이 논문은 경제적 착취를 예방하기 위해 금융회사의 신고의무와 거래유 예 제도를 적극 도입하고 있는 미국의 법제도를 연구하고 우리나라의 개 선방안을 제시는 것을 목적으로 한다. 미국에서는 경제적 착취 행위가 형 사처벌의 대상이 됨에 따라 금융회사 등의 신고의무가 강조되고 있는 추 세이다. 금융회사 신고의무 제도를 도입한 주의 경우, 노인 학대 신고의 무자에 포함하여 규정하는 것이 일반적인데, 금융회사 직원이 경제적 착 취와 관련된 거래라고 합리적으로 의심하는 경우 관할 기관에 신고하여야 하며, 이 경우 민․형사상 면책규정이 적용된다. 의심거래 발견 시 금융회 사의 거래거절 또는 일시 거래정지를 의무화하거나 금융회사의 재량으로 규정하고 있다. 가장 큰 특징은, 금융회사의 신고, 거래거절 또는 정지 등 에 있어서 금융감독기관, 수사기관은 물론 노인보호전문기관이 서로 해당 정보를 수시로 공유하도록 함으로써 노인학대 상담 및 조사가 다각적이고 면밀하게 이루어지도록 협조 체제가 구축되어 있다는 점이다. 노인을 대상으로 하는 경제적 착취를 예방하기 위해 다음과 같이 개선 할 필요가 있다. 우선, 경제적 착취를 효과적으로 예방하기 위해 현행 ｢ 노인복지법｣을 개정하여 금융회사의 신고의무를 규정할 필요가 있다. 이 를 위해서는 경제적 착취 개념부터 구체적으로 정할 필요가 있다. 경제적 착취를 65세 이상 노인의 재산, 자원 등을 부당하게 빼앗거나, 부적절하 게 사용하거나, 노인에게 경제적 손해를 가하는 행위로 규정할 것을 제안 한다. 경제적 착취와는 별도로 사기 등 일반 형법상의 범죄를 노인경제적 착취관련범죄로 규정하고, 금융회사 직원이 해당 거래가 노인경제적착취 관련범죄와 관련이 있다고 합리적인 의심이 드는 때에는 노인보호전문기 관이나 수사기관에 신고하도록 의무규정을 둘 필요가 있다. 다만, 금융회 사가 의심거래를 신고할 경우 거래정지 등 임시조치는 업무 부담을 고려 하여 재량 사항으로 규정하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 경제적 착취 신고를 받고 출동한 사법경찰관리가 금융거래 현장에서 해당 거래내역을 확인하 고 관련 자료를 제공받을 수 있도록 근거 규정을 둘 필요가 있다. 마지막 으로 금융회사의 내부 모니티링 시스템 및 교육훈련 강화, 정부의 재정 지원에 관한 책무를 ｢노인복지법｣에 규정할 필요가 있다.

This study examines the social and artistic aspects of the Netherlands in the 16th century, focusing on the paintings of Pieter Bruegel the Elder (1525–1569), a representative Dutch painter at that time. Also analyzed were the types and characteristics of each item of the male populace’s and nobles’ costumes at that point in the Renaissance. The results are as follows: most of the populace’s chemises do not have frills on the neckline and sleeves; the doublet has a loose body and sleeves overall; and the sleeves and armholes are fixed with sewing rather than being detachable, making the epaulet invisible. The neckline of the doublet usually does not have a collar, but it sometimes has a hood. In the case of trousers, most males are shown wearing waist-high stockings, and a piece of cord is visible. It seems that the populace’s coats were mainly Spanish-style capes. The 16th-century Dutch populace’s costumes are imitative—reflecting a desire to emulate the codpieces and hairstyles of the aristocrats—while providing individuality through hats and belts. In terms of practicality, it appears that a knife and pouch were used in various living environments. This trend can be seen as a reflection of populace’s perception of the costume at the time.

본 연구에서는 노인요양시설이 인터넷 뉴스에 어떻게 노출되었는지 알아보고자 2019년 1월부터 11월까지 인터넷 상에서 ‘노인요양시설’을 키워드로 검색하여 자료를 수집하였다. 노인요양시설 관련 기사를 분석할 때는 중복되지 않은 내용을 중심으로 총 47건의 인터넷 뉴스를 대상으로 하였다. 선정된 기사내용의 보도경향에 대해서는 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 외형적 보도경향의 경우 노인요양시설 관련 기사가 10월에 가장 많았고, 기사는 뉴스의 형태와 인터넷 신문기사에 의한 정보전달이 대부분이었다. 둘째, 내용적 보도경향인 기사의 주제는‘인권⋅복지’가 가장 많았고, 다음으로 ‘시설⋅설비’ 순으로 나타났다. 기사 논조는 긍정적인 기사 내용이 많았다. 이는 노인요양시설의 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안 제시를 주로 다루었기 때문이다. 따라서 노인요양시설 관련 기사를 살펴봄으로써 시설 관리감독 철저, 종사자에 대한 인권교육, 입소 어르신의 자기 결정권, 종사자의 처우개선에 관심을 갖고 미래를 대비할 수 있는 노인복지가 실현될 수 있도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

목적 : 본 연구는 Tait-Wick과 Duke-Elder의 방법에 의한 시기능이상과 읽기능력의 상관성을 확인하고자 하였다. 방법 : 안질환이 없고 굴절이상이 완전 교정된 151명을 대상으로 Tait-Wick과 Duke-Elder의 방법으로 시기 능이상군의 종류를 나누어 읽기능력검사를 실시하였다. 시기능검사는 원‧근거리 수평사위도와 조절력, 폭주근점, 원․근거리 융합버전스, 조절용이성을 측정하였고, 읽기능력은 ReadAlyzer를 사용하여 단어주시시간, 단어반복보기횟수, 줄반복보기횟수, 읽기속도, 이해도를 측정하였다. 결과 : 폭주부족군은 정상군에 비해 유의하게 단어주시시간이 감소하였고(t=-2.423, p=0.019), 단어반복보기 횟수는 증가하였으며(t=4.770, p=0.000), 그 결과 읽기속도가 감소하였다(t=-5.674, p=0.000). 조절용이성이상군은 정상군에 비해 유의한 차이로 단어반복보기횟수가 증가했고(t=2.844, p=0.006), 읽기속도는 감소했다(t=-5.617, p=0.000). 다른 시기능이상군은 읽기요소에 대한 유의한 차이와 상관성을 보이지 않았다. 결론 : 폭주부족군은 독서 시 폭주가 충분치 않아 근거리 주시상태를 유지하기 어려워 단어주시시간이 감소하 고 단어를 반복해서 보게 되며 그 결과 읽기속도가 감소한 것으로 사료된다. 조절용이성이 작을수록 단어반복보기 횟수가 증가하고 읽기속도가 감소한 것으로 보아 검사거리가 40cm로 고정된 상태에서도 독서 시 미세한 조절자극의 변화가 발생하였고 이에 대한 부적응이 일어난 것으로 사료된다. 일부 시기능이상은 읽기의 운동적 요소에 영향을 미칠 수 있으나 인지적 요소에는 영향을 주지 않는다고 사료된다.

현재 많은 샌드박스 게임들이 출시되고 있으며, 또한 많은 게임들이 샌드박스 게임의 요소를 게임 속에 추가하고 있다. 극도로 높은 자유도에 수많은 게임사용자들이 매료되었기 때문이다. 게임에 자유도를 제공하는 주요 요소 중의 하나가 바로 인터랙티브 스토리텔링이다. 이는 게임 설계 과정에서 매우 중요한 부분으로서 게임의 배경을 제공하고 게임의 현실성을 향상시키며, 게임 몰입도를 높여서 게임에 대한 게임사용자의 흥미를 오랫동안 유지시킬 수 있다. 게임 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 시스템의 주요 구성 요소로는 게임 배경 인터랙티브 스토리텔링과 게임 캐릭터 인터랙티브 스토리텔링이 있다. 이 두 가지 구성 요소는 모두 실제의 게임 모드에 따라 서로 다른 방향으로 진화할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 성공적으로 게임 인터랙티브 스토리텔링을 설계한 게임인 The Elder Scrolls 5 Skyrim 을 사례로 삼아, 게임 가운데 존재하는 대량의 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 사례 및 이에 대한 게이머의 체험을 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과를 공통점에 따라 정리하였고, 이를 토대로 게임 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 설계의 보편적인 원칙들을 도출하였다. 그리고 게임에 대한 게임사용자의 주관적이고 직관적인 요소를 통해 명확한 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 설계 모델을 구축하고, 게임 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 을 설계할 때 활용할 수 있는 정성적인 설계 기준과 틀을 마련하고자 하였다. 또한 샌드박스 게임에서의 보편적인 인터랙티브 스토리텔링 설계 방법을 모색하고 피해야할 사항들을 살펴보았다.

Elder consumers are important consumer segment because of baby boomers and incoming aging societies in many countries. MacInnis and Mello (2005) indicate that hope is an important construct to influence consumer decisions. For many elder people who rely on others to lead a life gradually lose control of making consumption decision for themselves. If autonomy is one of the important value for elder people as Leventhal (1997) proposed, the moderating effect of decision autonomy to counterbalance the effect of hope is discussed in this study if it can enhance elder consumers’ SWB. This study firstly explored the antecedent factors of hope by adopting subjective evaluation from elder consumers. Then, hope was further manipulated in terms of goal importance and goal uncertainty to investigate the mechanism on consumption decision and SWB. A between-subjective experiment manipulated hope in two dimensions, goal importance (high / low) and goal outcome certainty (certainty / uncertainty), invited 142 consumers aged above 65 years old to participate. Result indicates that better mental health and financial ability as well as younger cognitive age relate to the hope of elder consumers and influence SWB. Hope is partially the psychological mechanism to influence more on SWB. Decision autonomy is not found its moderating effect on hope to SWB.

본 논문은 피터 브뢰헐의 <이카로스의 추락이 있는 풍경>(1560년대)에 나타난 ‘노동’의 의미를 16 세기 네덜란드의 사회·문화적 맥락에서 해석하고자 한 것이다. 본 작품의 주제는 ‘구원에 이르는 현 세 삶의 방식’으로 ‘행동적 삶’과 ‘관상적 삶’이 본보기로 제시되었다. 또한 ‘교만’을 경계하고 도덕적 삶 을 실천하면 구원받을 것이라는 윤리지침이 제시되었다. 주목할 점은 ‘행동적 삶’이 ‘노동’으로 표현되 며 강조된 점, 가장 위협적인 악덕으로 ‘교만’이 묘사된 점, 그리고 이러한 삶의 방식이 ‘구원’과 연결된 다는 점이다. 본고에서는 본 작품의 주제를 당대 안트베르펀의 경제·종교적 상황과 도시민 문화의 틀 에서 고찰하였고, 16세기 네덜란드인들의 노동관과 현세 중심적인 삶의 태도가 반영된 것으로 분석하 였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the moderating effects of internet shopping experience on appearance management in elder people, psychological adaptation and social connectedness. Data were collected from 257 elder people who living in Seoul or Gyeonggi-do. Collected data were analyzed by frequency, descriptive statistic analysis, moderated stepwise regression. The results of the study were as follows: First, appearance management of elder people was significantly related to psychological adaptation and social connectedness. Second, internet shopping experience moderated between appearance management and social connectedness. Third, internet shopping experience is not a moderator variable on between appearance management and psychological adaptation, it just was a influential factor on psychological adaptation. Based on these results, it suggests that there are strong needs of approaching of practical and political interventions to development internet shopping system for social connectedness and psychological adaptation of the elderly in future aging society.

The purpose of this study was conducted with senior women of ages 65 in Community Center to identify effective exercise methods for preventing falling accidents by enhancing balancing skills through aerobic and foam roller exercise programs. There were 24 subjects : 11 aerobics group and 13 foam roller group. 30 minute exercise programs were conducted against both groups 12 times 6 weeks. Various tests, including Time up and go test , Forward reach test, One-leg standing with eyes open/closed and Y-Balance were conducted prior to commencing the exercise program. Wilcoxon’s Signed-ranks test was executed to analyze the changes in balance of the aerobic and foam roller exercise group prior to and after the experiment, and Mann-Whitney test was executed to compare the difference between the two groups. The Y-Balance(post. medial) show statistically significant differences in the amount of change before and after exercise between the two groups, except for Timed up and go test, Forward reach test, YBalance( ant.), and Y-Balance(post. lateral), which did not showed statistically significant difference (p<0.05). Foam roller exercises are effective methods to enhance the balancing skills in senior women to prevent falling accidents.

The objective€of this study is to analyze the needs and€determine the requirements of€elder drivers for effectively€using In-vehicle Information Systems (IVIS), by reducing cognitive and physical impact on this vulnerable group. The persona method was used to determine the relevant characteristics of older drivers. Task analysis was performed in order to obtain general interaction problems of the personas when using a common function of recent days IVIS. The results were classified in the different usability goals as general requirements, specific needs. This study suggest improvement directions in order to develop an elderly friendly IVIS; in addition, different usability metrics were suggested. In this way, elder drivers would easily interact with new powerful functions supplied by IVIS of modern cars; while improving safety and comfort of an rapidly aging society.

This study was designed to provide the basic data of an effective nutrition education for desirable lifestyle and dietary habits to improve the nutritional status for the elderly by investigating health-related lifestyle, dietary habits, nutritional knowledge, and food intake of the elderly. The subjects included 58 elderly men and 146 elderly women. 35.8% had no more than an elementary school education. Most subjects (54.4%) were widows/widowers. Most subjects (71.0%) made over 150,000 won. 52.5% of subjects lived in houses. Smoking, drinking, exercise, the average sleeping time were significantly difference between the gender (p<0.05). In terms of dietary habits, our results showed that 80.9% of respondent eat regularly meals, including breakfast (83.5%). Both sexes prefer soft and salty food. Women enjoys more spicy and salty food compared with men and then shows meaningful difference (p<0.05). Their favorite meals are soup, stew, salad and boiled vegetables. Compared to women, men have a higher rate of correct answers about questions related to nutrition knowledge as showing significantly difference (p<0.05). In a study of dietary habits, they take in carbohydrates with the highest percentage and following by vegetables and fruits. The amount of meat, first and egg they eat is more than the previously. Eating meat is higher men as showing significant difference (p<0.05). In summary, nutritional status for the elderly shows healthy lifestyle and diet about half of those and most them try to live healthy life in future. It is hope that the elderly may need to learn proper nutrition knowledge for healthy lifestyle and nutrition education and counseling for building up healthy lifestyle and desirable dietary habits. Furthermore, it is necessary to start work to establish a baseline nutritious evaluation for the elderly and at a time to study the development of standard eating tool proven reliability and validity, consequently to provide a basic framework for the evaluation of nutritional status.

노인범죄가 관심의 대상이 된 것은 오래된 것이 아니다. 국가의 범죄통제정책은 대체적으로 민생치안이나 흉악범죄에 집중되어 있었고, 범죄자의 특수성을 고려하여 관심을 가진 것은 소년범죄에 한정되어 온 것이 고작이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 최근 한국사회가 급속히 고령화되면서 노인범죄도 동반 증가하고 있고, 머지않아 인구의 상당한 비율을 차지하는 베이비 붐 세대가 고령화 대열에 합류하게 되는 시점에서 노인범죄가 심각한 사회문제가 될 것이라는 것을 예측할 수 있다. 종래 노인은 범죄의 피해자로 인식되어 왔고, 설령 범죄의 행위자가 노인일지라도 고령화에 따르는 이상행동으로 여기거나, 피해가 경미하거나 그 발생빈도가 낮다는 이유로 관심의 대상이 아니었다. 문제는 최근 들어 노인범죄의 양상이 달라지고 있다는 것이다. 최근 노인범죄의 동향은 한 마디로 그 발생빈도가 높고, 흉포화 되고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이는 노인인구의 증가와 함께 앞으로 큰 사회 문제로 대두될 것인바, 본 연구에서는 이러한 노인범죄에 대한 대응 방안으로 노인범죄에 대한 국민적인 관심을 제고하여야 한다는 것을 시작으로 노인범죄 전문가 양성과 관련단체의 설립과 지원, 소년보호처우를 응용한 노인전용교정프로그램의 개발, 노인전용교정시설의 설치나 소년교정시설의 활용과 운영방안 및 가족유대강화 프로그램의 개발 등을 제안하였다. 나아가 위와 같은 제안들을 구체화 하고 정당성을 부여하기 위해 노인범죄와 관련하는 범죄의 수사와 재판 및 양형, 그리고 형의 집행과 분류, 교정처우 등의 기준을 제시할 소위 ‘고령자법’ 혹은 ‘노인법’의 제정을 주장하였다.

강홍모 장로는 6.25전쟁 과정에서 겪었던 생명의 위기 속에서 고아들과 경제적으로 불우한 청소년들에게 교육을 통한 복음 전파의 사명을 가졌으며, 영생교회와 함께 영생학원을 세워 이들을 교육하였다. 영생학원은 전주에서 1956년에 처음으로 야간학교이면서 동시에 남녀공학 학교로 출발 하였다. 영생중고등학교는 1962년에 주간교육을 원하는 학생들이 많아지면서 주간과 야간학급을 함께 운영하였다. 그리고 여학생들을 위해 1963년에 영생여자중학교와 영생여자실업학교가 설립되었다. 그리고 지역의 공무 원, 초등학교 교사, 목회자들의 고등교육에 대한 수요가 많아지자 1964년에 이들을 위한 영생대학이 야간으로 설립되었다. 이렇게 설립된 영생학원 산하의 학교들은 1970년대의 새로운 사회적인 변화를 맞이하여 여러 가지 변화를 겪게 되었다. 첫째 영생학원은 1972년에 영생중학교와 영생여자중 학교를 폐교하고 고등학교와 대학의 발전에 집중하였다. 둘째 야간교육 수요가 줄어들자, 1978년에 고등학교는 주간으로 전환하고 영생대학은 주간을 신설하여 주간과 야간을 병행하였다. 셋째 1976년에 영생공업전문학교를 설립하여 중화학공업이 발전하던 한국사회에 필요한 산업인력을 육성하게 되었다.

이글은 기독교에 토대를 둔 엘리엇의 정치적 입장이 제3세계인들에게 어떤 의미를 갖는 것일까라는 질문에서 비롯되었다. 시극 ��원로 정치인��에는 이 같은 의문에 대한 답을 제시하는 요소들이 발견된다. 먼저 극의 등장인물들은 중미에 위치한 국가인 산마르크 공화국을 영국이나 유럽에 비해서 매우 무질서하고 타락한 곳으로 치부하며 거기에 속한 사람들에 대한 폄하를 노정하고 있다. 이처럼 세3세계의 국가는 당시 많은 문제를 노출했던 유럽인들에게 집단적인 그림자로서 작용했으며 엘리엇도 그에 동참했던 것으로 보인다. 나아가 이 극의 주인공을 비롯한 남자 등장인물들은 예외 없이 여성과의 조화롭고 결실을 맺는 관계에 실패하고 있다. 엘리엇의 전기를 반영하는 듯한 이 특징은 배우자 원형, 즉 아니마가 원활하게 작동하지 못하고 있음을 보여준다. 이 특징은 정치적으로는 어머니원형이 지배하는 단계, 즉 권위에 복종하고 타자의 가치에 제한을 두고자하는 보수적 성향과 관련된다고 할 수 있다. 이처럼 ��원로 정치인��은 작가가 의도한 원만하고 이상적인 삶의 정리가 아닌 작가와 주인공의 불안정한 심리 상태와 그와 관련된 제3세계인으로서 인정하기 어려운 정치적 태도를 담고 있다 하겠다.

The time management and allotments for various activities of daily life is much different by age groups. This study analyzes time allotments of different age groups for various activities of daily life to figure out the change of main activity by aging through 2009 time use survey by National Statistical Office. Especially we focus on time allotments of rural elderly population and intangible factors for life quality of people instead of physical and environmental elements. The results show that there is a large gap of time allotments for paid and unpaid working time of rural and urban elderly population. Whereas the time for leisure of elderly women in rural areas is much shorter than that of urban elderly women and rural elderly men spend more time to provide community services and help to other households. However, the percentage leisure time of rural elderly people for passive activities such as TV, radio, magazine etc. is longer than that of urban elderly people. We hope that our analysis data could be used for developing new policies and project to improve the life quality of rural elderly population.

This article reveals the relationship between the body characteristics of the elder people and the size of park facilities during utilization of parks by scientific investigation. The experiment involves 540 elder people, and offer concrete evidence for park design in ageing society. These evidences mainly consists of the following aspects: First, the relation between physical situation of elder people and their using parks. Secondly, the relation between the hearing status and exchange circle diameter in elders. The last is the relation between the distance visual acuity and designing the scene. Finally we get the most suitable step length range, stairs height, road slope, communication space diameter and general formulas about the best vision distance for elder people.
