되는데, 선사상 자체가 도교 의 영향을 받아 성립된 것이기 때문이다. 선에서 원상을 처음 사용한 사람은 중국 唐代의 南陽慧忠(?~775)인데, 특히 潙仰宗에서 많이 사용하 였다. 위앙종에서 원상을 사용하게 된 것은 自宗의 독자성을 표현하기 위해서였다. 선에서 원상이 유행하게 되는 것은 宋代 이후인데, 송대 이후에 五家가 확립되어 자종의 독자성을 강조하게 되었다. 이 때 臨濟宗의 三玄三要, 雲門宗의 三句 등과 더불어 위앙종에서는 원상을 사용하게 되었다. 특히 明代이후가 되면 선종에는 모두 96종 이상의 원상이 있었다고 한다. 원상은 여러 의미를 가지는데, 첫째 ‘세계 내지 우주 그 자체’를 상징 한다(全體性, 無限性). 둘째 ‘唯一者 내지 모든 만물의 시초’를 상징한다 (唯一性). 셋째 ‘가장 뛰어난 것’을 상징한다(最上性). 넷째 ‘궁극적 경지’ 를 상징한다(解脫, 깨달음). 선이나 書畵藝術에 나타난 원상의 의미는 이 네 가지 범주를 크게 벗어나지 않으며, 때로는 하나의 원상이 2, 3가 지 의미를 동시에 지니고 있기도 한다. 하지만 圓敎는 ‘다른 가르침보다 뛰어난 최고의 가르침’이라는 의미로서 배타성을 지니므로, ‘원융성’이 라는 원상의 일반적 의미와는 반대된다. 이와 같이 선이나 서화예술에 나타난 개별적인 원상은 상황에 따라 달리 사용되므로, 그 의미도 상황 에 따라 구체적으로 검토되어야 할 것이다.

대만학계의 중국해양사 연구는 모든 시대와 분야에 대해 고루 연구되었다기보다 연구인력 의 한계로 말미암아 명청시기와 같은 특정시대와 분야에 집중되었다. 특히 해양사연구의 대 세가 중국해양사에서 대만해양사로 바뀌면서 더욱 그러하다. 이 글에서는 주로 대만학계의 명청시기와 근대시기의 중국해양사 연구현황을 주요 저서와 『중국해양발전사논문집』에 실린 논문들을 중심으로 소개하고자 한다. 본문 2장에서는 해양사연구의 출발을 알린 중앙연구원 의 『중국해양발전사논문집』을 소개하고, 3장과 4장에서는 명청시기와 근대시기의 중국해양사 연구성과를 해양관련 키워드를 중심으로 정리할 것이다. 나오는 말에서는 대만학계의 해양사 연구에 대한 한 두 가지 특징을 언급할 것이다

This study investigated the effect of implementing the literature circle activities which integrated journal writing practices on college L2 learners’ writing development and their perceptions on integrating literature circle activity in an academic writing classroom. Students’ writing development was measured focusing on complexity, accuracy, and fluency (CAF) through the paired t-test and writing proficiency test In both computer-based analysis and manual analysis, the results showed that there were statistically significant improvements in the participants’ lexical diversity and variation, in such measures as the number of diverse words, type/token ratio, and lexical variation. In the syntactic complexity, in the use of complex nominal phrases per T-unit, complex nominal clauses per clause, coordinate phrases per T-unit and clause per T-unit, statistically significant results were found. All three measures of accuracy showed statistically significant improvement. The participants’ fluency were also found to be improved with statistically significant results. Regarding participants’ perceptions on the journal writing practices and discussion for literature circle activity, over 75% of students positively responded in a questionnaire survey. The results suggest that integration of literature reading and writing can positively influence on L2 learners’ writing development.

We report our measurements of the trigonometric distance and proper motion of IRAS 20056+3350, obtained from the annual parallax of H2O masers. Our distance of D = 4:69+0:65 -0:51 kpc, which is 2.8 times larger than the near kinematic distance adopted in the literature, places IRAS 20056+3350 at the leading tip of the Local arm and proximal to the Solar circle. We estimated the proper motion of IRAS 20056+3350 to be (μα cos δ, μδ) = (—2:62 ± 0:33, —5:65 ± 0:52) mas yr-1 from the group motion of H2O masers, and use our results to estimate the angular velocity of Galactic rotation at the Galactocentric distance of the Sun, Ω0 = 29:75 ± 2:29 km s-1 kpc-1, which is consistent with the values obtained for other tangent points and Solar circle objects.

The advantage、 idelogical level、artistry of Chinese character will infinite in charm in nowadays. As our common creative treasure, we look forward to develop Chinese character.

Researcher of this study improved conventional circle secondary settling basin, through the way such as extend of inlet pipe length, introduction of device for inducting uniforming of flow, keeping of height of sludge interface. Also, we compared conventional circle settling basin to improved circle settling basin the water treatment efficiency. Result of research, when SVI is average 117, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 51.0%, 37.0% approximately compared to conventional settling basin. And when SVI is average 178, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 22.7%, 36.0% approximately. Also when SVI is average 196, improvement rate of SS and BOD were 24.7%, 30.3% approximately. When it’s winter, improvement rate of SS, BOD, COD, TN and TP were 20.6%, 17.9%, 13.9%, 13.5%, 12.4% approximately. Therefore, we can be the judge, this improved settling basin can be used as the final settling basin in the waste water treatment plant.

일제강점기 후반 불교계의 당면한 과제는‘자주권 확립’과‘민족해 방운동’이었다. 주류적 흐름이었던‘불교계의 자주권 확립’은 전통 불교 생존의 측면은 물론이거니와, 왜색불교에 맞선 우리불교 정체 성의 수호와 함께 불교의 대중화 및 활성화라는 측면, 더 나아가 사 찰령 등에 맞서서 우리나라의 전통 불지(佛旨)를 잇고자 하는 노력이 었다. 그러나 대다수의 불교계 인물과는 달리 만해는‘민족해방운동’ 에 보다 중점을 두었다. 만해는 꺼져가는 불법을 되살리고 그 대중화 및 활성화에 천착했지만, 보다 큰 안목으로 일제로부터의 조선 독립 에 더 큰 의미부여를 하였다. 하지만 그렇다 하더라도‘자주권 확립’ 의 차원에서 한국불교의 주체적 발전 방향을 끊임없이 모색하였다. 초기의 저작인『조선불교유신론』에서 만해는 불교적 계몽주의자로 서의 모습을 보여주고 있다. 만해는 이 글에서 불교사상에 기반을 두 지만 서구의 사회진화론을 수용하여 봉건적인 불교의 개혁을 주장한 다. 하지만 사상의 원숙기에 이르면서『십현담주해』를 완성하고『유 마경』을 번역한다. 요컨대 여기에서 볼 수 있는 만해 사상의 요체는 실천불교인‘대중불교’이다. 만해는 한편으로는 불교를 통해서 세상을 구하겠다는 강렬한 구세 의식을 가지고 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 조선불교계의 출세간적인 면모에 대해서 강렬한 비판의식을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그의 구 세의식은 깨달은 자의 우월의식이 아니라 저자거리에서의 동참의식 이다. 이런 의미에서 만해의 선은 대중들이 행할 수 있는 선이며, 그 가 표방하는 바의 보살행은 구원(救援)이나 시혜(施惠)이 아니라‘더 불어 삶’이다. 만해는 이러한 입장에 대한 구체적 실천을 위한 안을 제시하는데, 그것이「조선불교의 개혁안」이다. 그는 이 개혁론에서 초기의『조선불교유신론』을 계승하면서도 당시 변화된 불교계의 동 향에 유의하여 개혁의 당위성, 그리고 대상과 방법을 제시하였다. 만해를 근·현대 한국불교계를 대표할 수 있는 가장 뛰어난 선지식 중의 한 분이라고 하는 것은 그에 대한 적당한 표현이 아니다. 오히 려 그는 한국근대사의 중심에서 민족이 가야할 길을 묵묵히 걸어간 지사였다. 만해가 민족운동가, 독립운동가, 선사, 선생 등의 여러 가 지 명칭으로 회자되는 이유는, 그가 항일민족운동에 매진하였을 뿐 아니라 하나의 명사로는 그를 제대로 표현할 수 없을 정도로 문학, 사상, 불교, 지성 등 각 분야에서 주목할 만한 행적을 우리에게 남겼 기 때문이다. 더 나아가서 만해의 개혁은 불교 개혁을 포함하여 철저하게 대중보 다 한 발 앞서 갔다는 점에서 아주 특별하다. 그뿐만 아니라 수많은 저작과 실천을 통하여 봉건불교의 개혁 그리고 일본 제국주의 식민 지 상태를 극복하기 위한 다양한 투쟁의 행적을 우리에게 남겨 놓았 다는 점에서도 만해는 우리에게 아주 의미심장하다.

Government encourages small size learning circle activities as a part of ‘Learning Organizing Scheme’ to enhance the performances of the company through making SME employees develop themselves by giving them vision and hope who have poor working and learning conditions. Especially as the importance of learning circle (learning shift) activities is getting bigger, diversified studies on learning circles have been made. Accordingly, this study tried to verify the effects of activation of learning circle activities in SMEs on the quality performance of the organization and propose factors related to quality performance of the company.

오늘날 컴퓨터 기술의 발달 및 GIS 소프트웨어의 보급은 주제도 제작의 효율성을 향상시켰다. 그러나 제작 가능한 유형이 소프트웨어에서 제공되는 기능에만 국한되어 주제도 표현의 다양성은 향상되지 못한 실정이다. 특히 도형표현도의 경우 단계구분도와 함께 유용하게 사용되지만 상용 소프트웨어로 제작 가능한 유형이 매우 한정적이며, 소프트웨어마다 지원하는 지도 제작 기능의 정도가 제한적이기 때문에 소프트웨어 사용자의 요구를 모두 충족시키기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 점을 고려하여 범용 GIS 소프트웨어인 ArcGIS를 이용하여 구현하기 곤란한 도형표현도를 선택한 후 이를 구현하고자 하였다. 국내외 국가지도집을 대상으로 도형표현도를 분석한 결과, 가산적 도형표현도와 반원형 도형표현도의 사용 빈도가 높음에도 불구하고 현재 ArcGIS와 같은 범용 GIS 소프트웨어의 기본적인 제작 옵션으로는 구현이 곤란함을 알 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이 두 가지 도형표현도를 대상으로 하여 속성자료를 변환한 후 GIS 소프트웨어를 이용한 도형표현도 제작 방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.
