혁신조달 제도는 전략적 공공조달 정책의 일환으로 혁신제품 지정 및 우선구매 제도를 활용해 기업의 혁신역량 향상과 공공부문의 사회문제 해결능력 향상을 동시에 추구하는 정책으로 도입됐다. 혁신제품에 대한 시범구매 사업은 2019년에 처음 도입됐으며 2020년부터 정부 부처의 혁신제품 지정·발굴 체계가 확립된 후 혁신제품 우선구매제도가 본격적으로 실시됐다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신조달 제도가 본격적으로 시행된 이후 해당 제도의 기업지원 효과에 초점을 맞춰 정량적 분석을 진행했다. 이를 위해 2017년에서 2021년까지의 기업 재무제표 및 고용 자료를 이용했으며, 분석방법으로 성향점수매칭(PSM) 및 이중차분(DID) 방법을 활용했다. 본 연구를 통해 혁신조달 제도가 기업성장과 고용증대에 기여했으며 추가적인 공공 및 민간판로 개척 효과를 창출했음을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 혁신조달 참여기업이 제품지정 종료 이후에도 자생성을 갖추기 위해서는 혁신제품 지정기업과 기존의 중소기업 지원정책을 적극 매칭하는 등 혁신조달 제도를 고도화할 필요가 있다.
The study was aimed to investigate the operational meal costs by kindergarten size in Seoul and to analyze recognition for optimal meal prices. A survey (31.6% recovery rate) was conducted on all kindergartens (779 kindergartens) in Seoul on April 2021 using descriptive analysis, t-test, and dispersion method. A price sensitivity measurement (psm) method was used to determine optimal meal prices. Result showed an average food cost for kindergartens of 2,647 won, an average labor cost of 605 won, an average operating cost of 146 won, and the total meal cost of 3,506 won. Total meal cost decreased with increasing kindergarten size (p<0.001). On the other hand, kindergartens with more students decreased the ratio of food cost to total meal cost, and operating cost and labor costs (p<0.001) increased. The optimal price of kindergarten operators' meal cost (OPP) was KRW 3,673. Furthermore, the analysis showed the sensitivity of operators' meal costs to kindergarten size was insignificant.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the operators' perception of the allowable price range and the optimal price of kindergarten meals by using the PSM (price sensitivity measurement) technique and provide basic data on calculating kindergarten meal costs reflecting realistic meals. From April to May 2021, 779 kindergartens in Seoul were surveyed, based on 246 (31.6%) of the respondents. According to the survey, kindergarteners spent 3,506 won for meals on average, followed by 3,822 won for kindergarten attached to elementary school, 3,316 won for public kindergartens, and 2,896 won for private kindergartens (p<0.001). The allowed price range for the kindergarten meal service workers was estimated at 3,447~3854 won, 3,447 won for PMC (Point of Marginal Cheapness), and 3,854 won for PME (Point of Marginal Expensiveness). The appropriate cost of the kindergarten meal service provider was 3,950 won for kindergartens attached to elementary school, 3,425 won for public kindergartens, and 3,546 won for private kindergartens.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of the quality of school meals by parents of kindergarten children in Seoul, analyze the acceptance price and the optimal school meal cost using PSM (price sensitivity measurement) techniques, and provide basic data for improving the quality of kindergarten meals. The survey was conducted using descriptive statistics and PSM analysis of the responses of 1,272 parents of 779 kindergarten children belonging to the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education from April to May 2021 and prior research analysis related to kindergarten meals. 74.1% of the parents surveyed were women, with 61% of children attending kindergartens attached to elementary schools, followed by private kindergartens (28.9%) and public kindergartens (10.1%). According to a study of the quality of meals, private kindergarten parents are highly satisfied with all the quality attributes of meals, such as “sanitation of dining environment” and “nutritionally balanced food” (p<0.001, p<0.01). The analysis of the acceptance price range and the optimal price for school meals showed that there was no significant variation based on the type of kindergarten establishment, with parents' acceptance price range ranging from 3,596 won to 4,454 won with an optimal price of 3,948 won.
본 연구는 신임해양경찰공무원을 대상으로 성격과 보상이 PSM에 영향을 미치는가에 대하여 연구한 결과 첫째, 성격 요인의 하위변인 중 신경성은 PSM의 하위변인인 공공정책 호감도와 공익몰입, 동정심에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한, 성격 요인의 하위요인 중 외향성 요인은 PSM의 하위변인 중 자기희생에만 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 보상 요인은 대부분 PSM에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고 이중 내적 보상은 PSM 하위변인 중 동정심에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구를 기반으로 성격 요인이 공공봉사 동기에 영향을 미치는 요인임이 확인된 결과 채용에서 반영할 수 있는 제도적인 개선이 필요하며 보상과 공공봉사 동기와의 관계를 검증하기 위한 연구의 필요성이 제기된다.
1996년도를 기점으로 공정안전관리제도는 화재·폭발 및 독성물질 누출사고를 예방하자는 목적으로 시작되었다. 현재는 정유, 석유화학 등 업종대상 사업장과 유해·위험물질 51종을 규정량 이상 사용하는 사업장 대상으로 나뉘며 총 2,000여개 사업장에 현재 적용중이다. 또한 전국 6군데 주요 화학공장 밀집 지역을 기반으로 중대산업사고예방센터를 운영하는 등 중대산업사고를 예방하기 위한 정부차원의 다양한 노력이 진행되고 있다. 덕분에 관련사고의 감소는 물론 수십명의 사상자를 야기하는 초대형 사고를 예방할 수 있는 기반과 대상 사업장에서 안전관리 체계를 구축 할 수 있는 계기가 되었다. 하지만 안타깝게도 매년 10여건의 중대산업사고가 발생하고 있는 점은 간과할 수 없는 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현행제도를 보다 최신화하기 위한 첫 걸음으로 사고유발 인적요인을 분석해내고 최근 시작되고 있는 증강현실, 사물인식 기술 등과의 융합을 통한 차세대 공정안전관리 시스템에 대해서 검토하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study was to assess the correlation between attitude of Patient Safety Management(PSM) and practice of PSM and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing students, also identified how these factors attitude and practice of PSM influence on clinical practice satisfaction, eventually aimed to develop education programs to strengthen practice of PSM in nursing students. A descriptive design was used in the study. The multiple regression was used for the study to prove the factors how the attitude and practice of PSM were affected to the clinical practice satisfaction. The study subjects were 226 nursing students. The results show that attitude of PSM mean was 3.71, practice of PSM mean 3.97, the clinical practice satisfaction mean 3.31. Among the general characteristics, clinical practice satisfaction showed significant differences in satisfaction of major(F=5.10, p=.001), the existence of role model(t=2.64, p=.009). Significant positive correlation was found between attitude of PSM, practice of PSM and the clinical practice satisfaction. Practice of PSM(β=.39) was shown as the most important factor to affect on the Satisfaction on clinical practice, also the explanation power of value for this study was found 41.1%. Consequently, this study indicates to develop the education program to strengthen practice of PSM. Also process the additional study for the nursing students in other areas.
As a result of frequent occurrence of serious industrial accidents due to chemical substances, Korea Occupational Safety & Health Agency has been implementing the PSM system (process safety management) since 1996, and the target sites are required to submit process safety reports. In the semiconductor business, which is becoming smaller and more integrated as the technology advances, many of these hazardous chemicals are used. Most of the semiconductor sites are PSM target sites, and many devices are included in the PSM target equipment. This study optimizes the introduction and setup process of new equipments in the semiconductor workplace using harmful hazardous materials, and conducted an empirical study on the improvement of the safety risk, focusing on the S group semiconductor business, and applied the common standard of work under the PSM system This is an example of improving the risk of leakage of toxic gas components and waste of rework by arranging functions and risks in the space centering method
In general, it is required mechanical properties and strength tests to use the material in engineering applications. The material fringe values of photoelastic materials vary with the supplier, the batch of resin, temperature and age, it is necessary to calibrate each of sheet of photoelastic material at the time of the test. In this paper, we perform tensile tests and calibrations tests for photoelastic stress fringe constant in order to obtain the mechanical properties of materials and photoelastic material fringe constants of PMMA and PSM-1. From this tests, the tensile strength of PMMA and PSM-1 were 100.5 MPa and 71.5 MPa, respectively. Also, the measured material stress fringe constants of PMMA and PSM-1 were 13.33 N/mm and 6.91 N/mm, respectively.
Many measurement methods for understanding consumers’ acceptable price range have been developed. Among these, Price Sensitivity Meter (PSM) is one of the most popular. It has been regarded as a convenient research method because of the ease of data collection and data processing. In particular, PSM requires only four questions to determine the price range. Nevertheless, it also has some problems from a theoretical viewpoint. The purpose of the present research is to develop a new price research method for measuring consumers’ acceptable price range. In particular, applying survival analysis to data prepared for PSM, Japanese consumers’ price acceptance ranges for several categories were estimated.
In this paper, we select evaluation criteria by construction progress, classify into several categories, and regard potential danger which often occurs, as a evaluation criterion. Further step is to allow workers or collaborated companies to express their expert opinions or experiences and to encourage quality and process control and autonomous safety control by applying PSM method. The reason why PSM method should be quantitative and substantial progress is because it contributes Korean constructing companies to enhancing their safety control ability and to taking an equal stance just like developed countries,' thereby strengthening there competitive edges. Boost of safety control system by PSM method will make an enormous contribution to preventing construction accidents on the site by establishing and securing an autonomous safety control system.

건설현장 재해가 차지하는 국가적 손실을 감소시키기 위해 그동안 정부 및 관계기관과 많은 건설사들의 노력에도 불구하고 건설현장 작업 공정상 중대 사고들이 끊이지 않아 이에 대한 실증적 연구가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 현재 건설업의 안전관리 시스템은 유해·위험방지계획서 제도를 시행하고 있으나, 기존의 다른 자료를 답습한 내용이 대부분이고, 대규모 공사인 경우는 유해·위험방지계획서 작성 자체도 큰 부담을 갖을 수밖에 없는 현실에서 실질적인 수행이 어려운 실정이다. 그리고, 공사 착공 후 잦은 설계변경과 공법 변화 등에 따른 위험 요인에 적절히 대응하지 못하는 문제점이 도출되고 있다. 이러한 연유로 각각의 작업공정 개시전 공정별 작업 안전계획을 수립하여 적기에 능동적이고 유기적인 사전위험요인 제거가 가능한 공정안전관리기법(PSM: Process Safety Management)을 건설분야에 도입하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 건설현장에 핵심공정에 대한 사전 안전성 확보로 재해를 예방하는 P.S.M. 기법을 도입하여 건설업 중대재해를 예방하는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다.
서해대교는 국내에 교량구조물에 관한 내진설계가 도입되기 전 설계된 교량으로서 현재 내진설계 규준에 적합하지 않은 종방향철근 및 횡방향 철근이 겹침이음된 중공육각형 단면의 철근콘크리트 기둥으로 이미 시공이 완료된 상태이다. 최근, 지진에 대한 사회적 관심이 대두됨으로서 내진 설계 규준에 적합하지 않은 철근상세를 가지 서해대교 PSM교 교각의 내진성능이 의문시되었다. 따라서, 비내진 철근상세를 가진 서해대교 PSM교 교각의내진성능 평가를 위하여 교각의 축소모형 실험을 수행하였으며, 실험결과 종방향철근 겹침이음이 교각의 전체적인 내진거동에는 큰 영향을 미치지 않으며 기대 이상의 연성을 발휘할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서는 축소모형 실험결과에 의한 시험체의 파괴양상, 유효강성, 연성, 응답수 정계수 및 등가점성감쇠비를 분석하였으며, 아울러 가속도변위 응답스펙트럼을 이용하여 서해대교 PSM교 교각의 내진성능을 평가하였다.
