        This study divided the area capable of producing domestic forage into grazing pasture, hay production area, and silage crop area, calculated the required area according to the forage production volume, and examined whether self-sufficiency in forage leads to cost savings. When the self-sufficiency rate of forage for dairy cows and Hanwoo is 80%, the improvement in profitability per heaf ranges from 3% to 9%, typically around 5%, which is considered a significant benefit for both corporate and individual businesses. The average profit per ranch is expected to increase about KRW 50 million per year, and the country as a whole is expected to reduce forage costs by KRW 0.9 trillion per year. Recently, efforts are being made by the government and local authorities to cultivate summer forage at the rice fields for improving self-sufficiency in forage feed to stabilize rice supply and demand. Furthermore, it is also necessary to conduct research on reducing the cost of concentrated feed and TMR (Total mixed ration).

        This study attempted to analyze the comparative advantage in terms of disaster safety costs in verifying the effectiveness and economic feasibility of the high-performance water-bulwark system in the pole tunnel, which was recently promoted as a part of the acceleration of vehicles. The tunnel to be analyzed was divided into a short tunnel(Anyang, Cheonggye) and a long tunnel(Suraksan, Sapaesan). As a result, it was analyzed that 25% of the improvement effect would occur if one lane was secured by applying the Water-Bulwark System. It was analyzed that this is because the time value cost, which accounts for a large proportion of the traffic congestion cost of short tunnels and pole tunnels, differs depending on the congestion time and traffic volume, not the length of the tunnel.

        Spent Fuel Pool Island (SFPI) is a spent nuclear fuel storage pool that operates independently of existing nuclear facilities to safely manage SNF and minimize maintenance costs during the nuclear decommissioning process. Since the radiation controlled area can be dismantled before transporting SNF to a dry storage facility, the overall decommissioning period can be shortened, and the risk of occupational exposure during dismantling is reduced. In the US, various nuclear power plants have introduced SFPI for this reason. In this paper, to analyze the economic feasibility of application of SFPI to nuclear power plants to be decommissioned, several scenarios are established in consideration of the decommissioning plan and schedule, SFPI and dry storage facility application schedule. Cost and benefit list (SFPI application cost, SNF management cost, SNF dry storage cask cost, etc.) for each alternative were derived, and economic analysis was conducted by applying the Net Present Value (NPV). As a result of the analysis, it is found that the application of SFPI during decommissioning is economically effective as the NPV showed a positive number even when uncertainty was taken into account.

        Laver aquaculture, which occupies a large proportion in the aquaculture industry in Korea, is still highly dependent on human labor. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development of an automatic system to improve the working environment and increase the efficiency of aquaculture production systems. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the economic feasibility of an improved system in a study for the loading-unloading and automatic weighing systems in laver aquaculture industry. Economic analysis of the developed unloading and automatic weighing system were implemented under various conditions to calculate more accurate benefits and costs. As a result of this study, the economic feasibility was found to be very high in the three models: net present value (NPV), benefit-cost ratio (B/C), internal rate of return (IRR). Moreover, the results of sensitivity analysis showed that the economical efficiency of the automatic loading, unloading, and weighing system in laver aquaculture was very high.

        To mitigate the environmental impacts of the energy sector, the government of South Korea has made a continuous effort to facilitate the development and commercialization of renewable energy. As a result, the efficiency of renewable energy plants is not a consideration in the potential site selection process. To contribute to the overall sustainability of this increasingly important sector, this study utilizes the Black-Scholes model to evaluate the economic value of potential sites for off-site wind farms, while analyzing the environmental mitigation of these potential sites in terms of carbon emission reduction. In order to incorporate the importance of flexibility and uncertainty factors in the evaluation process, this study has developed a site evaluation model focused on system dynamics and real option approaches that compares the expected revenue and expected cost during the life cycle of off-site wind farm sites. Using sensitivity analysis, this study further investigates two uncertainty factors (namely, investment cost and wind energy production) on the economic value and carbon emission reduction of potential wind farm locations.

        교량 인프라는 국민의 경제와 사회적 활동에 반드시 필요한 물리적 기반시설이고, 국민의 안전과 편의성에 직결되는 시설이므로 국민의 입장에서 편익을 고려해야 한다. 교량의 구성요소 중 바닥판은 교량 전체의 생애주기 동안 필연적으로 교체 시기가 도래하고 파손 등으로 인한 부분 교체도 빈번하게 이루어지고 있다. 바닥판 교체공사 시 거더와 바닥판을 합성하는 기 존 용접 전단연결재의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 볼트 접합 전단연결재(DY볼트)는 바닥판 철거 공정에서 파쇄를 최소화하고 교 체공사를 위한 전단연결재 재시공이 용이하여 공사 기간을 기존 대비 단축할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 공사기간 중 도로차 단으로 인해 발생하는 도로이용자비용을 산출하여 기존 공법과 비교하는 방법으로 볼트 접합 전단연결재를 적용한 강합성 교량 의 경제성을 도로이용자(국민) 입장에서 분석하였다.

        PURPOSES : The objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of dust removal by dust removal vehicles by the measuring dust load and PM10 concentrations on the sidewalks of block pavements. METHODS : Field experiments were conducted to determine a dust removal method suitable for the sidewalk conditions, as identified through a literature review. Data collection was followed by the evaluation of the sidewalk dust load with removal vehicles and analysis of the PM10 content within a service road. Moreover, an economic analysis was conducted based on the social costs of dust reduction. RESULTS : When cleaning a sidewalk block by spraying water, the contaminants in small gaps in the block pavement could be reduced, providing a potential solution to void clogging. The dust on the surface of the sidewalk was suspended from a paved road with a high level of traffic volume. Using sidewalk dust removal vehicles with sweeping, spraying water, and inhalation reduced the dust load and PM10 contents by more than 2 and 0.07g/m2, respectively. CONCLUSIONS : According to the economic analysis of the development of dust removal vehicles for sidewalks, the cost-benefit analysis method shows an input effect of 0.4, but if the reduction amount of fine particles such as PM2.5, further experiments are necessary to address the atmospheric fine dust concentrations resulting from cleaning sidewalk block pavements.

        This study has found the socio-economic factors that affect occupational accidents and measured the influence quantitatively. We built the panel data of 4 countries (Japan, Germany, the U.S., and the U.K.) and the analysis model counted on the fixed effect model to reflect the countries' differences. The fatal occupational injury rates in the analyzed countries had a statistically significant relationship with the level of per capita GDP, the proportion of the construction industry, the rate of male workers, annual average working hours, the rate of workers in manufacturing and construction industries, etc. The annual average working hours have a positive correlation with the fatal occupational injury rate. To reduce occupational accidents effectively, we should be monitoring and researching various factors that can affect the occurrence of occupational accidents such as worker characteristics, changing industrial structure, and changes in working hours.

        Heavy bitumen scattered in the underground sedimentary layer is a kind of unconventional energy source, and by extracting it, a production well is excavated in the sedimentary layer and high-temperature and high-pressure steam is injected to reduce the viscosity of bitumen and recover it to the ground steam assisted method is applied. As a recovery method that uses the steam effect of the dilution effect of solvent injection, it is a recovery method that can increase thermal efficiency. In this study, the process system of the central processing facility(CPF) of the hybrid steam-solvent recovery method that injects solvent into the existing steam assisted method was analyzed, and the core facilities for each process were identified, and hybrid steam-solvent recovery compared to the existing steam assisted method. In the case of the method, it was evaluated that the amount of steam supply and all utility costs decreased according to the solvent injection.

        고품질의 작물을 재배하기 위해 광은 필수적인 환경조건이 다. 겨울철에는 다른 계절에 비해 일사량이 저조하므로 보광 처리를 이용해 작물의 생육과 수확량을 증대시킬 수 있다. 본 연구는 약광기 동안 고추 온실재배를 위한 경제적인 보광 광 원을 선발하기 위해 수행되었다. 풋고추(Capsicum annuum ‘Super Cheongyang’)는 2019년 9월 5일에 정식하였다. 보광 처리는 2020년 1월 1일부터 2020년 3월 31일까지 수행되었 다. White LED(R:G:B = 5:3:2, W LED), RB LED(red:blue = 7:3, RB LED), 고압나트륨등(high pressure sodium lamp, HPS)을 광원으로 사용하였다. 무처리를 대조구로 사용하였 다. 고추의 초장, SPAD, 마디 수는 보광 광원에 따른 유의적인 차이가 없었다. 그러나 분지 수는 RB LED 광원에서 가장 많 았다. 또한 보광은 고추의 광합성을 증가시켰으며, 특히 RB LED에서 보광기간 동안 가장 높은 광합성률을 보였다. 또한 고추의 수확량은 보광처리에서 증가하였고, RB LED는 다른 광원에 비해 가장 높은 수확량을 보였다. 소비전력은 W LED 가 가장 높았고 HPS 조명이 가장 낮았다. 경제적인 측면에서 RB LED를 이용한 보광처리는 다른 광원에 비해 높은 경제성 을 가졌다. 결론적으로 이러한 결과는 고추 온실에서 약광기 동안 보광 광원으로 RB LED를 사용하는 것이 수확량과 경제 성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        이 논문의 목적은 2020년 11월에 타결된 역내포괄적경제동반자협정 (RCEP)에 한국, 중국, 일본이 참여한 각각의 요인들과 인도가 가입하지 않은 요인들을 구체적으로 분석하여 국제레짐이론의 시각에서 설명하는 것이다. 첫째, 한국이 가입한 주요 요인은 신자유주의 이론의 설명대로 교역의 확대를 통한 경제적 이득을 예상했기 때문이다. 또한 신현실주의 이론에서 예상하듯이 아세안과의 포괄적 협력을 강화하여 역내에서 한국의 상대적 지위와 영향력을 높이려는 의도에서 비롯되었다. 둘째, 중국이 RCEP에 가입한 주요 요인도 경제적 이득인데 이는 신자유주의 이론의 설명과 부합된다. 또한 신현실주의 이론에서 예상하듯이 중국은 역내에서 주도적으로 다자적 통상협력의 틀을 구축함으로써 기존의 지위와 영향력을 증대하려는 것이다. 셋째, 일본도 신자유주의 이론이 예상하듯이 주로 경제적 이득을 고려하여 RCEP에 가입하였다. 또한 RCEP을 통해 수준 높은 다자적 자유무역 질서를 확립하는데 리더십을 발휘하기 위함이다. 이러한 요인은 신현실주의 이론으로 설명된다. 반면에 인도가 RCEP에 가입하지 않은 주요인은 중국에 대한 상대적인 경제적 손실이 예상되어 자국의 상대적 지위와 영향력이 저하될 것을 우려하였기 때문인데 이러한 요인은 신현실주의 이론에 의해서 적절히 설명된다.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the structure, status and economic ripple effects of the fisheries processing industry in Korea using interindustry analysis. Five input-output tables published over the past twenty years have been reclassified with a focus on the fisheries processing sector. Through these multi-period tables, we analyzed changes in the inducing effects in production, value added and employment as well as the backward-forward linkage effects. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the industrial scale of the fisheries processing industry is very small compared to other food manufacturing industries. The backward linkage effect of the fisheries processing industry was greater than that of other industries, but the forward linkage effect was rather low. This means that the fisheries processing industry can be greatly affected by industrial depression of the downstream industries such as fishery and aquaculture. Production and employment-inducing effects of the fisheries processing industry have shown a decreasing trend in recent years. This reflects the reality that intermediate inputs are gradually being replaced by imports from domestic production due to the expansion of market opening and the depletion of fishery resource. In the future, it is necessary to prepare a strategy to increase the value-added productivity of the fisheries processing sector and foster it as an export industry.

        In this study, In order to apply the U-flanged truss hybrid beam to the actual construction site, the structural design of the basic module of the middle and low-rise neighborhood living facilities was performed according to the Korea Design Standard, and the construction cost and construction period were compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. As a result of analyzing the construction cost for the basic module, if the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system are used, the construction cost can be reduced by 86% compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. In addition, as a result of analyzing the construction period for a floor area of 1,000m2, using the U-flanged truss hybrid beam and D-Deck slab system can save 2.0days in construction period compared to the traditional reinforced concrete structure system. Therefore, the U-flange truss hybrid beam can secure sufficient economic feasibility compared to the existing reinforced concrete method in terms of cost reduction and shortening of construction period.

        파기스탄은 중국과 공식 외교관계를 맺은 첫번째 이슬람 국가이다, 양국의 전통적 우호관계 및 “전천후 전략적 협력 동반자관계”는 중-파 경제회랑에 외교적으로 기여해 왔고, 지역 협력에도 기여해 왔다. 하지만, 근래 파기스탄의 포퓰리즘은 양국의 경제무역협력 및 인문교류의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 본 논문은 우선 질적으로 국내외 학술계가 포퓰리즘에 관한 문헌을 정리하였다, 그리고 양적으로 BDP 데이터분석 소프트웨어를 통해 국내외 학계의 포퓰리즘 관련 문헌을 시각화분석(Visualization)하였다. 또한 시각화가 파기스탄 포퓰리즘에, 또는 중-파 경제회랑에 주는 시사점도 도출하였다. 아직 국내외 학술계가 파기스탄의 포퓰리즘에 크게 주목하지 않고, 포퓰리즘의 정도도 그리 심각하지는 않다. 그러나 파기스탄의 포퓰리즘은 민족성 및 나라의 특수성 때문에 주기적인 발전과정을 거치고 있기 때문에, 중국-파키스탄 경제회랑 등이 지속적으로 심화하는 상황에서는, 향후 파기스탄의 포퓰리즘이 심각해질 수도 있다.
