본 연구의 목적은 신중년 여성의 적응필요역량을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 Y시에 거주하는 50세∼69세 신중년 코칭 교육 여성 참여자를 대상으로 심층 인 터뷰와 요구도 분석을 수행하였으며, Colaizzi 방법과 Borich 요구도 분석, The Locus for Focus 모델을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 신중년 여성 들이 은퇴 후 자율적이고 만족스러운 삶을 영위하는 데 필요한 적응 역량으로 자긍심, 경제적 자립 능력, 사회적 소통 능력, 심리적 회복 탄력성, 평생학습 능 력이 도출되었다. Borich 요구도 분석 결과, 자긍심과 경제적 자립 능력이 가장 큰 격차를 보여 우선순위 과제로 나타났으며, The Locus for Focus 모델을 통해 자긍심, 경제적 자립 능력, 사회적 소통 능력이 즉각적인 개선이 요구되는 핵심 영역으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 신중년 여성의 주요 요구를 반영한 맞춤형 정 책과 교육적 지원 방안을 제안함으로써, 심리적 안정, 경제적 자립, 사회적 관계 강화를 통한 지속 가능한 삶을 지원하는 데 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의 의가 있다.

This study analyzed the status of agrifood consumer competencies and the factors influencing them to provide useful information to improve the quality of life by strengthening the agrifood consumer competencies. The raw data of the 2022 Consumer Behavior Survey for Food collected by the Korea Rural Economic Research Institute were used. The data from 3,321 responses were used for the final analysis. Among the competencies, the average score of the cognitive and practical competencies were 3.543 and 3.459 points, respectively. In addition, the average scores of the specific areas within cognitive competency were 3.587 points for dietary competency, 3.557 points for civic competency, and 3.489 points for purchasing competency. Within practical competency, the average scores of the specific areas were 3.569 points for dietary competency, 3.422 points for civic competency, and 3.392 points for purchasing competency. Gender, age, monthly household income, marital status, administrative district, interest in health, and interest in food safety issues were the significant factors affecting the specific areas within cognitive competency. On the other hand, gender, age, educational level, monthly household income, marital status, administrative district, interest in food safety issues, and each of the areas within cognitive competency had a significant impact on the specific areas of practical competency.

본 연구는 배움여가로서의 팬덤활동을 통한 고령자 배움역량 강화 과정에 대해 파악하는 것을 목적 으로 하였다 초고령 사회를 앞두고 있는 한국사회는 . 고령자 문제의 원인을 파악하고 해결책을 준비할 필요가 있다. 한국은 높은 고령자 자살률 등 고령자와 관련된 부정적인 통계결과를 갖고 있으며, 그 원 인은 매우 다양하고 복합적이다. 이는 만족스러운 노년 생활을 위해 다양한 상황에 적응하고 부정적 정 서를 극복할 수 있는 내적 역량 강화를 위한 활동을 권장하고 교육하는 것이 필요함을 의미한다. 본 연구는 고령자들의 배움 역량인 각자력, 자활력, 치유력이 어떻게 강화되는지 살피기 위해 인터뷰 와 질적 내용 분석 방법을 활용하여 연구참여자들의 구체적 배움여가로서의 팬덤 활동을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고령자들은 배움여가로서의 팬덤활동을 일상적으로 반복하며 배움역량인 각자력, 자활력, 치유 력을 강화하였다. 둘째, 일상적인 배움여가로서의 팬덤활동은 고령자들의 디지털 리터러시 능력을 단기 간에 향상시켰고, 노년의 삶에 대한 긍정적 정서를 유발했다. 셋째, 초고령 사회를 대비한 미래의 여가 교육은 모든 세대를 대상으로 개개인의 흥미와 관심사, 상황에 따라 교육 내용과 방법의 다양성을 확보 하여 노년의 삶에 대한 방향성을 제시할 필요가 있다.

Background: The shift from traditional education to competency-based education in response to societal demands, emphasizes the need for developing assessment tools to measure major competencies—comprising knowledge, skills, attitudes, and personal characteristics—required to perform specific tasks. Thus, It is essential to develop assessing tools to measure the existing major competencies in physical therapy, enabling more effective management of educational outcomes on competencies. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to develop an assessment tool for measuring major competencies within the Department of Physical Therapy. Design: Delphi survey research. Methods: This study was conducted based on the three major competencies and six sub-competencies of the Physical Therapy Department. To develop an assessing tool for measuring major competencies, conversion of the achievement factor into behavioral statements, and expert panel group Delphi survey was conducted. Results: The results of the Delphi survey indicated 0.88 to 1, exceeding the established threshold and demonstrating adequate validity. Conclusion: A total of 54 preliminary questions for the major competency assessing tool were developed through the Major Curriculum Committee. Through the Delphi survey, the validity of the 54 preliminary questions for major competencies was secured.

디지털 전환(Digital Transformation) 시기에 인사 데이터를 활용한 전략적 인사 의사결정이 중요해졌 으며 이를 지원할 People Analytics(PA)에 대한 수요와 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 PA를 수행하기 위해 필요한 역량이 무엇인지 텍스트 마이닝과 선행 연구를 통해 알아본다. 선행 연구에서는 반구조화 인터뷰와 문헌 연구를 통해 연역적 연구 방법으로 PA 필요 역량을 제시한 반면 본 연구에서는 텍스트마 이닝 기법을 적용하여 귀납적 방법을 활용했다. 이를 통해 선행 연구를 보완함으로써 일반화 가능성을 높이고자 했다. 링크드인(LinkedIn) PA 채용공고 데이터를 활용해 분석한 결과, 주요 역량이 다섯 가지가 도출되었다. 첫째, 비즈니스 및 인적 통찰력(Business and People Acumen), 둘째, 데이터 분석(Data Analysis), 셋째, 의사소통(Communication), 넷째, 문제 해결력(Problem Solving), 다섯째, 상호 작용 (Interpersonal)까지 다섯 가지 PA 필요 역량이다. 다섯 가지 역량은 기존 연역적 분석으로 도출된 결과를 지지 및 보완한다고 할 수 있다. 이를 통해 기존 연구에 방법론적인 새로움을 더한다고 할 수 있고, 동시 에 실무 측면에서는 채용과 육성 관점에서 어떤 역량을 주요하게 봐야 하는지를 제시했다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구는 다문화 멘토링을 통한 대학생의 변혁적 역량을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 2023년 9월~12월 S 대학교 대학생 총 12명이 연 구에 참여하였다. 연구 참여자에게 저널쓰기, 면담을 실시하였고 수집자 료는 범주화하여 질적 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문 화 멘토링을 통해 대학생들은 모순적이거나 상충하는 멘티와 부모와 입 장, 문화적 관점을 경험하고 실용적 해결을 탐색함으로 긴장과 딜레마에 대처하는 변혁적 역량을 보였다. 둘째, 다문화 멘토링을 통해 대학생들은 새로운 지식과 아이디어, 기술, 전략 등을 통찰하고 해결책을 마련하여 적용해 봄으로 새로운 가치를 만들어가는 변혁적 역량을 보였다. 셋째, 다문화 멘토링을 통해 대학생들은 자신의 행동에 따른 결과와 자신의 영 향력을 이해하고 개인과 사회적인 목표, 옳고 그름에 비추어 반성 및 평 가하는 책임감의 변혁적 역량을 보였다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 대학생의 변혁적 역량이 증진될 수 있는 다문화 멘토링의 운영 방법을 논의하였 다.

Purpose: This study aimed to develop a program using the Room of Errors (ROE) technique to enhance the patient nursing student’s safety competencies and determine the effectiveness of simulation-based education. Methods: We conducted a methodological study using the ADDIE model for program development (Molenda, 2003). During the ROE activities, students identified errors that threatened patient safety. The program's effectiveness was evaluated in the implementation phase by measuring students' confidence in patient safety using a one-group pretest-posttest design. Results: Participants' satisfaction with the ROE program was 4.90 ± 0.36 on a 5-point Likert scale. The pre- and post-ROE program patient safety confidence scores (H-PEPSS) were statistically significant, increasing from 3.62 ± 0.54 to 4.19 ± 0.60. Participants' subjective evaluations were generally positive, indicating increased insight, confidence, and vigilance in error prevention. Conclusion: Based on this study’s significant findings, it would be beneficial to encourage students and healthcare providers to utilize ROE programs to enhance patient safety competencies.

Purpose: This study examined the influence of nursing students’ competencies in assessment, communication, clinical judgment, and patient safety on evidence-based practice (EBP) competency through simulation training. Methods: Data were collected from in December 11 in 2023 to January 30 in 2024, using a self-report questionnaire. The final participants were 230 nursing students in two universities. Multiple regression, t-test, ANOVA were used for data analysis. Results: The competencies of nursing students who participated in simulation training significantly influenced their EBP competency. The most influential factor on nursing students’ competency of EBP was Clinical Judgment, followed by Communication. Assessment and Patient safety competencies did not have a statistically significant impact on EBP competency. Conclusion: It is crucial for nurses to implement EBP to provide high-quality nursing and advance nursing as a science. However, since EBP competency is difficult to acquire in a short period, education on EBP is necessary from nursing school. Simulation training is considered an effective means to enhance nursing students' competency in EBP. Our study suggests incorporating elements that strengthen competencies in clinical judgment and communication when establishing a simulationbased training program to enhance the EBP competency of nursing students.

본 연구는 화재, 구조, 구급 등 재난 대응 최일선에서 근무하는 119상황관리사의 직무 역량이 무엇인지 도출하고 델파이 연구로 타당성을 검증하여 해당 직무의 전문성 향상을 위해 발전된 교육훈련 기초자료 를 마련하고자 수행되었다. 이에 국내외 선행연구 및 직무매뉴얼을 분석하여 119상황관리사 직무역량 후 보군을 구성한 후 초점집단면접을 통해 직무역량 개발에 대한 의견을 수렴하는 과정을 거쳐 119상황관리 사 직무역량의 정의를 규명하였다. 마지막으로 2차에 걸친 전문가 패널을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하 여 검증한 후 타당성을 확보하였다. 이러한 연구결과 분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 최종 확정된 119상황관리사 직무역량은 8개의 책무영역과 70개의 직무역량으로 구성되었다. 특히 119상 황관리사 직무역량에서 화재, 구급, 구조신고 상황관리 역량이 가장 큰 부분을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 119상황실에 따라 제대로 다루지 못한 스트레스 관리 역량이나 중요한 공통 직무역량의 구체적 내 용을 도출하였다. 셋째, 119상황관리사의 실제 현장 경험이 풍부한 전문가 패널들로부터 현업에 기반을 둔 직무 역량으로 타당성을 확보하였다. 이를 기반으로 119상황실의 지역에 따른 편차를 줄이고, 직무 수 행 수준 향상을 위한 교육과 훈련의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다는 점에서 몇 가지 시사점을 제안하였다.

막대한 예산이 투입되는 국가연구를 기획·관리·확산하는 연구관리 담당자들은 매우 중요한 인력이나, 역할에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 연구관리 전문기관 담당자에게 필요한 역량요소를 도출하고 역량의 중요도를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 4가 지 주요요인과 16개의 하위요인을 도출하였고, AHP 기법을 기반으로 설문조사(연구관리 담 당자와 연구자 90명 대상)를 추진하여 우선순위를 도출하였다. 전체 응답자 기준으로 역량의 중요도는 협력적 태도, 소통능력, 연구지식, 목표관리능력과 신의성실 순으로 확인되었으나, 담당자의 경우, 업무와 관련한 역량(규정지식, 판단능력, 정책지식)이 중요하다고 보는 반면, 연구자들의 경우 자신들을 보다 더 지원해 줄 수 있는 역량(협력적 태도, 소통능력)을 보다 더 중시하는 시각차를 볼 수 있었다. 이번 연구는 전문기관 연구관리 담당자의 채용과 역량 개발에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This empirical analysis investigates the impact of consultant competency and project manager (PM) competency on business performance. Two hundred and twenty four chief executive officers and executive members at small and medium sized firms in the manufacturing sector were surveyed, yielding several outcomes. First, consultant competency positively affects consulting performance. Second, consultant competency positively affects business performance. Third, PM competency does not have a significant influence on consulting performance. Fourth, PM competency does not have a significant impact on business performance. Fifth, consulting performance does not have a significant effect on business performance. Finally, regarding the mediation effect of consulting performance on the influence of consultant competency and PM competency on business performance, consulting performance had no significant impact. Thus, expertise and insight are crucial for a consulting business to enable the growth of professional consultants. Furthermore, this study is expected to enhance the consulting performance of small and medium sized manufacturing firms by providing useful data to consultants and project managers when carrying out consulting projects.

As ESG (environmental, social, and governance) has become a major business trend, many firms put ESG into their business practice to fulfill market and stakeholders' demands (Wang et al., 2016). With a growing emphasis on ESG, firms must decide how to integrate ESG into their organizational strategy. Although ESG is a popular business trend, it is meaningless if ESG reduces firm value. For successful ESG implementation, ESG strategy must be integral to the business model (Duque-Grisales and Aguilera-Caracuel, 2021). With the integration of ESG into the firm's business process, sustainable activities enable firms to improve their economic and social performance by tapping into the synergies between business and societal agendas (Duque-Grisales and Aguilera-Caracuel, 2021). Core competence refers to an organization's accumulated strength compared to other organizations in the industry (Wheelen, 2019). It is the unique integration of leadership, technologies, specialized skills and knowledge, organizational culture, and the working possesses (Wheelen, 2019). Even though the literature on ESG emphasizes integrating ESG into firms’ core capabilities, there are only a few studies that developed ESG implementation and integration framework in specific dimensions (Fatima & Elbanna, 2022) and the literature shows mixed results. Since previous research presents unclear results regarding ESG implementation and firms' core competencies, this study aims to 1) investigate how ESG strategy could integrate with firms' core competencies and 2) clarify ESG embeddedness drivers. The findings provide significant implications for academics and managers by clarifying how firms can enhance their value through ESG with firms' core competencies.

Research in entrepreneurial marketing (EM) has put considerable effort into identifying various factors associated with entrepreneurial success, including skills and competences of prospective entrepreneurs. At the same time, little consensus exists regarding the relative importance of particular marketing skills. Moreover, the literature to date does not outline any essential marketing-related competencies needed for nascent entrepreneurs. Our study looks to identify specific marketing competencies relevant to entrepreneurial context. A three-stage mixed-methodology approach to data collection is deployed. Qualitative documentary analysis and exploratory interviews provide preliminary findings and guide the design of a subsequent quantitative survey of UK entrepreneurs, resulting in insights into the most beneficial marketing competencies for entrepreneurship. Further, these insights are used to equip educators with improved practice of developing marketing practice for future entrepreneurs. This research is expected to advance the understanding of nascent entrepreneurship research, practice and pedagogy within EM field.

본 연구는 대학에서 미래 일자리 지형변화에 대응하고 신기술분야의 주요 직무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 핵심 직무역량 도출을 국내 K대학의 사례를 통해 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 신기술분야 로 지능형드론 및 UAM 신기술분야를 선정하고 지역산업 및 K대학 역량 분석 기반으로 핵심직무역량 도출하고자 신기술분야 사례분석-신산업 분야 직무 역량 정의-산업체 전문가 의견 수렴(FGI)-대학 교원 인터뷰 및 설문조사-산업현장성 검증 단계로 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 신 기술분야의 문헌 및 자료분석을 통해 직무역량을 정의하고 산업 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 직무기초역량 11개, 직무기술역량 43개, 및 초직능적 기술역량 28개 후보군이 도출되었다. 둘째, 관련 대학 교원을 대상 으로 설문조사 결과, 총 7개의 직무기초역량, 9개의 직무기술역량, 8개의 초직능적 기술역량으로 직무역 량 모델을 구성하였다. 셋째, 도출된 직무역량을 토대로 지역 산업 현장 검증을 설문조사를 실시하였고 최종 선정을 위해 각 역량에 대한 Needs Weight를 산출하였다. 그 결과 직무기초역량으로 ‘직업적 윤리 의식, 창의적 사고, 혁신적 사고, 융합적사고, 미래지향적 사고’, 초직능적기술역량은 ‘문제인식 및 문제해 결력, 자기주도성, 탐구정신, 협동 및 기술협력, 의사소통’ , 직무기술역량은 ‘이동체 제어기술, 설계/제작/ 제어능력, 무선통신기술, 센서시스템 활용기술, ICT 기술이해 및 활용’ 등으로 규명되었다. 결과를 토대로 신기술분야의 핵심직무역량 도출을 위한 시사점과 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 디지털 트랜스포메이션의 도입이 가속화 된 경영 환경 속에서 조직 내 인적자원개발(human resource development: HRD) 담당자들이 경험하는 업무 변화에 대해 알아보고, 그에 따른 필요역량 및 업무 수행 시 겪는 어려움을 탐색하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 HRD 업무를 담당하는 현직 종사자 10명을 대상으로 하여 일대일 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 그 결과 디지털 트랜스포메이션시대에 HRD 담당자의 업무는 NCS 기반의 능력단위를 기준으로 하여 전통적인 업무와 비교했을 때 강화, 감소 또는 새롭게 추가된 업무가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 필요 역량은 지식, 기술, 태도, 능력이라는 범주로 나누어 도출하였는데, 테크놀로지 활용 기술 및 변화에 적극적이고 긍정적으로 대응하려는 태도 및 능력이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 전체적으로 디지털 트렌드 및 스킬에 대한 지속적인 학습으로 인해 업무량은 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 조직원들의 변화를 이끌어가야 하는 HRD 담당자들에게 실천적 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향에 대하여 제언하였다.

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 및 디지털 전환 역량과 관련된 176개의 선행연구를 기반으로 빈도 분석과 네트워크 분석을 통한 메타분석 연구이다. 국내외 기관·학술자료·도서 등의 선행연구로부터 역량을 추출하고 통제 및 범주화 작업을 거쳐 최종 역량을 도출하였으며 이를 학계와 산업계로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과 '의사소통'과 '창의성', '협업 능력'에 대한 역량이 가장 높은 빈도를 보였으며, 학계에서는문제 해결과 문제 발견이 업계에서는 ICT 기술과 융합적 사고력 등이 뒤를 이었다. 또한, 연결 중심성, 매개 중심성, 위세 중심성의 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 연결 중심성에서는 의사소통과 창의성역량이 학계와 산업계 모두에서 높은 중심성을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 위세 중심성 분석 결과 학계에서는 의사소통, 문제 해결, 창의성, 협업 능력, 문제 발견 역량이, 산업계에서는 창의성, 자기주도성, 유연성, 리더십, 문제 해결이 상위 역량으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 요구되는 역량들을 학계와 산업계를 기준으로 그 차이를 확인하고자 하였으며, 역량 간의 관계성을 확인함으로써 추후역량 연구의 방향성과 실천적 함의를 제시하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 교회개척자의 핵심역량 및 유용한 자산을 파악하기 위하여 전문가 델파이 조사방법을 활용하여 개척자의 주요역량을 파악 하고 역량 군에 따른 세부항목을 설정하여 개척자의 자산과 역량을 세분화하고 분석하는 작업으로 이루어졌다. 한국교회의 개척현실을 살펴볼 때 다양한 관점에서 개척자에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되기에 이 연구를 통해 개척교회 목회자의 기본 자질과 역량을 이해하고 이에 대한 평가항목을 설정해 궁극적으로 개척 목회자의 역할을 이해하는데 기초자료를 제공할 수 있으리라 사료된다. 교회개척자 역량 평가도구 개발에 전문가 델파이 조사 방식을 활용함으로써 외적 준거나 합리적인 공식이 마련되지 않은 교회개척자에게 요구되는 역량과 이를 평가할 수 있는 의미 있는 평가도구를 개발하는 점을 목표로 하였다. 이러한 평가를 통해 교회 개척 지원자가 전문가들이 제시하는 역량과 세부항목 을 구비하고 있는지 평가할 수 있는 계기를 마련하고자 하였으며 한국교 회가 가지고 있는 제한된 선교자원과 교회개척 지원 능력이 우선순위에 따라 꼭 필요한 곳에 배분되어 교회개척 사명을 효율적으로 감당되는 일을 목표로 하였다.

The study investigated ten Korean secondary English teachers’ views on to what extent core competencies were reflected in textbooks using 18 Likert-type statements. This study also examined their views on how well cultural contents and activities met curricular objectives of teaching culture through open-ended questions and interviews. Results showed that the three items on civic competence had lower means except for the one on ethical use of information collected in class. Teachers replied that tasks for each grade were deficient in helping students feel proud of their own culture and developing positive attitudes toward other cultures. They thought that current cultural contents lacked diversity despite positive improvements in including other cultures over the years and possibility of meeting curricular goals. Consequently, they made various efforts to offer appropriate culture teaching using additional materials and/or activities with diverse teaching strategies and techniques. Some implications are drawn from these results for better culture teaching.

The purpose of this study was to examine job competencies for sales training program development to maximize profits in fashion retailing. An empirical online survey was conducted from September to December 2019, and data was collected from 200 salespeople and store managers working in fashion stores. Results were analyzed using frequency analysis, factor analysis, variance analysis, and regression analysis with SPSS 25.0. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, the most important job competencies identified by fashion store managers were: sales sense know-how, customer service skills, and sales person’s fashion style sense, product knowledge, fashion marketing and customer management. The job competency factors for sales training programs included empathy with the customer, product knowledge, communications and networking, basic job requirement, and sales skills. These five factors positively influenced the employment intentions and expectations of work performance of graduates. These factors also had a positive influence on the need of sales training program and intention to participate in retraining. Store managers in fashion retail thought the most appropriate period for on-the-job training was either 2-4 days or more than 1 week. The results of this study can be used as a base to develop training programs for job efficiency for salespeople in fashion retailing.

본 연구는 국제코칭연맹(ICF, International Coaching Federation)에서 제시한 8가지 코칭 핵심 역량 중 ‘적극적으로 경청한다’ 역량의 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 코칭 실행에서 코치가 갖추어야 하는 적극적 경청 역량을 명료하게 이해하는 것을 목적으로 실행되었다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 적극적으로 경청하기 위해서 코치는 언어와 비언어로 표현된 고객의 생각과 감정, 신념과 가치관, 정체성, 욕구, 목적, 목표, 관심, 시각, 상황, 경험 등 시스템 맥락을 들어야 한다. 이를 위해 공감적으로 경청하며 적극적으로 반응하여야 한다. 둘째, 적극적 경청은 패러다임과 관련이 있다. 나 중심 패러다임은 코치가 중심이 되는 코칭으로 이끄는 반면, 상대방 중심 패러다임은 상대방이 주인이 되는 코칭 흐름을 형성하게 된다. 코칭 실행에서 상대방 중심 패러다임으로 전환하는 것이 필요하다. 셋째, ICF에서 정의하는 ‘적극적으로 경청한다’는 역량의 핵심요소와 실행지침의 개념을 분석하고 코칭에서의 적용점을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 ICF 핵심 역량 중 적극적으로 경청하는 역량의 특성을 밝히고, 정의와 실행지침이 코칭 실행에서 어떤 방식으로 적용되어야 하는지 방안을 제시 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
